The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 602; Cassie's Home

Cassie swiftly moves over to the bar in her living room and pours two glasses of red wine. Once she is done, she moves over to the large mirror and looks at her hair. She fluffs her long blonde hair up a little before she unties her short, red silk robe to reveal more of her cleavage that is in a white lace bra set. She purses her lips together and smiles to herself.

"You won't be able to resist me," she tells herself as she moves back over to grab her phone. She looks at her message history and sees that she asked Jacob to come to her apartment so they could talk. He agreed and said he would be right over; this was sent about twenty minutes ago. "You should be here anytime. I have to make sure everything is perfect."

She looks around the room and thinks that it looks okay. "Now," she slowly moves back over to the wine glasses. "To ensure that you have the courage to proceed with making love to me," she continues as she pulls out a small vile from the pocket of her robe. "I'm going to give you just a little something something."

She pours the contents of the vile into the wine glass and she stirs it a little. "There," she giggles to herself as she hears a knock on her door. "Perfect timing."

She swiftly moves to the door and opens it. Jacob's eyes open wider at the sight of Cassie, barely dressed.

"I thought you said you wanted to talk?" he uneasily asks her as he moves inside the apartment, slightly alarmed by how Cassie is dressed.

Cassie closes the door behind him and moves to the bar and passes him a glass of wine. "I do want to talk," she tells him. "I can put something else on if this is making you uncomfortable."

Jacob shakes his head back to her, trying to show that he isn't attracted to her. "It's fine," he accepts the glass of wine. "I'm with Paige now, so nothing you say or do will make me forget my fiancé."

"That's exactly what I wanted to see you about," Cassie purses her lips together. "I wanted to, seriously, offer my congratulations; Paige is a lucky girl."

Jacob uneasily looks back at her. "You really wanted to offer me congratulations?"

"Of course," Cassie replies to him. "How about a toast to your upcoming marriage?"

"I'll drink to that," Jacob moves his glass to cheers Cassie. He then moves the glass to his mouth and takes a sip of the wine, which Cassie watches.

"Good," she watches him drink the drugged wine. "Now, tell me everything you have planned for the wedding. I want to hear every last detail."

Robertson Enterprises; The Studio

Max exits the black room with a stack of newly developed pictures that he took for an upcoming ad for Robertson Enterprises. He moves to the large table and starts reviewing them. Immediately, he sees a couple that he doesn't like, so he puts them in a separate pile from the ones that he wants to show Dominick and the senior executive team when they want an update. He looks up when he hears the door to the studio open.

"Paige," he says as he sees the woman he is in love with walk in. "It's late, how come you're still here?"

"Jacob had an errand to run so I thought I'd come in and try to get caught up on some work," she replies to him. "What's your excuse?"

"I was developing some of these pictures," he tells her quickly. "What kind of errand did Jacob have to run at this hour?"

Paige sighs back to him. "He didn't say, exactly, just that he wouldn't be too late."

"Interesting," Max nods back to her. "I hope everything is okay."

"It is fine," Paige says back to him. "Thanks for your concern."

"I just want the best for you," Max looks into her eyes. "I know that our relationship ended a while ago Paige but that doesn't mean that I ever stopped caring about you. I've just tried to be supportive of you and Jacob, that's all."

Paige smiles back to him. "I know you still care," she tells him. "I'm glad we have been able to get to this good place, Max."

"Me too," he says back to her. "And if Jacob ever does anything to hurt you, he will have to answer to me."

Roboto

"Burning the midnight oil?" Robbie asks Kim as he moves into the main office of Roboto. He immediately saw her sitting on the sofa with her laptop open and she is typing furiously into it.

Kim looks up and sees him move inside the office. "I'm just trying to catch up on a few things," she admits to him. "Between Natasha and Will questioning me, I didn't feel like I have a productive day."

"You saw Will?" Robbie asks her as he sits across from her on the other sofa in the office.

"He asked to see me at his hotel," Kim reveals to him. "He is in hiding because he's worried about what Dominick will do to him now that his affair with Eva is public knowledge."

"I hope he didn't blame you for anything," Robbie says back to her. "After all, you might have paid Will to seduce Eva, but there was no guarantee that Eva would actually cheat on Dominick."

"I don't think Will, Eva or Natasha see it that way," Kim admits to him. "I do think it is something Bob would have done so I'm not upset that I came up with the plan. I just hope our hairspray is a huge success and we can regain some of the market share that Robertson has taken from us."

"I love how committed you are to Roboto," he smiles back to her. "And, you're right, my Dad would have come up with this plan too. We have nothing to be ashamed about."

"I'm glad you see it my way," Kim purses her lips together. "Do you want a drink?"

"I'd love one," he stands up and moves to the bar as she follows up. He pours two brandy's and then passes her one.

"Thank you," she replies to him. "I really mean that Robbie, thank you for your support. Natasha is out for blood right now."

"I'm in your corner," Robbie tells her as he looks into her eyes. "You have to know that by now."

Kim nods back to him. "It's becoming more apparent each and every day."

"Good," Robbie licks his lips as he looks at her. "God help me, I know I shouldn't but I want to kiss you so badly right now."

Kim sets her brandy down on the table and looks back at him. "Well, what are you waiting for?" she asks him. "Kiss me."

Robbie doesn't need to be told twice; he moves up to her and kisses her passionately on the lips.

The Pampa Grill

"I can't believe that Brett suggested that you have unfinished business with him just because he is Vinny's twin brother," Eva tells Victoria before she takes a sip of her wine as the mother and daughter sit at a table in the restaurant. Victoria just finished telling her mother that when she visited Brett he suggested that she has a connection to him because she was involved with Vinny for months; Victoria doesn't know why she is still pulled to the Victors twins but she can't deny that she is.

"I mean, he might have a point," Victoria repliesto her quickly. "I did visit him twice today and I don't know why. I felt like I had to be there for some reason."

"After everything that Vinny did to you, Daisy and Brett, it is only natural that you want to know the truth about what happened," Eva tells her daughter. "I just hope that Brett is telling the truth and that it's not Vinny pretending to be Brett."

"Shane ordered another DNA test as the first one was inconclusive," Victoria reveals to her. "I can't imagine that Vinny would have agreed to the test if he was lying."

"You don't think he could pull a string or two?"

"How would he?" Victoria asks her. "He's in the hospital with a police guard outside of his door. He wouldn't have the chance to alter the test."

"Good point," Eva nods back to her. "I don't know Victoria, I guess I just don't trust Vinny."

"Neither do I. I still can't believe that I was stupid enough to fall back in love with him."

"He fooled us all," Eva tries to tell her. "Don't beat yourself up, okay?"

"Easier said than done," Victoria replies to her quickly. "I'll just feel better once we have that DNA test back. That's all I can say."

"Soon," Eva tells her. "The test will be back soon and then we can all start to move on with our lives."

***

"So, Dad was sleeping when you left the house?" Dawn asks Helen as they sit across from each other at another table in the restaurant. Dawn looks at her mother and can tell that Helen needs a drink after the day that they have had; they were at the courthouse for Chris' trial as they expected Adam to have to take the witness stand, however Chris pleaded guilty and was sentenced without hearing any witnesses. Of course, Robin was hovering around the entire day because she wants Adam to get his memory back so he can realize that they are engaged; Adam still believes that he is married to Helen.

"Fast asleep," Helen nods back to her daughter. "He was exhausted from the day. Of course, he's still recovering from the car accident too which explains part of his tiredness as well."

"Let's split a bottle of wine?" Dawn suggests to her mother. "I could use a drink."

"You read my mind," Helen smiles back to her. "How are you feeling about everything that has happened lately?"

"Honestly?" Dawn replies to her as the waiter pours them each a glass of white wine. Dawn immediately takes a sip of her drink. "I am relieved that Dad is okay and I think this memory loss could be a blessing."

"A blessing?" Helen asks her back as she takes a sip of her wine. "How do you think it could be a blessing, Dawn?"

"Because," Dawn looks back at her. "I've wanted my parents back together for years," she admits to her. "Maybe this time that you have with Dad where he thinks you're still married will make him realize that this is where he should be. Maybe this will finally be the end of his relationship with Robin once and for all."

Helen takes another sip of her wine knowing that she wouldn't be upset if that happened as she still loves Adam very much. "I don't know what will happen," she tells her daughter. "But, I will do everything in my power to make sure that Adam is happy; that's all that really matters."

Adam's Townhouse

Robin slowly gets off the sofa and moves to the front door of the townhouse that she lives in with Adam as she hears the doorbell ring. She has no idea who could be at the house at this hour but since she is still awake, she knows that she will answer it. She moves gingerly to the front door as she is still a bit sore from the cramp she had at Helen's house earlier in the evening. When she was getting ready to leave, she happened to see Adam grab Helen's hand and it triggered a cramp; after Robin took some deep breathes, the pain went away but she is still feeling senstive. She opens the door and sees Shane standing on the other side.

"Shane, what are you doing here at this hour?" she asks him as he moves into the living room of the townhouse.

"I saw the light on and thought it'd stop by to see how you're doing," Shane replies to her quickly. "I know the last couple of days have been stressful for you and since you're carrying my child, I was worried about you."

"As you can see I'm fine, and so is the baby. No thanks to you."

Shane looks back at her in surprise. "No thanks to me? What have I done?"

"Oh please," Robin rolls her eyes back to him. "You set all of the last few days events into action Shane! You gave me 48 hours to tell Adam the truth about my pregnancy, remember? Well, I told him and that's when he left and was in the car accident."

"You can't seriously blame for me that," Shane shakes his head back to her. "I told you to tell Adam the truth because he had a right to know, Robin. And, no one could have predicted that Chris was going to get behind the wheel of his car drunk. It was an accident."

"Whatever it was, my relationship to Adam might never be the same now," she tells him. "What if he never gets his memory back?"

"In my experience as a doctor, I've never see that happen," he reveals to her. "It might take some time, but his memory will return. You have to believe that."

"I don't know what to believe anymore," she admits to him as she slowly walks back to the sofa.

"You're walking like you're in pain, are you okay?"

"I'm fine," she waves her hand back to him as she sits down. "I had a bad cramp earlier, that's all."

"A cramp?" Shane asks her concerned about her. "How long did it last?"

"Not long," she replies to him. "And, I'm okay now."

"Robin, this is a sign," Shane tells her as he sits next to her. "You have to remain calm, you can't get stressed out, the health of our child depends on it."

"I know," Robin looks back at him in desperation. "After everything I went through with my last child, I will do whatever I can to make sure this baby is healthy Shane. It's just…it's been a stressful few days."

"Let's just try to take it easy, okay? Promise me?"

"I promise," she nods back to him.

The Lawson Estate; Greg, Brad, Abby & Cheresa's Home

"I wasn't expecting to see you tonight," Cheresa admits to Trenyce as they move into the living room of the lavish estate where Cheresa resides with her adoptive family. Cheresa knew that Chris' trial was earlier in the day so she is assuming that Trenyce is there to give her an update. At first, Cheresa was thinking she might go to court but she decided against it because she still can't believe that Chris was drunk driving. "Does this have anything to do with Chris' trial?"

"It does," Trenyce replies to her quickly. "I wish you would have come to the trial today. He could have used your support."

Cheresa shrugs back to her. "I'm still in shock that he was drunk driving," she admits to her mother. "It's so not cool, Trenyce."

"I know and he took full responsibility for his actions."

Cheresa arches her eyebrow back to her. "What do you mean? Did he plead guilty?"

"He did actually," Trenyce reveals to her. "And the judge sentenced him to 18 months in jail. He's being transported to the county jail tomorrow morning."

"I can't believe this," Cheresa covers her mouth in shock. "He's going to jail for a year and a half? That seems like a long time."

"We were all hoping that the judge would show him some leniency since he is a first time offender but the judge wanted to set an example that it was not acceptable to drink and drive."

"How is he holding up?"

"Chris is being very brave," Trenyce tells her. "He doesn't regret pleading guilty. I actually just came from seeing him."

"You saw him? How did that go?"

"He asked me to marry him," Trenyce stuns Cheresa again. "I said yes. I'm going to wait for him but Chris and I, we love each other."

Cheresa shakes her head in confusion. "I thought you were sleeping with Brad?"

"That was a onetime thing," Trenyce says back to her. "I like Brad, I really do, but I am in love with Chris."

"Then, congratulations?" Cheresa replies to her. "I am happy for you two."

"Thanks Cheresa," Trenyce smiles back to her. "I'm really hoping that this could be the start of us actually being a family together. I know it's been tough but we have to at least try."

Before Cheresa can reply, her cell phone rings. "Excuse me for a moment," she says as she answers her phone. "Hello. What? My God, yes I'll be right there."

"What is it?" Trenyce asks her as Cheresa hangs up the phone.

"It's Abby, she was in an accident," she tells her mother. "I have to get to the hospital."

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"What the hell is taking so long?" Greg nervously asks out loud as he paces back and forth in the waiting room of the hospital as he waits to hear about Abby's condition while Andrew and Albertinah sit next to him. They are all worried about Abby since she fell down the stairs at the courthouse; not only are they worried about Abby, but she is pregnant so the baby could have been hurt in the fall. "We should have heard something by now."

"Do you want me to go see if I can find a doctor?" Andrew asks him, hoping that Greg doesn't bite his head off again. He knows that Greg was furious with him when he first arrived at the hospital and blamed him for Abby's fall.

"I think you've done enough, don't you?" Greg snaps back at him as a young male doctor walks into the waiting room. Greg immediately turns his attention to the doctor. "How is my daughter? Will she be okay?"

The doctor nods back to Greg. "She will be fine," the doctor says back as the three of them in the waiting room breathe a sigh of relief. "She has a mild concussion so I will keep her here over night but I expect her to get to go home tomorrow."

"And the baby?" Andrew asks him as he stands up. "The baby is okay?"

"The baby is okay," the doctor nods back to him. "I checked the heartbeat and everything is seemingly okay. Abby's OBGYN will take a closer look tomorrow morning but for tonight, everyone is out of danger."

"Thank God," Greg says back to him. "Can I see her? I want to be with my daughter."

"Of course," the doctor tells him. "Just don't wake her up. She needs the rest."

Greg starts to move out of the waiting room but he looks back at Andrew. "I'm glad Abby and the baby will be okay," he tells Andrew. "I'm sorry for losing it on you, I was just worried about her."

"I was worried too," Andrew says back to him. "Despite everything, I do care about your daughter Mr. Lawson."

Greg uneasily nods back to him before he rushes off to see Abby. Albertinah, meanwhile, stands up and pulls Andrew into a hug.

Nicholas slowly opens the door to Andy's hospital room and moves inside quickly. He looks at his ex-boyfriend and hopes that he wakes up soon; he still can't believe everything that has happened the last couple of days.

Strung out due to a lack of sleep because he was scared of seeing Reese again, Andy dumped Nicholas. In turn, Nicholas went to BarCode to have some drinks and he started talking with a handsome stranger. Dawn arrived and told Nicholas that the guy he was talking too was a dead ringer for Reese. Horrified, Nicholas confronted the guy, who admitted that Melissa paid him to pretend he was Reese to scare Andy. Nicholas raced to tell Andy the truth, but when he found him, Andy was drunk and holding a gun saying that he wanted to "be with Reese". Nicholas and Andy struggled for the gun, which went off and Andy got a flesh wound.

"I just need you to wake up so I can finally tell you the truth about what has happened," Nicholas says as he moves up to Andy's bedside.

Just then, Andy stirs and slowly opens his eyes. He looks around before his eyes focus in on Nicholas. "Nicholas, what happened? Where am I?"

"It's a long story," Nicholas whispers back to him. "Just know that everything is okay. I can explain everything."

"I don't understand," Andy admits back to him. "I saw Reese again tonight and he told me to come be with him. How did I end up in the hospital?"

"My mother is responsible for all of this," Nicholas tells him. "She was gaslighting you into believing you were seeing Reese; you never saw him, she hired a guy who looks like Reese to scare you."

"What?" Andy gasps in shock.

"I'm so sorry," Nicholas replies to him quickly. "I should have known that she was going to do something like this."

Andy shakes his head in utter shock. "You had no idea that your mother would go such lengths," Andy tells him. "I just can't believe that she would make me think I was being haunted by my dead husband. It's so cruel."

"It is," Nicholas agrees with him. "The good news is that the truth is out and we can try to move on from this."

"It's not that easy to just move on."

"Why not?" Nicholas asks him back. "We know that you're not crazy now, Andy. We can finally put our lives back together."

"I'm an alcoholic, Nicholas," Andy reminds him. "And, I fell off the wagon. My years of sobriety are all gone because of your mother."

Nicholas pulls him into a hug as Andy gets tears in his eyes. "We will get you sober again," he whispers to Andy. "Whatever you need, I'll help you. You have my word."

"Thank you," Andy replies to him as a tear falls down her cheek. "I'm just numb by all of this. I can't believe it."

"Me either," Nicholas grabs his hand. "But we will get through this together, okay?"

The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 602; Cassie's Home

"So, that is…everything…we have… planned…" Jacob slowly tells Cassie the final details of the weddig arrangements that he and Paige have made already. He is feeling the effects of the drug that Cassie slipped into his wine, but he doesn't realize that he has been drugged.

"It all sounds lovely," Cassie looks over at the younger man and realizes that he is feeling the drugs in his wine. "Are you sure you won't miss being with other women?"

"Nah," Jacob waves his hand in the air. "I love Paige."

"Really?" Cassie asks as she stands up and moves up him. She reaches his legs, which are dangling off the sofa and she slowly removes her robe revealing her white lace underwear. "You always liked me in white."

Jacob's eyes open wider in surprise. "Wow."

"You like?"

"Hell yea," Jacob nods back to her. "You were always…a very … attractive …. Woman, Cassie."

Cassie sits on his lap and kisses him passionately. Jacob is unable to resist and kisses her back. "Make love to me one last time," Cassie says as their lips part for a moment and a drugged Jacob kisses her back, with even more passion than last time.
