The Pink Flamingo at the River
Rock Casino
Andrew sits at a table in the restaurant with a cup of
coffee in front of him and his IPad open on the table. On the screen that he is
looking at, there are various apartments for rent in Twin Peaks. He knows that
he has been staying in the hotel at the casino, but the truth is, he is desperate
to leave. For one, it is expensive to stay in the hotel and secondly, he has to
get away from the casino because he has been tempted to gamble again, and he knows
that he can't afford to keep playing the blackjack table. "Good morning
Andrew," a voice calls out at the base of his table, causing Andrew to look
up and sees Antonio standing there. "What is all this?" "What
does it look like?" Andrew asks him back quickly. "I am looking for
an apartment." "I see," Antonio uneasily responds to him.
"Is the suite upstairs no longer fitting your needs?" "It's
fine," Andrew tells him. "But it is expensive and, frankly, I need a
change of scenery. So does Daisy." "What does Daisy have to
do with this?" Antonio asks him quickly, thinking about Daisy told him the
other day that she wanted to stop being an escort for him; he told her that she
would have to pay back all of the clothing and jewelry that he bought for her
before she could stop. He needs her to work because she is one of his best girls;
the fact that Andrew, and seemingly Daisy, want to leave is most upsetting to
him. "We want out of the casino," Andrew reveals to him. "We
want to leave this place and look the other way, Antonio." The
Sugarbowl
In the back booth of the coffeehouse, Sophie and Cory sit
across from one another with pastries and coffee's on the table. They came to
the coffeehouse for a light breakfast after she spent the night at her father's
penthouse. "I hope you were able to get a good sleep Soph, you seemed
tired yesterday," Cory tells his daughter before he takes a bite of his muffin.
Sophie smiles back to him before she moves a piece of her hair behind her
ear. "I did, I think the change of scenery from the mansion really helped."
"You know that you can stay with me any time," Cory winks back to
her. "I love having you there." "Thanks Daddy," Sophie
grins. At the doorway of the coffeehouse, Robin moves inside and immediately
sees Cory and Sophie together. Robin recalls how Cory, recently, told her that
they were on a pause with their relationship until she figured out her feelings
for Antonio. The previous night, however, she told Antonio that she wanted to
be with Cory and that they could only be friends. She can't wait to tell Cory
this news because she wants to move on with him. As Robin is walking towards
the table, Cory's cell phone starts to ring. He pulls it out of his pocket and
looks at the screen before he glances at Sophie. "It's your boarding
school," Cory reveals to her, recalling how he mentioned to her that he thought
they would be hearing back from her school to see if she would be able to return
once the expelling was expired. "Cory
" Robin begins to
say as she arrives at the table. "Sorry Robin, I can't talk now,"
Cory tells her as he answers the phone and rushes away from the table. "It
was my school," Sophie tells Robin. "I think they are calling to see
if they will let me go back." "Ah," Robin uneasily smiles
back to her. "I guess my news will have to wait then." The
Calimo Mansion
"I am afraid I can't stay too long," Kim tells
Robbie as they move towards Natasha's bedroom in the hallway of the Calimo mansion.
They are at the mansion this morning because they wanted to give Natasha a quick
business update on Roboto. Kim, however, knows that Greg has been up all night
because of Dawn's hit and run, so she wants to head back to the hospital to see
if she can help with anything. "Cheresa and Greg are going to need me after
Dawn's accident." "I still can't believe that someone hit Dawn
and just let her there," Robbie admits to his ex-wife. "Who would do
that?" "I wish I knew," Kim replies to him. "I am
just hoping that, for once, Simona Lopez can do her damn job and find the driver."
"Me too," Robbie looks back at her. "So, let's just go in,
tell Natasha the update on Roboto and then I can drive you to the hospital? I'm
heading into the city anyways." "Sure, that sounds like a plan."
They open the door and freeze when they see Natasha standing at the window
looking outside. They both look at one another in surprise as they had believed
that Natasha had been confined to her bed due to her illness. "Natasha?"
Robbie asks his sister, who turns around in surprise, clearly not expecting anyone
to be in her room. "Is everything okay?" "Yes, yes, I'm
fine," Natasha quickly gulps back to them. "I
I felt some energy
this morning and wanted to look outside." Kim looks at Robbie in
concern. "Here, let me help you back to bed," she tells her as she walks
Natasha to the bed. "Thanks Kim," Natasha forces a smile on
her face. "I guess I got a bit ambitious." "Just be careful
Nat," Robbie tells her. "We don't want you to overdo it, okay?"
"Of course," Natasha nods back to him. "I promise, I won't
overdo it. Not anymore." ***
Meanwhile, in the living
room of the mansion, Jacob pours two cups of coffee and passes one to Isabelle,
who is looking out of the French doors and into the garden. "Thank
you," she purses her lips together. "I'm going to need coffee today.
You kept me up most of the night." Jacob chuckles back to her. "You
certainly didn't seem to be complaining." Isabelle turns to him and
kisses him on the lips. "I am not complaining. I had wanted you to make love
to me since that day I saw you with the blue paint on your shirt at Roboto."
"Really?" Jacob blushes back to her. "Yea, really,"
Isabelle admits to him. "That's why I was so excited when you told me about
your Mom's last wish. I thought this was my chance to be with you." "You're
very sweet," Jacob admits to her before he kisses her again. "And for
the record, I had wanted you too. I had been trying to suppress it because of
Cassie, but I have wanted you too." "Good because now that we
are engaged, you can have me any time you want." Jacob chuckles.
"I definitely like the sound of that." The Cascade Apartments;
Cassie, Max & Carter's Home
"You have fun coloring those bunnies,
okay?" Cassie smiles to Carter, who is using some crayons to color in his
coloring book. Cassie stands up and moves towards the front door of the small
apartment that she lives in with her children as she heard the doorbell ring.
She isn't expecting anyone this morning, so she isn't sure who it could be. She
looks in surprise to see Shane standing on the other side of the door. "Shane?
What brings you by this morning?" "We need to talk," Shane
tells her as he moves into the small kitchen of the apartment. "I heard something
yesterday and you're going to have to explain yourself." Cassie arches
her eyebrow back to him. "Uh, alright? What did I do this time?"
"You were in my office at the hospital yesterday," Shane replies
to her quickly, as Cassie gulps. "You can tell me what the hell you were
doing in my office, Cassie!" Cassie knows that she went to Shane's
office so she could read Natasha's medical file so she could try to make sense
of the situation, since she feels like her relationship with Jacob is on the brink
of disaster because of Natasha's dying wish. She took pictures of Natasha's file
and then left; she had assumed that no one had seen her, but she realizes that
someone must have alerted Shane to the fact that she was there. "Is
it a crime to be at the hospital?" Cassie asks him quickly. "Of
course not, but it is a crime to break into my office. There are confidential
files in there, Cassie. So, I'll ask you again, what the hell were you doing in
my office?" "Oh relax," she waves her hand at him. "I
was there to see you. I wanted to talk to you about Jacob and Isabelle's pathetic
excuse at an engagement. You weren't there, so I left. No harm, no foul."
Shane looks back at her with intent. "You better be telling me the truth,
Cassie. Because, if I find out that you were there for another reason, you will
face the consequences." Raven's Meadow
Frederick paces
back and forth in his office at Raven's Meadow as his mind races about the recent
events that have occurred. First, Dominick has suffered a stroke, which secretly
makes him very happy. He knows that Dominick has been a thorn in his side for
a long time, so the fact that he is on the sidelines is a good thing. Moreover,
it means that Dominick won't be able to remember that Eva is alive and well. The
fact is, he has been desperate to keep that a secret, but now that Eva, and Victoria,
have escaped him, he is wondering if the truth can come out. After all, he doesn't
need Eva anymore because Felicia knows that Barbara isn't alive. It is part of
the reason why he has agreed to help Bryce find Victoria and Eva because he doesn't
care if the truth comes out now. "What I need to do is figure out
a way to get Felicia back," he whispers to himself. "If I can get Bryce
to give her the right drugs, I could have a chance. But of course, I have to play
by his rules since he knows that I tried to kill Victoria and was holding her
and Eva hostage." "No, no, stop that Frederick," he scolds
himself. "You have the upper hand on Bryce You know that he switched Abby's
child and gave it to Donovan and Lukas to raise. Boy, I know my son would be devastated
to learn that fact, which I why I have to ensure Bryce doesn't call my bluff.
I would never actually take Olly away from Lukas. But Bryce can't know that. He
has to do what I say, I just have to make sure I get him to do exactly what I
need. There are no other options." ***
Meanwhile, in
the vent tunnel, Bryce slowly crawls through the space. He was walking through
the hospital when he saw one of the padded cell doors open; he went to investigate
and immediately realized it was the room where Frederick was holding Victoria
and Eva as he saw the opening to the vent. Frederick had told him that Victoria
and Eva had escaped and were in the venting system in the hospital; that's when
Bryce decided to follow the vent tunnel, in hopes of finding his wife. He
sees an opening approaching him so he tries to move a little quicker. "Hang
on Vic, I'm coming," he says as he gets to the opening and then crawls out
of it. Once his feet are on the solid ground again, he looks around is
stunned to be in the secret office that is inside Raven's Meadow. "Another
office? What the hell is this place?" "Who is there?" a
voice calls out from another part of the room. Bryce turns around and
sees Will standing behind him with a fire poker in his hand. "Will, hey,
it's me," Bryce puts his hands up in defense. "Sorry, I didn't
know who it was," Will replies to him as he puts the poker down. "How
did you get here?" Bryce points to the vent. "I'm guessing you
too?" Will nods back to him. "I heard you and Frederick talking
about Eva being alive; when I found the padded cell, I realized that she and Victoria
must have escaped and I followed the tunnel to this place. But, I haven't seen
either of them yet. I
I just rested and was going to continue my journey."
"We are in this together man," Bryce tells him. "I am desperate
to find my wife. Maybe we could team up and look for Victoria and Eva together?"
"Sure," Will says back to him. "Let's find the women that we
love." Robertson Enterprises
The door to the main office
at Robertson Enterprises opens and Leah, Paige and Tyler all scurry inside as
they, once again, have been summoned by Abby for another family meeting. They
know that the previous night Abby held a meeting stating that she was going to
be taking over as the head of the Robertson family while Dominick is in a coma;
considering that two doctors have indicated that Dominick will likely never wake
up, they realize that Abby could be in control for a very long time. "Good,
you're all here," Abby announces as she stands up from behind the desk wearing
a tailored bright red suit, which causes the three of them to stop chatting between
them. "We have to talk." "Another family meeting so soon
after last night?" Paige huffs back to her. "What have you decided to
do know, Abby?" "Yea, Abby," Tyler looks back at her. "What's
going on now?" Abby crosses her arms over her chest. "I have
made another decision," she informs them. "And, I need you to remember
that I have Dominick's power of attorney and personal directive, so this is my
decision." "You made that perfectly clear last night,"
Leah tells her. "Stop beating around the bush and tell us what this is all
about." Abby chuckles back to them before she moves back to the desk.
"Effective immediately, I am going to be making some changes around here,"
she tells them. "Starting at the top. Tyler, thank you for everything you've
done as CEO of Robertson Enterprises, but I have found someone else to run the
company." "What? You're firing me?" Tyler gasps back to
her. "I know this company inside and out!" "I am not firing
you," Abby informs him. "You can still have a position here. Someone
else, though, will be running the company." "And who the hell
is the new CEO?" Paige demands to know from her rival. "Who are you
putting in charge of our family company?" "Me," Abby grins
back to them as Leah, Paige and Tyler gasp back in shock at her. "I am the
new CEO of Robertson Enterprises!" Twin Peaks General Hospital
"What you all need to understand," Greg stands in the waiting room
of the hospital and looks back at Cheresa, Adam and Helen, who are desperate to
find out how Dawn's surgery went. "Is that the car that hit Dawn was going
pretty fast. I don't know if they didn't see her, or what, but the impact to Dawn
was pretty severe." "What does that mean?" Adam asks him
as he grabs Helen's hand. "It means, she had a lot of internal bleeding.
Her kidney's and liver were near failure and her left lung was punctured."
"Oh my God," Helen cries back to him. "I was able to
stop the internal bleeding, but she needs time to rest," Greg replies to
them quickly. "And because of that reason, I have placed her in a medically
induced coma." "You put my fiancé into a coma? How the
hell could you do that?" Cheresa asks him quickly. "Because,
Cheresa," Greg tells her. "She needs time to rest and heal. This is
the best way for her to do just that." "How long will my baby
girl be in a coma?" Helen asks him as a tear falls down her cheek. "It
is hard to say," Greg admits to them. "I will monitor her very closely
and as soon as I notice that she is doing better, I will pull her out of the coma.
But for now, this is the best option for her." While Cheresa, Helen
and Adam huddle together to form a hug, Dale grins outside of the waiting room,
having heard that Dawn is in a coma. "This is working out perfectly,"
he whispers to himself as he gets a sly grin on his face. "The longer that
brat is in a coma, the better chance I can finish carrying out my plans."
