Main Street

Dawn's bloody body lays still on the cement in the middle of main street. Just a few moments ago, she was crossing the street to get to her car as Dale had discovered her in his office. They had a fight and he ended up admitting that he was out to avenge Mallory's death from all those years ago. Dawn kicked him in the shin and tried to rush off; just as she was about to get to her car, so she could tell Helen what she learned, a car hit her and left her in the middle of the road.

A woman comes rushing up to Dawn. "Miss? Can you hear me? My God, you were hit by a car!" the woman says as she tries to find a pulse on Dawn's neck.

She pulls out her cell phone and dials 9-1-1. "Yes! I am on Main Street outside the Sugarbowl; a woman was hit by a car! Please, I need an ambulance!"

The Black House; Helen & Dawn's Home

"Alright, well Dawn isn't upstairs," Helen tells Adam and Cheresa as she moves back into the living room of the house that she lives in with Dawn. Adam and Helen had been talking about her engagement to Dale at the coffeehouse when they saw Cheresa; they were immediately concerned as they know that Dawn and Cheresa was leaving town for a romantic getaway, which they believed that the girls would elope on. Cheresa, however, advised them that Dawn never showed up at the airport, which made Adam and Helen sense that something was off with this as Dawn wouldn't ghost Cheresa. "But, her bags are gone, so I think she meant to meet you at the airport."

"That doesn't make sense then," Cheresa shakes her head back to Helen. "Why wouldn't she have been at the airport if she packed?"

"That's what I'd like to know," Adam sighs back to them. "I am getting a bad feeling about this though."

"I'll try calling her," Helen says as she grabs her phone and starts to dial Dawn's number. "It went straight to voicemail."

Before anyone can think of anything else, the front door opens. They all turn to the entry way of the living room, thinking that it will be Dawn, but Dale enters the room.

"Is everything okay?" Dale asks, realizing that everyone is looking at him.

"We can't find Dawn," Helen admits to him as she moves up to him and hugs him. "We are worried about my daughter."

Dale gulps heavily as he feels pale. Adam looks over and notices Dale's facial expression and arches his eyebrow.

"Dale, are you okay? You look white as a ghost?" Adam asks him.

"I am just worried about Dawn," Dale replies to him. "I hope we can find her and soon."

The Robertson House; Leah & Paige's Home

A shirtless Jeff moves to the bar in the living room of the house that he lived in with Leah for years while they were married. He pours a scotch and takes a drink as he recalls how earlier in the evening he and Leah made love. They had been talking about why she was against the idea of him proposing to Meggan when she admitted that she still loved Jeff. They ended up kissing and they made love.

In the afterglow, Leah got a call from Abby about a family meeting, so she had to leave, so Jeff is alone now with his thoughts.

"What the hell is wrong with me?" he asks himself as he takes another drink of his scotch. "I am planning to marry Meggan, I have the ring in my jacket pocket! Why did I sleep with her sister? Why did I sleep with Leah again?"

He recalls how after Leah admitted that she loved him, she told him that he must still have feelings for her too.

"Is she right? Do I still have feelings for Leah? Could I be in love with two women?"

Roboto

Sophie sits behind the main desk of Roboto deep in thought as she can't stop thinking about how she has seen Natasha in bed with Shane, more than once. She can't understand how her mother is sleeping with her ex-husband if she is on her death bed. On top of that, she tried to talk to Cory about it, but he was too busy with baby Oscar, as Robin has just given birth.

"What am I going to do? How can I make sense of this when Mom doesn't seem to want to talk to me?" she asks herself as she opens the video on her phone of Shane and Natasha in bed together. "This just doesn't make sense to me."

"Hey, you're here late," Max announces to Sophie as he moves into the office and sees her behind the desk. "What are you working on?"

Sophie sighs as she quickly shuts her phone off so he can't see the video on the screen. She looks over at Max and can't help but think he is looking very attractive.

"To be honest, I wasn't working on anything," she replies to him. "I was just thinking and this place seems to be one of quieter places for me to think these days."

Max looks back at her in concern. "Is it your Mom? Has there been a change with her?"

"No, nothing like that," Sophie stands up and moves closer to him. "I…I guess I just feel like my family doesn't always understand me, you know?"

Max chuckles back to her. "You know, I get that."

"You do?" Sophie asks him in surprise.

"Totally," Max nods back to her. "When I was your age, I wasn't exactly a stand up guy."

"What does that mean?"

Max shrugs back to her. "I was smoking a lot of weed and had a huge chip on my shoulder. I was dealing with a lot, mostly because of my childhood and feeling abandoned from my Dad. So, not feeling like people understand you, especially your family, I really do get that."

"Well, that makes me feel better. It's nice knowing that I'm not alone," Sophie smiles back to him, feeling even closer to him than she did before.

"You're never alone, Sophie. Always remember that," he winks back to her.

The Calimo Mansion

"I know it's late and that you need your rest, but this couldn't wait," Madeline says as she moves into Natasha's bedroom at the Calimo mansion. She can see Natasha resting in the bed while Shane is sitting next to her.

"It's fine," Natasha replies to the doctor. "When you reached out to Shane, it sounded important."

"Yea Maddie, what's going on?" Shane asks his colleague.

"I'm not sure exactly," Madeline says as she moves closer to the bed. "But something happened earlier at the hospital and I had to tell you about it."

Shane uneasily looks at Natasha before he looks back at the doctor. "Well? What happened?"

"I saw someone coming out of your office," Madeline reveals to him as he looks back at her in surprise. "Normally, I wouldn't question it, because it might have been a patient. But I knew that you had been off because of the birth of your son."

"Who was it? Who was coming out of Shane's office?" Natasha asks her next.

"Cassie Nova," Madeline stuns them as Shane and Natasha look at one another with worry. "Cassie was coming out of your office, Shane."

The Cascade Apartments; Cassie, Max & Carter's Home

Cassie sits on the sofa in her apartment with a glass of wine in her hand and her phone in her other hand. Earlier in the evening, she had broken into Shane's office at the hospital hoping to find Natasha's medical file. She wanted to read the file to see if she could uncover more about Natasha's illness; in her mind, it might help her understand what Natasha is dying from, exactly, and why she hasn't died yet, when Shane originally said she only had a few weeks to live.

While she was in Shane's office, she did find the file and she took pictures of the pages so no one would realize that she had been in his office. Now, she is back at home and she can't wait to see what is in Natasha's medical file.

She takes a sip of her wine as she flips through the images on her phone. She arches her eyebrow when she looks at the most recent entries to her medical file.

"This doesn't make any sense," Cassie whispers to herself. "There is no mention of this blood disease? Why hasn't Shane documented Natasha's illness? What the hell is going on with Natasha?"

Robertson Enterprises

"Do you have any idea why Abby has called a family meeting so late at night?" Tyler asks Leah and Paige as he pours some wine into glasses and them passes them to his sister and niece. He, Leah and Paige were all getting ready for bed when Abby sent them an urgent text saying that they needed to have a family meeting immediately.

"With Abby, God only knows," Paige sighs back to her uncle. "No matter what it is, I am certain it won't be any good. She doesn't do anything that doesn't suit her own needs."

"Well, let's just wait and see how this unfolds. She might surprise us," Leah tells her family.

Before anyone can respond, Abby opens the door to the office and moves inside. "Oh good, you're all here," Abby says as she closes the door behind herself. "Thanks for coming."

"You didn't give us much choice," Tyler replies to her. "What is this all about, Abby?"

Abby uneasily smiles back to them. "I got some legal advice earlier tonight," Abby reveals to them. "As Dominick's wife, I have his power of attorney and his personal directive."

"What are you saying?" Leah asks her in surprise.

Abby gets a sly grin on her face. "I'm saying, as Dominick's wife, as long as he is in that coma, I am taking over. I am taking head of this family. Say hello to Mommy!" she grins to them as Leah, Tyler and Paige look back at her in shock.

Twin Peaks General Hospital

"Dr. Lawson, the hit and run victim just got into the ER," a nurse tells Greg, who is at the nurses station.

Greg gulps heavily as he moves quickly to the ER, hoping that he will be able to save the victim of the attack. As he moves into the ER, he feels his heart drop.

"My God," Greg gasps as the sight of the bloody body in front of him. "It's Dawn! This is my daughter's fiancé! Someone needs to call her family now!"

Meanwhile, at the Black house, Adam continues to look at Dale, who is still hugging Helen. He feels his cell phone start to vibrate in his pocket, so he pulls it out and answers the call.

"Adam Black," he says as everyone in the room looks at him. "What? Oh my God! Yes, we will be right there."

"Adam? What is it? Is it Dawn?" Helen asks him in concern.

"She's been hit by a car! Some son of a bitch hit our daughter and drove off!"

"What? No! No! Not Dawn!" Cheresa immediately cries out in shock.
