The River Rock Casino

The Queen of the Night ball hosted by Roboto that is taking place at the casino is still underway as guests are bidding on the various auction items, enjoying the samples of the new perfume, and enjoying the champagne that the company is providing free of charge.

In the back room of the casino, Frederick peers out into the crowd and sees Felicia moving to another corner of the casino. He knows that he has enlisted Eva's help, who is still suffering from amnesia, to get Felicia back. Based on where Felicia is headed, he is assuming that his plan is about to unfold. He looks at his phone and sees that Felicia has read the cryptic text message that he sent her.

"Now is the perfect time for me to start mingling," he whispers to himself. "But I have to be careful. I can't let anyone see me until I'm ready."

He moves to the countertop that is in the room and he picks up a black mask. He slowly puts it over his face and then looks in the small mirror that is on the wall.

"Perfect, now no one will know it's me," he says with a grin on his face. "Let's get this party started."

"Are you having a good time?" Meggan asks Lukas as she takes a sip of her sparkling water. A part of her still finds it difficult to be around a large group of people that are all drinking; while she has been sober for years, she knows that every day is still a struggle to stay that way.

Lukas looks back at his sister before he looks across the room and, once again, spies Jasper talking and flirting with his handsome date. Lukas knows that he shouldn't be jealous, but he can't help but feel that way at seeing Jasper with this other man.

"I guess I am," he nods back to her. "It feels weird being at an event like this without Donovan, you know?"

"Hopefully by the next event in Twin Peaks, Donovan will have regained his strength in his legs."

Lukas sighs back to her. "I'm beginning to think that he might be in the wheelchair for longer than we ever realized," he admits to her. "He should have regained more strength by now."

"I didn't realize that you were thinking this way," Meggan tells him. "I know it can be difficult, but we have to try to remain positive. It is the same situation with Dad; we have to be positive that we will find him."

"Have you had any luck with some leads on his whereabouts?"

Meggan shakes her head no as Frederick moves up behind his children. He freezes when he hears them talking about finding him. He thinks, for a moment, if he should reveal himself to them right now, but he knows that he still must wait until the time is perfect.

Meggan turns around quickly as she feels like she is being watched but Frederick quickly moves away from. As he is wearing the mask, Meggan, nor Lukas, realize that their father was just behind him.

"I don't have any new leads yet," Meggan looks back at Lukas. "But I am determined to find him. I will bring Dad back to us, even if it is the last thing that I do."

Daisy grabs another glass of champagne and takes a long sip of it as she looks over and sees Meggan and Lukas huddled together, deep in conversation. She sighs to herself hoping that her half-siblings don't see her. She is still adjusting to the fact that she had an abortion; the last thing she wants to do is have to talk to her family about why she is feeling blue these days. She takes another sip of her champagne and wonders if coming to the party was a mistake. She realizes that if she didn't show up, it would also be a warning sign to her friends and family.

"Now that I've an appearance, I wonder if I could just leave," Daisy tells herself. "I could go home, have a nice bubble bath and just sink under the covers on the bed."

"And tomorrow," she says before she takes a sip of her champagne. "I can try to find a new place to live. Being in that mansion, with so many memories of Vinny, is starting to get to me. I need a clean break."

She finishes her glass and sets it down. She then starts to move, quickly, to the exit and bumps into a tall, muscular man.

"Oh, I am so sorry," Daisy says in embarrassment as the man turns around to face her.

Antonio Moretti smiles at the woman before him. "It is completely fine," he replies to her. "Are you having a good time?"

Daisy uneasily smiles back to him. "So much so that I am actually leaving," she chuckles back to him.

"Already? The party is just getting started?"

"I know," Daisy replies to him quickly. "I just need a change of scenery."

"Well, I am the owner of the casino," he informs her. "I'm Antonio, I hope you come back to the casino anytime to enjoy some gambling when you're feeling better?"

Daisy smiles back to him. "I will keep that in mind Antonio. Now, if you'll excuse me."

Antonio lets Daisy pass him as she rushes out of the casino, suddenly realizing that he never even got the woman's name that he was just chatting with.

"I don't know if I have told you this yet," Dominick grins over to his wife, who is in a short red dress for the party. "But you look stunning tonight."

Abby takes another sip of her champagne before she chuckles back to him. "Thank you, my love. You look incredibly handsome in your tuxedo."

"Are you having a good time?" Dominick asks her next.

"I mean, as good of time as I can considering we are on enemy territory," she winks back to him. "I don't know what Tyler will try to think of next to compete with this at Robertson Enterprises, but it better be good."

"I was thinking the same thing," he admits to her. "By the way, did you talk to my son about that job at the company? You seemed very eager about it the other day."

"I haven't yet," Abby replies to him before she takes another sip of her champagne. "I am still getting the nerve up, I guess."

Dominick nervously chuckles back to her. "You will be fine," he encourages his wife. "And my son would be a fool not to give you a chance. I think he would be happy to have you on the team."

"I hope you're right," she smiles back to him.

"How did Andrew take the news that you want him to move out?" Chris asks Trenyce as they mingle through the room of the various items that are up for auction. While they like some of the items, most of the bids have surpassed Chris and Trenyce's budget, but they are still enjoying looking around at the event.

"He took it well," Trenyce looks back at him. "I mean, I am sure he saw it coming since we got engaged."

"Yea, it would be odd for him to stay, really."

"Exactly," Trenyce nods back to him, as Andrew moves into the room holding a glass of champagne. Trenyce and Andrew immediately lock eyes on one another; she thinks back to how he kissed her softly after she told him that he had to move out. Deep down, she knows that something is happening between them, but she has no idea what it is. "He said he would start looking for a place immediately."

"That's great," Chris pulls her into a hug, while Trenyce and Andrew continue to lock eyes with one another. "Nothing will stop us from having our future now Trey, absolutely nothing."

"I just heard from the babysitter and Carter is fast asleep," Cassie tells Jacob as she moves up to him with a fresh glass of champagne in her hand. She saw the father of her child and wanted to tell him that Carter is doing well while they were enjoying the party.

"That's good to hear," Jacob smiles back to her. "It is also good for us to have some time away from him, you know?"

"It is good for our mental health, but I have to say I would rather be with him. I guess I am just a protective mama bear."

Jacob chuckles back to her. "You are like that with Max too. It's not a bad thing to love and care for your children, Cassie."

"That's sweet of you to say, Jacob. Now that we know the truth about you being Carter's father, you can become just as protective of our son."

"I'd like that very much," Jacob replies to her as they lock eyes with each other.

"You look … well, how about we dance?"

"Sure Cassie," Jacob takes her hand. "That would be nice."

Meanwhile, Natasha and Shane stand next to one another and are stunned when they see their son holding Cassie on the dance floor. Natasha recalls how she told Jacob not to trust Cassie after they got the paternity results back because she still believes that her rival could be up to her old tricks.

"I don't think I can stand her and watch this," Natasha looks at her ex-husband. "What the hell is Jacob thinking?"

Shane shrugs back to her. "He's probably thinking, she is the mother of my child, I want to get along with her. I know you still have doubts about Cassie, Nat, but we might have to stand back and just let this unfold."

"I can't do that," she tells him quickly. "I won't let Jacob get caught up in Cassie's web again."

She looks at her glass and realizes that it is empty. "I'm going to go get another glass of champagne, do you want one?"

"Nah, I'm good," Shane replies to her. "I'm going to go call Robin and make sure she's doing alright."

"Okay, let's touch base soon to discuss what the hell we are going to do with our son?" Natasha asks him as he nods back to her. Natasha, then, makes a beeline for the bar, where she sees Tyler getting another glass of champagne. She quickly recalls how earlier she asked him if he would dance with her and he didn't give her an answer. She had hoped that they would be able to bridge this gap that is between them.

"Are you having a good time?" she asks him as she moves up behind him.

Tyler turns and sees Natasha standing behind him. "I am. Like I told you earlier, this is a great event. You and your team at Roboto would be very proud of yourselves."

"Coming from the CEO of Robertson Enterprises, I really appreciate that."

"We are competitors, but I can still admit when something is done well," Tyler looks back into her eyes. For a moment, he is taken back as to why they got together in the first place. "I was thinking about your question earlier."

"Which question?"

"About dancing," he reveals as they lock eyes for a second.

"Nat, I'm glad I found you," Robbie interrupts a key moment between his sister and her lover. "We are about to make some announcements in the auction room."

Natasha sighs back to him before she looks at Tyler, who is trying to hide his disappointment that Robbie, of all people, is ruining this moment between him and Natasha.

"It's fine," Tyler looks back at her. "You are on the clock, go make some money."

"We will finish this later," she replies to him before she looks over at Robbie and scurries away.

Tyler slowly takes a sip of his champagne before he notices Ethan mingling in the crowd. He continues to wonder if Ethan is going to serve the Calimo's with the lawsuit papers at the party; if that happens, he knows that Natasha will not want to dance with him at the party, or ever again.

"What are we doing over here?" Leah asks Cory, who is dragging her off to a corner of the casino that is closed for the party. Leah was enjoying the party, but Cory has whisked her away to this quiet corner and she has no idea why.

"I wanted some time alone with you," Cory stops and looks into her eyes. "You look so beautiful tonight, Leah."

"Thank you," she replies to him. "I've been having a good time tonight. I guess I didn't realize how much of a distraction I needed until I was here."

"You have been through so much these last few weeks and months," Cory tells her. "Nights like tonight are important for your mental health, Leah. And, I hope you know that I am always in your corner. Whatever you need from me, I am here for you."

Leah smiles back to him. "You're so good to me. You always know how to make me feel like the most special woman in the world."

"That's because you are," Cory tells her. "I always want you to know that I am on your side, Leah. Now and forever."

"You certainly tell me that a lot."

"I mean it," Cory nods back to her. "And to prove that, I want you to have this."

He slowly pulls out a small black ring box from his pocket and opens it. "Let me be in your corner forever, Leah? Marry me?" he asks her as Leah's mouth opens in shock as this was the very last thing that she was expecting to have happen.

Felicia slowly opens the door to an emergency exit and looks in the stairwell. She doesn't see anything or anyone, so she quickly opens her purse and grabs her phone. She had received a text message from an unknown phone that had requested that she move into the stairwell, but she has no idea why.

"Hello?" she calls out into the space. "Is anyone here?"

"I am right here," a voice calls out as someone starts walking down the flight of stairs from the second level. "I am so glad that you could meet me. I've missed you."

"You missed me?" Felicia asks out in surprise. "I don't even know who you are," she continues as she sees the person's face.

"Oh my God," Felicia says as she feels the blood drain from her face. The woman standing in front of Felicia looks exactly like Barbara Mills! "Barbara? Is that you? You're alive? Oh my God, Barbara!"
