Roboto

"So, as you can see, the contract is very lucrative," Kim tells Cheresa as they sit in the main office of Roboto, with Robbie sitting next to Kim. Robbie and Kim just presented Cheresa with a potential contact for her to join the company as a model because they are eager to try to give Roboto a fresh, new look.

Cheresa continues to read the fine print on the long contract before she looks back at Robbie and Kim. "This seems almost too good to be true," she admits to them as she moves some of her hair out of her way.

"We wanted to give you a contract that you would be excited about," Robbie explains to her. "We are very interested in bringing you on board, Cheresa."

"I can tell by this offer," Cheresa says back to them. "I am going to be very honest with you, however."

"Please do," Kim replies to her. "We want to hear everything that you have to say so we can try to make this work. We also hope that this has nothing to do with you're the ordeal your family has been going through because we completely support you, Abby and Greg."

Cheresa gulps back to her as she thinks about the fact that Robertson Enterprises also offered her a position to model. "No, this doesn't have anything to do with my family," she quickly tells the executives. "This new modelling job, it will be a welcome distraction for me to start to move on from the nightmare that we have all endured lately."

"That's good to hear," Robbie smiles back to her. "So, what is it then? Can we make the contract better for you in some capacity?"

"It's just that I was actually offered a modelling job somewhere else," Cheresa reveals to them. "So, while I am really liking this contact, I would like the time to see what the other offer is. And, I would like my lawyer to review both offers before I make my final decision."

Robbie and Kim look at one another in surprise. "Of course," Kim forces an awkward smile on her face. "You can take all the time you need, Cheresa. We will be waiting to hear back from you."

"Thank you so much," Cheresa stands up and shakes their hands. "I'll be in touch."

"Before you go Cheresa," Robbie stops her as she moves to the door. "Do you mind if we ask who offered you the other position?"

"Sure," Cheresa nods back to them. "It's Robertson Enterprises; I'm actually headed there now to see what they are offering me. Like I said, I'll be in touch."

"Take care," Kim waves to her as the young woman leaves the office. As soon as she's gone, Kim moves to the bar to pour herself a stiff drink. "I can't believe that Robertson is offering the same model we want a job! How did they know that we wanted Cheresa?"

"Let's not worry about that," Robbie comes up behind his wife and puts his arms on her shoulders. "We have put together a fantastic contract; there's no way Robertson Enterprises will match that. We will get Cheresa to be our model, I know we will."

Robertson Enterprises

"I'm afraid I can't chat too long, I have a very important meeting in a little while," Tyler tells Daisy as he moves around in his office to collect some files before he returns to sitting at his desk.

"That's fine," Daisy sits across from him. "I was thinking about your suggestion that I come back to work and I like of like that idea, to be honest. If there is a position still available?"

"Of course there is," Tyler smiles back to her. "What brought on this change of heart?"

Daisy sighs as she thinks about Meggan's theory that Vinny is alive and has been posing as Brett since the explosions at the Victor mansion last year. She has realized that she and Meggan need to get to the truth to ensure no one else can get hurt but the idea has also made Daisy realize that she needs to start being more independent again; she can't rely on anyone else to ensure her future is set.

"Many things," she admits to him. "Mainly that I need something to fill my days and I want my own financial freedom again."

"That makes sense," Tyler replies to her quickly. "Did something happen with Brett that has made you question your freedom?"

"If I share something with you, can you promise not to repeat it to anyone?"

"Of course Daisy," Tyler tells her. "Whatever we talk about always stays between us."

"Meggan has this theory," she sighs to him as she begins to tell him the latest. "That the reason Brett has been acting different is because he is not Brett at all."

Tyler arches his eyebrow. "I'm not sure I understand?"

"She thinks he could be Vinny," Daisy reveals to him. "She thinks Brett died in the explosions last year and Vinny has been lying this entire time to prevent himself from going to jail."

"My God," Tyler shakes his head back to her. "If that's true, we have to stop him. He could be dangerous!"

"I know," Daisy uneasily nods back to him. "That's what Meggan and I are talking about now; we have find the truth once and for all. All of our lives could depend on this."

The Pampa Grill

"I haven't seen you in a while, how are you coping with everything? I can't imagine what it's been like losing your child and Albertinah so close together," Vinny asks Andrew as they sit across from one another in the restaurant. Vinny hasn't seen his nephew in some time but he is eager to hear how Andrew is doing considering he arranged for his and Abby's child to be pronounced dead when in fact he is being raised by Lukas and Donovan; Vinny did this because Andrew continued to tell him that he wasn't ready to be a father. To help him out, Vinny arranged for this baby switch to happen because he didn't want Andrew to be a father if he didn't want to be.

Andrew sighs back to his uncle. "It has been difficult," he admits to him. "Once Sonny died, I actually realized how much he actually meant to me."

"Oh really?" Vinny asks him in surprise as he takes a sip of his coffee. "I was thinking you didn't want to be a father? That's all you said before the baby was born."

"I wasn't ready," Andrew admits to him. "But, the fact is, after Sonny died, I did grieve him a lot. I still am. And then, to also lose Albertinah, it has been a lot."

"Do you regret not wanting Sonny before he died?"

"Yes and no," Andrew tells him. "I mean, I will always feel bad that my son died but I still know that I wasn't ready to be a father. I just didn't want him to die, if that makes sense."

Vinny breathes a sigh of relief, believing that he did the right thing by arranging the baby switch. "I'm sorry I haven't been around more."

"Hey, we are together now Uncle Brett, that's all that matters."

Vinny looks over Andrew's shoulder and happens to see Meggan at the bar waiting for a takeout order. He can't help but think back to being with Daisy earlier and she revealed that she and Meggan were getting closer the night before. Vinny still thinks that it is odd that Meggan randomly stopped in to see him to warn him about hurting Daisy and then the girls were together.

"Would you excuse me for a quick moment?" Vinny asks as he stands up and Andrew nods back to him.

Vinny makes a beeline for the bar where he approaches Meggan. "Meggan, hi."

"Hey Brett," Meggan turns and looks back at him. She studies him to see if she can pick up on any discrepancies between him and the man she remembers as Vinny. "What brings you by?"

"I saw you and thought I'd come say hi," Vinny says back to her. "Daisy told me that you two were together last night."

"We were, yes," Meggan nods back to him. "Like I told you the other day, we are growing closer."

Vinny chuckles back to her. "That's what Daisy said too. Look, I appreciate that you two are getting closer, just do me a favor, okay?"

Meggan arches her eyebrow back to him. "And that would be?"

"Stay out of my business," he warns her. "Grow closer to your half-sister but leave me the hell out of it."

Before Meggan can reply, Vinny storms off and heads back to his table with Andrew. Meggan shakes her head to herself. "Something is definitely going on with you," she whispers to herself, realizing that she might be right all along: Vinny is posing as Brett; now, she just have to figure out how to prove it.

At another table, Will and Madeline are sitting across from one another with some cocktails on the table.

"How are you feeling about the entire Clayton reveal?" Will asks his friend as he takes a sip of his whiskey sour. He knows that Madeline must be still reeling from the news that she has another brother, and one that looks exactly like Reese. "You must still be shook by all this."

"I am but so is Clayton," Madeline replies to him quickly. "I had breakfast with him and he is trying to wrap his head around this. And, he wants everyone to know that he is not Reese."

Will arches his eyebrow back to her. "Why would he think otherwise?"

Madeline sighs back to her friend. "I think because he looks like Reese does, he assumes everyone believes he is Reese. He made it very clear to me that he is Clayton and Reese is not back."

"I guess I can appreciate that," Will tells her. "I think he will be fine once this all settles in. It must be overwhelming to realize that you have this instant family that you never knew about."

"How are you, Will? I know you're still dealing with the loss of Eva."

"Every day is getting a little better," he admits to her. "I'm trying to remember the good times and that she would have wanted me to be happy and try to move on."

"I think that is a good way to look at it," Madeline replies to him. "You know it doesn't have to happen right away. Every one mourns at a different pace."

"I am trying to be kind to myself and give myself the time I need," he says back to her. "By the way, I saw you last night. You and Jeff, I mean."

Madeline bites her tongue so she doesn't get a huge grin on her face. She knows that that she and Jeff are pretending to date to try to make Will and Meggan jealous; she is just hoping that now Will saw her kiss Jeff.

"You did? Why didn't you come and say hello?" Madeline asks him, playing coy with him.

"It looked like you two were pretty cozy," Will takes another sip of his drink. "I didn't want to intrude."

Madeline chuckles back to him. "We are just having fun, seeing what, if anything, is still between us. Since I'm going to be in town for a while, there's no harm in seeing someone, right?"

Will smirks back to her. "Right," he winks back to her.

The Sugarbowl

Andy opens the door to the coffeehouse and moves inside. He has been at the paper all morning and would love another cup of coffee. As he gets into the lineup, he can't help but see Clayton working behind the counter. Every time he sees Clayton, he still has to do a double take as he looks exactly like Reese; he still hasn't been able to get his head around the fact that he feels like his husband is back, in some ways.

"Andy, hey, what can I get for you?" Clayton asks him as Andy reaches the front of the line.

"A large black coffee please," Andy replies to him.

"Nothing special? Just coffee?"

"I need it after the morning I've had," Andy chuckles back to him. "The paper has been crazy today."

"I read about the trial involving Greg and Abby Lawson," Clayton admits to him as he passes him a tall coffee. "Seems like something out of a movie."

"You can say that again," Andy replies to him. "Seems like that type of thing happens in this town more often than not. Listen Clayton, I was thinking about our last conversation; if you ever want to get together and chat, or anything, I'm here. I meant what I said when I said we can be friends."

"And, I'm going to tell you what I told Madeline," Clayton sternly tells him. "I'm okay to do that but you, and everyone else, need to remember that I am not Reese, I never will be. I want to be clear that if you want to hang out with me or get to know me, you want to get to know Clayton, and not someone that is dead."

Andy gulps hard back to him. "I…I don't know what to say. I never thought of you as Reese, Clayton."

"Good, then we won't have any problems."

Andy uneasily smiles back to him, clearly taken aback by Clayton's outburst about being Reese. "I should get back to the paper. See you around, Clayton."

Robertson Enterprises

"Can I offer you anything? Some soda or a glass of water?" Tyler asks Cheresa as they sit in his office at Robertson Enterprises. He is thrilled that she has agreed to meet him today so he can present his offer to her to join the Robertson Enterprises team.

"No, I'm fine, thanks," Cheresa replies to him. "This contact looks really great, I have to admit."

Tyler chuckles back to her. "I am thrilled to hear you say that. I worked closely with my team to try to come up with something that would appeal to you, Cheresa. I am very interested in bringing you onboard to the Robertson Enterprises team."

"I appreciate that Tyler," she says back to him. "I am going to be very transparent with you; I had another job interview earlier this morning; another modelling job. I will tell you what I told them: I need some time to think about which offer I'd like to accept and I would like my lawyer to review both contracts."

"That is understandable," Tyler says. "I am confident that your lawyer will tell you to join Robertson Enterprises. Am I safe to assume that you also interviewed with Roboto?"

Cheresa chuckles back to him. "How'd you guess?"

"There aren't many other companies in Twin Peaks that would be looking for a model," he winks back to her. "No pressure, just know that we want you here very much, Cheresa."

"Thanks Tyler, I'll be in touch shortly."

The Pampa Grill

Abby scurries into the restaurant as she is looking to meet Andrew for a cocktail so they can catch up with one another. She thought it was sweet that he reached out after he heard about the outcome of the trial. She stops in the entrance way when she hears her cell phone ringing; she opens her purse and pulls out her phone.

"Hello," she says putting the phone to hear ear. "Yes, this is Abby Lawson … oh, really? My community service will be completed at Raven's Meadow? Okay, yes, I'll be there first thing tomorrow. Thanks for calling."

She puts the phone back in her purse and wonders what type of work she will do at Raven's Meadow as part of her community service. As she starts to move towards the table where Andrew is sitting, she almost runs into Lukas, who is on his way out of the restaurant.

"Oh Lukas, I'm sorry," she says as she steps back from him. "I didn't see you there."

"I could tell," Lukas replies to her. "Anyways, I am running late. I'll see you around, Abby."

"Lukas, wait," Abby turns to face him as he moves to the door. "How is Olly doing? I know that Donovan told me to stay away from him and I have, but I still care about him. And, if I'm honest, I miss him."

Lukas sighs back to her. "He is fine Abby," he tells her. "But, we did ask you to step back from him, to protect him. You have to understand that everything that you've been through the last few months, it's not good for Olly. It wasn't anything personal, we are just trying to protect Olly."

Abby feels her eyes swell with water. "I get it," she whispers back to him as she fights back some tears. "Just know that I care about him. I always will."

The Black House; Helen & Dawn's Home

"Here, I brought you some tea," Helen announces to Shane as she moves into the living room of her home while Shane stands looking out the large front window. "I thought we could have a cup while we chat."

"Thanks, that was thoughtful of you," Shane turns and says to Helen. "After what happened yesterday, I really wanted to come and see you."

Helen finishes pouring two cups of tea and looks back at him. "Okay, you have my peaked my curiosity. What happened yesterday?"

Shane takes a sip of his tea. "Our plan, it is really working," he tells her as his eyes light up.

"I knew that?" Helen replies to him. "Robin has moved in with you."

"That's not all," Shane tells her. "Yesterday, she agreed to marry me. She is going to tell Adam about her decision. Robin, soon, she will be my wife and Adam will be free to be with you."

Helen smiles back to him. "I don't believe it," she chuckles. "We did it! We really did it!"

Shane moves up to her and hugs her. "We are both about to get everything that we have ever wanted, Helen. And it's all because of your brilliant plan."

Adam's Townhouse

"Hang tight, I'm coming," Adam rushes to his front door as he hears his doorbell ring a couple of times. He wonders who could be ringing the at the door non-stop. He opens the door and sees Robin standing on the other side. "Robin, hi. What a surprise, please come in."

"Thanks," Robin uneasily replies to him as she moves inside. "I hope this is a good time?"

"It is always a good time to see you," Adam replies to her as he closes the door behind her. "Where is Dominique?"

"She is with the nanny," Robin tells him. "I had to see you. I have something to tell you and you have to hear this from me."

Adam uneasily smiles back to her as he hopes that this means that she has come to her senses and realized that Shane won't sue her for custody of Dominique if she stays with him. "You can tell me anything, Robin. Anything at all."

Robin sighs back to him. "This is hard for me to say," she admits to him. "But, you know that I moved out because Shane was going to try to get custody of Dominique. He wants to give our daughter the best childhood possible."

Adam uneasily nods back to her. "He can do that without you being there."

"He wants to marry me," Robin replies to him quickly. "And, I've agreed."

Adam feels like he was just sucker punched by the sound of her words. He can't believe that Robin is standing in front of him saying that she is going to marry Shane.

"I know that this is a shock," Robin tells him. "I just want to do what's best for my daughter. Please tell me you understand."

Adam runs his hand over his face and then looks back at her. "I think you should leave."

"Adam, please…"

"No, Robin," Adam fights tears in his eyes. "I love you! And, you show up here to tell me that you're going to marry another man? How the hell do you want me to feel?"

"I … I want you to understand."

"Well, I don't," Adam shakes his head back to her. "Not at all! Marrying Shane won't make you happy, far from it. And, eventually you will divorce him and then what? Your precious daughter has to go through a divorce? This makes no sense!"

"I'm sorry that you don't understand my decision. But it is my decision," Robin replies to him quickly. "Like I said, I wanted you hear this from me."

"Gee, thanks," Adam forces himself to laugh at the situation. "Now please, leave. I don't think I can stomach looking at you for one more second!"

Robin nods back to him and then slowly leaves the house. Adam turns and picks up a glass from the bar and throws it up against the wall, causing it to shatter.

"Damn you!" he yells out in frustration. "Aghhhh!"
