Twin Peaks General Hospital
"Once you sign there," Dr. Rodriguez points to a line on some papers
to Robin and Shane. "You will be able to take Dominique home."
Robin looks over at Shane with a smile on her face as she takes the doctor's pen
and signs her name. She passes the form over to Shane, who then signs next to
Robin. They almost can't believe that they day has finally arrived: the day Dominique
is getting discharged from the hospital. All of their hopes and prayers are finally
answered because for a while it was very touch and go about their daughter's health.
"Great," Dr. Rodriguez looks back at them. "Now, it is
very important that you continue to monitor Dominque's progression. If she starts
to run a fever or appears to have any difficulty breathing, it is key that you
come back to the hospital. She's made good progress but she is still very small.
" "Don't worry about that," Robin replies to the doctor.
"I don't plan on letting her out of my sight!" "Good,
the nurse is almost finished preparing her. Then you guys are off."
"Thank you again, doctor, for everything," Shane shakes her hand before
she scurries off. He turns his attention to the mother of his child. "I can't
believe that this is really happening." "I know me either,"
Robin pulls him into a hug. "Our daughter is healthy enough to go home! It
really is a miracle." "I guess that leaves one question remaining,"
Shane looks back at her as their eyes lock as they exit their embrace. "Where
are you going to be living? Are you coming back with home with me? Or are you
going to Adam's?" The Sugarbowl
"It was nice
of Paige and Jacob to stop by and see how we are doing," Andrew tells Abby
as they sit in the back corner booth of the coffeehouse together, as Paige and
Jacob walk away from them. Their friends had seen them in the corner when they
walked in so they said hi and asked how they were coping since they know that
they are still grieving the loss of Sonny, and for Abby the loss of Brad.
"You know what is interesting," Abby takes a sip of her tea. "Is
that you realize how many people care about you when you are going through some
sort of crisis. Ever since Sonny passed, I've had so many people ask me how I
am doing." "Of course," Andrew nods back to her. "Surprisingly,
I get the same." "Why are you surprised by that? You are Sonny's
father." "I know," Andrew agrees with her. "But,
I don't know, considering everything that happened and how I was pressing you
for adoption, I sometimes still feel like I don't deserve to be grieving Sonny."
"You can't think that way," Abby quickly tells him. "You and
I are Sonny's parents and we always will be. No one can take that away from us."
Andrew uneasily nods back to her. "I am so grateful that I have Albertinah.
She has been my rock throughout all of this." Abby sighs back to
him as she thinks about the fact that Andrew is back with Albertinah and not with
her; she had hoped that Sonny would have brought them together but it hasn't happened.
Now, they are only friends as Sonny is gone. "So, you two are doing
good then?" she finally asks him back. "Albertinah and I?"
Andrew asks her quickly. "Yea, we are really good. We have never been better."
"Great," Abby forces a smile on her face even though she is upset
with what he has told her. "I'm happy you have that support Andrew, I really
am." "I don't mean to upset you," Andrew admits to her.
"You will find someone in due time. I know you will." Abby
nods back to him. "And, in the meantime I will continue to go see baby Olly.
He is the one that makes me happy and comforts me." "You've
seen Olly again?" "Yup, the day I found out Brad passed away,
I went over to see him," Abby admits to him. "I still can't explain
why I have such a connection to him but I do." "Just don't
get too attached to him," Andrew warns her. "That is still Lukas and
Donovan's child." "I know," she bites her lower lip. "I
wish I knew the connection I felt to him but I can't explain it. All I know is
that he really does make me feel better right now." ***
"It was nice to see Andrew and Abby out and about," Paige puts a package
of sugar into her coffee and stirs it while Jacob puts a lid on his latte at the
coffee bar. "I have been thinking about Abby a lot since she is mourning
both Sonny and Brad." "Losing a child is likely the hardest
thing anyone would have to go through," Jacob agrees with her. "I just
hope that they are coping okay." "They appear to be,"
Paige tells him as she takes a sip of her coffee. "Grief is a process. It's
like Max, I'm sure he will slowly get back to a new sense of normalcy."
"I still can't believe that Simona Lopez didn't uncover anything funny
about his inheritance. I was sure that Cassie stole those funds from Roboto and
Robertson Enterprises." "Well," Paige replies to him as
they start to move to the exit. "Now, that we know that Max is inheriting
legit money, we have to let it go. Max has every right to that money from his
Mom. You and your family really need to drop it now, Jacob." "My
family?" Jacob asks her back quickly. "Your grandfather is just as eager
to get back the money he is missing too, Paige. Don't put this all on me."
"I'm not!" Paige snaps at him. "I'm just saying, Max is going
through a hard time, we should try to give him some respect right now."
"Ugh, how could I forget, he saved our lives," Jacob rolls his
eyes back to her. "I just think he's been super annoying with all of this."
"Can we agree to disagree please?" Paige stops and looks at him.
"I don't want to fight with you about this anymore." "Fine,"
he says coldly to her. "Fine," Paige quickly snaps back at
him. "Let's get to the office." The Pampa Grill
Natasha finishes her coffee and gathers her various files that she was working
on while having breakfast at the restaurant and places them in her bag. She is
now going to head off to Roboto to try to see if her and the team can come up
with a product that will help recover some of the lost monies form Cassie.
As she collects her items, she can't help but notice Max sitting alone at
the bar. Natasha lets out a large sigh as she recalls the previous day when Simona
advised her and the Robertson's that Max was not inheriting any of the stolen
funds from Roboto or Robertson Enterprises. After she grabs her purse,
Natasha finds herself walking towards the younger man. "Max," she announces
as she arrives at the bar. "I'm glad I ran into you." "Are
you?" Max asks her back quickly. "I'm sure Detective Lopez has discussed
with you the findings of my mother's will?" "She has,"
Natasha nods back to him. "I have known Cassie Nova for a very, very long
time and I don't want you to get too cocky about the money you received."
Max chuckles back to her. "Correction, you knew her. She died, remember?"
"You know what I mean." "I know exactly what you
mean," Max turns and glares at her. "You never accepted the fact that
my mother tried to change. You never gave her the benefit of the doubt. And now,
she's dead and you're still trying to drag her name through the mud. I see right
through you Ms. Calimo." Natasha chuckles back to him. "I'm
glad you see me," she nods back to him. "Because, even in death I will
not let Cassie Nova win. I will get back what is rightfully mind, and you can
mark my words on that." The Tower's; Floor Eight; Victoria's
Condo
Tyler slowly moves up to the front door of Victoria's condo.
He can't help but remember how he arrived a short time ago hoping to discuss with
Victoria how much a therapist could make so he could try to understand if it is
possible for Cassie to have accumulated the millions of dollars that Max is inheriting,
he happened to see Brett sneaking out of her condo. He has no idea why Brett would
have been at Victoria's, let alone sneaking out of the condo. He can't shake this
new found bad feeling that he has in the pit of his stomach. He knocks
on her door and waits for Victoria to answer. When she does, he immediately notices
that she doesn't look so great. "Hey Vic, I hope I'm not bothering you?"
"Tyler, this is certainly a surprise," Victoria replies to him
quickly. "Not bothering me, no. I was just taking a nap. I'm trying to get
rid of this headache." "I can come back," Tyler tells
her quickly. "This wasn't anything super important." "If
you don't mind?" Victoria says back to him. "I have just been struggling
with getting rid of this headache for a few days now." "Do
you want me to come in and make sure that you're okay?" "No
I should be fine, I'll just set an alarm on my phone so I don't over sleep,"
Victoria replies to him as she pulls out her phone. Tyler notices something small
on the corner of the phone case but he can't make out what it is. "Okay,
I hope you feel better soon Victoria," Tyler tells her, still wondering what
is going on. "If you need anything, reach out, okay?" "Thanks,"
Victoria tries to smile back to him before she closes her door. Tyler
sighs and moves towards the elevator, trying to put the pieces together of what
is going on. He rides down the elevator and gets off in the lobby. As he moves
to the front door, he doesn't see Vinny standing in the lobby on his phone. Vinny,
however, notices Tyler and wonders why he was visiting Victoria. He immediately
realizes that something is amiss here. "What
is going on with you Tyler?" Vinny whispers to himself as he quickly leaves
the condo, wanting to follow Tyler to see if he can uncover what his visit with
Victoria was really all about. The last thing Vinny needs is for someone to clue
into the fact that he is drugging Victoria to slowly drive her crazy.
The State Jail
"Thank God you're okay," Chris breathes
a sigh of relief as he just finished hearing from Trenyce how she was attacked
on New Years Eve which resulted in Brad being killer. He can't help but think
about how right before New Year's, he warned Trenyce and Cheresa to be careful
with the serial killer on the loose. He can't believe that Trenyce could have
been killed. "This is a nightmare." "I know, I wanted
to come so you could see for yourself that I am okay," Trenyce looks back
at him. "I'm shaken but I am okay." "What is Simona Lopez
doing to find out who this killer is?" Chris asks her quickly. "The
longer that they go without finding who the killer is, there is a bigger chance
that more blood will be shed." "I haven't seen her lately,"
Trenyce admits to him. "I know Greg and Brooke are really pressing her to
find the killer since Brad was killed." "I can't believe Brad's
gone," Chris shakes his head back to her. "He died saving your life
and we can't even thank him. After everything he and I went through, I never got
a chance to make any amends." Trenyce feels her eyes swell with
water. "It should have been me," she quickly reveals to him. "I
should be killed." "I thank God that Brad was there,"
Chris looks back at her. "I don't know why anyone would want to hurt you."
"I don't know either but I am scared Chris. I'm really scared that the
killer will come back and try to finish their job." "You have
to promise me to be careful," Chris replies to her. "I can't protect
you because I'm stuck in here, so you have to be careful, Trey. I can't bare losing
you." "I'll be careful," Trenyce nods back to him. "I
just can't wait for you to get out of here Chris. I need you." "I
know babe," Chris grabs her hand and kisses it. "I'll be out as soon
as I can. I promise." Adam's Townhouse
"I'm
coming, I'm coming," Adam rushes over to the front door of his townhouse
and quickly opens it as he sees Robin moving towards the door with Dominique in
her basinet. "Wow, the day is really here, huh?" "Yup,"
Robin leans in and kisses him quickly on the lips when she gets to the door. "Domi
is home and she's here to stay." "Well, come in," Adam
smiles back to her as Robin moves inside and he closes the door behind her. "Welcome
home." Robin turns to him and smiles. "Thanks, it's good to
be home. I am so glad that you agreed to try to put our relationship back together
by letting Domi and I move back in with you. But, we have a problem already."
"What is it? It's not Domi?" "No, she's fine,"
Robin replies to him. "It's Shane. He's not happy that I am moving back here.
Not one little bit." Adam moves up to her and pulls her into a hug.
"Don't worry about Shane; he can see Domi whenever he wants. But you and
I, we've been apart long enough. He and Helen will just have to get used to that."
"I like the way you think," Robin smiles back to him. "Now,
how about we give Domi a tour of her new home?" Next on One Day
