Twin Peaks General Hospital

Kim slowly exits Bob's hospital room, having just seen her husband for the first time since he was in his car accident. The sight of him laying there, unconscious with machines hooked up to him and bruises and bandages covering him is something that she will never get used to seeing. She just hopes and prays that he wakes up, because right now, the doctors have said that because of his head injury, he may never wake up and that is not acceptable to her. She needs her husband more than she needs anything else in her life.

She takes a deep breath and turns her head when she sees Simona walking towards her. Kim takes another deep breath as she recalls how right before the accident, Dominick and Tyler confronted her about brainwashing Felicia into thinking she started the fire at the boutique. She had almost forgotten that they learned the truth because she has been so focused on Bob, but seeing the detective approaching her, she realizes that the Robertson's must have went to the police with the information. Now, she just has to cover.

"Okay," she whispers to herself. "Just tell her that now is not the time because of Bob's health."

"Mrs. Calimo," Simona arrives at Bob's hospital room. "I'm glad I found you, I have some questions for you."

"Whatever this is about, it must wait," Kim quickly replies to her. "I don't know if you heard, but my husband was involved in a very serious car accident. He is fighting for his life."

"I hadn't heard, no," Simona admits to her. "Is he going to be okay?"

"I am praying for that," she says back to the cop. "But, the doctors are claiming he might not wake up."

Simona shakes her head in surprise. "So, I can't question him then?"

"Question him?" Kim gasps back to her. "He's in a coma! No, you can't question him! This is outrageous."

"I am sorry, but I have learned that your husband may have brainwashed Felicia Robertson into believing she started the fire at the Robertson Enterprises boutique last fall. Do you have any information on this claim?"

"Of course not," Kim replies to her. "And, that claim is ludicrous! My husband is not in the business of brainwashing people for crying out loud!"

"I have proof, Mrs. Calimo. A device that was found in Bob's personal study," Simona informs her.

"I don't want to hear any of this," Kim waves her hand back to the detective. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go back to see my husband."

Kim opens the door to Bob's hospital room and quickly moves inside. Once the door closes behind her, she shuts her eyes and tries to calm her beating heart down. Simona peers through the window and watches Kim slowly move closer to Bob.

"Kkkkkkkkimmmmmmmmmm," Bob mumbles as he slowly opens his eyes, causing Kim to become alert.

"Bob?" she rushes up to him, thrilled that Bob is awaking up. "Can you hear me? Bob?"

Raven's Meadow

"The last time I saw Grandma, she was completely out of it," Dawn looks over at Adam as they sit in the visiting center of Raven's Meadow. They came to the hospital to tell Barbara about Helen's death, which neither one can really believe has happened. Dawn wouldn't have thought it was real only she and Adam saw Helen's body in the morgue. The image of her dead mother laying there with bruises on her face and her off-colored skin will haunt her for the rest of her life. Still, she is glad that she saw her mother because it makes her death feel real, or as real as it can.

"I remember you telling me that," Adam looks back over at his daughter, thinking about when Dawn went to the jail to see Barbara after she was arrested for shooting Dawn and Natasha. "I'm hoping that being in here has helped her."

"And if it hasn't?" Dawn bites her lower lip. "We might tell her that Mom died and she will have no idea what we are telling."

"Let's wait to see how she is okay?"

Before Dawn can reply, a nurse brings Barbara into the room in a wheelchair. Dawn and Adam look at Barbara as she stares forward. Barbara can sense that they are there and inside her head she screams for them to hear her, but nothing comes out of her mouth. "Please, you have to help me! That woman, she's hurting me!" Barbara says inside her head, thinking about Brandy giving her electroshock therapy.

"Grandma," Dawn says to Barbara, who continues to stare forward. "We have some news. Some awful news. Can you hear me?"

"Yes baby! Yes, I can hear you!" Barbara says inside her mind. Still nothing comes out of her mouth. "Please, God, let me speak to them! Let me get out of here!"

"Barbara, there was an accident," Adam reaches over and grabs her hand. "And, Helen, she didn't make it. She's gone, Barbara," he tells her choking up as he's unable to hide his grief over his ex-wife.

"What?" Barbara asks herself. "Helen, my beautiful daughter is dead? How can this be happening? Help me! God, let me speak!"

Dawn looks back at Adam. "She isn't responding," she tells him. "What are we going to do, Dad? Everything is such a mess."

"Come here," Adam tells his daughter, who stands up and walks over to him and hugs him. "We will get through this. Somehow, some way, we will make it, Dawn."

The Pampa Grill

Shane opens the door to the restaurant and lets Cory and Jacob inside before he follows them. The three men decided to leave the hospital to get some food because Jacob hadn't eaten since he had been back in Twin Peaks, and he was hungry. Robbie and Natasha, however, wanted to stay at the hospital in case something changed in Bob's condition. Shane moves into the foyer where Cory is requesting a table for three; Shane, however, spots Victoria at the bar and arches his eyebrow. He knows that he has been looking for her because he recently reviewed Craig's medical file and realized that he actually does not have HIV, despite her diagnosis.

"Hey, you guys head to the table," Shane tells Cory and Jacob. "I'll be right there."

"Is everything okay, Dad?" Jacob turns to his father, who nods back to him.

"Yea, I just see a friend, I'll be right there," Shane replies to him quickly. Cory and Jacob proceed to walk towards their table, while Shane looks over at Victoria and heads towards the bar. "Vic, hey, I'm glad I ran into you."

Brandy turns around from sipping her red wine and looks at Shane, wondering what he wants with her. Brandy has been in control of Victoria's mind for months now, and she has really been successful in avoiding the key people in Victoria's life. She should have known better about coming the restaurant for a drink, but after the day she's had, which included giving Barbara electroshock therapy and telling Adam and Dawn that Helen was dead, she wanted desperately to have a glass of wine.

"Oh, hi Shane," Brandy tries to sound as nice as possible. "What's going on?"

"That's what I'd like to know," Shane tells her. "I saw Craig the other day."

"I think he's starting to feel better," Brandy nods back to him. "Which is good."

"You know, he authorized me to review his medical file," Shane reveals to her as the blood drains from Brandy's face. "And, he doesn't even have HIV. What the hell happened?"

"Uh," Brandy stutters. "I'm not sure what you're talking about?"

"His blood results, there was no trace of HIV in them. Why would tell you him he was positive?"

Brandy shakes her head back to him in confusion. "You must have read wrong," she tells him. "I know the test results that I had in my hand. They confirmed he was positive. I haven't done anything wrong."

"You better hope not," Shane tells her. "Because, if I retest him and he's negative, you're going to have a lot of explaining to do."

Cory and Jacob sit across from one another at a table while they wait for Shane to return. Cory looks over at Natasha's son and smiles over to him.

"I still can't believe how much you've grown up," Cory tells him. "I swear it was just yesterday that you were born."

Jacob chuckles back to him. "Time flies, I guess," he replies to him. "Look, I know that I'm coming home was a surprise and it is sort of lost with my Grandfather's accident, but before the accident, how were things around here?"

Cory arches his eyebrow. "What do you mean?"

"I just mean," Jacob begins to tell him. "That there was always something dramatic going on; I was so wrapped up in things in New York though, I hadn't heard about anything lately. I take it everything has been okay?"

Cory uneasily looks back at him as he recalls how Bob was pressuring him into selling Wild Night to him, which Cory refused, however he had a change of heart because he saw Robbie and Brooke having sex in their office. Cory believes that if the truth about their affair ever came to light, his clubs reputation would be lost and there wouldn't be anything worth saving. Now that Bob has had this accident, he doesn't know if he will be able to sell the club after all.

"There are always things going on in Twin Peaks," Cory chuckles back to him. "You know that. But if you mean between your Mom and I, things are really good. Sophie is a dream baby."

"Good, I'm glad to hear that," Jacob tells him. "After everything my Mom has been through, she should be happy."

"She was rather worried about you, since we didn't hear from you for a bit then when we did, it was an engagement announcement."

"Yea, sorry about that," Jacob replies to him. "The fact is, I got caught up in this girl. Woman, actually. And I am going to marry her. Once things calm down, I'll tell her to come to Twin Peaks."

"I think your Mom would like that," Cory tells him. "She wants to make sure she's good enough for her."

Jacob laughs back to him. "I somehow don't think any woman will ever be good enough in Natasha's eyes."

"You might be on to something there!"

At another table, Trenyce picks up her glass of chardonnay and takes a sip of it as she thinks back to the previous night's love making with Chris. She can't believe that everything she and Chris have been through, they are finally together and happy. It is surreal to her but also very lovely.

She wishes, however, that Vinny and Daisy would be able make their shattered marriage work. They have been together for so many years and have provided her such a stability of what a couple should be, she hopes that Vinny can, somehow, get over her affair with Tyler. Although, as she takes another sip of her wine, she knows that Daisy has told her that Vinny is, apparently, plotting revenge, which seems insane to her.

"He would never actually do anything to hurt Daisy," she whispers to herself. "He's not that kind of guy."

She watches Vinny walk into the restaurant and move to a table near the back. Trenyce finds herself standing up and moving over to his table once he has been seated. "Vinny, hi," she says approaching him.

Vinny looks up from the menu and uneasily smiles back to her. The last thing Vinny wanted was to run into someone that will tell him to give Daisy another chance; he wanted to focus on coming up with a plan to get back at Daisy for publically humiliating him with her affair with Tyler. In his mind, having an affair is one thing, but having it announced in the local newspaper is another thing. Everyone, he believes, is laughing at him for being none the wiser about Daisy's bed hoping.

"I haven't seen you for a while, how've you been?" she asks him, as he sets the menu down on his table.

"I've been coping," he replies to her. "It's not easy learning your wife has betrayed you."

"I can imagine," Trenyce tells him. "You know that Daisy feels awful for what happened, don't you?"

"I don't care how she feels Trenyce," Vinny informs her. "She hurt me by having an affair, but what made it worse is that it was announced in the Sun. She couldn't have humiliated me any more than she did."

"I get that," Trenyce begins to tell him. "But if you could find it in your heart to forgive her…you two have been through so much together, don't let this ruin you!"

Vinny chuckles back to her. "A mistake would have been once, not sleeping with Tyler three or four times," he tells her.

"Daisy told me that you're planning revenge," Trenyce informs him. "Tell me that's not true. Tell me that you won't do anything to hurt my Aunt."

"Even if I was," he cryptically tells her. "She would deserve it, don't you think?"

Trenyce shakes her head back to him in surprise. "You're not the man I know," she tells him. "You've…you've changed!"

"That's what happens when your wife fucks another man behind your back," Vinny spits back to her. "You become bitter and jaded."

Instead of responding, Trenyce turns around and rushes from his table. She feels her heart racing inside her chest; what could Vinny do to hurt Daisy? What kind of revenge could he be planning? Trenyce shakes her head hoping that he will soon calm down and this will all blow over.

Twin Peaks General Hospital

Daisy slowly walks up to the nurses station but happens to turn her head and she spots Tyler sitting in a waiting room. She arches her eyebrow wondering what he is doing at the hospital. She moves over to the waiting room where he is sitting and enters.

"I hope I'm not interrupting anything," she says as he looks up at her. "Are you okay?"

Tyler nods back to her. "It's a long story," he replies to her, thinking about how he uncovered the fact that Bob had brainwashed Felicia into believing that she started the fire at the boutique. Of course, he and Dominick went to Simona Lopez with the truth, but then he learned that Bob was in a car accident and he came to the hospital to see how he was doing, but he hasn't heard anything yet. It doesn't help that he has quit his job at Roboto and he is the son of Bob's enemy.

"I'm fine," he replies to her. "Bob Calimo was in a car accident tonight. I'm just here trying to get some information."

"My God," Daisy gasps back to him. "I hope everyone is okay?"

"Like I said," he shrugs his shoulders. "I'm not sure. I haven't heard anything. How are you? It's good to see you, it's been a while."

"Yea, it has," Daisy nods back to him. "I'm good though. I mean, as well as to be expected."

"No change with Vinny?"

"No," she replies to him. "He still wants a divorce."

"I can't say that I'm upset," Tyler tells her. "You know how I feel about you."

Daisy blushes back to him. "I know," she says back to him. "I'm not sure…"

"You know what I've realized? Life is short," he cuts her off. "I found out that my Mom didn't start the fire at the boutique," he reveals to her. "She was set up. Yet, she's spent almost a year of her life in a hospital. I don't want to waste time like that, Daisy."

"Who set her up? That's madness."

"Bob, that's why I'm here; I exposed the truth once I found out."

"Wow," Daisy says back to him. "You did the right thing by exposing him. You know that, right?"

"I know," he tells her. "But you're changing the subject. The fact is, I don't want waste time."

"I'm just not sure…"

He leans in and kisses her, interrupting her sentence. She's unable to stop kissing him back, but eventually they part ways. "Just think about that, okay?" he winks back to her.

Andy walks into the hospital chapel and quickly moves down the short aisle towards the large cross that is up against the wall. To the right of the cross are candles, so he grabs a wick and lights a candle before he moves to the front and bends down to the cross.

"God," he whispers to himself. "It's me. I'm here to ask you for a favor: please let Bob make it through this accident. I don't know how Kim will react if she loses her husband after everything she went through with Blake. I need you to hear me, please, please, let him live."

"Andy?" a voice calls out from the doorway causing Andy to stand up and turn around. He sees Nicholas standing in the chapel. Andy rushes up to his friend and hugs him tightly. "I got here as soon as I could."

"I know," Andy tells him, still holding him. "Craig needed you. I get that."

"How are things?"

They exit their embrace and Andy feels his eyes swell with water. "Not good," he replies to him. "And, if my sister loses her husband, I'm not sure how she will react. She lost her son also in a car accident, this could crush her."

"We have to stay positive," Nicholas replies to him. "And, we can pray."

"I just hope it works," Andy licks his lips.

"I hate seeing you this way," Nicholas looks deep into his eyes.

Andy turns away from him, immediately feeling his attraction to Nicholas coming to surface. "Did I say something wrong?"

"No," Andy replies to him. "It's just…"

"What tell me?"

Andy turns back around and moves up to Nicholas and leans in and kisses him. "I needed you," he says as their lips part for a moment. "I know we can't do this, but I can't help myself right now. I need you Nicholas."

Nicholas pulls him into another hug and holds him, thinking about the kiss they shared. "I'm here for you Andy. I'm right here."

"I'm glad you're back," Eva announces to Brandy as she opens Victoria's office door and sees her daughter sitting behind her desk. Eva is desperate to see her daughter after seeing Shane at Robin and Adam's engagement party because he told her that Victoria misdiagnosed Craig with HIV, which is completely unlike Victoria. She has to ensure her daughter is doing okay.

"Yea, I just stepped out for a bit to eat and decided to come back to work," Brandy nods back to her. In Brandy's mind, she's desperate to get into Craig's file to update the records to ensure that it shows that he does have HIV; she can't believe she didn't do that in the first place.

"I spoke to Shane earlier," Eva informs her. "He told me about your file with Craig Benton."

"Oh did he know?" she replies sounding very annoyed. "I know my own damn test results! I'm not sure what Shane is trying to prove, but he better watch his move."

"What has gotten into you? You and Shane were so close."

"Yea, we were, until he started accusing me of ruining people's lives. I won't stand for it! I'll sue for slander!"

"Victoria, please calm down," Eva comes up to her daughter, but Brandy pushes her away.

"Don't tell me to calm down," Brandy sneers at her. "I'm protecting myself and my reputation. If Shane thinks he can smear my name around, he has another thing coming. All of you do!"

"Bob? Can you hear me?" Kim asks her husband, who just called out for her.

Bob slowly opens her eyes and looks back at her. "I….I lovvvvvvvve you."

"I love you too darling," she cries back to him. "This is a good thing, you coming back to me. You're going to make it! You have too."

Bob's eyes close again and he doesn't reopen them. Kim looks at her husband with tears falling down her face. "Please, Bob, come back, don't leave me, not now…"

She rests her head on his chest and cries to him, while Simona stands at the hospital door and watches the scene unfold.
