Scene One - The Sugarbowl

"I haven't seen you in so long," Dawn smiles over to Max as they sit across from one another in the back booth of the coffeehouse, each having a latte. Dawn knows that she hasn't seen much of her friend lately because she ran away from home so she was staying low key and Max has been busy working at Robertson Enterprises. "How are things?"

"I can't complain," Max replies to her with a smile on his face, happy to see his long-time friend. "Things are Robertson are going well, really well," he tells her. "I think Robin and Dominick are happy with the work I'm doing."

"That's amazing," Dawn says back to him. "I always knew that you'd do great things with the camera, your talent was always there."

Max chuckles back to her a little. "Well, the only downside about it is that I've had to cut back on the weed."

Dawn nods back to him. "That's not a bad thing," she tells him. "We all have to grow up sometimes, right?"

"Yea, I guess," Max says back to her, still missing his past times when he was getting high.

"So, any girls in your life?" she asks him as he blushes a little, causing her to lean forward. "Oh, there is. Come on, spill the beans!"

Before Max can reply, Paige arrives at the booth. "Hey guys," says to her friends. "Am I interrupting?"

"Of course not," Dawn smiles back to her, even though she is still curious about Max's love life. "Max and I were just catching up. You are welcome to join us, if you'd like?"

"Yea, thanks," Paige says as she scoots into the booth next to Dawn. "I saw some of your pictures in the windows of the new boutique," Paige tells Max. "They look amazing."

"I was telling him the same thing!" Dawn chimes in, as Max blushes again.

"You guys are too much, seriously, thanks. You two are the best friends a guy could ask for."

"Don't you forget it," Paige laughs back to him as Max's phone starts to ring.

"Hello," he says as he picks it up. "Yea, I'll be right there." He hangs up and looks at his friends. "Sorry to cut this short, but that was work. I have to get to the boutique. See you guys soon?"

"Absolutely," Dawn waves to him. "We can't go so long without seeing each other, I missed you."

"Ditto, and we won't," Max says as he walks away from the table.

Dawn looks back at Paige before she takes a sip of her latte. "Something is different about you," Paige notes to her friend. "What's going on?"

Dawn shakes her head, trying to forget the fact that she and Shelley shared a kiss recently and that in therapy, Cassie told her to explore her feeling that she's been having. Dawn doesn't know what she will do, but it has been on her mind.

"It's nothing," Dawn tries to down play Paige's questions. "I think I'm just in a good place, you know? I've made a great new friend in Shelley, I'm growing closer to my parents again … things are just in a good place, which is the first time in a long time that I can say that."

"Well, then, I'm happy for you," Paige nods back to her. "After everything we've all been through, we deserve some happy times."

"I couldn't agree with you more!"

"Where's Blake today?" Andy asks Kim as they sit side by side at the window seat. Andy was hoping to see his nephew when Kim asked to meet him today but she arrived solo. Secretly, Andy is happy to have some time with his sister because the last time he saw Bob, he was asking him if he thought that Kim was acting odd. Andy has also thought that Kim has been acting a little strange lately, but he doesn't know what is about.

"Tyler has him," Kim quickly replies to him, not really wanting to mention the name of the man who fathered her son. She still can't believe that he's blackmailing her into going back to him. "But, I will pick him up tomorrow. You want to get together soon with him?"

"I'd love that," Andy nods back to her. "You know how much I love spending time with Blake."

Kim smiles back to him. "And, he loves spending time with you. Let's do it then?"

"Sounds like a plan," Andy says before he takes a sip of his coffee. "So, can we talk about something? And, I want you to be honest with me."

Kim arches her eyebrow back to her brother. "You know we can talk about anything, Andy. Is sounds serious, is everything okay?"

"You tell me?" Andy asks her back. "You haven't been yourself for weeks now, what's going on? And before you say nothing, you should know that Bob has noticed it as well."

"Bob has noticed what?" Kim quickly asks him, worried about what Bob may or may not know. She knows she has been covering up lie after lie since she foolishly gave Tyler for the formula for the facial cream.

"Just that you haven't been yourself," Andy replies to her. "We can see that something is troubling you. What is it?"

"Nothing," Kim lies to him, knowing that if she tells Andy what's going on, he will be put in a bad place of having to lie to Bob. "I guess I've just been run down with everything going on at Roboto, you know we are still trying to play catch up with this facial cream fiasco."

"Yea, I can imagine," Andy says. "I know how much Bob hates losing to Dominick."

"He won't lose," Kim replies to him. "I know my husband, he will not let Dominick get the best of him. But, I do appreciate you making sure I'm okay. I am fine, really."

Andy uneasily nods back to her. "Okay, but I hope you know you can come to me with anything. I'm always going to be here for you."

"I know that," Kim smiles back to him. "Thank you. You're the best brother a girl could have."

Scene Two - Tyler's Townhouse; Tyler & Felicia's Home

"Oh darling," Felicia smiles as she comes into the living room and sees Tyler playing on the floor with Blake; she loves seeing her son and grandson together, nothing warms her heart more. "Do you know how much I love seeing the two of you together?"

Tyler kisses Blake on the head, who continues to play with the car in has in front of him, before Tyler standing up to face his mother. "I know you do," Tyler smiles back to her. "He's a pretty special guy, huh?"

"You can say that again," Felicia nods back to her. "The last time we really spoke you said that you hadn't given up hope on you and Kimberly being a family. Is that still a go?"

Tyler breaths a heavy sigh, wondering if he has gone too far in his quest to get Kim back. He knows that taping them having sex on New Year's Eve was a risky thing to do, but now that he has revealed his plan to her, he can't go back. He only hopes that one day Kim will realize that he's doing this because he loves her and wants to be a family with her and Blake. If she does, then he will get everything he's always wanted.

"I think it is," he says proudly to Felicia. "I think Kim will be coming back to me very soon."

"That's wonderful," Felicia replies to him, as the doorbell rings. "I wonder who that could be?"

Felicia quickly moves to the front door and opens it, seeing Dominick on the other side. "Oh, Dominick," she says allowing him into the house. "Tyler and I were just spending some time with Blake. Would you care to join us?"

"I'm afraid I can't stay long," Dominick tells her and Tyler. "I have some business to attend to at Robertson, but I've learned something and I wanted you both to hear it from me."

"What is it Dad?"

"I threw Eva out of the house last night," he reveals as Felicia gasps, shocked that Dominick would throw out his wife.

"Why would you do that?" she asks him.

"Because, I learned that she knew Frederick Richardson was brainwashing you," Dominick reveals to them, unable to hide his disgust. "She knew the entire time and she said nothing! The thought of her lying still makes my blood boil."

Felicia covers her mouth in horror. "But why would she do that?" Tyler asks him. "That doesn't make any sense at all."

"Because she wanted to marry me," Dominick continues to explain. "She thought if Felicia didn't love me anymore, then it would open the door for our marriage."

"That devil!" Felicia cries. "She knew what he was doing to me and she let him get away with it! How could she do this?"

"I wish I knew," Dominick moves up to her to comfort her, but she pushes him away.

Felicia rushes to the door. "I have to go!" she yells, as Tyler tries to call out for her to stop. But it's too late, they hear the front door slam closed behind her.

"Let her go," Dominick tells his son. "She needs to get her head around this betrayal."

"Seems like we all do," Tyler puts his hand on his father's shoulder. "If I can do anything, Dad."

"Thanks, Tyler. I'm just going to try to focus on work right now and whatever happens, happens."

Scene Three - The Black House; Helen & Barbara's Home

"Would you like a cup of a tea?" Barbara asks Helen as she comes into the living room and sees her daughter staring out the large window. Barbara waits for a moment before she comes up to Helen and puts her hand on her shoulder, causing Helen to jump. "Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you, I was asking if you'd like a tea."

"No, I'm fine," Helen waves her hand in the air, trying to calm herself down.

"Well, something is upsetting you," Barbara tells her daughter. "Maybe some tea would help."

"I don't want any damn tea!" Helen snaps back at her mother. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have snapped at you."

"It's fine," Barbara replies to her. "But something is troubling you. Does it have anything to do with Chris Michaels being arrested for killing Frederick Richardson?"

"Mom, you don't know that Chris is guilty."

"Oh please," Barbara tries not to laugh. "I highly doubt the police would have arrested that man if they didn't think he was the one who killed the doctor. The police don't like to arrest innocent people."

"Chris says he is innocent!"

"And you believe him?" Barbara asks Helen, who turns away from her. If Helen is honest with herself, she has no idea what to believe. "Ah, well your silence says it all. I told you weeks ago to end this affair with Chris, Helen. Now, that he has been revealed to be a killer, I don't know why you are still with that man! You need to dump him and you need to dump him now!"

"Mother, please," Helen whispers back to her. "I have a lot on my mind," she explains to her. "I don't need to hear a lecture from you, okay?"

Just then, the sound of the tea kettle whistling in the kitchen can be heard. "I'm going to make my tea," Barbara says before she leaves the room.

Helen looks back at the out window, her mind racing about Chris getting arrested. Like Barbara said, the police wouldn't have arrested him if they didn't think he was the killer. "Have I really been sleeping with a murderer all these months?"

Scene Four - The Pampa Grill

Trenyce steps into the restaurant, looking to grab a quick bite to eat before her meeting at Robertson Enterprises later in the day. As she moves inside, she sees Andrew sitting at the bar having a beer. She knows that the last time she saw him, he revealed that he told the police that he heard Chris threaten to kill Frederick before the shooting last November. This is part of the reason why Chris was arrested for the murder.

"Andrew," Trenyce announces as she comes up to the child she raised for so many years. "How are you? I haven't seen you in a few days."

"I'm fine," Andrew takes another sip of his beer. "I mean, better than fine now that Chris has been arrested for killing Frederick."

Trenyce shakes her head in surprise. "Why are you happy that Chris was arrested? I know that you told Simona Lopez that you heard Chris threaten Frederick but that doesn't mean that he killed him."

"But it doesn't prove that he didn't," Andrew replies to her quickly. "Look, Trenyce, if the police have enough evidence against Chris that he was arrested, then I'm happy. All I want is for the person responsible for killing Frederick brought to justice, and if that's Chris, then I'm happy he's behind bars."

"You know Chris!" Trenyce tries not to raise her voice and cause a scene. "He raised you for crying out loud!"

"Not as long as Frederick raised me," Andrew replies to her calmly. "I don't want to fight with you about this. If Chris didn't do anything, he has nothing to worry about. Until then, I think he's getting exactly what he deserves."

"What's happened to you?" Trenyce asks him as she grabs her purse. "You're not the same boy I raised. You've changed."

"You never knew the real me," Andrew spits back to her. "And, you never will."

Trenyce shakes her head in disbelief before she walks away from him, wondering if she will ever get to see the child she once knew again.

Scene Five - Twin Peaks Police Station

"Thanks for meeting me today," Chris tells Natasha as they sit across from each other in an integration room in the police station. He hasn't seen anyone since he was arrested, and he had heard about Natasha's accident, so he was waiting until he heard she was fine before he called her. "I hope you're up to this, I heard about your fall."

"I'm fine now," Natasha replies to him quickly. "I also heard about this arrest. I'm hoping that you called me here to tell me that you didn't do this?"

"Of course I didn't do this," Chris replies to her. "I asked you here to see if you'll be my lawyer. I need the best, Natasha. They want to put me away for something I didn't do. I need your help, say you'll help me?"

"Of course I'll help you," Natasha nods back to him. "But you have to tell me everything, Chris. No secrets, because that will hurt you down the road. I'll ask you once, all you have to do is nod your head. Did you kill Frederick?"

"No!" Chris yells back to her.

"Okay, I believe you," Natasha tells him. "But, we have to have an answer for every piece of evidence that the police have against you. They have your gun, and the bullets are the same bullets that were used to shoot Frederick. Let's start the night Frederick was murdered."

"New Year's Eve."

"Where were you?" Natasha asks him. "If you have an alibi, then this will all go away."

"I already told Simona Lopez that I was at the Pampa Grill and then I went to the shooting range. I needed to blow off some steam, so I go there often."

"The shooting range just on the west end of the city?" Natasha asks him as he nods back to her. "Perfect," she smiles. "I'll head over there and see if they can verify your story. I can't believe the police didn't do this already. If they can verify that you were there, you couldn't have been the one who killed Frederick."

"Thanks Natasha," he says standing up and shaking her head. "Try to hurry, I hate being in here."

"I'm on it, don't worry."

Scene Six - Robertson Enterprises; The Boutique

"Wow, you guys weren't lying, this place is amazing," Max notes to Robin and Dominick as he looks arounds the boutique for the first time. He had heard from them how great the space was, but seeing it has exceeded his expectations. The fact that his pictures are plastered all over the place, is even better for him.

"I knew you'd like," Robin smiles back to him, causing Max to blush a little. "Your photos are really the best part of the space."

"I couldn't have done it without your help," he tells her, finally taking his eyes off the large prints of his pictures that are plastered on the wall and instead looks at her.

"You two are a great team," Dominick notes back to them. "And, the reason I called you here is because the re-release of the facial cream has been a huge success already. In fact, the shipment of the facial cream has almost sold out in the boutique already!"

"But, we just did the relaunch? It has happened so quickly!" Robin says unable to hide her excitement.

"The public knows that we have a great product and they can't get enough of it," Dominick tells them. "I ow so much of this to the two of you, you two are proving to be a force to be reckoned with."

"I've been telling Robin that for a while now," Max smiles back to the woman he has a crush on. "Together are unstoppable and we could do anything together. I think she's finally realizing it's true."

"I am," Robin purses her lips back to him.

Scene Seven - The Park

Andrew races through the park, desperate to get his mind off of his run in with Trenyce. He knows that she is a supporter of Chris, but he hopes that Chris rotes in jail for years for killing Frederick. He hates that Frederick is dead and if Chris is the one whom killed Frederick, then he should pay. He doesn't understand why everyone is so upset that he feels that way; after all, Frederick raised him after Savannah died.

Andrew turns a corner on the path and runs right into someone else! Andrew stumbles back and lights his hat to see if the other person is okay.

"I'm so sorry," he says trying to catch his breath. "I wasn't watching where I was going."

Paige slowly looks up, having gotten knocked to the ground, and is shocked to see Andrew. "God, you never know when to stop, do you? First you attacked me with that snowball, now you crash into me? Didn't anyone teach you any manners?"

"I apologized," Andrew rolls his eyes back to her. "And, I was going to offer you hand up, but since you're being such a bitch about it, get up on your own."

"Ugh," Paige groans as she pulls herself out of the snow. "How about you just watch where you're going okay?"

"Yea, I said I would."

"And, if you see me around again, ignore me. You're not the kind of person I want to be around. In fact, I want nothing to do with a jerk like yourself!"

"Sounds perfect to me," Andrew growls before he rushes off past Paige, who dusts snow off herself, as she watches him walk away from her.

"What a loser," she says to herself, as she finishes brushing the snow off herself.

Scene Eight - The Tower's; Floor Three; Shelley's Condo

"Shelley, are you home?" Dawn calls out as she comes into the condo, fresh from seeing her friends at the Sugarbowl. "I brought you home a mocha and a muffin, your favorites."

"You sweet thing you," Shelley arrives at the foyer to help take things out of Dawn's hands. "How did you know that I was just about to make a hot chocolate?"

"Lucky guess?" Dawn shrugs her shoulders as she finishes hanging her jacket. "I'm glad your home."

"Yea?" What's on your mind?" Shelley asks her as she takes a sip of her drink as they move into the living room.

"Do you really have to ask?" Dawn asks her as they sit on the sofa be side each other. "The other day, we kissed."

"We sure did," Shelley chuckles back to her. "Look, Dawn, I'm not going to take advantage of you. You're a sweet, young girl, and I don't want you to think that you have to do anything that you're not comfortable with. And, don't feel like you have to kiss me because you're living with me or anything, okay?"

"Whoa," Dawn waves her hand in the air. "You've obviously thought about it too," she says as Shelley turns away, not wanting her to see that she has been thinking about the kiss. "The thing is, I've had these…feelings for women for a long time. You've just helped me realize that it's okay to have them."

"Really?"

Dawn nods back to her. "And, my therapist told me that I should be exploring these feelings."

Shelley sets the cup down on the coffee table and turns to face Dawn. "How do you think you'd like to do that?"

Dawn blushes a little before she licks her lips and she stands up from the sofa. She slowly removes her sweater from her body, leaving her only in her bra and jeans. "Maybe we could explore together?"

Shelley stands and looks at the young woman in front of her. "Are you sure you want to do this?"

Dawn nods back to her before she leans in and kisses Shelley on the lips. "I'm so very sure," Dawn says in between kisses as their hands lock and their mouths meet again.

Scene Nine - The Pampa Grill

Felicia opens the door to the restaurant and quickly moves inside, desperate for a drink after hearing Dominick's news that Eva knew that Frederick was brainwashing her and didn't say anything because Eva wanted to ensure that she could marry Dominick.

"That woman has a lot of nerve," Felicia whispers to herself as she comes inside the restaurant. "She knew damn well that I wouldn't have divorced Dominick had I not been brainwashed."

As Felicia waits to be seated, she happens to see Eva sitting alone having a glass of wine. Felicia doesn't wait for the hostess to arrive, she, instead, scurries over to Eva's table. "You monster!" Felicia shouts at Eva.

Eva looks up and shakes her head. "I'm assuming you've spoken to my husband? Look, Felicia, I've already apologized, I know what I did was wrong…"

"Wrong?" Felicia cuts her off. "You let that man play with my emotions and feelings! Yes, what you did was wrong!"

"I'm sorry," Eva replies to her. "But I'm not going to continue to apologize. We've all made mistakes. I'm not proud of what I did, but I can't take it back now."

"No, you can't," Felicia whispers back to her. "The damage is done. I've already lost my husband!"

"He's my husband now," Eva reminds her.

Felicia slaps Eva hard across the face. "Only because of all the lies you told! I will never forgive you for this, Eva. And you better watch your back, because I will get what I deserve! Mark my words!"
