Previously on One Day at a Time
- Victoria overheard Leah ask Robbie if Leah, Robbie and Paige could be a family together. Robbie, wanting to follow Shane's orders not to confuse Leah, seemingly agreed
- Bob's internal audit failed to reveal if Roboto has a spy. Bob told Kim he still believed someone inside gave Robertson Enterprises the formula to the facial cream. Tyler, meanwhile, told Kim that he will keep her secret if she sleeps with him one more time
- Daisy asked Jemma to move out of the mansion

Scene One - Roboto; Bob's Office

Kim looks over some files while she sits at Bob's desk waiting for her husband to arrive at the office for the day. She knows that her husband is still pressing to release a facial cream despite Robertson Enterprises already releasing their facial cream, however, they are now looking to change their formula so it's not identical to Robertson Enterprises. Since she is the head of the project, she is looking at the options this morning. She hopes that they are able to release their facial cream sooner rather than later so Bob will be able to put the fact that Dominick was able to release their cream first behind him. She knows that her husband is dead set on finding out how Dominick was able to release their facial cream first, but she hopes that once Roboto releases their cream, he will be less intent on finding out the truth, and more focused on the sales of the facial cream.

"Maybe then," she whispers to herself. "I can put Tyler in his place and not have to give in to his crazy demand of us having one more night together."

She recalls how Tyler requested that she sleep with him one more time and in return, he won't say anything to Bob that Kim is the one who provided him with the formula for Robertson Enterprises facial cream. She still can't believe that he would suggest such a thing; now, she's just determined to figure out a way out of it. She feels like she's between a rock and a hard place but she is determined to find an escape from this situation.

She looks over at the door when it opens and Bob appears. "There you are," he announces to his wife as he comes into the office. "I didn't see you at home this morning."

"I wanted to come in early and take a look at the updated formula's for the facial cream," she informs him. "I'm determined to make sure that we have a facial cream that is successful but different than Robertson's. We are getting closer, I believe."

Bob gets a smile on his face hearing Kim's dedication to the company. "Have I mentioned how happy I am that you're here working side by side with me at my company?"

"Once or twice," she smiles as she stands up and walks over to her husband. "I just want the best for you and this company."

"I can see that," he tells her as he kisses her quickly on the lips. "That's why, I need your help with something."

Kim arches her eyebrow. "What's that, Bob?"

"I want you to question every single employee that we have," he announces to her. "I want to know what your take is on everyone, and if they are hiding something."

"Why do you want me to do this? This will take me days, maybe weeks to complete."

Bob nods back to her. "I know," he reveals to her. "But, this is the only way I can think of to uncover who our internal spy is. And, I'm determined to make that person pay. They will live to regret crossing me and my company. They will not get away with this because I will see to that, I need that person to pay for what they've done to me! Tell me that you'll help me?"

Kim uneasily nods back to him. "Of course I will darling, of course I will," she gulps, realizing Bob isn't going to back away from learning the truth about who sent Robertson Enterprises the formula.

Scene Two - The Robertson House; Robbie, Leah & Paige's Home

"So, your Mom and I were talking and we decided if we tried to have family time, it may help her memory come back," Robbie explains to Paige as he pours a glass of orange juice as they sit at the breakfast table together with Leah. "What do you think of that idea?"

Paige uneasily picks up her coffee and takes a drink of it. She knows that she wants to spend time with her Mom, but she doesn't know how Jeff will feel about the fact that she is pretending that Robbie is her father for Leah's sake. At the same time, all she wants is for Leah's memory to come back. She wants to have a relationship with her mother more than she can express, even if it means upsetting Jeff. After all, he is the one who married Meggan, despite Paige's objections.

Robbie looks back at his daughter and can tell that she is thinking about something. He nods to her, giving her the indication that it's okay to agree, if she wants too. "I'd love that," she finally says, as she looks at Leah. "All I want is for you to remember, Mom. I want you to remember me and how much fun we used to have and how close we were, so if it means us spending time together, of course, I will do that. I've missed you so very much."

Leah smiles back to the young woman. "Paige, you're such a beautiful young woman," Leah tells her. "I may not remember everything, but I can that you have a good heart and a good soul. I can't wait to get to know you again. This is especially important to me since Jeff told me that Noah," she pauses as she thinks that she can't even remember that her own son is dead. "Passed away. I still can't believe it."

Paige gets tears in her eyes. "Thank you, and you don't have to worry, I'm not going any where anytime soon" she smiles back to her. "So, what should we do today?"

"I was thinking," Leah admits to everyone. "What if we did family photos? It could be fun to get some updated pictures in the house. Sort of, mark the fact that I'm back and that I'm never leaving my family again."

Robbie looks over at Paige. "What do you say kiddo? You wanna go get prettied up after breakfast for pictures?"

"I'd love to!" Paige smiles back to Leah and then Robbie, even though she wonders how exactly Jeff is going to feel about this.

Scene Three - The Pampa Grill

"Darling, I'm worried about you," Eva tells Victoria as she sits with her daughter and Donovan at the restaurant, as they have breakfast together. Eva recalls how the night before, she and Donovan both got a text message from Victoria asking them to meet her for breakfast today. She only hopes that her daughter is okay because the tone of the text seemed like she was upset about something. "Your text made it seem like something is wrong. What is going on?"

"Yea, Vic, you didn't sound your usual self," Donovan agrees with Eva, before he takes a drink of coffee. "Does this have anything to do with Frederick Richardson?"

Victoria shakes her head no. "No, it doesn't," she replies to them. "From what I know, his condition is still critical."

"Well, I still think he got exactly what he deserved," Eva tells them before she drinks some of her orange juice.

"So, if it's not about Frederick, what's going on?" Donovan asks his sister. "Is it Robbie?"

Victoria bites her lip trying to prevent herself from crying. "I just think…" she begins to say as a tear falls down her cheek. "I think I've lost him."

"Oh baby," Eva says reaching over and grabbing her hand. "Why do you think that? Is Leah back really that big of a deal?"

Victoria nods as she wipes her cheek dry. "She doesn't remember marrying Jeff," Victoria informs them of the situation. "She still loves Robbie because that's the last thing she remembers. So, he's playing along with her. He's living with her and pretending they are this happy family with Paige. I don't know how I'm supposed to fit into this equation."

"Why would he do that?" Donovan asks her, confused by what Robbie is doing with Leah. In his mind, telling Leah the truth would make the most sense.

"Because," Victoria explains to them. "Shane has informed everyone that they shouldn't try to confuse Leah anymore than she may be because it could delay her memory coming back. Everyone, including myself, wants her to remember."

"And to hell with you and your feelings?" Donovan asks her in surprise. "After everything that he has put you through, he has a lot of nerve! He just can't stop hurting you, can he?"

"I guess the question becomes," Eva interjects. "How long are you willing to wait for Robbie? How long are you willing to go being on the side while Leah's memory may or may not come back?"

Victoria shakes her head in confusion. "I have no idea."

Scene Four - Twin Peaks General Hospital

Jeff walks into the waiting room and sees Meggan sitting on a chair with her eyes closed. He can only imagine what she is going through right now with her father laying in a hospital bed fighting for his life. He hates to bring more bad news to her, but he had to see after he got a call this morning. He looks at her for a moment and can't help but feel his heart warm at the sight of her; despite Leah coming back, Jeff knows that he did fall in love with Meggan while everyone believed that Leah was dead. He just wishes everything wasn't so confusing right now.

He enters the waiting room and moves next to her, sitting down in an empty chair. She immediately stirs in the chair and looks at him. "Oh, hey," she manages to say as her heavy eyes open slowly.

"I didn't mean to wake you," he tells her, seeing that she is exhausted.

She quickly shakes her head back to him. "It's fine," she replies to him. "I'm glad that you're here."

"How is Frederick?" he asks her, thinking back to the day he was shot and how he threated his father in law for all the hurt he has caused his family. A part of Jeff, as much as he hates to think it, wouldn't be upset if Frederick did die.

Meggan shrugs her shoulders. "No change," she informs him. "It's still not looking good for him. I just…I don't know how to process the fact that I might lose my father. Anyways, it's good to see you, Jeff. I've missed you these past couple of days."

"I know," he replies to her. "I'm sorry I haven't been here, I just wanted to give you and Lukas some space. And, I've been trying to get my head around everything that has happened."

"You mean with Leah coming back?" she asks him as he nods to her. "I still can't believe that she's alive. After all this time, Leah is back in our lives."

"She is alive, very much so," Jeff tells her. "And, I hate to drop more bad news on you."

"But?" she asks him. "What is it Jeff? What's happened now?"

Jeff sighs and looks back to her. "I got a call from Josh Levitt."

"Your lawyer, what about?"

"Our marriage," he reveals to her. "It's invalid because technically I'm still married to Leah."

Meggan feels her eyes swell with water as she hears the news. "Great," she whispers back to him. "The one good thing left in my life and that's taken away from me too. When it rains, it pours."

"I'm sorry," he whispers back to her.

"It is what it is," she replies to him as she wipes a tear from her cheek. "What are we going to do now?"

Jeff looks back at her in confusion. "I wish I knew," he tells her. "For now, let's focus on making sure your Dad gets better and then we can go from there. I won't leave you again, not while your Dad is here."

"Thanks," she manages to say as another tear falls down her cheek, unable to hide how upset she is.

Scene Five - Twin Peaks Executive Hotel

Vinny knocks on the hotel room's door multiple times, hoping that Jemma is still inside as he wants to see her this morning. He knows that Daisy has been at the hospital worried about Frederick and he wants to see how Jemma is doing with the news that Frederick had been shot. After all, Jemma was one of the people who suffered the most from Frederick, since he raped her so many years ago. Vinny knows that his wife is still struggling with the lies of how she came into the world, and doesn't want to see Jemma right now but he knows that Daisy still cares about her, so he has to know how Jemma is doing.

He's about to stop knocking because no one is answering when the door finally opens. He can see that Jemma is still in her housecoat. "Jemma, good morning, I didn't mean to wake you."

Jemma opens the door completely to let him in the room. "It's al'ight," she manages to say in a raspy voice as he comes in to her room.

He can see that she has large bags under her eyes and that her bed is a mess. "I was just tryin' to get some more shut eye."

"You don't look so well, are you okay?" he asks her, concerned about her appearance.

She shrugs her shoulders. "I'm just feelin' a lil under the weather, that's all."

"I hope you get better soon," he replies to her quickly. "Look, the reason I came over this morning is to see how you're doing. I'm assuming you've heard about Frederick Richardson?"

She nods back to him. "Impossible not to hear about him, his shootin' has been over the news."

"Yea, I just wanted to make sure you were doing alright, given everything that has happened. I am sorry that you're not feeling well."

"Thanks Mr. Vinny," she replies to him. "Please tell Daisy that I love her and I ain' ever gonna stop. I know she's been worried about her Daddy but that son of a bitch got what he deserved!"

Vinny nods back to her. "I agree he did," he tells her. "And I'll pass the message over to Daisy. Get better, okay?"

Scene Six - Roboto; Bob's Office

Kim paces back and forth in the office, her mind racing about what Bob has now asked her to do with the employees of Roboto; she has to interview everyone to see who could have possibly been the internal spy. She knows that it will take her weeks to complete this task and that it won't uncover any new information because she is the culprit.

"How the hell am I going to get away with this?" she asks herself. "Maybe I could tell Bob the same thing that the internal audit said, that no one stood out and that everyone was honest."

She shakes her head wondering if that would work, but she realizes that Tyler is her last loose cannon. "But that means, I have to keep Tyler quiet, which means…" she thinks about his offer to keep quiet.

She walks over to her purse and grabs her phone and quickly dials a number. "Tyler, it's me," she says into her phone. "As soon as the holidays are over, we need to talk. It's about your offer."
