Scene One - The Graveyard

Tiny snowflakes start falling from the grey sky as Andy puts his hands in his pockets as he walks through the centre pathway of the cemetery. Since returning home from rehab, he has been putting this day off but when he woke up this morning he knew that he had to do this. It's not something he could put off any longer. He has already thanked his friends for supporting him throughout the last year of his life when he was battling his addiction to alcohol. Now, he has to ask some others to forgive him; those he has lost and he will never get back.

He looks over and sees Savannah's tombstone and then proceeds to walk towards it. He can already feel his eyes start to swell with water. He has come to realize that he didn't actually cause Savannah's death, it was just a sick twisted accident, but he still wishes he had been sober the night of the summer storm. He could have maybe prevented Savannah from going into that bathtub or he could have saved her when the lights flickered. Little did he know, it was because she had been electrocuted.

He looks down at the tombstone and sighs to himself. "Sorry it has taken me so long to come and see you," he says out loud. "I finally did it, I finally got help for my drinking problem. I know, it's probably too little too late, but better late than never, right?"

He leans down and looks closer at the tombstone where Savannah's name is written in the marble stone. "I wish that I hadn't been so drunk that night," he whispers to her. "I hope you know that I will never forgive myself for that Savannah. No matter how long I am sober, it can never bring you back. Andrew will never have his mother back and I blame myself for that. I just hope that, wherever you are, you can forgive me."

He puts his head down and lets a tear fall down his cheek. "And, Savannah, I know I have no right to ask you for any favors, but if you could tell Reese I love him and I miss him, I know you two are probably having a great time, wherever you are. Part of me wishes I was with you guys."

He can't help but get a little smile on his face at the thought of his husband and friend being together again. "I love you both, and I'm just so sorry."

Scene Two - Tyler's Townhouse; Tyler & Felicia's Home

Felicia pours herself another cup of coffee and quickly stirs it before she takes a sip of it. She turns around and looks out the bay window in the living room and sees more snow falling from the sky. She knows that winter is still relatively early in its season, but she's already looking forward to spring.

"Everything seems to be dead around this time of the year," she whispers to herself. "At least Christmas is coming. I'll get to decorate this place so Blake can have a wonderful Christmas. I just hope Tyler and Kim will be able to spend it together."

She turns around and imagines a large Christmas tree in the middle of the room with her entire family in the room at Christmas time. She shakes her head when she doesn't envision Dominick in the room with the family around Christmas time.

"Why I have suddenly stopped having these feelings for Dominick?" she asks herself aloud. "For so long I have loved my husband … and now, it seems all that is gone."

Before she can say anything else to herself the doorbell rings. "Who on earth could that be?" she asks herself as she puts her cup of coffee down and she walks over to the door. She opens it and sees a delivery man standing on the porch.

"Felicia Robertson?" he asks her as she nods her head. "You've been served."

She grabs the envelope and closes the door. She quickly rips it open and pulls out the documents from inside the envelope. Tears quickly fill her eyes as she reads the paper in her hand.

She covers her mouth in shock. "My God," she whispers. "Divorce papers? Dominick wants to end our marriage?"

Scene Three - The Sugarbowl

Eva walks into the coffeehouse and stops to shake some of the snow off her jacket. She proceeds into the lineup and proceeds to order herself a hot chocolate, hoping to warm herself up from the chilly air outside. After she grabs her beverage, she looks around sees Chris sitting by himself at the window bar seat. She isn't sure what urges her to go up to the man, but she finds herself walking towards him.

"Chris, hello," she says as she approaches him.

Chris turns around and arches his eyebrow a little as he usually doesn't have much interaction with Eva McCloud. "Good morning Eva, how are you doing?"

Eva nods back to him. "Not so bad, thanks. I don't know what urged me to come over here," she admits to him as she thinks they both have a person of interest in common: Frederick. "Actually, I do now that I think of it. I heard that Frederick Richardson was awarded custody of Andrew after Savannah passed away."

"That's what was written in Savannah's will, so yea, that's what happened," Chris says back to her. "Trenyce and I, we had been hoping that Savannah would have given Andrew back to us but it wasn't meant to be."

"Has Frederick let you see Andrew since he got custody of him?"

Chris shakes his head no. "And honestly, I don't think that we will get to see Andrew anytime soon. Frederick still hasn't gotten over what Trenyce and I were trying to do with our plan to get Andrew back."

Eva nods to him. "Look, I can't get into many details but I think you should know that I don't trust Frederick," she reveals to him, as she thinks back to the conversation she overheard between Frederick and Jemma the night she broke into Frederick's office. "And I don't think you should either."

Chris arches his eyebrow. "Believe me, I've never trusted that man and I'm not about to start now."

Craig stirs his coffee at the coffee bar and then slowly takes a sip of it. He takes another sip quickly after, needing his caffeine fix this morning as he is preparing to go in for a long shift at the hospital. He is about to turn to head out of the coffeehouse when he sees Lukas sitting by himself in the back booth. Craig immediately thinks back to the last time he saw Lukas; his boyfriend admitting that he may have feelings for both Craig and Donovan. Craig urged Lukas to try to come to a decision as to whom he'd like to have a relationship with sooner rather than later but he hasn't heard from Lukas since then.

He finds himself moving towards his boyfriend. "Morning, mind if I sit with you?" Craig asks Lukas as he reaches the table.

Lukas looks up from his phone and nods to him. "I was just about to send you a text," Lukas admits to him. "I know we haven't spoken since the other evening at Wild Night."

Craig takes another sip of his coffee. "You seemed to have a lot on your mind," Craig says back to him. "I'm not surprised that I haven't heard from you. But it is nice to see you."

Lukas can't help but get a smile on his face. "It's nice to see you too," Lukas replies to him.

"Does this mean that you've made a decision?" Craig asks him, as Donovan moves behind them to the coffee bar and starts to stir his coffee. Donovan doesn't want to eavesdrop but he can't help but be curious to know what Craig and Donovan are talking about.

"Have you made up your mind about who you'd like to pursue a relationship with?" Craig continues to ask Lukas.

Lukas quickly shakes his head no. "It seems silly that I have to choose between you and Donovan," he says back to him. "What if I say you, but you don't want to have a relationship with me? What I say Donovan, and he doesn't want to have a relationship with me?"

Craig sighs in frustration. "That's not the point Lukas," Craig snaps at him. "The point is, you can't string two people along. You have to decide what's best for you and if there are consequences, you have to deal with them at that time. You have to make up your mind. We all deserve that."

"I know."

"Good," Craig continues to lay into him. "Because I'm tired of being in limbo."

Before Lukas can reply, Craig stands up from the table. "I have to get going, I have a shift at the hospital but I do hope to hear from you soon, regardless of what the decision is."

Donovan quickly leaves the coffeehouse, having not been seen by either man. Once he's outside, he tries to catch his breath. "Craig is making Lukas choose," he whispers to himself, as his heart races inside his head. "I don't know if I should be excited or terrified."

Scene Four - The Calimo Mansion; The Guest House

Paige slowly walks up to the guest house that is on the Calimo property. She has been there before because Natasha used to live there before she was married to Shane but she isn't sure why she is there this morning. She recalls how she got a cryptic text from Dawn asking her to go to the guest house. Paige arrives at the door and tries the handle. To her surprise, the door is unlocked and she moves inside.

"Hello?" she calls out into the living room, which is seemingly empty.

Her eyes open in surprise when Dawn emerges from the kitchen, holding a cup of coffee. "Shut the door!" Dawn quickly orders her as Paige does what her friend says. "I don't want anyone to see me."

"What the hell are you doing here?" Paige asks her before she moves up and hugs her friend. "Your parents have been calling me almost hourly asking me if I've heard from you."

"I know," Dawn admits as they exit their embrace. "I ran away from home. I couldn't stay in that house any longer. This is the only place I thought of coming. I know you had asked your Grandpa if I could move in but he never said yes. But Paige, you don't know how bad it got at my house."

"I'm sorry," Paige admits to her. "I know that your family is going through a lot because of Adam's affair with Natasha."

"You have no idea," Dawn tells her. "Please tell me that you won't tell anyone where I am."

"Of course not," Paige replies to her. "Stay here as long as you need too. I am just glad that you're okay."

"Thank you so much," Dawn says as she hugs her friend. "I've missed talking with you."

"Me too," Paige admits to her. "I was worried that you really had run away. There's been so much drama going on with my family too."

Dawn arches her eyebrow. "Really? Now what is happening?"

"Robbie and Jeff, what else?" Paige quickly asks her back. "They've both gotten engaged to bleak women. I don't know how much more of their relationships I can take."

Dawn rolls her eyes a little. "At least you're living here and away from them," Dawn reminds her. "You can control your situation so much better from afar."

"I know," Paige admits to her. "I guess I just get the feeling that there's something else going on with my Grandpa. Something he isn't telling me."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, why would Robbie want revenge on Grandpa Bob? He must have done something to make Robbie that mad? They never really fought when I was growing up," Paige tells her friend.

"Then you know what you have to do," Dawn encourages her. "You have to find out the truth."

Scene Five - Twin Peaks General Hospital

Shane sits at his desk as he reviews some files and can't help but think about Paige and how the young woman stopped by his house on Thanksgiving to keep him and Jacob company. He never thought that he would need an assistant but she has proven to be very helpful.

"What a sweet kid," he whispers to himself as he closes one of the files on his desk and prepares to open the next one. Before he can, however, there's a knock on his office door. "Come in," he calls out.

The office door opens and Victoria emerges in his office. "Are you busy?"

"I can always make time for you," he smiles to her. "What's going on, Victoria?"

"I'm afraid it's not good news," she reveals to him as she looks at him with a serious look on his face.

Shane stands up from his desk and moves to close his office door. Once it's closed, he turns and looks back at her. "What's going on? You're not hurt in anyway are you?"

"No," Victoria replies to him as she moves a piece of hair behind her ear. "This is about you and your career."

Shane gulps as he recalls Victoria had given him a warning before he was discharged from the hospital following his car accident that he hospital may look into how he found out about Natasha's miscarriage. He knows that he looked at his wife's hospital file, which is a breach of doctor-patient confidentiality.

"I think I know where this is going," he admits to her in a low voice.

"I just came from a meeting with the board of directors," she informs him. "And, they've decided to do a formal investigation into how you uncovered the truth about Natasha's miscarriage. I wanted you to hear this from me first."

"Thank you, I appreciate that," he replies to her. "I can't say that I'm surprised. I sort of thought this day was coming. I just hope that the repercussions aren't too bad."

Victoria arches her eyebrow. "I'd brace myself for the worst, if I were you. The board won't take this very lightly."

Scene Six - The Tower's, The Penthouse; Cory & Robin's Home

"I can't believe we are actually home together," Robin tells Cory as they sit on the sofa next to each other, as Cory had been discharged from the hospital the previous night following his recovery from his shooting. Robin looks at her husband and knows that they have been through hell and back to get to this point; from Robin being kept in the mental hospital by her mother to Caroline shooting Cory when they escape, she never thought this moment would actually happen.

Cory looks back at his wife and smiles at her. "Our love is strong Robin," he tells her as he grabs her hand. "Together, we can get through anything. I believe that so much."

"I believe that too," she replies to him. "It's just so surreal, being back in this place with you. I'm so sorry that I was gone for so long."

"Don't apologize," he tells her. "You got better and now we can move on with our lives together. Nothing will come between us again."

She licks her lips and leans in to kiss him. The kiss quickly turns passionate as the two haven't been together sexually in a very long time. "Are you well enough? I don't want to hurt you," she tells him in between kisses.

"My back is a little ginger still," he admits to her as she crawls on top of him, still kissing him.

"That's fine," she smiles back to him. "I'll can stay on top."

Scene Seven - The Graveyard

Andy takes a deep breath and tries to control his heartbeat as he arrives at the next gravesite that he is visiting this morning. He can't help but get tears in his eyes as soon as he sees the tombstone that has Reese's name on it. It's been so long since he has come to see his husband, too long, now that he thinks about it.

"Hey," Andy says out loud to Reese. "Sorry it's been so long since I've been by to see you. As you probably know, I went to a pretty bad place after you…" he continues to say but he can't finish his sentence. "I miss you so much, and I didn't know how to cope with that. It's still a struggle but I'm getting better at it."

"You probably know how bad my drinking got," Andy tells him. "I had a problem. I mean, I have a problem. But I seem to have it under control. I hope you're proud of me because this past year and a half has been the hardest of my life. I lost you and I didn't know how to handle that. Every day I wake up and I still hope that this will all be a bad dream."

A tear falls down Andy's cheek as he continues to talk to his husband. "I hope you're happy, and I hope you know that I love you still, Reese. I will never stop loving you. I just want to be happy again. And I want to be in a good place."

He sighs as more snow falls on him. He reaches out and touches his tombstone. "Please tell me that we can be together again one day," he whispers through his tears. "Please tell me that you're still with me."

Scene Eight - Robertson Enterprises; Dominick's Office

"I thought I'd bring you a hot chocolate," Eva announces to Dominick as she enters his office and sets a cup down on his office. "I know that you tend to get so busy here at work that you don't realize how cold and ugly it is outside today."

Dominick looks up from his computer and smiles back to her. "That was very nice of you, thank you," he tells her, wondering why she's being so nice to him since she ended their relationship. "Not that I'm complaining, but this is a lovely surprise."

"I thought I would be nice," she tells him. "Just because I ended our relationship doesn't mean that I don't care for you anymore."

"I appreciate that," he says back to her. "I was actually thinking of you today."

Eva arches her eyebrow. "You were? Why were you thinking of me?"

"Because I've done something," he reveals to her. "Something I should have done a long time ago."

Eva shrugs her shoulders in confusion. "What, what have you done?"

"I sent Felicia divorce papers," he tells her as her mouth opens in shock. "I'm going to end my marriage to Felicia."

Scene Nine - Tyler's Townhouse; Tyler & Felicia's Home

"I can't believe that Dominick want's to end our marriage," Felicia tells herself as she sits at the dining room table and is looking over the documents in front of her. She knows that she recently told Dominick that she doesn't think that she is in love with him anymore but the very last thing she thought he would do is send her divorce papers. Everything, in her mind, is happening far too quickly and she doesn't like it.

"I can't sign these papers," she says as she drops the pen on top of the papers. "I won't sign these papers. Something doesn't feel right about this, about any of this!"
