Scene One - Twin Peaks General Hospital

"Please, don't keep me waiting," Robin says as she looks at Shane, who has stepped into the waiting room where Robin is with Rebecca, Melissa and Dominick as she waits for news about Cory after he was shot in their escape from the mental hospital. She has been worried sick since the shooting as she knows how much blood he lost. "I need to know how Cory is doing."

Shane looks back at Robin and can see the worry written all over her face. He takes a deep breath. "He survived surgery, which is the good news," he tells Robin, who breathes a sigh of relief and hugs Dominick.

"Thank God," she whispers, feeling some of the relief kick in.

"The bad news is that the bullets lodged deep into his back, he lost a lot of blood so the recovery process may take longer than expected," Shane continues to explain to everyone.

Robin looks at him again with intent. "But, he will be okay, right? Cory will be okay?"

Shane nods back to her. "He should make a full recovery, barring any setbacks."

"Thank God," Robin cries as Rebecca turns away from everyone, trying to hide her relief. She didn't know what she would have done had something bad happened the man she loves, the man whom is married to her sister. She knows her feelings for Cory are wrong, but she can't help that at this point. All she cares about is that he should be okay from the shooting.

Dominick looks over at notices Rebecca's facial expression and then looks over at Melissa. He can immediately tell that something is going on between the two of them. "Well, it looks like it will all end well. Robin is out of the hospital and Cory will make a full recovery."

Melissa rolls her eyes at her ex-husband's remarks as she knows that he is trying to take a dig at her. She won't let Dominick faze her, however. Plus, she knows that if Cory has any setbacks, he could still be in grave danger from the gunshot wounds. "We'll see how this all plays out, we'll see."

Scene Two - Frederick's Office

Eva gulps as she hides under Frederick's desk in his office because she has heard someone enter the other room. Eva recalls how she had been in Frederick's office hoping to uncover something about his hypnosis sessions with Felicia; something in her mind isn't sitting right with what has been going on. Before the sessions started, Felicia claimed that she was still in love with Dominick and wanted their marriage to work; now, however, she has seemingly changed her mind about being in love with Dominick. Eva suspects that something could be going on, especially since the hypnosis sessions aren't even required anymore since Felicia remembered everything that happened leading up to Leah's death. In Eva's mind, something isn't adding up; she just doesn't know what it is.

The door to his office opens and Frederick stands in the doorway before he moves in quickly. He's talking on his telephone, telling Meggan that he needed to come back into the office for a little while this evening to clear things up before his busy day the next day.

"I won't be long, you can go and see Jeff. I'll be fine," he tells his daughter. "I love you too, talk to you later."

Frederick hangs up the phone and moves closer to his desk. Eva shuts her eyes in fear that Frederick will find her and uncover the fact that she was snooping around. She opens her eyes, however, when she hears someone else coming into the office. She, at least momentarily breathes a sigh of relief.

"What are you doing here?" Frederick asks as he turns around and sees Jemma standing in his office, shocked to see her there. He hadn't seen her since the night of the summer storm where they saw each other for the first time in many, many years but, he had assumed they got everything they needed to out in the open.

"I thought we ought to get a few things straight," Jemma says back to him quickly. "We didn' finish everythin' we had to say that night at Miss Daisy's."

"I thought we had made it clear that we were not going to get in each other's way," Frederick replies to her quickly, as Eva listens from under the desk. "So, why are you here?"

"You need to stay away from Miss Daisy and Miss Trenyce," Jemma tells him as she moves closer to him. "And we both know why."

Eva arches her eyebrow under the desk as she continues to listen to their conversation. "Don't you dare tell me what to do," he says back to her. "You and I both know that I can't just stay away from them. Daisy and I work together on many projects. And Trenyce, well, she's certainly done her fair share of damage to my family," he spits back to her, thinking about Savannah.

"I'm not the same woman I once was Frederick," she replies to him quickly. "And I ain' gonna tell you again to stay away from my family."

"I'm not the same man I was either," he says as he moves closer to her. "Not even close."

"You best not come one step closer to me or you will live to regret it," Jemma warns him as she glares at him and he gulps a little, as Eva wonders what the two of them are talking about.

Scene Three - The Tower's, Floor One; Andy's Condo

"It really is good to see you again, Andy," Trenyce says as she hugs her friend before she moves into the living room of the condo and spots Donovan and Kim sitting in on the sofa. Andy moves in behind her and looks at his friends. He has invited them over for a late night tea so he could see them all together at once.

"Thank you all so much for coming," Andy tells them as Trenyce sits in the arm chair across from Kim and Donovan. "I thought it would be easier seeing you all at once as opposed to separately."

"You know we are all here for you when you need us to be," Donovan tells him as he nods back to him.

"I do know that," Andy replies to him. "That's part of the reason I wanted you three to come here tonight."

"You certainly have our attention," Kim tells his her brother. "The last time you had us all together you admitted you had a drinking problem."

"This is nothing like that," Andy says with half a chuckle. "I wanted to call you guys over here to thank you."

"Thank us?" Trenyce asks him as she arches her eyebrow. "What did we do?"

"You supported me," Andy replies to her as he gets some tears in his eyes. "You guys stuck by me this last year when no one else did. No matter how crazy or out of hand my drinking got, you three stood by me no matter what and I have no idea how I will ever repay you."

Donovan stands up and moves closer to Andy and grabs his hand. "You don't have to thank us, Andy. That's what friends do for each other, we stand together when we need each other."

Andy pulls him into a hug. "Thank you," he whispers as a tear falls from his eye. "I just don't know what I would have done without you guys."

"We'll always be here for you," Kim echoes Donovan's words to Andy.

"You know I went to rehab," Andy continues to tell them. "And, I haven't had a drink in a long time now but, it will always be a struggle for me. I hope you all know that I will lean on you when things get tough again."

"We wouldn't want it any other way," Trenyce smiles through some tears as she comes up and they share a group hug.

"Okay," Andy chuckles. "Who wants some tea?"

Scene Four - The Claus House; Jeff's Home

"I'm glad you could make it over on such short notice," Jeff tells Meggan, as he welcomes her into the house. He grabs her jacket from her and hangs up in the front closet. He looks at her with a sparkle in his eyes as she smiles back to him.

"Well, my Dad was working late so I thought why not come and see my fiancé?" she says as their hands lock and they walk into the living room. She gasps at the sight of a table set for two with candles everywhere in the room. "What's all this?" she asks in surprise.

"Well, now that Felicia has moved out, I thought what a better way to celebrate our engagement than a romantic night for the two of us. You're not complaining, are you?"

Meggan shakes her head. "Of course not, I just wasn't expecting this."

"Well, get used to this kind of treatment. I love you Meggan and I can't wait until your wife."

She leans and kisses him passionately. "I love you too," she replies to him as she pours her a glass of sparkling cider. "Thank you," she says as he passes her a glass.

"I think we should toast," he says back to her.

"Before we do," Meggan stops him. "I think we should talk about something."

Jeff arches his eyebrow. "Okay, what is it? You have my full attention."

"Are you sure you want to marry me?" she asks him as he looks back at her in surprise.

"Of course I am sure. Why would you question this?" he asks her back as he grabs her hand. "You must know how much I love you."

"I know that," she nods back to him. "It's just that I know how Paige feels about you and I being together and I certainly don't want to create any conflict between you and your daughter."

Jeff breathes a sigh of relief in hearing her words to him. "That's just part of the reason why I love you so much," he replies to her quickly. "You're always thinking about me and the bigger picture. Rest assured, that I have faith that my daughter will come around eventually to the idea of you and me. She is just acting out right now but I don't think it will last forever."

"I certainly hope you're right," she replies to him. "I just want us to get along and to be a family."

"Then, let's toast to that," he says with a smile on his face. "To us becoming a new family."

"I'll drink to that," she says as their cheers their glasses together.

Scene Five - The Towers, Floor Eight; Victoria & Robbie's Condo

"How do I look?" Victoria asks Robbie as she comes out of the bedroom wearing a dark navy, form fitting short dress. She grins when she sees Robbie's eyes almost drop of their lids. "I'll take it by that look on your face that you approve."

Robbie drops the magazines he's holding in his hands on the coffee table and moves closer to her. "You look amazing," he whispers to her as he grabs her hands. "How did I get so lucky to have you in my life?"

"I'm the lucky one," she smiles back to him as they lean in and kiss each other. "Okay," she says breaking away from him. "We have to get ready, Paige should be here any time now."

"Yea, I think the place looks great. I can't imagine we have to do much else get ready," he replies to her.

"Other than compose ourselves," she quickly replies to him.

"Are you worried about her reaction to the news of our engagement?" he asks her quickly, knowing that the reason Paige is coming over is so they can tell her that they are getting married. Robbie knows that Paige has gone through hell since Leah's death but he hopes that his news will bring her some kind of joy.

"Aren't you?" Victoria asks him quickly. "She hasn't exactly been loving the decisions you and Jeff have been making lately. I think it still stems from her having to testify at the trial."

Robbie nods his head. "I suppose that's true. I'm just hoping that she views this as a time for everyone to heal and try to move on."

Before Victoria can reply, they hear a knock at the door. "That must be her," Robbie says back to Victoria as he moves closer to the door. He opens it and sees Paige standing on the other side. "Paige, hey, thanks for coming over. Please come in."

Paige smiles at the man she believed to be her father for so many years and comes into the condo. "Well, thanks for having me. It's not often that you guys have me over."

"Hi Paige," Victoria says as Paige comes into the living room. Paige immediately thinks back to seeing Victoria and Donovan at the coffee house and she overheard Victoria admit that she was the one who convinced Jeff to sue Robbie for half of Leah's estate.

"Hi Victoria," Paige fakes a smile on her face. "Thank you for having me."

"Of course," Victoria replies to her.

"We have some news for you," Robbie announces as he comes into the room behind Paige. "We wanted you hear it this from us."

Paige arches her eyebrow as Robbie moves around to stand in front of Victoria. "What news?"

"Well," Robbie begins to say. "I love Victoria very much and we have decided to take the next step in our relationship."

Paige continues to look confused.

"We got engaged!" Victoria smiles in delight as she shows her large engagement ring to Paige.

Paige gasps in shock and looks up at Robbie. "Is this some kind of sick joke?"

Scene Six - Frederick's Office

Eva shuts her eyes one final time before she hears the office door close as Frederick and Jemma have finished their conversation and he has ushered her out of the building for the night.

Once the door is closed, Eva crawls out from under his desk and stands up, trying to collect her thoughts and feelings about everything that she just overheard between Frederick and Jemma. Never in a million years she did think that Frederick and Jemma shared a past, but not only do they, but a very sorted one at that.

"I just can't believe what I just overheard," she whispers to herself, still reeling from learning their secret. "This changes everything; absolutely everything."

She looks around and sees her purse still under the desk. She reaches for it and once she has it, she collects herself one more time.

"I know I came here to get the truth about Felicia's hypnosis sessions but after hearing Jemma and Frederick, I don't think it's important right now. And, I don't want to get caught," she says walking towards the door. "I will try to uncover that truth another time. I've had enough surprises for one night."

She opens the door a little and when she realizes that Frederick has left, she quickly leaves the office, hoping that no one will ever find out that she was there and learned Frederick and Jemma's deep dark secret.

Scene Seven - The Calimo Mansion

"Darling, is that you?" Kim can hear Bob call out from the living room as she closes the front door to the mansion. She throws her jacket on to a small sofa in the foyer and then moves into the living room, where she sees her husband sitting on the sofa with a book and a brandy.

"I'm surprised you're still awake," she smiles to him.

"I didn't want to go to sleep with you knowing that you were at home," Bob tells her as she moves closer to him and sits next to him.

"That's sweet of you," she replies to him. "I'm home now. Are you feeling tired?"

Bob shrugs a little. "I could easily have another brandy if you care to have a night cap with me?"

"Sure, I'll get it for you," Kim replies to him as she stands up and takes his glass from his hand.

"You're too good to me, you know that?" he tells her. "So, how was your visit with Andy?"

"It was nice," Kim says back to him as she moves around to the sofa with two brandy's. "He's doing really good right now. I couldn't be happier for him."

"Then I am happy for him and you as well," Bob replies to her. "Let's have a quick toast."

"Okay," Kim says back to him. "What shall we drink too?"

"To us," Bob tells her as he looks deep into her eyes. "And that everyone should only be as lucky as we are to find true love like ours."

Kim gulps and then smiles. "To us," she says before they cheers and she takes a sip of her brandy.

Scene Eight - Twin Peaks General Hospital

"I couldn't help but notice your reaction to the news that Cory will make a full recovery," Dominick announces to Rebecca as he walks back into the waiting room where she is standing, thinking about everything that has happened.

Rebecca turns around to face Dominick. "I was relieved like everyone else in the room," she tells him, trying to hide the fact that she is in love with Cory.

"Yes, that's what you claim," Dominick replies to her as he moves closer to her. "But you see Rebecca, I've been watching you for some time now and I think I know your secret."

Rebecca gulps and turns around so she doesn't have to face Dominick's cold stare back at her. "And, I'm not going to say anything to anyone," he whispers as he comes up to her. "But I'm going to give you a warning and you best listen to what I have to say," he continues to tell her.

"What is it?" she asks him, still having her back to him.

"Robin is back now," Dominick tells her. "And you better not do anything to hurt her. Because, if you hurt my daughter, you hurt me. And trust me, if you hurt me, you will never live down my wrath."

Rebecca feels herself shutter. She only hopes that the truth about what she and Melissa have been up to never comes out because the last thing she wants is to have Dominick coming after her. She finally turns around to face Dominick.

"Don't worry Dominick," she says as she purses her lips together. "I have no intention of hurting my sister."

"Half-sister," Dominick reminds her as she walks past him and out of the waiting room.

***

"There you are darling," Melissa says to Robin, who is at the coffee station getting some coffee. "I was hoping to see you to make sure that you're okay."

Robin looks back at her mother. "You wanted to make sure that I'm okay? That's rich, mother."

"Why the hasty tone?" Melissa asks her, taken aback. "I thought you told everyone earlier that you were grateful that I was there for you so I could call 9-1-1 and help Cory."

"I am grateful," Robin snaps back at her mother before she turns to look at her. "But don't you dare think that I've forgotten that you were trying to keep me in that hospital so I wouldn't be with Cory! I know the entire truth! How could you do that to me?"

"You don't know the entire story," Melissa replies to her, matter of factly. "And if you did, you wouldn't want to be anywhere near Cory."

"What does that even mean?"

"This isn't the time or the place," Melissa tells her daughter. "Just trust me when I tell you that you need to leave Cory, Robin. You have to divorce that man and not look back."
