Scene One - Twin Peaks General Hospital; Shane's Office

A loud boom of thunder echoes in the sky as Shane knows that he shouldn't read the file that is in front of him but he can't help himself. He picks up Natasha's file, that Paige< brought him by mistake and opens it. He can't get out of his mind off of when Barbara stopped by his office a few weeks earlier and she urged him to find out exactly what happened to Natasha right after she fell down the stairs. Everyone knows that he Natasha had been acting odd after the fall and he doesn't know why. Now that Natasha's file is in front of him, he knows he could get in trouble by reading it but he also knows that he wants to get to the truth.

He flips a page and then puts the file down as he covers his mouth in shock. "Natasha was pregnant?" he asks himself aloud as he reads the sentence again in the file. "She lost a baby. She had a miscarriage. My God…"

Another loud crackle of thunder explodes in the sky as the summer storm continues to rage on outside. Shane suddenly starts to realize why Natasha was shutting Jacob out for so many months, she was grieving another child. Everything is starting to make sense.

"I can't believe she didn't tell me about this," he says as he stands up just as lightning flashes across the sky. He suddenly starts to think about something else. "We haven't made love in months," he says to himself again as the blood from his face starts to drain. "My God … it wasn't my baby," he whispers as more lightning illuminates his face as his heart silently breaks inside his chest.

He grabs his car keys and looks to the office door. "I have to find you Natasha," he says. "You have to tell me that this is all some big mistake."

Scene Two - The Black House; Adam, Helen & Dawn's Home

"I don't think I heard you correctly," a shocked Helen tells Barbara, who just blurted out that Adam and Natasha slept together to everyone in the room. Barbara looks at her daughter and hates that this is how the truth has come out but she couldn't keep this secret anymore. Not when Natasha is in Helen's house acting like she is such a good friend.

Adam and Natasha look at each other quickly before Natasha moves towards Barbara. "I don't think you know what you're talking about. I'm a happily married woman," she says as some thunder booms outside. "And Adam and Helen, they've been married for so many years. Adam adores Helen."

"That didn't stop him from sleeping with you," Barbara replies to Natasha, her hands trembling a little. She couldn't keep her secret bottled up any longer. Every time Barbara saw Adam or Natasha she could feel her blood start to boil, especially when Natasha is acting so innocent. "And don't you dare try to deny it because God as my witness, I know the truth."

Helen lets a tear fall from her eye as she looks at Barbara. "Why are you saying this to me? To us? What the hell has gotten in you mother? Adam and Natasha? No, that's simply outrageous."

"Oh, Helen," Barbara replies to her as her hands continue to tremble and she covers her mouth. "I'm so sorry. I never wanted this to happen. But I can't keep this secret any longer. Your husband and this tramp slept together. I overheard them talking about it right here in this living room a few weeks ago. This all happened at the hospital gala last fall."

"A few weeks ago?" Helen gasps as another tear falls from her eye, still trying to grasp this. "And you didn't tell me until now?"

"I was trying to find the right time," Barbara replies to her as lightning streaks across the sky. "How do you find the right time, though? Oh, Helen, I'm so sorry."

Helen turns to Adam and looks at her husband. "Please, please tell me this isn't true…"

Adam looks back at Helen and is about to say something but she cuts him off. "My God, it is true. I can see it all over your face. You slept with Natasha?"

Before Adam can reply, Helen's hand reaches his cheek as she slaps him hard. "You son of a bitch!" she cries before she looks back at Natasha. Another loud boom of thunder can be heard. "And you? Where do you get off sleeping with my husband?"

Natasha lets a tear fall from her eye and she quickly wipes it. "ANSWER ME!" Helen yells at her as lightning flashes across their faces making them brighten up.

Scene Three - The Tower's, The Penthouse; Cory & Robin's Home

"I can't get over this storm," Rebecca tells Cory as she emerges from the bathroom, only wearing a white robe as she just had a hot bubble bath to help her warm up as she was feeling cold from the storm raging on outside.

Cory turns his head from the bar where he is pouring himself another brandy and looks at his sister in law as another bolt of lightning streaks the sky. The large windows in the penthouse give Cory and Rebecca a pretty good view of the storm outside.

"It's pretty intense," he replies to her finally, although his mind isn't really on what Rebecca just told him. He can't believe that Melissa is back in his life and that she got Robin to sign over power of attorney to Melissa. Not only that, but Robin's doctor is Liam Fitzpatrick's sister so she is going along with everything Melissa wants because she wants to avenge her brother's death.

"What's wrong?" she asks him as she moves closer to him as Cory takes a drink of the brandy. "I can tell that you're tense about something."

Cory sighs and looks over at her. "I don't know where to begin."

She moves to the sofa and sits down quickly crossing her legs. He moves and sits next to her. "How about you start at the beginning?" she says as she purses her lips.

He smiles to her and then takes another drink of this brandy. "I went to see Robin the other day," he begins to tell her.

"I remember."

"And you won't believe what happened," he tells her as their eyes lock and she licks her lips a little. "Your mother is working with Robin's doctor to keep her in the hospital."

Rebecca tries to act surprised. "What?" she gasps. "Melissa is back in town?"

Cory nods his head. "Robin's doctor is Liam Fitzpatrick's sister, Caroline, and while Robin was medicated, she signed her power of attorney over Melissa. I don't know what I'm going to do."

Rebecca moves her hand to Cory's leg and squeezes it a little before she looks up at him. "You seem stressed, let me try to help you relieve some of that…"

He looks down at her hand on his leg slowly moving up his thigh before he looks at her, her eyes filled with lust. He gulps and knows that it could be easy to use Rebecca for another intense, hot, love making session that they were having. He stands up and moves over to the bar, setting his drink down. "We can't do that," he finally tells her, trying to shake his aroused state.

"I know," she rolls her eyes. "Sorry, I don't know what has gotten over me."

He turns around to face her. "It's okay. I can be easy to forgot what we agreed," he tells her. "But I have to focus on getting Robin out of that hospital. I just wish I knew how…"

"Why don't I get you another drink, Cory?" she says taking the glass from his hands. She moves over to the bar and gets a pill out of her robe pocket and drops it into his glass. She pours more brandy into his glass and swirls it around until the pill has dissolved completely.

She moves back to the sofa and passes him the glass. "Here, drink this."

Cory listens to her and quickly gulps down the entire liquid. "See, you look like you feel better already. You have to take this edge off," she purses her lips together.

Cory instantly feels the effects of the pill and booze combination. "You're always looking out for me."

"I am," she tells him. "Because what we have is special."

"Yea, yea," he slurs. "You're the best."

"Prove it to me," she says as she stands up and takes her robe off, as another loud thunder boom can be heard.

"Wow," he licks his lips. "You're so…"

"Make love to me," she bends over and kisses him passionately, as his hands start to grope her body.

Scene Four - Robertson Enterprises

"Gah, when is this damn elevator going to come back on?" Lukas asks Donovan as his patience is starting to wear thin about being stuck with his former lover in the elevator at Robertson Enterprises. The last thing he wanted was to be stuck with Donovan but here they are, thanks to the summer storm.

"I know that patience hasn't always been your strong suit," Donovan replies to him. "But, I know the team in this building and they are working to get us out. This storm is just intense."

Lukas tries to breathe a sigh of relief and then looks over at Donovan. "This is one of your best qualities, you know that?"

"What? Managing you in a crisis?" Donovan chuckles, as their eyes lock again.

"Wait," Lukas tries not to panic. "You think this is a crisis?"

Donovan laughs again and then puts his hand on Lukas'. "You're too easy sometimes, you know that?"

Lukas looks back at him with a little bit of anger on his face. "You're so going to pay for that," Lukas says back to him as he looks at Donovan before he jumps on him and tackles him to the ground, tickling him.

Donovan breaks out into laughter and then they stop as Lukas is hovering over Donovan's body. They look at each other for a moment and then they slowly start to move their lips closer together.

"Wait," Donovan tells him as he puts his hand through Lukas' hair.

"What?" Lukas asks him in a whisper.

"What about Craig?" Donovan asks him as their lips move closer together.

"He has never understood me the way you do, Donovan," Lukas licks his lips. "We belong together. We always have."

Donovan looks back at the man whom he loved for so long and nods. He pushes Lukas' head towards his and they are about to kiss when the elevator jolts a little bit and the lights come back on. The elevator starts to move down.

"Looks like we are moving again," Donovan says to Lukas, as he crawls off Donovan.

Lukas sighs and nods back to him, somewhat upset that they didn't kiss. "Yea, great news."

Scene Five - The Richardson Estate; Frederick, Meggan & Lukas' Home

"Thanks for driving me home, you didn't have to do that," Meggan tells Jeff as they enter the foyer of the large mansion. The two had been at Daisy's dinner party and after dinner, Jeff offered to drive Meggan home so she wouldn't have to do it in the rain storm. As they enter, another loud thunder bolt booms outside.

"And let you drive in this storm?" Jeff asks her as he shakes his head. "I wouldn't do that to you. I wanted to make sure you got home safe and sound."

"Well thank you, I appreciate that. Do you want to come in for a night cap?" she asks him.

"Sure, that'd be nice."

They enter the living room and she moves to the bar and pours him a vodka on the rocks. She gives herself a water. "Here you go," she says as she passes him the drink.

"Thank you," he says as they cheers each other. "Interesting night, hey?"

Meggan thinks back to being at Vinny and Daisy's for the dinner party. She knew that Lukas was late and she was discussing it with Frederick. Her father then got a phone call and excused himself from the room; when she went to find him, she overheard him talking to Daisy's Aunt Jemma. She can't seem to forget what they were talking about in the study.

"Yea, it was interesting," Meggan replies to him, not wanting to reveal what she heard. In fact, she wants to forget everything about it. "I don't know that I would do it again any time soon."

Jeff chuckles. "Yea, there was a lot of awkward tensions. Probably because of past secrets and what not."

"Past secrets? What are you talking about?" Meggan quickly asks him, wondering if he knows something more.

"I just mean, that house that Vinny lives in, it probably has a lot of secrets."

"Some secrets are best left in the past," she tells him as she takes a sip of her water.

"Are you okay?" he asks her as some lightning streaks across the sky. "You seem on edge."

"It's just been a long day," she replies to him.

He moves closer to her. "You know, I could help relieve some of that stress," he says as he looks into her eyes and then leans in and kisses her. "We could both benefit from it. And, I could thank you for agreeing to give me another chance."

She kisses him back and then looks at him. "Let's go upstairs," she whispers to him before she leads him out of the room, heading to take her mind off everything.

Scene Six - Twin Peaks General Hospital; Victoria's Office

Victoria sits at her desk trying to focus but as the storm rages on and another bolt of lightning flashes across the sky, she looks up and sighs heavily. She can't help but think back to her earlier check-up with Natasha, in which she encouraged her sister to be honest with Shane about the baby that she lost after she fell down the stairs. Victoria knows that honesty is the best policy which is why she encourages Natasha to come clean. What she can't stop thinking about, however, is that she is lying to Robbie about being the one who told Jeff to sue him for custody for half of Leah's estate. Now that they are back together, she wants everything out in the clear but she has no idea how Robbie will react to this news.

"It doesn't matter," she whispers to herself as she can hear more thunder boom in the sky outside. "I have to tell him the truth. He has to know what I did."

Before she can say anything, her office door opens and she sees Robbie standing in her doorway. "Surprise," he smiles at her as he enters the office and uses his foot to close the door as his hands are full.

"What's all this?" she asks him with a slight grin on her face.

"I stopped by the Pampa Grill and got us take out," he says back to her. "I figured you've been working all evening, you must be famished. And, in this bag, I have some candles, trying to be romantic and all."

"You shouldn't have gone to all this trouble," she replies to him as she comes up to him and gives him a quick kiss on the lips. "I don't think I have much time because I have to get back to doing my rounds."

"You can't stay to eat?" he asks her, as he sits the bags down.

"I'm afraid not," she says back to him. "Not for another hour, at least."

"I don't know that I can stay that long," he replies to her as lightning bolts across the black sky. "I have to work early tomorrow."

"Well, maybe we could have a quick chat and then you can go on your way?" she replies to him, knowing that she has to tell him the truth. "You can leave the food in the fridge at home. But there is something I want to talk to you about."

He looks at her as more thunder is heard in the storm. "This isn't how I wanted this to do this. There's a reason I surprised you here tonight."

Victoria looks back at him knowing that he is stopping her from telling him the truth right now. "There is, huh? What's going on?"

Robbie looks at her and smiles. "You know I love you, right?" he asks her as she nods back to him. He slowly falls to one knee and pulls out a ring box from one of his pockets. "Victoria Franky, I want you to be my wife. I want to show you for the rest of our lives how much I love you and want to be with you. What do you say? Marry me?"

Victoria covers her mouth in shock as she looks down at the large diamond. "Oh Robbie," she gasps. "Of course I'll marry you!"

He smiles as he slides the ring on her finger and then he stands up and kisses her passionately, the idea of telling him the truth suddenly becoming the last thing on her mind. "You've made me the happiest man in the entire world!"

Scene Seven - The Sugarbowl

"Guys, I'm so sorry I'm late," Donovan announces to Kim and Trenyce as they sit in the back booth of the coffee house. As soon as the elevator at Robertson Enterprises started to work again, Donovan left and came right to the coffee house as he knew that they were going to the Cabin to do the intervention with Andy, though he hasn't been able to stop thinking about his near kiss with Lukas. "You won't believe what happened to me."

Trenyce looks up at him with heavy eyes. "Kim and I were just about to leave," she tells him. "We didn't think you were going to make it."

"I know, I got stuck in an elevator at work," Donovan explains to them.

"What? Are you okay?" Kim asks him, shocked to hear he was stuck in an elevator.

"Yea, I'm fine, Donovan tells them. "I was with Lukas and we just talked."

"Wait, you were trapped in an elevator with your ex-boyfriend?" Trenyce asks him as her energy level perks up a little.

Donovan waves his hand in the air. "It's not what you think. Nothing happened," he tells her with a sly grin on his face. "Now, should we head to the cabin or what?"

"I don't know," Kim replies to him. "It's so late and with this storm, it would take us twice as long to get there. Why don't we all meet back here first thing in the morning and head up there. We can do the intervention in the morning with Savannah."

Trenyce nods back to her. "I like that idea. I'm so tired, I don't know that I'd stay awake for it anyways."

"Okay," Donovan replies to them. "Let's meet first thing tomorrow morning," he says as thunder crackles outside. "And we'll go help Savannah deal with Andy."

Scene Eight - Roboto

The elevator doors open and Eva slowly steps out and into the hallway. She looks around and sees the empty office. She isn't too surprised that no one is in the office at this hour and with the storm going on but she had a reason to come to the office this evening. She has to see Bob and make him understand that this feud with Dominick has to end.

"Too many people have been hurt," she says to herself as she starts to walk to Bob's office. "There simply can't be any more destruction in our lives."

She moves quickly towards Bob's office and finds it odd that the door is open. Another loud boom of thunder can be heard outside as she moves inside the office. It's not like Bob to have his office door open, she thinks to herself. She looks around the office and doesn't see anything or anyone.

"Bob?" she calls out as she moves towards the windows of the office and sees a bolt of lightning flash across the sky. "We need to talk," she says as she turns around and sees something on the ground.

"What on earth?" she asks as she moves towards the object on the ground. "Oh my God!" she screams as she sees Bob's lifeless body on the floor. "Bob!" she says as she bends down and checks for a pulse. "Bob can you hear me? Oh my God, Bob!"

She reaches around for her purse and grabs her cell phone. "This is Eva McCloud, I'm in Bob Calimo's office at Roboto, I need an ambulance immediately! He's had a stroke!... I don't care that there's a damn storm, get here NOW!"

Scene Nine - The Black House; Adam, Helen & Dawn's Home

"Helen," Natasha gasps as another tear falls down her cheek. "I don't know what to say."

"You slept with my husband and you have NOTHING to say for yourself?" Helen yells back at the woman that she thought was her good friend. "I can't believe this is happening! I can't believe you slept with Adam!"

"It's not what you think," Natasha tries to explain to her. "It just … happened."

"It just happened?" Helen asks her, still yelling at Natasha. "You bitch!" Helen yells before she slaps Natasha across the face.

"That's enough Helen!" Adam says coming up behind his wife. "You don't have to get physical with everyone."

Helen turns around and looks at her husband. "Isn't that perfect? You defending your whore girlfriend."

"It wasn't like that," Adam tells her. "You were shutting me out because of Reg's death, remember? You couldn't be bothered to let me in to how you were feeling or hear my side of things as to what happened the night he died. So, yea, I was alone and so was Natasha, so it happened. And it only happened once. I'm so sorry that it happened but I won't let you act like the victim here."

"Oh, so it's my fault that you slept with another woman? That's fucking rich, Adam!" Helen yells at her husband.

Before Adam can reply, Jacob starts fussing in his stroller. "I should get him home," Natasha manages to say through her tears.

"Yes, you should," Helen whispers to her as lightning flashes across the sky. "And you better never show your sorry face in my house again, or so help me God, I won't be responsible for my actions."

Scene Ten - Shane's car

The windshield wipers are going as fast as they can in Shane's Maserati, but he still can barely see anything out the windows, as he drives towards his house that he shares with Natasha and Jacob. Another loud boom of thunder blasts in the clouds above him.

"Jesus," he whispers to himself as he tries to focus on the road in front of him. "I can barely see anything even with the wipers on high. This storm is worse than I thought."

He keeps driving as his mind races back to learning that Natasha was pregnant when she fell down the stairs at the Black house months earlier. It all makes sense now to him. The only problem is, he knows that he couldn't possibly be the father of Natasha's baby.

"Who did you sleep with Nat? There has to be some kind of mistake," he grits his teeth. "You wouldn't cheat on me, would you?"

Before he can say anything else, he sees some headlights in front of his windshield. He quickly serves his car but it's too late, he collides with the other car. As the rain pours down on the two vehicles, another bolt of lightning flashes across the sky.
