Scene One - The Calimo Mansion

Robbie stands in the front yard of the Calimo mansion reeling from what has just happened. He had been inside at Bob's birthday party when he and his father had more heated words over the fact that Bob played a key part in Leah's death; Robbie left the house to get some air and then Robbie was served papers. Robbie looks down at the manila coloured envelope and wonders what could possibly be going on.

He tears open the envelope and feels his blood boil as he reads the papers inside. He crumbles the envelope and grits his teeth. "Damn you, Jeff," he whispers to himself, having read that Jeff is going to sue him and contest Leah's will. "You will do anything to get back into my house. Well, if you want a fight, you'll get one."

He looks back at the house and realizes that he has to get back inside and try to find Victoria. "I need you now more than ever Victoria," he says to himself, as he recalls earlier at the party and how the two of them were seemingly close to getting back together. "Together we can take down this jerk, once and for all."

Inside the foyer of the mansion, Kim looks back at Bob with a glimmer of hope in her eyes. For so long, Kim has been trying to get Bob to see that they could put their marriage back together if they just tried. Today, he has actually told her that they could have a chance at putting their marriage back together, which is music to her ears.

"Do you really mean what you just said? We have a chance at putting our marriage back together?" Kim asks Bob as she moves closer to him and pulls him into a hug. "You have no idea how long I have waited to hear you say those words to me."

Bob exits their embrace and looks back at her. "I do mean it, Kimberly," he replies to her as he looks into her eyes. "Today you have proven to me how much I mean to you. The party, telling Tyler that you two have no future together, all of these things have made me realize that you really do care for me."

"I do care for you, I love you so very much," Kim says back to him as she gets tears in her eyes. "Sorry for getting so emotional, I have just hoped and prayed that this day would come and now, it's finally here."

"Yes," Bob nods back to her. "It is here. But, like I said, there is just one more thing that I need you to do for me and it's not up for discussion. If you do this one thing for me, you will prove that you want to make our marriage work."

Kim turns back and looks at her husband. "What is it Bob? What can I do for you?"

"It's about Blake…"

"My son?" Kim asks him. "What about him?"

Upstairs, Andy lays down on a bed in one of the many guest rooms in the Calimo mansion. He looks up at the ceiling as the room starts to stop spinning as much as it had been. He recalls how he showed up at the party and tried to not have a drink but he ended up getting completely smashed. Kim spotted him and took him to the room to try to lay down so he can try to sober up. Only, he doesn't feel that drunk.

He leans up in the bed and shakes his head. "I didn't really do anything wrong," he says to himself. "It's a birthday party, for crying out loud. Just because I had a few drinks, doesn't mean I have a problem. I'm so tired of people thinking that I have a drinking problem. I'm just…I'm having a good time," he says to himself as he stands up and looks out the window of the room. The window has a view of the back yard garden at the mansion; Andy can see some guests of the party still circling around the gardens, laughing and drinking champagne.

"So many of them are drinking still," he says, getting more and more upset with the fact that Kim brought up him upstairs.

"No, if she doesn't want me here, that's fine …" he says moving towards the door. "But I'm not staying in this room. I'll head back to town and have a drink at home. Yea, that's exactly what I'm going to do."

Scene Two - The Calimo House; Robbie & Felicia's House

"I came as soon as I could," Frederick announces to Felicia as he walks into the living room and sees Felicia pacing back and forth, clearly upset by what has happened in the day. "Do you want to tell me what's going on?"

Felicia looks up at Frederick, her eyes are damp from some tears that she has shed. She can't believe that she has remembered something so significant; she doesn't understand how it has taken her so long to put all of the pieces together but now knows that Bob was drugging her leading up to the events that happened in Lake Tahoe last year. She also knows that she remembers driving to Lake Tahoe in a rental car, thanks to the hypnosis sessions with Frederick.

"You've been crying," Frederick observes to the woman that he loves. "Felicia, please, tell me, what's going on?"

"I've remembered," Felicia replies to him quickly. "I remember that Bob Calimo was drugging me before Leah died."

Frederick looks back at her and gets an uneasy feeling in his stomach. He knew that once more and more memories started coming back that it would be upsetting for Felicia. He has to try to make sure that she stays calm.

"You remember everything about that, do you? I know that you lashed out at him at Leah's memorial service," Frederick recounts to her.

Felicia moves some hair out of her face. "I know, I don't know why it took me so long to put all of these pieces together."

"You don't have to worry about that," Frederick tells her. "The time frame isn't what's important. What's important is that your memory is slowly coming back. I'm thinking it means that the hypnosis is working, and that's a good thing, right?"

Felicia nods back to him and moves into a hug with her doctor. "I couldn't have done any of this without you, Frederick. I can't thank you enough."

"Don't thank me yet," he replies to her, secretly thrilled that she needs him. "We need to schedule you another session so more of your memories can come back," he says as he looks into her eyes.

"I'd like that," she says back to him with a sly grin on her face. "As long as your next to me, I think I can handle any memory that comes back to me."

"I'm not going anywhere."

Scene Three - The Calimo Mansion

Robbie re-enters the living room of the mansion and sees many guests still having a good time at Bob's birthday party. He scans the room and tries to find Victoria, as he is desperate to find her so he can try to make it official that they are getting back together. He needs her in his corner more than ever now that Jeff is suing him for Leah's house.

"Damn you, you son of a bitch," he whispers to himself under his breath as he can't see Victoria in the room.

He moves over to the bar, where he spots Meggan ordering a glass of water. Meggan is taking a sip when she sees Robbie approaching her. She tries to put a smile on her face but she knows that the last few times she has seen Robbie, the conversation hasn't always been positive.

"Where's your boyfriend?" Robbie asks her, gritting his teeth together as he is still livid that Jeff is suing him.

Meggan rolls her eyes. "I wish you would stop calling him that," she snaps back at him. "Jeff and I are just friends. And for the record, I am not keeping tabs on him. What's got you all worked up anyways?"

"This," Robbie replies to her, handing her the papers that he was served.

Meggan arches her eyebrow and looks down at them, reading them quickly. She gasps a little in shock. "Jeff is suing you? Wow, I didn't know that he wanted to do this."

"Really? You're going to stand there and tell me you knew nothing about this?" Robbie asks her, thinking that Jeff couldn't possibly have come up with this on his own.

"I'm telling you the truth, I had no idea that Jeff was even considering this," Meggan says back to him.

"Well, when you see him, tell him he's not going to get away with this. If he wants a fight, he'll get one," Robbie replies to her, his blood boiling.

Victoria rushes through the garden, running a little, as she wants to get away from the party and the mansion. Her mind is racing with what she overheard Robbie and Bob talking about earlier in the day. Robbie admitted to his father that he was still in love with Leah; Victoria doesn't know why she's so upset by the admission, but it makes her think that she has been a fool her entire relationship with Robbie. Of course, he was still in love with his ex-wife, she thinks to herself.

She reaches the large fountain in the middle of the garden and sits on the edge of it, some tears running down her face.

"How could I have been so stupid?" she asks herself. "The entire time we were together, he was in love with Leah. It explains so much."

She thinks about how Robbie has completely changed since Leah died last summer and now that she knows that Robbie was in love with Leah, it makes sense as to why he has been acting out in the way that he has been; he's heartbroken.

"And to think, I was about to give him another chance," she continues to let some tears out. "God, I have to get out of here. I can't be here anymore."

She turns and looks back at the house. "I can't let Robbie see me like this," she whispers to herself, suddenly seeing a path way that would take her around to the other side of the house. "I'll go and see if someone can give me a ride back to the city. I just need to be alone…"

"I didn't see you this morning," Cory tells Rebecca as they each hold a glass of champagne and walk through the garden together.

She stops looking at some of the roses and looks back up at Cory. She can't tell him where she really was because then he will know that she was working with Melissa on a plan to break up Cory and Robin. Rebecca hopes that she did the right thing by breaking things off with Melissa because she has realized that she is in love with Cory. The problem, of course, is that she has fallen in love with her sister's husband, and with Robin getting better each day at the mental facility, it's only a matter of time before she comes home and Rebecca knows that she can't have these feelings for Cory at that time.

"Yea, I went out for an early jog," Rebecca lies to him as she gets a slight grin on her face. "I didn't want to wake you and let you know or anything."

"Ah, that's fine," Cory says back to her. "I just thought we could have had breakfast together. I know things are a little awkward right now but I was hoping we could try to get back to normal."

"Whatever normal is," Rebecca awkwardly laughs.

Cory stops walking and looks at her. "Yea," he says with a grin on his face. "I just want it to be as normal as it can be for when Robin gets back."

Rebecca nods back to him. "I know and I will do whatever I can to make that happen. And, I am with you when we say that she can never know what happened."

Cory smiles. "Thanks Rebecca," he tells her, as she suddenly starts to feel guilty about what she has been up too. "You really are the best sister in law a guy could have."

"Hey bro," Meggan says to Lukas as she comes up to him. "I didn't know that you knew Bob Calimo."

Lukas chuckles a little as he takes a sip of his champagne. "I don't know him very well. I got an invite from Craig; he knows Kim, I guess he helped her brother recently."

"Ah," Meggan replies to him. "So, are you having a good time?"

"At this swanky party? Of course, the champagne is amazing," he chuckles a little. "And it's bottomless."

Meggan laughs back with him. "Just don't overdo it," she warns him, unable to hide her feelings about people who drink too much.

"Ah, you don't have to worry about me," Lukas replies to her.

Before she can reply, Jeff comes up to the two of them. "Hey, it's my favorite two house mates," he says with a little chuckle. "This is quite the party, huh?"

"I'm surprised Bob invited you to this," Lukas replies to Jeff quickly.

"Oh, I wasn't invited," Jeff says back to them. "I was here to visit Paige and then I saw the party and you two and thought I would come say hello."

"Well, I'm glad you did," Meggan replies with a slight grin on her face. She hopes that she and Jeff can try to get past their awkwardness that they experienced on the anniversary of Noah's death. She knows that the day will always be difficult for Jeff, but she also hopes that if they move forward with their relationship that Jeff won't be able to blame her each year for killing Noah because they would never be able to work.

"Is something on your mind?" Jeff asks her back, seeing that her mind is racing.

"I saw Robbie earlier," she replies to him as she takes a sip of her water. "I had no idea that you were planning to sue him. How did this come about?"

"Wow, you're suing a Calimo? That takes balls, man," Lukas tells him with a half a chuckle.

Jeff sighs and looks back at them. "I'm just tired of being his doormat. I have no idea if I will win, but I will fight for what's rightfully mine. I have to do this for Leah and for Paige," he tells them back. "I hope I have your support."

"Of course you do," Meggan replies to him as she smiles back at him.

"How come I find you out here in the garden by yourself and not with Lukas?" Donovan asks Craig as he comes up to the doctor holding a glass of champagne.

Craig looks back from the fountain and sees Donovan coming up to him. Craig knows that at parties like this he and Lukas can't be seen together the entire evening because Lukas is worried it would get back to Frederick and then he would know that Lukas is gay. Craig is growing more and more impatient with rules that Lukas seemingly has in place in their relationship.

"I think you probably already know the answer to that," Craig replies to him with a slight grin on his face. "Heaven forbid someone sees us together and assumes that we are just that."

Donovan nods back to him. "I hope that it changes eventually," Donovan admits to him. "I know how hard it can be."

"Yea, it got so difficult for you, you left," Craig says back to him.

"But I lost something that I can never get back," Donovan reveals to him. "I've never found that kind of love in my life again. What Lukas and I had, it was something special. Just when I thought I was ready to move on…"

Craig looks back at Donovan and feels his heart skip a beat. He knows that Donovan was about to move on with him when Craig revealed that he was seeing someone knew. "I'm sorry," he whispers back to Donovan. "Had I known…"

"Don't apologize," Donovan replies to him. "Neither of us knew what was happening. You couldn't wait forever. And now you're happy with Lukas and I'm happy for both of you, I really am."

Craig nods back to him and takes a drink of his champagne. "Well, I better go get another glass of this bubbly. See you around, Donovan," Craig says, wanting to excuse himself. He hates that he hurt Donovan and now he is happy with Lukas, or so he thinks that he's happy with Lukas.

Victoria reaches the front yard of the house and looks around for someone she knows that is leaving the party. She didn't drive to the party because she knew that she would be drinking. When she doesn't see anyone she knows, she starts digging in her purse looking for her phone.

"I guess I will call a taxi," she whispers to herself as she finally finds her phone. "I don't really want to wait for one but I don't have any other choice."

She looks up and sees Andy coming out of the front doors of the house. She stops dialing the number for the taxi and moves towards her friend.

"Andy, hi," she says as he walks down the stairs.

"Hey, Vic!" he replies, trying not to slur his words too badly. "What are you doing out here? The party is inside."

"I know, I'm leaving. I'm over this party," she replies to him quickly.

"Me too," he agrees with her.

"Are you driving home?" she asks him as he nods his head back to her. "Can I catch a ride with you?"

"Of course!" he smiles back to her as they start to walk towards his car. "It will give us a chance to catch up."

"What about Blake?" Kim asks Bob as she waits to hear what he has to say about her son and making their marriage work.

"This won't be easy," Bob replies to her quickly. "But I am sure that you will be able to do this if you want our marriage to work."

Kim arches her eyebrow back to her husband. "You know that I want our marriage to work," she says back to Bob. "I can have Blake's things packed and moved here, if that's what you're worried about."

Bob shakes his head and waves his hand in her face. "That won't be necessary. I don't want Blake in this house. He is Tyler's bastard son," Bob says back to her.

"I don't understand," Kim admits to him.

"If you want our marriage to work, you will have to give up your son. I couldn't live in the same house as Dominick's Grandson. That's the condition you have to make if you want our marriage to work," Bob informs his wife as her mouth falls open in shock. "It's me or your son."

"Andy, slow down, this road is pretty windy," Victoria tells her friend as she sits in the passenger side of Andy's car and he speeds down the road.

"Ah, don't worry," Andy smiles back to her. "I've driven this road many times visiting Kim and Blake. Everything is in control."

Victoria can finally get a smell of the booze coming off Andy's breath. "How much have you had to drink, Andy? Should you even be driving?" Suddenly, she remembers Andy in the ER recently and Victoria had to pump his stomach because he had consumed so much alcohol and he had passed out in a pool of his own vomit.

"I'm fine!" he yells back at her. "I'm so fucking tired of everyone thinking that I have a problem!"

"Please, just watch the road…" she says before she starts to scream as Andy swerves off the road and the car crashes into some trees on the side of the road!

Smoke slowly starts to creep out of the hood of the car as both Andy and Victoria lay unconscious inside the car, blood dripping on their faces from the cracked wind shield.
