Scene One - The Richardson Estate; Frederick, Meggan & Lukas' Home

Meggan slowly approaches Jeff's bedroom door as she thinks back to her kissing Jeff recently. She has hopes that the kiss means that they are going to move forward with their relationship; after they made love on New Year's Eve, Jeff quickly told her that they couldn't be in a relationship together because of Paige's frosty reaction to them being intimate. Meggan realizes that Paige is probably still not going to be pleased about their relationship but she hopes that Jeff will start living for him and not for his daughter; Paige has to start to accept that things will never be the same because of Leah's death.

Meggan knocks on Jeff's door and opens it slowly before she moves inside. "Jeff, are you in here?" she asks as she enters the room and then spots Jeff standing his dresser, as he just finished getting dressed. "There you are. I didn't see you at breakfast."

"I didn't come down," he replies to her quickly, not turning to face her. "I wasn't hungry."

"Oh, well, you need to keep up your energy," she says back to him. "Do you want to go downstairs and get something? I'm sure there's still some food left over."

Jeff shakes his head as he puts his watch on his wrist. "I can't, I have some where to be."

Meggan arches her eyebrow wondering why she is getting this cold shoulder from Jeff. "Is everything okay, Jeff? You seem distant today. I was hoping that since we kissed again that things were getting back on track with us."

Jeff pauses and looks back at her. "I can't believe you have to ask me if everything is okay on today of all days," he snaps back at her. "You don't remember what today is?"

Meggan sighs and closes her eyes; of course she remembers what today is, it's the anniversary of Noah's death. She was drunk and driving home from the bar when she hit Noah with her car; the injuries resulted in his death. She opens her eyes and looks back at Jeff. "I'm sorry, I didn't forget. I've been insensitive."

"Maybe just a little," he replies to her coldly. "I'm going to cemetery."

"Do you want some company?" she asks him as he moves past her and walks towards the door.

He turns around and looks at her. "No, I want to be alone with my son today."

She sighs heavily as he leaves the room without saying another word. On a day when she had hoped to move forward with Jeff, she realizes that she just moved about ten steps backwards.

"I wonder if we will ever move forward or if this will always be over our heads," she whispers to herself, as she suddenly feels a dark cloud over the rest of her day.

Scene Two - The Cemetery

Robbie slowly walks up to the tombstone that has Noah's name on it. He looks at the tombstone for a moment before he moves closer and sets a bouquet of flowers down in front of it. He places his hand on the tombstone for a moment before he runs the same hand through his hair and sighs.

To Robbie, this is the day that changed his life forever. Everything was great in his marriage to Leah until the day that Noah died; his death changed Leah as she started to lean on Jeff because they lost a child together. Of course, this eventually resulted in Leah having an affair with Jeff and she got pregnant with Paige.

"Losing you buddy," he whispers to Noah's tombstone. "Is the day that everything changed for everyone, especially your Mom. She loved you so much and losing you was the hardest thing she ever had to go through. I hope that you're with her right now and you're laughing and playing and getting to see her beautiful smile."

Robbie pauses as he thinks of Leah for a moment. He looks to his left and sees the tombstone that has Leah's name on it. He knows that the family put a tombstone up just so they have one; nobody was ever recovered from the fire in Lake Tahoe because Leah would have burned to death in the explosion. Still, having a place to come and remember Leah gives everyone some kind of peace.

"God Leah, you left me too early," he says as a tear falls down his cheek and he reaches out to touch her tombstone. "I should have saved you from the farm house! You would still be with me today had I gone back and saved you! I'm so sorry, Leah. I'm so very sorry."

Scene Three - The Calimo House; Robbie & Felicia's Home

"Are you sure this is a good idea today?" Eva asks Dominick as they stand in the living room of Robbie's house. Eva is there to support Dominick as Felicia is going to be put under hypnosis again by Frederick so she can try to regain her memories from the night Leah died. Eva realizes, however, that today is probably a difficult day for Dominick as it is in the anniversary of Noah's death. She can't imagine how hard it is for Dominick having lost his grandson and a few short years later, his daughter.

"Absolutely," Dominick replies to her. "I can't prevent Felicia from wanting to remember the night that Leah passed away. It today a somber day, yes but Felicia has to get her life back."

"You're a very strong man," Eva says back to him as she comes up to him and rubs his back. "Can I help you with anything?"

"You just being here is a lot of great comfort for me," Dominick tells her as she looks into her eyes. "Thank you for supporting me today."

"I wouldn't be anywhere else Dominick," Eva smiles back to him. "I just hope that today is the day that Felicia finally remembers everything that happened. Because if she does, it means we can move forward with our lives together."

Dominick uneasily smiles back to her and moves her into a hug, wondering what he really wants to have happen. He knows that he doesn't want Felicia to rush into anything because of her mental stability being at risk; Felicia's wellbeing has to be the first priority. "I know that's what you want," he replies to her. "I just want everything to be okay."

Upstairs, in Felicia's bedroom she lays on the bed with her eyes closed. Frederick sits next to her bed in a chair and looks at the woman that has his heart. He recalls the last time he put her under hypnosis and Felicia revealed that she is still in love with Dominick; he knows that it hurt him deeply so he is hoping that he will be able to help Felicia uncover the truth about the night Leah died so maybe she can start to move on from Dominick. Frederick now believes that the truth may cause Felicia to realize that her love for Dominick is tainted and she needs Frederick to help her move on from her role in Leah's death.

"Felicia, can you hear me?" he asks her as she nods her head back to him. "Good, just like last time everything that you say to me while you are under hypnosis will remain just between us. You are in a safe place with me, Felicia."

"I know that," she replies to him, her eyes still closed.

"The last time we did this, you mentioned you were thinking about your family," Frederick says back to her. "What's on your mind today?"

"My family is always on my mind," she quickly says back to him. "I want to remember what happened to my daughter. I want to know why I keep having these flashes of Leah before she died. Or when I think she died."

Frederick nods his head back to her and sighs a little. He hopes that this is the start of everything he wants. "Let's go back to Lake Tahoe last summer, Felicia. What is the first thing you remember about being in Lake Tahoe?"

Felicia pauses for a moment and Frederick can see that she is thinking. "I remember driving to Lake Tahoe in a rental car…" she begins to say to him. "I was in a rush but I can't remember why, exactly."

"That's a good start," he tells her. "Remember, Felicia, there is no rush in remembering. We just want everything to come as it does, okay?"

Felicia nods back to him. "Was Dominick there? I'm trying to remember my husband but I can't…"

Frederick freezes and squeezes his pencil a little tighter when she mentions Dominick's name. How can I get her to stop thinking about Dominick? He wonders to himself. That is the key to her not loving Dominick anymore. "But how," he whispers to himself before he looks back at Felicia, who is still under hypnosis.

Scene Four - The Pampa Grill

"I'm so sorry," Daisy tells Vinny as they sit across from each other and Vinny just revealed to his fiancé that her Aunt Jemma warned him not to hurt Daisy the other day at the mansion. Daisy knows that Jemma is a no nonsense woman, but she wishes that she hadn't warned Vinny about something like that. They have been together long enough that Daisy knows that Vinny would never purposely hurt her.

"You don't have to apologize for your Aunt," Vinny says back to her as he takes a sip of his coffee. "I actually was sort of expecting it from her."

Daisy arches her eyebrow back to him. "You were expecting her to tell you not to hurt me?"

Vinny nods back to her. "Considering she is the closest thing you have to a parent, yes," he informs her. "Family is supposed to be protective and your Aunt Jemma is definitely protective of you and of Trenyce."

Daisy moves a piece of hair behind her ear. "Well, I'm glad you're taking this so well. I'm going still have a talk with her about this."

Vinny chuckles a little back to her. "I don't think that Jemma is going to change her tune because you have a talk with her," he says to her. "She seems like a woman who always speaks her mind."

Daisy nods back to her a little uneasily. "You know, she is that way unless there's something she doesn't want to speak about."

"You make it seem like there's something in particular she doesn't want to talk about. Have you asked her about her past?" Vinny replies to her quickly, recalling how they thought something was off with her.

Daisy looks back at him. "Not yet," she says back to him slowly. "But, I get the feeling that is she is hiding something. I have no idea what it could be but there is something there."

"Well, we have to find out what it is," Vinny tells her. "We could help Jemma move beyond what it this secret is."

"I agree," Daisy nods back to him. "The question is, how?"

Scene Five - Robertson Enterprises; Trenyce's Office

"Well, wowee, look at this office," Jemma announces to Trenyce as she opens the door and moves into Trenyce's office. Jemma, being from the south, isn't used to the finer things in life. She has only seen this kind of luxury a few times in her life; one being recently staying at Vinny's mansion.

Trenyce looks up at her great Aunt and smiles. "Aunt Jemma, what brings you by my office?" she asks as she stands up from her desk and moves over to hug Jemma.

"I thought I would come and see where you are makin' all those pretty dresses that you draw," Jemma replies to her as they exit their hug. "You've done pretty good for yourself, girl," she tells Trenyce.

"Thank you," Trenyce grins back at her. "I'm glad that you like it. The job itself keeps me pretty busy. They are always wanting new and the latest designs from me."

"From what I've seen, you are always deliverin'," Jemma says back to her. Jemma moves over to Trenyce's desk and looks at a photo Trenyce has. Jemma picks it up and looks at the photo of Andrew more closely. She turns and looks back at Trenyce. "What's this still doin' here?"

Trenyce moves over to her Aunt and takes the picture from her hands and sets it back on her desk. "I still like to look at Andrew," she replies to her. "I don't get to see him anymore but that doesn't mean that I don't love him or miss him."

"Oh, Miss Trenyce," Jemma says to her as she puts her hands on Trenyce's shoulders. "No one is expectin' you not to love that baby boy anymore. But you need to move on from this fantasy that he is your child."

Trenyce forces a smile on her face and gets tears in her eyes. "It's so hard Jemma," she replies to her quickly. "I raised him for years. I … I will always love him."

"That's understandable," Jemma says back to her. "But you know what I'm surprised about?"

"What?" Trenyce asks her as she wipes her eye dry.

"That you haven' started to look for your real baby," Jemma quickly says back to her. "Andrew ain't your baby, but your baby is out there somewhere. Question is, where is your real baby?"

Scene Six - The Glubbs House; Shane, Natasha & Jacob's Home

"Where is Lindsay?" Natasha asks Shane as she comes into the living room holding a basket of laundry that she has folded and was going to take upstairs. Natasha can hear Jacob crying upstairs and she knows that the nanny should be making him comfortable. Natasha wishes that she could hold her son but she is still reeling from the fact that she miscarried a baby when Dawn pushed her down the stairs at the Black house; she feels a disconnect between her and Jacob right now while she is mourning the loss of her unborn child.

"I gave her the afternoon off," Shane replies to his wife, knowing that he purposely gave the nanny the day off so he could try to uncover what it is with Natasha shutting out their son.

"You did what?" Natasha asks him shocked, as Jacob's cry's increase from his bedroom. "I thought we hired her to help us with the baby."

"We did," Shane says back to her. "But we both have the day off, we don't need help with the baby. Now, you're going upstairs, are you going to check in on Jacob?"

"No!" Natasha yells back at him. "I'm busy with laundry, you can go and check on him."

"What's going on, Natasha?" Shane asks her as he stands up and looks back at her. "You haven't wanted to do anything with Jacob since your accident. I know something is up with you, are you going to tell me what it is? I can't take this anymore."

Natasha turns away from Shane's grilling questions. She closes her eyes and wishes that she could tell him everything; but she stands to lose everything that is near and dear to her if the truth does come out. Not only that, but she could also screw Adam's life up as well. No, she says to herself, I can't tell him the truth.

"It's nothing," she says back to him in a whisper. "I'm just … I'm still feeling a little out of it from the fall. Once I get back to normal, everything will be fine."

He comes up behind her and puts his hands on her shoulders causing her to shudder a little. "I hope that's all it is Natasha," he says before he kisses the back of her head. "I'm going to check on Jacob."

She watches him leave the room before she turns around and has a tear fall down her cheek. "I need to get through this," she whispers to herself. "I need to get myself together.

Scene Seven - The Calimo House; Robbie & Felicia's Home

"Frederick, what happened upstairs?" Eva asks Frederick as he comes into living room fresh from his hypnosis session from Felicia. Dominick also stands up behind Eva, eager to hear if Felicia has remembered anything from the night of Leah died.

Frederick looks back at them and realizes that he can't reveal that Felicia is still in love with Dominick; if he does that, he will potentially lose Felicia forever because Dominick may not want to divorce her.

"You're not saying anything," Dominick says back to him, growing impatient. "What happened with Felicia?"

"She didn't remember anything of importance," Frederick finally replies to them. "She remembered driving to Lake Tahoe in a rental car but nothing more."

"What the hell is going on in these sessions? Why isn't she remembering more?" Dominick asks him with anger in his tone.

"These things take time," Frederick tells him. "Even under hypnosis, her mind is open and free to remember everything, but the memories won't come back until her body is able to handle everything."

"That makes sense to me," Eva says back to Dominick. "We just have to be patient and soon this will all be over."

Frederick nods back to them both uneasily as he gets a sly grin on his face.

Scene Eight - The Cemetery

Jeff sets a bouquet of flowers down at the base of Noah's tombstone, noticing many bouquets already there. He knew that today would be a busy day at the cemetery because many people loved his son.

"You'd think it would get easier over time," he whispers to Noah as he hand touches the tombstone. "But every year on this day, it's just as though I lost you yesterday. It still hurts and it's still so … raw," he continues to say. "This year, having lost your Mom too, is really hard to deal with you not being here. I just wish that everything was different. I wish you were here and your Mom was here and we were a big, happy, normal family with Paige. It would be amazing," he says with half a grin on his face. "But I guess some things just aren't meant to be."

"I miss you Noah and I still love you," he tells his son. "Please watch over your Mom for me. I wasn't there for her when she needed me most so I'm counting on you to do what I couldn't do."

"Looks like we had the same idea," Paige announces to her father as she comes up to the tombstone.

Jeff turns and looks at his daughter. He stands up and moves over to hug her, which catches her off guard as they haven't exactly been seeing eye to eye lately. "I'm so glad that you're here," he whispers into her ear.

"I couldn't stay away," she replies to him. "I never met Noah, but I know how much he meant to you and Mom. I had to pay my respects to my brother."

Jeff can't help but smile back at his daughter. "You're an amazing young woman, you know that?"

"Not that your biased or anything," she says back to him as she grabs his hand. "How are you doing?"

Jeff shrugs a little. "Better now that you're here," he admits to her. "Today is always going to be rough but seeing you makes me feel a little bit better."

"I'm glad I could help in some way," Paige replies to him. "If you're not busy for the rest of the day, we could grab lunch and talk…"

"Really?" Jeff asks in surprise. "If you're serious, I'd like that a lot."

"Of course I'm serious," Paige tells him. "I'll give you another moment with Noah and I'll meet you at the Pampa Grill."

"That sounds lovely," Jeff says as he hugs back again.

"Okay, see you soon," she replies and then walks away from her father.

Jeff watches her go and then he looks back at Noah's grave. He puts his hand into his pocket and pulls out his telephone. He dials a number, "Hey, Victoria, it's me Jeff," he says into the receiver. "I just thought I'd let you know, I'm going to take your advice … I'm going to sue Robbie for what's rightfully mine."
