Scene One - Twin Peaks General Hospital

Natasha and Shane sit in a small hospital room watching Jacob sleep in an incubator. The worry on their faces says it all in terms of how they are feeling. Just a few short hours ago, they were at home talking about their day events with each other. Shane then noticed that Jacob was turning blue and they rushed him to the hospital, in fear that something was wrong with his lungs. Thankfully, they got him to the hospital before anything serious was happening to him. They have got word that he needed another dose of his medication, which he has since received. While Natasha hasn't said anything, she wonders why Jacob needed more medication when he had his check-up earlier in the day and Dawn gave him a dosage. She looks at Jacob and is pleased to see that his colour has returned to normal.

"Thank God he is going to be okay," Natasha finally says to her husband, her voice still a little shaky. "I don't know what I would have done if something had happened to him."

Shane looks over at his wife and grabs her hand. "I know," he agrees with her. "I wish I understood exactly what happened. I mean, he got his checkup today, right? I don't understand why he required more medication so soon after his checkup with the doctor."

Natasha shakes her head. "I'm not sure. I guess we just have to keep even more of a watchful eye on Jacob now. I don't want anything like this to happen again."

"Maybe we should hire a nanny or a nurse, you know someone to look after him around the clock," he suggests to her. "I agree with you, something like this can't happen again. We have to make sure of it."

"I will get my father to look into nanny services, I know he and Sofia had lots of help when Robbie and I were younger," Natasha informs him, liking his idea.

Before Shane can reply, Craig opens the door to the room and looks at the couple. "Sorry for the long wait," he says as he walks up to the couple. "We've been monitoring Jacob's status and we believe he's ready to go home. I have the discharge papers here."

"What happened, exactly?" Natasha asks the doctor. "I was at the hospital earlier today for his checkup. I was in the room when he got his medication, how did this happen?"

Craig shakes his head. "Honestly, I'm not sure. Sometimes when lungs are developing, the medication dose isn't large enough. I've put in his file that he should receive a slightly large amount in his regular checkups going forward. I hope that it will prevent this from happening again."

"Thank you Craig," Shane replies to him as he stands up and shakes the doctor's hand.

"You're welcome," Craig says back to them. "You guys take care and come back anytime you think something is off with Jacob."

Shane looks back at Natasha as Craig exits the room. "How about I take Jacob home and you head over to the Sugarbowl to get some coffee. I'd like to look into nanny or nursing services this evening if possible."

Natasha nods back to him and moves up to him to give him a quick kiss. "That sounds like a good idea. See you at home," she says before she moves over to Jacob and kisses him on his forehead before she collects her purse to head to the coffeehouse.

Scene Two - The Calimo Mansion; The Guesthouse, Kim's Home

"I came here straight from Andy's condo," Donovan tells Kim as he moves into her house and into the living room area of the open concept main space of the guesthouse that is on the grounds of the Calimo mansion. Donovan recalls how he went to see Andy to try to convince him to stop drinking; when he got there, Andy was drunk and his apartment was a mess. Donovan attempted to take control of the situation by dumping a half empty bottle of whiskey down the drain. This, of course, make Andy livid and he threw Donovan out of the apartment.

Kim closes the door and moves over to Donovan. "What's going on with my brother?" she asks him, having not heard from Andy since Christmas. "Is he okay?"

Donovan turns and faces Kim with worry on his face. "I don't know," he admits to her. "You know that he's been drinking a lot more since Reese died."

Kim nods back to him. "I know that and actually, Daisy Davenport told me that she's worried about his drinking levels as well. I thought that maybe she was over reacting a little because Andy wasn't drinking here at Christmas time."

"I was with him on New Year's Eve," Donovan reveals to Kim. "And, he was wasted."

Kim suddenly gets a look of concern on her face. "And tonight? How was my brother when you saw him now?"

Donovan sighs before responding to her. "He could barely stand up Kim," he informs her. "He was slurring his words and…"

"And what? What else could there be?" a horrified Kim asks him.

"I tried to get through to him and make him realize that drinking isn't the answer," Donovan explains to her.

"How did you do that? What did you do, Donovan?" Kim asks him, worried about what Andy is going through now.

"I took his opened bottle of whiskey and I dumped it down the sink," Donovan tells her as he recalls how Andy reacted following his decision. "He wasn't happy with me at all. He threw me out of his condo and basically his life."

"Oh Donovan," Kim replies to him as she hugs him. "Thank you for telling me this, I know it couldn't have been easy for you."

"I'm just tired of seeing him like this, you know?" he says back to her. "We have to do something before it's too late."

"I agree," Kim replies to him as they exit their embrace. "Leave this with me, I'll see what I can do."

Scene Three - The Pampa Grill

At a table in the restaurant, Daisy sits with a glass of red wine and her IPad open to a number of different pages. She has a pad of paper next to her and she is jotting ideas down for her pending wedding to Vinny. She decided to plan some of her wedding at the restaurant this evening to get out of the house as Vinny is at a late meeting. The mansion is too quiet when she is there alone.

"Well isn't this a nice sight," Vinny announces to her as he approaches her table, having wrapped up his meeting.

Daisy looks up and gets a slight grin on her face at the sight of her fiancé. "Hi, you," she says as he pulls out a chair and joins her. "How was the meeting?"

Vinny sighs and looks over at her. "It was fine but I really don't want to talk about work. It's late and been a long day. What are you working on over there?"

"Our wedding," she smiles back to him as she reaches over and grabs his hand. "I want it to be perfect, you know."

He chuckles a little. "I have no doubt that it will be with you planning it."

"The problem is that I have so many ideas," she admits to him. "I have no idea which ideas are good ones or which direction I'd like to go in."

"There's no rush baby," Vinny tells her as he takes a sip of the wine that he poured himself. "Why don't we start with something relatively easy … like the guest list? I don't have any family left to invite, but do you have any other than Trenyce that you'd like to invite?"

Daisy sighs and thinks for a moment. She and Vinny haven't really spoke a lot about Daisy's past or her family life. Since her twin sister Danielle and her parents are all dead, she doesn't like talking about that part of her life very often.

"I do keep in touch with one of my Aunt's," Daisy reveals to him. "Jemma is a wonderful woman. I think you'd like her a lot."

Vinny nods back to her. "See, I think this is a great first step. Let's invite your Aunt Jemma to Twin Peaks. I mean, the sooner she arrives the better, I think."

"You think so?"

"Absolutely," VInny replies to her. "Our house is huge and so empty. It would be nice to have another member of your family in the house. What do you say? Give your Aunt a call tomorrow?"

Daisy smiles back to him. "Yes, I will call her tomorrow. Thank you for being so wonderful, Vinny."

***

"I saw Daisy and Vinny over there, do you want to go say hello?" Chris asks Trenyce as they sit in a back booth of the restaurant, having a late dinner together.

Trenyce puts her gin and tonic down and looks over at Chris. She knows that her answer should be 'yes', she wants to go see her Aunt and Vinny but the truth is, she doesn't want to go over there. She knows that Daisy is still upset with her because of her role in Chris' plan to use Savannah to get Andrew away from her; she doesn't want to get another lecture about how wrong she was. She knows that the plan was wrong, she was the one that kept trying to stop Chris from moving forward with the plan to get Andrew away from Savannah.

"No, I don't," Trenyce finally snaps back to him. "You have no idea how she looks at me right now. So full of disappointment and resentment for my role in this plan that we had. The plan I told you time and time again would blow up in our faces."

"Okay, okay," Chris replies to her as he puts his hands up in surrender. "I didn't mean to push your buttons. I know this has been hard on you. It hasn't been easy on me either."

Trenyce looks back at him and quickly recalls the kiss that they shared on New Year's Eve. A part of herself has always wondered if what Lukas told her could be true; that she has feelings for Chris and that's why she was so upset about his romance with Savannah. Everything has happened so quickly, Trenyce hasn't really had time to examine her true feelings about the situation or for Chris.

"I'm sorry," Trenyce says back to him. "I didn't mean to snap at you. I'm just tired of this situation."

"I know you are," he agrees with her. "But you know, things will calm down. Everything will get back to normal eventually."

"Well isn't this cozy," Frederick announces to the two of them as he approaches this table. "The co-conspirators together again, what scheme are you coming up with this time?"

"Frederick, we don't have time for you today," Chris quickly replies to him, not wanting to hear him lay into them. Chris has heard enough from everyone else about what a horrible person he is because of his plan.

Frederick chuckles a little. "Of course you don't. But guess what, you're going to make time. After everything you did to Savannah, you two should be ashamed of yourselves. It's disgusting what you did, you know that?"

"We get it Frederick!" Trenyce yells back at him before she remembers that she's in a public space. "You don't like us and that's fine. But lay off already."

"Don't worry, I have nothing more to say to either of you," Frederick replies to them. "But let me tell you this, if I have anything to say about it, neither one of you will ever see Andrew again. I will make sure Savannah sees things my way."

Before either Chris or Trenyce can reply, Frederick walks away from the table. Trenyce looks back at Chris and sighs heavily.

"Great," she says softly to him. "Andrew was the one reason that we came up with this plan and now he's lost to us … forever."

Chris reaches over and grabs Trenyce's hand. She immediately looks into his eyes at the feel of his touch. "We will get through this together, Trenyce," he says with a slight smile. "I won't leave you alone in this."

Scene Four - The Tower's, Floor One; Andy's Condo

Savannah slowly walks to the Andy's front door of his condo. She has been meaning to stop by and see her friend for some time; now that she isn't engaged to Chris, she could use a friendly face. 6 months ago she would have gone to see Reese at this time, but he is gone. Her heart still breaks thinking about her friend passing away. Part of the reason that she is here to see Andy today is because one of the last things that Reese asked Savannah to do is look out for Andy.

"Today is as a good of day as any to start doing just that," she says to herself as she knocks on the door. There's no immediate answer so she knocks again. "Andy? Andy, are you home? It's me Savannah."

Finally she hears the dead bolt on the door slowly being unlocked. The door opens and a scruffy Andy looks out. He has dark bags under his eyes and he looks a little pale.

"Savannah? What on earth are you doing here?" he asks in a raspy voice.

"Can I come in? I haven't seen you for a while and thought it was long overdue that I came to see you," she says as Andy opens the door and lets her into the condo. "You know, Reese was one of my best friends so I care about you and want to make sure you're okay."

Savannah looks around the messy apartment that has a number of empty whiskey bottles laying on the ground. She immediately looks back at Andy and arches her eyebrow. "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine," he says to her as he runs his hands through his messy hair. "I haven't cleaned up for a few days, that's all."

She picks up an empty whiskey bottle and looks back at him. "You've been drinking a lot of whiskey. You like the hard stuff, hey?" she asks him as she recalls seeing him drunk the night of the hospital gala. Suddenly, she realizes that maybe Andy is developing some kind of bad habit with alcohol. "Andy, are you drinking a lot?"

"Savannah, please," Andy begins to plead with her. "I don't want to get into this again."

"Again?" she quickly asks him. "Who else is asking you about this?"

Andy shakes his head. "No one," he lies to her. "Like I said, I haven't had time to clean up in a few days. I'm sorry that you had to see me like this. I have an idea, why don't you give me 15 minutes? I'll clean up and we can go for lunch and catch up properly."

Savannah slowly nods back to him. "Sure, that'd be great. I'd love to catch up with you."

Scene Five - The Calimo Mansion

Kim opens the door of the main house and quickly moves inside. The cold winter air is particularly chilly today. She throws her coat on to the bench and moves into the living room. She immediately sees Bob sitting at his desk in the corner of the room. Her mind quickly moves back to when she visited her husband earlier and asked him to forgive her for her affair with Tyler. Once again, she got nowhere with him but she knows that eventually she will get back together with him. Besides, that's not why she is visiting him now; she has another pressing matter to deal with.

"Bob, I'm glad you haven't left for the office yet," she says to him, causing him to look up from his work and over at his estranged wife. "We need to talk."

"What is it now, Kimberly?" Bob asks her, somewhat fed-up with her constant interruptions. "I don't really don't want to rehash your affair with Tyler Robertson again today."

"That's not why I'm here," she replies to him as she puts her hand on her hip. "It's about Andy."

Bob takes his reading glasses off and sets them down on the desk. He knows that Kim has been increasingly more concerned about her brother because of Andy's increased drinking since Reese died so the fact that she is mentioning it again, there must be something going on that Bob isn't aware of.

"What is going on with your brother?" Bob asks her.

"Donovan went to see him and apparently his drinking is really getting out of control. I'm really starting to get worried about him," Kim says as her lower lip starts to quiver. "I don't know what to do about it. I wish Reese hadn't died because my brother's life has been tipped outside down because of it."

Bob stands up and moves closer to his wife and finds himself putting his arms around her. As soon as he embraces her, she finds herself letting tears escape her eyes. "I will do whatever I can to help you with Andy. Whatever you need Kimberly, I'm here."

"Thank you Bob," she cries back to him. "We need to do something before it's too late. Let's put our heads together and come up with something."

Scene Six - The Sugarbowl

"Have you given any more thought about how you want to handle Reg going forward?" Adam asks Helen as they sit in the back booth, referring to the other day when they were at the hospital and they broke up a fight between Reg and Barbara. Reg has just woken up from his coma and is already causing problems with his verbal abuse. Much to Adam's surprise, Helen has actually agreed with him that Reg is out of control. Now, they are working together to think of how to handle him going forward.

Helen takes a drink of her coffee and looks back at her husband for a moment. "I have no idea to be honest," she finally replies to him, thankful that her husband is supporting her. They hadn't been seeing eye to eye on her family for so long; to have them working together is such a breath of fresh air for her. "I know you wanted to bury the hatchet with him but I really want to thank you for being here with me. I couldn't have been going through this without you."

Adam gulps for a moment as he thinks about his affair with Natasha the night of the hospital gala. He hates that he has betrayed his wife in that manner but he is trying to put it behind him and supporting his wife going forward. "I wouldn't be anywhere else Helen," Adam says to her as he tries to put a smile on his face. "We are in this together, no matter what."

Helen smiles back to him. "We have to come up with something in terms of dealing with my father," she says back to him.

"We will come up with something," he replies to her as her telephone starts to ring.

"Excuse me for a moment," she tells him as she grabs her phone. "Hello … yes, this is her … what? Oh my God … yes, I'll be right there!"

Adam arches his eyebrow as he looks over at his wife. "What's going on?"

Helen starts to grab her things in a panic before she looks up at him. "We have to get to the hospital," she tells him in a hurry. "Reg has had another stroke."

"Well, I was just thinking about you," Frederick says to Felicia as he approaches her, as she sits at the window bar seat drinking a latte by herself. He came to the coffeehouse to work on some files since he didn't want to stay at the Pampa Grill after he saw Trenyce and Chris. Frederick looks at his patient that he is in love with and smiles when he sees her. "What brings you here this evening?"

Felicia turns and smiles at her friend and doctor and friend. "I was at home and just felt like I needed to get out of the house."

Frederick pulls up a seat next to her and looks at her closely for a moment. He wonders if she is struggling with anything in particular. "What was going on in your mind?"

Felicia sighs and takes a sip of her latte. "I was thinking of Leah, if I'm honest. It was just hitting me that she is gone. I know it's been awhile but …"

"You don't have to justify it to me," he says back to her. "Grieving takes time, you never know how long it will take to get over something like this. Especially because you lost so much time with Leah being in Switzerland all of those years."

Felicia looks back at him but suddenly she has a flash of white light across her eyes. She can see Leah tied to a chair in a rustic looking place. There's a fireplace and she's there trying to light a fire.

Suddenly, the light goes away and Felicia is staring at Frederick with a blank stare on her face. "Felicia?" he asks her, observing the odd look on her face. "What is it? What's wrong?"

Felicia shakes her head as she cover her mouth in shock. "I was with Leah? I was with Leah before she died?" she gasps in horror as she has had a memory of the events from Lake Tahoe.

He pulls her into a hug. "It's going to be okay," he tells her. "Do you want to go? Why don't we go home and you can lay down for a while. Maybe more memories will come back. These memories will come back when they're supposed to, but relaxing may help them all come back."

Felicia wipes her eyes from some tears as they exit their embrace. "Fine, yes, let's go. I want to remember. I want to know everything that has happened to my daughter."

***

"I can't believe you hung out with Max," Paige tells Dawn as they grab their drinks and move to a booth to catch up with each other. They both needed a distraction from their lives. "I thought you didn't like him when I introduced you to him."

Dawn takes a sip of her hot chocolate and looks over at her friend with a sly grin. The best thing about hanging out with Max the other day is that he had weed and the two got high together. While it was Dawn's first time smoking weed, she found herself very enjoying it a lot; It was a great stress relief.

"Yea, I just thought that you guys were dating and I was being cautious as your friend," Dawn replies to her, justifying why Paige thought she didn't like Max. "But since you claimed that you guys are just friends, I thought it would be cool. I hope you're okay with that."

"Of course, it's fine," Paige nods back to her. "What did you guys get up too? And, I'm not jealous, Max and I are just friends."

Dawn pauses for a moment not wanting to admit that she got high. She isn't sure of how anyone would react to news that she did drugs. "We just hung out and chilled. It was nothing serious."

"That's cool," she replies to Dawn. "He's a good guy to vent too. He has heard me go off about my crazy family more times than I can count."

"Totally," Dawn says back to her friend. "I have had a lot of stress in my life lately too."

Paige arches her eyebrow. "What's going on?"

Dawn knows that what she did with Jacob has been wearing on her mind; withholding his medication to get back at Natasha for sleeping with her father was something she had to do but she has been feeling guilty ever since then. The last thing she wanted to do is hurt an innocent baby.

"Can you promise not to say anything?" she whispers to Paige as she leans closer to her friend, who starts to nod back to her. Dawn knows that she shouldn't say anything but she has been dying to tell someone what she did; just to get it off her chest. "I did something while I was at the hospital."

"You mean while you were working as a candy striper?" Paige asks her.

"Exactly," Dawn replies to her. "I didn't give a baby his medication when I was supposed to."

"Why would you do that?" a shocked Paige asks Dawn, horrified by her confession.

"Because … I hate the mother of the baby. I wanted revenge and I thought this was the best way to get back at her," a shameful Dawn admits to her friend. "But look, I learned my lesson and I will never do anything like that again. I've had such guilt over it."

"Good," Paige nods back to her, knowing that her friend can't go on with this type of behaviour. "Let's hope everything works out okay."

"It will," Dawn tells her. "It has too."

Behind the booth, Natasha stands at the coffee bar holding two coffee's in her hand as she came to the coffee shop to get beverages for her and Shane. Her mouth is slightly open in shock as she just heard Dawn admit that she didn't give Jacob his medication. While, Natasha didn't hear Dawn actually say Jacob's name, there can't be any other explanation. This is why Jacob relapsed the same day of his check-up; he never actually got his medication. Natasha quickly walks out of the coffeehouse, wondering exactly what she is going to do next with the information that Dawn purposely tried to harm her son.
