Scene One - Robertson Enterprises; Trenyce's Office

Frederick places a small black device under Trenyce's desk before he stands up and adjusts his suit that he is wearing. He has come up with a plan to ensure that he knows everything that is really going on between Trenyce and Chris; he has to figure this out quickly because he knows that Savannah is planning a Christmas wedding to Chris and he can't allow her to be hurt if something is going on between Trenyce and Chris. He has to get proof to put these feelings in his stomach to ease. He hopes he wrong but he believes that he is right; he just now has to get some kind of proof.

He hears voices from outside the room and quickly hides behind the closed door to the office. When the door opens and Trenyce and Chris move inside, he waits until they are away from the door before he sneaks out of the office, breathing a sigh of relief that they didn't see him.

"Can you get the door?" Trenyce asks Chris as she moves to the bar and pours herself a glass of wine. "Do you want a glass of wine?"

"Yea, I'd love one," Chris replies to her as he pours him a glass of red wine. She passes it over to him. "What's going on? It sounded urgent when we spoke on the phone."

Outside the office, Frederick comes up to the door and can hear the two of them talking. He holds another device to his ear, in which allows him to hear everything they are saying inside the room. Not only that, but he is recording their conversation all as well. "Keep talking," he whispers as he turns the key in the door, locking Trenyce and Chris in the office. "Tell me everything."

"It is urgent," Trenyce says back to him, unaware they are being recorded. "You have no idea what you've done, do you?"

Chris looks back at her in confusion. "I'm getting married Trenyce," he says with a little chuckle. "Come on, you have to admit this is exactly what we have wanted. Savannah told me that she asked you to be her maid of honour."

Trenyce nods back to him. "She did," she admits to him. "I agreed because she told me that I could watch Andrew while she planned the wedding. You know how much I've missed Andrew."

"Trenyce, come on," Chris says as he sets his wine glass down and moves closer to her. He puts his hands on her shoulders and looks deep into her eyes. For a quick moment, Trenyce recalls how Lukas told her that she has feelings for Chris, which could be the reason that she is upset about his romance with Savannah. While she's looking into his eyes, she can't help but suddenly wonder if he was right. "You have to know that this is exactly what we wanted. You to get closer to Andrew again."

Trenyce sighs a little. "I know Chris," she says back to him. "I'm just scared. I don't want this plan to ruin everything."

"I know you're scared, but you have to trust me okay?" he tells her. "We have Savannah Pherson right where we want her."

Scene Two - The Calimo Mansion; The Guesthouse

Kim comes down the stairs of Natasha's former home carrying baby Blake. He just finished nursing and she's trying to burp him before he lays down for his nap. She, however, heard a knock on the door so she's going to see who is visiting her. When she opens the door, she gets a grin on her face.

"Andy!" she smiles as her brother comes into the house.

"Kim, hi," he says as he comes into the house. "I hope this is a good time?"

"Of course it is," she says as she closes the door and Andy moves into the sunken living room. "I've been meaning to call you."

"Yea, big changes hey?" he says as he notes her living space. "Rosario told me you were living here now."

Kim nods back to him. "Yea, you know, after the truth came out, Bob didn't want me at the house. I still have faith that I can make my marriage work but I thought this would be the best short term solution. We get space but are also still close to one another."

"How's Blake?" Andy asks him as Kim comes closer to him.

"He's perfect Andy," she smiles. "Do you want to hold him?"

Andy nods back to her as Kim passes her brother the baby. Andy looks down at his nephew and gets some tears in his eyes. "He's beautiful," Andy says back to her. "Life is a precious thing, you know? Every moment should be lived to its fullest."

"Are you thinking of Reese?" Kim asks him, noticing that he got a little sadder.

"It's impossible not to," Andy replies to her, looking up from the baby. "You see this beautiful little human being and realize that it can all be taken from you in a moment. He has so much to life for, he has so much life ahead of him. Oh Kim, he's beautiful."

Kim looks at her brother and gets a tear in her eye. She knows that he has been struggling with the loss of Reese and that includes his increased drinking, but when she looks at him now, she sees the brother she has loved for so many years.

"I'm going to put him down for his nap, then we can talk?" Kim asks as Andy passes Blake back to her.

"I'd like that," he says to her as Kim moves to the stairs and starts to walk up. When she's about half way, there's another knock on the door.

"Do you mind getting that?" she asks Andy.

Andy moves to the door and opens it. "Tyler," he says, as Tyler moves into the house. "Or should I call you Johnny?"

Tyler grins a little back at Andy. "Tyler is fine," he replies to him. "I'm here to see my son. And I'm not leaving until I do."

Scene Three - The Sugarbowl

Dawn opens the door to the coffeehouse and moves inside quickly. The bitter winter cold has made her wish she was back in Europe where the winters are not as harsh as Twin Peaks. She orders herself a hot chocolate and looks around the coffeehouse, hoping that she doesn't see her mother or father. The last thing she wants right now is to deal with anymore of her family drama; she needs a clear escape from it all.

She arches her eyebrow when she sees Paige in the back booth laughing with a young man. He's about their age but Dawn doesn't know who the guy is. She didn't realize that Paige had started dating anyone, yet alone this handsome stranger.

Dawn puts a lid on her hot chocolate and then finds herself approaching Paige and the young man's booth.

"Paige, hi," she says as she reaches the table.

Paige, who was in the middle of laughing at something the guy said, moves a piece of her long hair behind her ear and looks up at Dawn. "Dawn! How are you? Do you want to join us?"

Dawn looks down at her and then over at the young man. "I don't have time to stay, actually, I'm a candy striper at the hospital now and I have another shift pretty soon. Do you think we could have a quick chat though? Alone?"

Paige looks over at her friend and then at Dawn. "Sure, excuse me for a moment."

"Sure, take your time," the guy tells Paige.

The two girls move over to the coffee bar. "What's going on?" Paige asks Dawn, as Dawn turns to face her.

"I just wanted to find out what's going on with you, I mean, dating someone right now? Are you sure that's a good idea? With everything else going on with you and your family?" Dawn asks her.

Paige uneasily laughs a little. "You think I'm dating Max?" she asks, giving her guy friend a name. "No, no, Dawn, we are just friends. It's just, you know, nice to talk to someone about family stuff that is our own age. I'm not dating him."

"Okay, sorry if that sounded weird or something," Dawn tries to retract. "I just know you have a lot going on right now."

"I do," Paige agrees with her. "Max and I just met at the park the other day. He's new to town and doesn't know a lot of people. I guess it's just him and his mom. We can relate because I don't have a …" she stops herself before she has to admit that she doesn't have a mother anymore.

"Oh Paige," Dawn says as she leans in and hugs her friend. "If you ever need to talk, you know we are friends right?"

Paige nods back to her. "Thanks Dawn. Anyways, I should get back to Max."

"Okay, sorry for jumping to those conclusions again."

Scene Four - The Pampa Grill

Victoria opens the door to the restaurant and looks around for Robbie's table. She quickly finds him and takes a deep breath, wondering if she's doing the right thing. The last time she saw him was the hospital gala, where she ended their engagement. She really was at the end of her rope with Robbie's behavior since Leah's death; she understands that he is grieving his ex-wife, but in her mind that doesn't excuse his actions.

She moves to the table and he looks up from his telephone. He immediately puts its down and smiles up to the woman that he loves. "Victoria," he says as he stands up. "Thank you for coming. I really know how much you probably didn't want to do this today."

She smiles as he opens her chair for her to sit down in. "Would you like a glass of wine?"

Victoria shakes her head no. "I have a shift at the hospital later, so I shouldn't have any alcohol," she admits to him.

"Fair enough," he replies to her. "You look beautiful. I've missed you so much."

Victoria looks back at him and feels herself blush. She never could deny that he treated her exceptionally well. "Thank you. For what it's worth, I have missed you too."

"Really?" he asks her, gaining hope that maybe they could repair the damage that has occurred in their relationship. "Because, I'd really love it if you put this back on your finger today," he says as he pulls out the diamond engagement ring from his pocket.

Victoria puts her hands to her face for a moment and takes a deep breath. "Oh Robbie," she gasps. "You know why I can't do that."

"I know why you don't want too," he admits to her. "But I'm telling you, I am the same man that asked you to marry him. I'm the same man that is so very much in love with you. Please, Victoria, just tell me what I have to do to make this right again. What do I have to do for us to get back on track?"

Victoria looks at him and arches her eyebrow. "I don't think you want to hear the answer to that question."

"Tell me, if I can do something, you have to know that I will," he says back to her.

"Fine," she nods her head back to him. "I want you to give Jeff what he deserves from Leah's will. I want you to give Jeff the house back."

Robbie looks back at her in shock. He did not expect her to say that to him. When he doesn't respond she stands up. "See Robbie, I didn't think you wanted to hear what I had to say. I guess that means we are at a stalemate."

Before Robbie can respond, she walks away from the table. She moves quickly to the front door, trying to fight any tears in her eyes; how could she actually think that anything would be different? He watches her go and he slowly looks at the diamond ring before he puts it back into his pocket. He picks up his glass of wine and quickly drinks it back.

"You're right Victoria," he whispers to himself, knowing how he feels about Jeff. "We are at a stalemate because I will never give Jeff anything. Not anything, ever again."

Scene Five - The Richardson Estate; Frederick, Meggan & Lukas' Home

Jeff opens the door to his bedroom and emerges into the hallway. He hasn't left his bedroom very often since he moved into the Richardson house as he doesn't want to intrude any more than he feels like he already is. That, and he really likes being alone right now as he deals with the loss of Leah. Not only that, but he knows that Paige has joined the Robbie and Felicia bandwagon in blaming him for Leah's death; he hates that Paige believes that and wishes he could get through to his daughter. More recently, he hasn't been able to stop thinking about Meggan kissing him at the hospital gala a few weeks earlier. It certainly caught him off guard, but he has found that he is thinking about it the kiss more than he should.

"I don't believe it," a voice calls out from behind Jeff. "You've emerged from your cocoon."

Jeff turns around and sees Meggan wearing a red silk robe. "Yea, I was a little hungry. I thought I'd go and get a snack, if that's okay."

Meggan shrugs. "Of course it's okay," she says back to him. "You're staying here, you're welcome to anything you'd like."

Jeff smirks at her. "Thanks."

"I haven't seen you since the night of the hospital gala," she says to him, as their eyes lock. "I hope you know I feel bad for what happened."

Jeff looks back at her. "It's okay," he tells her. "I'm a firm believer that sometimes things just happen in moments."

"I know but I know that you're still grieving Leah and I never meant to over step any boundaries," she replies quickly to him.

He comes up to her and looks at her. "It's okay, really," he says, trying to reassure her.

"Well, thank you for that," she says back to him. "I haven't been able to think of anything else."

"Neither have I," he admits to her, not realizing what he was saying before he said it.

"Really?" she asks him as she looks deeper into her eyes. "Is that a good thing?"

"I have no idea," he says back to her. "It took me by surprise."

Meggan doesn't want for a response, she leans in and gives him another kiss. They part and they look at each other for a moment.

He smirks before he says, "I'm going to go get that snack."

Scene Six - The Calimo Mansion; The Guesthouse

"You will always have the chance to see Blake," Kim tells Tyler as Andy sits on the sofa. "But you have to understand that you need to call me first to make sure the timing is good. Blake is a newborn, Tyler, so he sleeps most of the time. He just went down for his nap when you got here. That doesn't mean that I am trying to keep him from you."

"Okay, okay," Tyler says as he puts his hands up in the air. "I'm sorry for overreacting about this. I guess I just thought because you were coming back to live at the mansion that I wouldn't have access to my son."

"Kim would never do that to you," Andy tells him.

"He will probably only sleep a couple of hours before he's hungry again, do you want to sit with us? You don't really know Andy very well, it may be a good chance for you to get to know your son's uncle," Kim suggests to Tyler.

"Are you okay with that Andy?" Tyler asks him, who nods back. "Great, then I'll stay."

"Perfect, I'll put some coffee on," Kim says to them as she leaves the room.

"Sorry for overreacting earlier," Tyler tells Andy, as he sits down on the sofa next to him.

"Don't apologize, it happens," Andy says to him. "Congratulations on becoming a father. Blake is one special little guy."

Tyler's face lights up and smiles. "He really is, isn't he?"

Kim comes back into the living room and sits in the arm chair and the three of them start to talk and laugh a little.

Outside the guest house, Bob slowly comes closer to the house. He can hear voices inside, so he looks inside the window and sees Tyler put his hand on Kim's leg as he laughs at something she has said. Bob looks back quickly and realizes that his wife is starting a new life with Tyler and their child.

"Even Andy is accepting this," Bob whispers to himself as he starts to move back to the main house, feeling somewhat deflated by what he has just witnessed.

Scene Seven - Robertson Enterprises; The Lobby

"What the hell are you doing here?" Dominick asks Frederick, who is sitting on a chair in the lobby with his ear piece in. He has been listening to Trenyce and Chris talk; he quickly pulls it out when Dominick approaches him.

Frederick stands up and looks back at his rival. "I was here to see Donovan," Frederick lies to him. "I wanted to let him know he did a great job on the hospital gala the other night."

Dominick arches his eyebrow as he wonders about Frederick's story. He remembers how Frederick showed up at the hospital gala with Felicia, after Dominick witnessed them kissing a few days earlier. This all happened after Frederick told Dominick that he shouldn't be alone with Felicia.

"I don't know what kind of game you're playing, but I want it to end now," Dominick tells the doctor.

"I have no idea what you're talking about," Frederick replies to him.

"With Felicia!" Dominick yells at him. "I saw you kiss her in the park and then you showed up with her at the gala."

"Felicia and I are close," Frederick nods back to her, knowing his words are sticking it to Dominick. "I won't deny that."

Unbeknownst to Dominick and Frederick, Eva steps off the elevator looking to speak with Dominick. She keeps herself hidden when she sees the men arguing.

"Close? You're close to one of your patients? You don't see the problem with that?" Dominick asks him again. "You know what? Don't answer that, you're no longer her doctor. You're fired!"

Frederick laughs back at Dominick. "You can't fire me Dominick," Frederick says, his tone suddenly going very dark. "Because Felicia will resent you for that. She trusts me. She needs me in her corner. You mess with that and she will never forgive you."

"Just remember one thing Frederick," Dominick glares back at him. "I'm Felicia's husband and she's my wife and that is not changing any time soon. Always, and I mean always, remember that."

Eva gulps as she can't believe what she just heard Dominick tell Frederick. She moves back to make sure Dominick doesn't see her as he passes by her on his way back to his office. She knows that she recently asked Dominick to get a divorce from Felicia, but after hearing what she did, she realizes that may not happen any time soon. Which means, her future with Dominick is also up in the air.

In Trenyce's office, she and Chris continue to talk about their plan for Savannah.

"I don't know Chris," Trenyce tells him. "I know you think we have Savannah where we want her, but what happens if …"

"There is no if's Trenyce," he says back to her. "You know the plan, I woo Savannah. I've done that. I marry Savannah. I'm about to do that. I make her appear to be an unfit mother and we get Andrew back! It's so easy and we are almost there. You can't get cold feet now."

Trenyce sighs and looks back at him. She knows that the most difficult part will be getting through the wedding ceremony without saying anything to Savannah.

"I will try Chris," she says back to him. "I just hope that nothing will make us regret this."

Chris puts his hands on her shoulders. "Trust me, nothing can go wrong."

Outside the office, Frederick unlocks the door again, knowing that he has gotten everything he needs from the two of them. He is shocked by what he has heard. He moves away from the door, but stays close so he can get back into the office when he has too.

"I have a meeting to go to," Trenyce tells him. "I guess I'll see you at the wedding."

"Indeed you will," he winks back at her.

They leave the office and Trenyce shuts the door behind her. Frederick waits until they are gone before he moves into the office. He moves the bug under Trenyce's desk and picks it up, placing it in his pocket

"Gotchya," he says with a wicked grin on his face, knowing he has busted Chris and Trenyce, though his mind races as to how he will break the news to Savannah about her fiancé.
