Scene 1
Setting: City Hall; The Courtroom

"I remember Victoria. I know that you stabbed me!" Vinny smirks. Victoria looks at him. "Would you keep your voice down." "Ah, now we’re talking," Vinny smiles. "Why didn’t you let me go to jail?" she asks. "Cause I have bigger plans for you" he smiles.

Vinny looks at Victoria. She remains silent, as he runs his finger along her face. "I own you, Vicky" he smiles. "But we’ll talk about that later" he whispers. He quickly kisses her on the mouth and says "I’ve got others to visit right now."

Vinny walks out of the courtroom. Victoria quickly gets tears in her eyes. She wipes them off, and leaves the courtroom.

Scene 2
Setting: Chris and Daisy’s Home

Daisy and Danielle sit in the living room. Silence fills the room. Suddenly they hear Chris’ car pull up. "This is it" Daisy smiles at her sister. "Games over." Chris enters the house. "Baby! I’m home" he laughs. He enters the living room and see the two twins. "What the hell..." a stunned Chris says. "Sit down Chris. We have a long story to tell you." Daisy says.

Chris slowly enters the living room and sits in a chair, off by himself, still shocked by the sight he sees.

Daisy looks at her husband, and begins to get a few tears. "I’m so sorry this has happened Chris." she whispers.

"What has happened?" he finally says, in an angry tone.

"Please stay calm. I’ll tell you everything." Daisy says.

Scene 3
Setting: City Hall; The Elevator

Kim and Jackson realize that they are trapped together in the elevator.

"What’s happening?" Kim demands, pushing the buttons. "The power didn’t go off, the lights are still on!"

"It could be anything, Kim. We just have to be patient." Jackson says, calmly.

Suddenly they hear a voice on an intercom. "The elevator has stopped. We are currently working on getting it back up and running. Please be patient."

"Oh, this is just great." Kim says, sitting down.

Jackson sits next to her. "Kim, try to remain positive. I mean, what more could you ask for? You get to spend the afternoon with me!"

Kim looks at Jackson. Something about his smile and the way he’s looking at Kim causes her to feel uncomfortable. Suddenly she flashes back.

[Flash]

Jackson slaps Kim, and pushes her to the ground. He gets on top over her, and holds her arms down with legs. With his arms, Jackson unbuckles his belt. He undoes his pants, and quickly unties her robe. He begins kissing her all over her body.

[End of Flash]

"Get away from me!" Kim yells.

A startled Jackson looks at him. "Get to the other side of the elevator Jackson! Now!" Kim demands.

Jackson slowly walks to the other side of the elevator and sits against the wall.

"You are really screwed up Kim."

Kim stares at Jackson. "Don’t talk to me. All my problems began when you entered my life."

Kim continues to hear herself crying in her head, from the day Jackson rapped her. She begins to cry.

"You raped me Jackson. Do you have any idea what that’s like for a woman?" she cries. "Wait, don’t answer. I don’t know why I brought it up."

Jackson begins to say something, but Kim cuts him off. "I said, don’t answer."

Suddenly the elevator begins moving again. Kim sighs a deep breathe of relief. "Thank God" she whispers to herself.

The doors open, and Kim quickly gets up. "Stay away from me Jackson. Far away." she says, leaving the elevator.

Scene 4
Setting: The Towers; The Penthouse; Cory and Robin’s Home

Cory and Robin step out of the shower together. He leans over and kisses her again. "I think we missed the bail hearing," she smiles.

"I think you’re right."

They kiss again, but are interrupted by the sound of the doorbell. "Someone has terrible timing," Robin sighs.

"I’ll go get it. You get dressed." Cory says, slipping his boxers on.

Cory walks downstairs and answers the door. He sees Leah.

"Leah! Hi. Come in."

"I hope I’m not interrupting anything." she says, entering the penthouse.

"It’s fine. What’s going on?"

Leah sits on the sofa. "Nothing much. Just wanted to come and see you guys."

Robin emerges at the stairs, dressed in a white sun dress with red flowers. The dress goes just below her butt. Cory stops and looks at his wife.

"Leah, what a surprise." Robin says.

Robin and Leah share a quick hug.

"Cory and I were just about to go to the Calimo cabin for a little vacation. Sort of our honeymoon."

Leah freezes. "The cabin?....No, you can’t go to the Calimo cabin. You just can’t go."

"Leah, what’s going on? Why can’t we go the cabin?" Cory asks.

Leah quickly tries to think of an excuse. "Bob and Sofia are having it repainted. The fumes are terrible."

Robin looks at Leah, and then at Cory. "Really?"

"Really," Leah says.

"Hey, babe. Don’t worry. We will have our honeymoon. Just not today." Cory says, hugging Robin.

"OK, I’m going to go. I just wanted to stop in and say hi." Leah says, getting up.

"Later Leah." Cory says.

Leah leaves, shutting the door behind her.

"That was weird." Robin says.

Cory doesn’t say anything.

"I’m sorry, what?" Cory asks. "I wasn’t listening, I couldn’t take my eyes off you in that dress."

Robin turns and kisses Cory.

Scene 5
Setting: Rebecca’s Condo

Rebecca returns to her condo. She notices some large holes in her yard, as she is having some trees planted. She walks quickly up to the front door. She turns and sees Patricia in her living room, obviously talking with someone. Rebecca enters her condo.

Over at Patricia’s...

Patricia stands in her living room. She’s looking at someone in a chair.

"I’m just glad you are alright. I was getting worried." Patricia says.

Patricia goes and kneels down in front of the man, who turns out to be Vinny!

"How are you feeling?" she asks, putting her hand on his forehand.

"I’m fine, Patricia. Thanks to you. I’m 100 percent."

"I still get concerned."

"Don’t. Listen, I’ve got to go. I have major damage control to do." Vinny says, standing up. Patricia gets a look of sadness on her face. "Don’t be sad. I’ll see you soon."

"Promise?"

Vinny moves closer to Patricia. "Promise" he says, kissing her on the lips. He quickly breaks the kiss and leaves. Patricia smiles, as her finger touches her lips.

Back at Rebecca’s...

Rebecca stands in her living room, looking over some of the furniture she ordered. Suddenly, Vinny creeps up behind her.

"Surprise!" he says.

Rebecca jumps. "Damn it! You scared me half to death!"

"We need to talk." Vinny says, sitting in the plastic covered chair.

"You are ruining everything by being here. You know that right?"

"Don’t be stupid. No one knows anything. And that’s the way it has to stay. You won’t say anything, will you?"

"Of course not. I’m not that dumb." Rebecca snaps. "But you have to realize I have my own life now. I don’t want to be apart of this. I’m moving on. I have a family. I have a boyfriend."

Vinny looks at her, and begins to laugh. "Becky, once you’re in, you’re in. No turning back. But I’ll try not to call too often."

Vinny gets up, and walks over to her. "Fine." she smiles.

The two hug. "It is good to see you again." she smiles.

"You too Beck. I’ve got to go. Keep in touch."

"Bye" Rebecca says, hearing Vinny leave.

Scene 6

Adam sees Helen, and walks over to her. "Can I sit here?" he asks.

"Sure." she says.

"We need to talk" Adam says, sitting. "Why were at the bail hearing today? I told you we need to stay away from each other."

"I knew you’d be there, and I wanted...no I needed to see you. Maybe our one night stand met nothing to you, but it meant something to me." Helen says softly.

"It did mean something to me. It’s just...."

"It’s just what? I’m not good enough? Is that the problem?"

"No, of course not. You’re a very beautiful woman."

"I don’t feel beautiful. I feel cheap and I feel used."

Adam and Helen are so wrapped up in their conversation, they don’t realize that Jackson enters the pub, and begins to watch them.

Adam turns Helen’s face to his. "Let me show how beautiful you are." he says, moving in and kissing her. Helen quickly pulls Adam in for a more passionate kiss.

"Come home with me," she says.

Adam doesn’t say anything, he just gets up and follows Helen out the door. Jackson smiles. "Looks like Mr. Black is having fun with two women. Interesting. Very interesting."

Scene 7
Setting: Chris and Daisy’s Home

Daisy finishes telling Chris the story of Danielle impersonating her.

"This is unbelievable," Chris sighs. "I’m so sorry you went through that baby." he says, hugging his wife.

He gets up and walks over to Danielle. "And you. You are the most devious human being I’ve ever met."

Danielle rolls her eyes. "Oh please. Are you going to give me the riot act now? Save it. You have no idea my motivations. Always ‘Daisy this’ and ‘Daisy that’. She makes me sick."

"Just leave her alone Chris. We need to decide what we want to do." Daisy says.

"Let’s call Robbie. He can throw her in jail for a very long time."

Daisy looks at Chris, and then at Danielle.

"I’m not sure that’s the best solution." Daisy says, shocking Chris.

Scene 8
Setting: Helen’s Home in White Cove

Jackson parks his car outside Helen’s house. He sees the bedroom light go on. He can see a man taking off his shirt, and a woman taking off her blouse.

Scene 9
Setting: The Calimo Cabin

Natasha and Shane are sitting on the deck, watching the sunset. "It’s so beautiful," Natasha whispers. "It’s too bad Leah left."

Shane looks over. "I have to go soon as well. I only have a day left on my vacation."

"We have to move quickly then Shane. There’s still a part of my memory that I don’t have. I don’t remember my time in the hospital before my accident."

"Probably because you were highly medicated. You had been shot in the leg. Nothing too serious."

"Still, I think something happened. I just can’t remember."

"Don’t dwell on it. It will return when it’s suppose to." Shane says. "Listen, I’m going to take a quick shower."

Shane leaves. Natasha watches. "I’ve got hear Cory’s voice," she says. She walks into the cabin, and goes to the phone. She picks up the receiver and dials the number.

Victoria pushes her way inside Helen’s house. "Shut the door. We have to talk." Victoria snaps.
