Scene One - City Hall; Daisy's Office

Daisy sits at her desk looking over some files that she needs to have a good knowledge base on before the next city council meeting, however the last thing on her mind is the work in front of her. Instead, she is focused on where Vinny could possibly be. She hasn't heard from him in over 24 hours now which is extremely unlike him. She isn't sure if he his phone has lost its battery power or if he's injured somewhere or if there is another reason that he is missing in action. She shakes her head at the thought. She keeps telling herself to stay positive and he will turn up eventually. She has to hope this, anyways.

What's worse is that her mind is really going to another place entirely. While she does believe that Vinny has proven himself to her in more than one way, she can't help but wonder if there's another woman in the picture. After everything that Chris put her through when they were married, she has this sick feeling in the pit of her stomach that history is repeating itself. She hates herself for thinking this way, but she can't help herself.

"Penny for your thoughts," a voice calls out from the doorway into her office.

Daisy quickly looks up and sees Vinny standing there. "Oh my God," she quickly says getting up and rushing over to him. "Where have you been? I've been so worried about you."

Vinny hugs his lover back and squeezes her tight. He recalls how he went to visit Brett at the prison and didn't tell anyone where he was going. He wanted to do this on his own so he could get the answers from his brother. "I'm right here and I'm fine, I promise you."

Daisy exits the embrace and looks at him. "I don't know whether I should kiss you or strangle you! Why didn't you return my text messages or my voicemails? Where were you?"

Vinny walks into the office as Daisy closes the door. He suspected that she would be upset that he ignored her for the last day but he wasn't expecting such a third degree from her. "I had to take care of something," he reveals to her, still being cryptic. "The main thing is that I'm back now and I am confident that everything will be fine going forward."

Daisy arches her eyebrow not realizing that her insecurities are getting the best of her. "My God," she whispers as she puts her hand over mouth. "It is true, isn't it?"

"What's true?" he asks confused.

"You were with another woman last night!"

Vinny's eyes open wider in disbelief. "You really believe that, don't you?"

"What else am I supposed to believe?" she asks him. "You're not exactly denying it."

Vinny rolls his eyes. "I really thought that we had moved past all this. I guess I was wrong. You know what? Forget I was even here," he says as he starts to move past her and towards the door.

"Vinny, wait!" Daisy turns and calls back to him hoping he will hear her out.

Scene Two - The Cascade Apartments, Apartment 204; Savannah's Apartment

"Andrew!" Savannah raises her voice to the toddler, who is still playing in the living room with his trucks instead of coming to the table to have his lunch. It's the fourth time she's had to call him to eat and while she hates to admit it, Savannah is growing more and more frustrated with Andrew each and every day.

In the back of her mind, she thought that if she ever found her son everything would fit perfectly back into place and her life would be complete again. Little did she expect that Andrew would be a terror. He refuses to listen to her or even acknowledge her half of the time.

"Andrew, please come have your lunch," she says again, this time she stands up and walks into the living room. "You can finish playing with your trucks after you eat."

Andrew doesn't look up from moving his trucks along the floor. "I'm not hungry! Mommy would never make me eat lunch if I wasn't ready!" he says to her as he continues to play, not realizing he is close to driving Savannah to the very brink of madness.

Savannah feels her heart break inside her chest as she knows that Andrew is referring to Trenyce as his mother, not her. At the same time, she feels like she is close to snapping. She moves up to Andrew and bends down and takes his truck away from him. "I told you, it's time to have your lunch. You're not getting your truck back until you're done eating!" she informs him as Andrew starts to cry hysterically.

"I want my truck….." he wails as Savannah puts her hand over her face and shakes her head. Closer to snapping, she realizes as she tries to take another deep breath and hopes that things will continue to get better.

Scene Three - The Riverside Delicatessen

"This is nice that we were able to get out of the office today and have lunch together," Donovan tells Trenyce as they move with their sandwiches to a table. "This hasn't happened in a long time."

Trenyce smiles at her friend as they sit down. "I know. Dominick has really been pressing us to come up with the next line. I'm excited about my designs though. I can't wait to stop drawing and actually start to make the clothing."

"You'll have to show me some of the designs when we get back to the office. I'm working with the marketing team to design the next perfume bottle; I'd love to tie the designs in together somehow."

Trenyce takes a bit of her sandwich and nods. "That sounds like a good plan."

"Okay," Donovan replies to her quickly. "Enough shop talk. How are you? I mean, how are you really?"

"I'm fine," she quickly says back to him.

Donovan arches his eyebrow. "Trenyce, it's me … I know when you're not fine. And I know that you just lost Andrew. This can't be an easy time for you."

Trenyce moves a piece of her hair behind her ear and sighs. "Of course it's not easy. This is the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my entire life. But what can I do? Savannah is Andrew's biological mother. Nothing I say or do will ever change that. Nothing I do can give me Andrew back."

"If there's anything I can do, you know I'm here for you, right?" Donovan reassures her.

"Thanks Donovan," she says. "I know that you're here for me. My family is here for me. I just don't think anything will take away how much I miss my little boy though. Not ever."

Scene Four - Roboto; Reese's Office

"Hey, I thought I'd find you here," Andy announces to his boyfriend as he walks into Reese's office. Reese is sitting behind his desk typing into his laptop when he looks up and gets a slight grin on his face at the sight of Andy. After everything they've been through, Reese is thrilled that they are on solid ground again. He wants to ensure that they stay this way; he really believes that they are meant to be.

"I wasn't expecting to see you until later," Reese admits as he stops working and stands up. He moves over to Andy and hugs him. "This is a nice surprise."

"You left so early this morning, I didn't get a chance to see you," Andy tells him as they exit their hug and Andy gives him a quick kiss on the lips. "Are you okay? You look a little pale still."

Reese shrugs. Truthfully, he is still feeling under the weather from the flu bug that he had at the end of last year. He thought that he was passed the bug but he continues to be up and down. "I'm fine," he lies to Andy, not wanting to worry him about his health. "I had to be here early today for a meeting, I'm sure it's just because I'm tired," he continues to explain to Andy, hoping that he will buy what he is telling him. "Anyways, what brings you by? I'm surprised you're not at the Sun today."

"I was there all morning," Andy reveals to his lover. "But I needed to see you. I need your help with something. I just hope you'll say yes."

Reese arches his eyebrow. "Well, you certainly have my attention."

"I need to you to get some information on a co-worker," Andy reveals cryptically, still hoping Reese will agree.

"From Roboto? Who and why?"

Andy sighs bracing himself for Reese's reaction to what he is about to tell him. "What I'm about to tell you, it has to stay between us," Andy begins to tell Reese, who nods his head back to him. "Kim had an affair with a man. I'm just trying to find out everything I can about him to make sure that he doesn't hurt her."

Reese's eyes open in shock. "She cheated on Bob? My goodness, why would she do that?"

Andy shakes his head. "I don't know really. I think the age difference between them must have played into it."

"And you're saying that this guy that she slept with, he works here at Roboto? She does realize that this is her husband's company, right?"

"I know," Andy replies to him. "It's complicated, which is why I need your help."

Reese nods his head back to him. "I will do what I can. Who is this employee?"

"Jonathan Castle, I think he goes by Johnny," Andy reveals to Reese, who doesn't seem too surprised. He has seen Johnny around; he is a good looking man.

Reese nods his head. "I'll see what I can do Andy, but I can't make any promises."

"Thank you," Andy replies to him. "I appreciate this Reese."

"That's what I'm here for," he says back to Andy. "To help you and support you. I will see what I can do."

Scene Five - The Glubbs House; Shane & Natasha's Home

"Shane?" Natasha calls out as she opens the front door of the house she calls home with her lover. She was working at the legal firm when she got a text message from him asking her to come home over the lunch hour so they could talk. She isn't sure exactly what it is about, but she didn't want to miss out on the chance to see him. "I got your text, so I came home for lunch."

Shane comes out from the kitchen with a grin on his face. "Hello beautiful," he says as he approaches her and gives her a passionate kiss. "I'm so glad you could come home."

She smiles as they share another kiss. "I wouldn't miss this for the world. I was going to ask what's up, but I can tell by your mood that I already know what's up."

He laughs a little. "Can you blame me? I have this gorgeous woman in my life," he says as he kisses her again. "But before we go upstairs, I have a surprise for you."

Natasha arches her eyebrow. "You have a surprise? For me?" she asks as he leads her into the living room, curious as to what it is.

"Yup," he says to her as they sit next to each other on the sofa. He passes her a large brown envelope.

"What is this?" she asks as she slowly starts to open the envelope to see some legal documents.

"I got a court order," he begins to reveal to her. "Cassie officially has thirty days to contest an annulment or my marriage is over to her. Which means, we can get married!"

Natasha covers her mouth in shock. "Is this for real?"

"It is for real baby," Shane tells her as he moves closer and kisses her again. "30 days and we can finally be together."

"Wait," Natasha shakes her head as she stands up and moves away from the sofa. "What if Cassie contests the annulment? Then what will happen?"

Shane stands up and puts his hands on her shoulders. "Well, that's the beauty of this plan. If Cassie contests the annulment, she will reveal her whereabouts and get put behind bars for all of her crimes. This is a win-win situation Natasha. Either way, we will finally get rid of Cassie Nova from our lives."

Scene Six - MW Investigations

"Mr. and Mrs. Black, you can go in now," the receptionist smiles to Adam and Helen, whom are sitting in the waiting room, indicating that Madeline is ready to see them. The couple showed up a little bit early for their appointment, mostly out of anxiety for what they could uncover today. Helen, in particular, feels the butterflies in the stomach as she is the one that requested she and Adam go to Madeline to uncover something about her past. She realizes that she may have a family out there; a family that could be worried about her.

"Are you sure that you're ready to do this?" Adam asks his wife, knowing that if Madeline has uncovered something about Helen's past it could change their lives forever.

Helen nods her head and puts a smile on her face. "I can't let the accident dictate my life forever. I have to know if I have a family out there. Dawn deserves to know her Grandparents and if she has any Aunts and Uncles."

Adam doesn't respond with words; he grabs her hand and uses his free hand to indicates that she can lead the way. She walks into Madeline's office, "Maddie, hi."

"Helen, Adam, please come in," Madeline says as she stands at her desk. Adam closes the door behind himself before he moves and sits next to Helen. "I'm glad you guys called for an update."

"Does that mean you've found something?" Adam asks her before he looks over at Helen.

Madeline pauses before she responds knowing how much Helen wants to find her family. "I'm afraid not," she says to them. "Keeping in mind that Helen has no memory of anything, I have very little leads to go on."

"So it's hopeless?" Helen asks her, already feeling deflated.

"I didn't say that," Madeline winks back to her, trying to keep Helen's hopes up. "It just means that this may take a little longer than what we had anticipated."

Helen sighs and covers her face with her hand. "Are you sure that you have enough to go on to find something? I don't think Helen can handle chasing a dead end," Adam replies to Madeline as he leans in closer to the desk.

Madeline shakes her head. "I know where Helen was living and working before her accident all those years ago," Madeline informs them. "It just means that I have to dig deeper to uncover some of the records, you know like emergency contacts at the school she was working. Or uncovering regular pieces of mail that were being delivered to her. I'm even working on trying to get the phone records that were going to her house. If we get phone numbers, that would be huge. There is hope Helen, please don't give up on this. I know I can find your family. But like I said, it may take a little longer than what we first thought it would."

Helen nods her head back to Madeline. "Okay, let's keep moving forward. I do want to know if I have a family out there. I think I owe it to myself and my daughter."

Adam squeezes her hand. "We will find out the truth Helen. I promise you."

Scene Seven - The Towers, Floor Eight; Victoria's Condo

"I think this is the last box," Robbie says as he walks into Victoria's condo carrying a taped up moving box. He and Victoria agreed to move in together and today is the big day that it is all coming together for them.

"Who knew that a man could have so much … stuff," Victoria says with a laugh back to him. "I see 5 boxes labelled 'clothing'."

"Hey now," Robbie laughs as he puts the box down and moves closer to his girlfriend. "A guy like me, I need to look good."

Victoria continues to laugh with him. "And you always do," she says with a wink as she stands up and gives him a kiss on the lips.

"Have I told you how happy I am?" he asks her as their lips part ways.

"Maybe once or twice," she says back to him. "I'm happy that you've moved in here too, for the record."

"I hope you have enough closet space for all of these clothes," he winks back at her.

"I'm sure that can be arranged," she says back to him as she slaps his shoulder. "Now, let's finish unpacking all these boxes. We have to make room for all your belongings."

"And those are the best words you've ever spoken to me," he winks back at her as he picks up another box and starts walking it to the bedroom.

Scene Eight - The Robertson House; Jeff, Leah & Paige's Home

"What do you think our next course of action should be?" Jeff asks Leah as they sit in the living room of their house as they have a quick lunch together. They decided to come home from the office for lunch today because Jeff hasn't been able to get Felicia's accusation that he doesn't like her and that is the reason that he and Leah asked her move out. Truth be told, Jeff doesn't really have an opinion on Felicia, he just wants his house, space and privacy back. More importantly, he wants to stop delaying his wedding to Leah.

Leah finishes chewing a piece of her apple before she looks at her fiancé. She hates that her mother, while she is thrilled is alive and back in her life, is coming between her family. She knows that she has to get Felicia to move out of the house in order to make her pending marriage work. "I think we know what has to happen still Jeff," Leah finally tells him.

"I still think it's for the best if your mother gets her own place," Jeff replies to her. "I think it's the best for us and our family."

"And I don't disagree with you," Leah says back to him. "I guess it'll just take a little more time to get Felicia on board. I think I'm going to stay looking for apartments for her, maybe if I have found her a place before I mention it to her again she will be more open to moving. She could actually see that it's not going to scary or a bad place."

Jeff nods his head back. "That's a good idea. I have another issue though," he reveals to her as she looks up and him with interest. "I really don't like that Felicia believes I don't like her."

Leah sighs and moves closer to him on the sofa. "I know. I don't think she was thinking clearly when she said those things. For all the progress she has made, I think she's still very fragile and she still lashes out when she doesn't get her way."

Jeff continues to nod at her. "I want your Mom to like me. I want us to be a family after the wedding Leah. I really want that."

"I know you do," she smiles at him. "This will come together Jeff. I know it will. The first step is getting my Mom her own apartment. Then we can work on your guys' relationship."

"I love you," he says to her as he leans in and kisses her. "And you're right, we'll get through this."

Scene Nine - The Towers, The Penthouse; Cory & Robin's Home

Robin looks out of the large window that overlooks the city skyline. She holds a cup of tea and holds herself with her other hand. She knows that her family and Cory are worried about her even though she knows that she is fine. She continues to look outside the window and finds her mind thinking to her daughter, the one that was stillborn. It has been months but she can't help but still feel sad over her death.

"I am fine," she whispers to herself. "I know that they're worried but I am okay. I'm just trying to get my baby…" she begins to say as she turns from the window and looks around the living room of the penthouse.

In her head, she can hear her baby girl crying. The cry starts out softly but it quickly gets louder and louder. "Where are you? Mommy is here! I am right here," Robin yells out to the empty room. She puts her tea cup down and runs her hands through her hair. "I just want this to stop!" she says to herself as she grows frantic.

She turns again and rushes up the stairs and heads into the nursery room. She walks over to the crib and picks up the blanket again. She cradles it in her arms. "Sshh," she says as she starts to rock the blanket in her arms. "Please stop crying baby, Mommy is here. I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere."

Scene Ten - City Hall; Daisy's Office

"Vinny, I'm sorry okay?" Daisy says as she turns around to stop Vinny from leaving her office. "I know I let my insecurities get the best of me. I should have trusted you. I do trust you."

Vinny stops and closes his eyes as his hand is on the door handle. He knows that Daisy went through a rough previous relationship, he just believed that things had gotten better between the two of them. "Yes, you should trust me," Vinny quietly says back to her. He finally turns around to face her. "I love you Daisy and I would not do that to you. Not after everything you went through with your ex-husband."

Daisy nods her head and wipes a tear away from her eye. "Where did you go last night?"

"I went to the prison to see Brett," he finally tells her. "I wanted to get to the truth."

Daisy shakes her head in confusion. "The truth? The truth about what? What's going on Vinny."

Vinny walks closer to Daisy. "I had to make sure that Brett and Dave didn't set anything else up that would hurt me, you or our family."

Daisy realizes that Vinny went because Brett and Dave set up the baby switch that Savannah and Trenyce are going through right now. "You're talking about Andrew."

Vinny nods back to him. "I had to make sure that there are no more secrets coming for us."

"And what did Brett say? Did he reveal anything to you?" Daisy asks him, curious to know what was revealed.

Vinny arches his eyebrow a little. "He said that there was nothing else that they were hiding," Vinny reveals to Daisy. "And I actually believed him."

"Why this time? What made you think he's telling the truth this time?"

Vinny locks eyes with his lover. "We actually had a close moment. I really believed that he was sorry for everything that happened. I don't think he wants to hurt us anymore."

Daisy breathes a sigh of relief. "I guess we just have to help Trenyce and Savannah through this and maybe then we can start putting our lives back together."

"Let's do just that," Vinny replies to her as he walks up and hugs her. "We will be there for Savannah, Andrew and Trenyce."

Scene Eleven - The Riverside Delicatessen

"Thanks for listening to me vent earlier," Trenyce smiles to Donovan as they gather their things and prepare to head back to the office. "I really do appreciate that we can talk about things together."

Donovan smiles back to his friend. "Like I said earlier, I will always be here for you Trenyce. That's what friends are for."

"Next time, we are talking about you! And your love life!" Trenyce winks at him.

"What love life?" he laughs back with her.

"Exactly! That's the problem," she says as her cell phone starts to ring. "Oh, excuse me for a moment," she says as she digs her phone out of her purse. "Hello?"

"Trenyce, it's Savannah," Savannah says from her apartment building. "I really need your help."

Trenyce arches her eyebrow. "Savannah? It's not Andrew is it? Is he okay?"

Savannah bites her lower and sighs. "He's fine, I mean he's not hurt or anything. He's just having a rough time adjusting…I was thinking or hoping that you could stop by later and try to calm him down?"

"Of course," Trenyce doesn't hesitate in her response. "I will be there as soon as I wrapped up with work at the office."

"Thanks Trenyce," Savannah says back to her before she hands up the phone. She hates that she had to ask for help with Andrew, but with his behaviour she didn't know who else to turn too to get Andrew back on track.

Scene Twelve - The Glubbs House; Shane & Natasha's Home

"That was incredible," Shane says as he tries to catch his breath, as looks over at a naked Natasha who is laying next to him. "That's what I call a good lunch break."

Natasha smiles at him and kisses him passionately. "You always amaze me," she says as she rolls over to the other side of the bed.

"Hey, is everything okay? You seem … distant?" Shane observes at how quickly Natasha is leaving the bed.

"I have to get back to work," she replies to him as she starts putting her clothes back on.

"Talk to me Nat," Shane continues to press. "What's wrong?"

Natasha sits on the edge of the bed and finally looks over at Shane. "Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled with your surprise to me about the annulment. I guess I'm just scared."

Shane sits up and moves closer to Natasha and grabs her hand. "Scared? Why are you scared Natasha?"

Natasha shakes her head and bites her lip as it starts to tremble. "For the next 30 days, I will be living in fear. Fear that this is opening the door for Cassie to come back into our lives. The thought of that scares me to my very core."

Scene Thirteen - Roboto; Reese's Office

"Thanks Johnny," Reese says into his telephone. "Yup, I'll see you tomorrow."

Reese hangs up the phone and smiles at himself. He just set up a meeting with Johnny in hopes of getting some information from him as per Andy's request. Usually he doesn't like the idea of spying on co-workers, but if this guy is the individual Kim had an affair with, he feels like he could be helping everyone out.

"We'll see what happens," he says as he leans back into his chair. Suddenly, Reese starts coughing. He covers his mouth and grabs a tissue off his desk. He moves the tissue to his mouth as he continues to cough. The spell finally leaves him and he looks at the tissue; he sees blood on it.

"What the hell? Why am I coughing up blood?" he asks, trying not to panic by what he sees. "That's it," he says to himself. "I have to call the doctor. I have to find out what's wrong with me."

Next on One Day at a Time
- Trenyce lashes out at someone over the baby switch
- Donovan is on the end of a date invite
- Helen and Adam make a drastic decision after hearing of Shane's plan with Cassie
