Scene One - The Cascade Apartments, Apartment 204; Savannah's Apartment

Savannah looks out the window of her recently found apartment and sees a light snow fall coming down outside. She sighs at the sight, already tired of the huge amounts of snow but she does think it's nice that it's snowing on Christmas morning. It makes it seem more festive for some reason.

She pulls her sweater tighter to her body as she turns and looks at the apartment that she moved into recently. She decided after it was revealed that Andrew is her son that she should have a real place to live as opposed to living in the Twin Peaks Executive Hotel. If she's going to live with her son, she needs to provide him with a real house; this will do for the time being.

She looks at her small Christmas tree and wonders how Andrew's Christmas morning is going. She wishes that she could be with him today but she doesn't want to go to Trenyce's house without her court order. She doesn't want Trenyce to put up any kind of fight in terms of her getting her son. She hates that it has come to this but she deserves to be with her son and when she goes for him she wants to ensure that nothing will stop her from having him. She's lost too much time for anything else to go wrong.

"Merry Christmas Andrew," she whispers to herself as she looks at the present under the tree for her son. She doesn't know what he wanted but she hopes he will like it. She just hopes she's able to give it to him sooner rather than later.

She hears her cell phone start to ring so she walks to a small end table where it's resting. "Hello," she says as she picks up the telephone. "Yes, this is her … Really? It's ready today? It's Christmas Day … No, thank you. I'll be right over to pick it up."

She puts her phone down and sighs. The court order is ready. "I guess I get to spend Christmas with my son after all," she says to herself as she walks towards the door to get her jacket.

Scene Two - The Robertson House; Jeff, Leah & Paige's Home

Leah beams as she watches Felicia sit next to Paige on the floor of the living room and help pass her more Christmas presents to open. She has always wondered what it would be like to spend Christmas with her mother and now she is experiencing it. Never in her wildest imagination did she imagine that this would be happening to her. It makes this holiday the most special one to date for her.

"Felicia has really become good with her," Jeff notes to his fiancé as he passes her another cup of eggnog.

"I agree," Leah smiles back to him. "I think being on her medication really does make all the difference in the world. My mother seems to be able to function just fine and Paige really seems to adore her."

"They are getting closer, which is what you've always wanted," he says back to her. "Merry Christmas baby."

"Oh Jeff," Leah replies to him. "Merry Christmas. I know this was supposed to be our first Christmas married but I promise you that this time next year we will be. I really think everything is coming together nicely."

"So do I my love," he tells her as he pulls out a small box wrapped and passes it to her. "This is for you."

Leah smiles as she opens the gift. Inside is a sapphire necklace. "Oh Jeff," she gasps as the sight of the jewelry. "It's beautiful."

"Not nearly as beautiful as you are," he says as he helps her put the necklace on. "Just remember that I will always love you."

"And I love you too," she says as she turns around and gives him a kiss on his lips.

They are interrupted when they hear a knock on the door. Leah looks at Jeff and then down at Felicia. "I wonder who that could be. Robin told me she and Cory were going to spend the holiday alone at the Penthouse today," Leah tells everyone as she walks over to the front door and opens it.

In the light snow fall, Leah sees her father standing on the other side of the door holding some presents. "Merry Christmas Leah," Dominick says with a slight grin on his face. He isn't sure how his daughter will react to seeing him, but he couldn't very well let Christmas pass without reaching out to her and his granddaughter. "I know we haven't seen eye to eye lately but I hope you'll let me in so I can give Paige her presents."

Leah moves away from the door to let her father come into to the house. Felicia and Paige come up to the door. "Grandpa!" Paige yells in delight at seeing Dominick.

"Merry Christmas Paige," Dominick smiles back to her. He looks up at Felicia. "Merry Christmas Felicia."

"Same to you Dominick," Felicia replies to her husband. "Looks like we can all be together on the holiday after all," she says to Leah, who looks uneasy.

"Let's go into the living room so you can open your presents," Dominick says to Paige.

"Dominick wait," Leah stops him. "I want to talk to you alone before you go into the living room." Everyone leaves the father and daughter alone as Dominick looks at his daughter. "I still haven't forgiven you for what you've done, but it is Christmas."

"Thank you," he replies to her, knowing that it is a small step to healing with her. "And Leah, Merry Christmas."

"Merry Christmas," she says back to him as she walks back into the living room.

Scene Three - The Towers, Floor Eight; Victoria's Condo

"I can't believe you hung some mistletoe over the bed," Victoria laughs at Robbie, as she leaves the bed fresh from making love to her boyfriend as they get ready to go to his family's home for Christmas.

"It worked, didn't?" he grins as he crawls out of the bed with her. "I wanted to have you today. I thought it was festive."

"I think it worked very well," she winks over at him as she ties her robe closed. "I guess we should have a shower and then head over to the mansion. I wouldn't want to be late for Christmas dinner."

"Would you like to stop and see Donovan and Eva first? Actually, if they wanted to come to the mansion, I am positive my father wouldn't mind at all."

Victoria smiles at her love and moves up to hug him. "You're so wonderful," she whispers into his ear. "How did I get so lucky to have you in my life?"

"I am the lucky one Vic," he replies to her. "I love you very much."

"I love you too," she smiles back to him. "After our shower, I will text Donovan and see if he wants to come. How about you? Do you want to stop and see Paige on the way?"

Robbie shakes his head no. "I stopped by earlier this week. I think Leah wants to spend the day with Felicia. I wouldn't want to intrude on that."

"It will be a busy day at that house today, that's for sure," she agrees with Robbie. "It's nice that they will be able to connect as a family."

"You're my family now," he tells her. "I hope you know that."

"I do," she replies to him. "Come on, let's go. I'm ready for Christmas to really begin."

Robbie laughs. "Race you to the shower!"

Scene Four - The Wilkins Estate; Reese & Madeline's Home

"I wish you weren't still sick," Madeline tells >Reese, who is on the sofa wrapped in a blanket. "It's not the same kind of holiday when you're not drinking eggnog with me."

Reese laughs at his twin sister's remarks. He wishes he was feeling better too for the holiday, but for whatever reason he hasn't been able to shake this flu bug that he has had. He is still enjoying the holiday for what it is, but he is definitely tired of being sick.

"I wish I wasn't either," he says back to Madeline. "But at least we have the day together. I've still been meaning to talk to you about this claim that Savannah told me about."

Madeline freezes at the sound of Savannah's name. She knew that Savannah and Reese were friends but she didn't realize that Savannah was going to tell Reese what happened when the truth about Andrew's paternity came out. She doesn't know how her brother is going to react to the fact that she is the one that switched the babies because Dave was blackmailing her. Not on that, but that Trenyce's biological child was sold on the black market. Madeline looks at Reese and knows that they have been through a lot but she doesn't know if he will be able to forgive her for some of the evil things she has done.

"I think we could talk about that when you're feeling better," Madeline replies to him, trying to blow it off for a while. "It's Christmas, we should be talking about happier things. What happened with Savannah happened a long time ago and I'm not proud of it."

Reese arches his eyebrow not understanding what his sister is talking about. "Just promise me you'll tell me soon. Today probably isn't the best day, you're right."

"I will tell you when you're feeling better," Madeline smiles back to him. "I promise."

Reese is about to say something back to his sister when they hear the doorbell ring. "I wonder who that could be," Reese tells her as she stands up and walks to the front door.

Madeline's eyes open in surprise to see Will standing on the other side of the door. The last time the two of them saw each other, Will stormed out after they had a fight about Madeline's role in the baby switch. She didn't think she would see him again anytime soon.

"Will, please come in," she says as he enters the house. "I have to admit, I am surprised to see you today."

Will shrugs his shoulders. "I know we've been through a lot lately, but its Christmas. I wanted to stop by and wish you and Reese a happy holiday."

"That was sweet of you," she replies to him. "Merry Christmas to you too. If you'd like, you can stay and have dinner with us. We aren't having much, Reese is still not feeling well."

Will arches his eyebrow. "Really? He still has a flu bug," he asks her as Madeline nods her head back to him. "He should make an appointment to see his doctor. It's not a good sign that a young, healthy man is still battling a flu bug."

"Do you think it's something more serious?" Madeline asks him, hoping that Reese isn't seriously ill with anything.

"I don't know," Will replies to her. "But working at the hospital, I've seen a lot of people think they have a minor cold or a flu and it turns out to be something more serious."

"I don't want to alarm him, but if he's still sick after New Year's, maybe I will tell him to go to the hospital and make an appointment."

Will nods his head. "I think that would be a good idea. Just to be on the safe side," he tells her, hoping that Reese doesn't have anything more serious other than a lingering flu bug.

Scene Five - The Calimo Mansion

"Whatever we spoke about the other day, you have to keep it to yourself," Kim reminds Andy as they stand by the fireplace drinking eggnog, as she recalls admitting to him that she has cheated on Bob. She never told him who her lover was but she feels like today it might slip out and she can't afford to have that happen. Not that she believes her brother would purposely hurt her, but she knows how people can get especially after a couple of glasses of eggnog.

"I won't say anything, I promise," Andy replies to her. "I wouldn't want to ruin anyone's Christmas. But Kim," he continues to tell his sister. "I stand by what I said before, I think it's best if you tell him. These things always have a way of coming out. Bob would rather hear it from you than anyone else."

"I'd like to hear what?" Bob asks the siblings as he comes up to them, slightly overhearing their conversation.

Andy looks at Kim then over at Bob. "I was just telling Kim I can't wait to see your reaction to the present she got you. I think it's really special."

"Is that right?" Bob asks with a grin on his face. "Well, now I am very curious as to what it could possibly be."

"You'll have to wait for gift opening darling," Kim replies to him as she squeezes his hand. "I'm not going to spoil the surprise."

Bob chuckles. "That's half the fun of the day, isn't it?"

He watches as Kim's face goes from a smile to a look of concern. "Kimberly, what is it?" Bob asks her as he looks over his shoulder to see what she is looking at. He sees Johnny in the far corner of the living room leaving a file on Bob's small desk.

"Why is Johnny here today?" Kim asks him, as she puts a hand on her hip.

"He doesn't have any family in the area," Bob quickly replies to her. "So he asked if he could work here today. I told him he could and invited him to dinner, even though he declined the offer. I told Rosario to ensure he has something to eat upstairs though."

"That was nice of you," Andy gestures into the conversation. He keeps looking at Kim's reaction and then looks over at Johnny. Andy immediately notices how attractive the young man is. He looks back at his sister and wonders if Johnny is the man that Kim has been sleeping with.

"I thought it was the least I could do. He wanted to work today, but I told him it wasn't necessary. It's nice to see someone with so much drive though," Bob replies to them. "Oh, Robbie and Victoria have arrived. Excuse me, while I go say hello."

Andy waits until Bob has walked away completely before he turns to Kim. "That's him, isn't it?" he asks her quickly.

Kim finishes swallowing her eggnog before she looks back at her brother. "What do you mean?"

"That's the guy you've been sleeping with?" he asks her again. "Don't answer; I can see it all over your face. Oh Kim, this could be messier than I ever thought."

***

"Merry Christmas," Robbie says to Bob and Natasha as he walks into the house. "The house smells so good. Rosario must be cooking up a storm."

"Merry Christmas," Natasha replies to him as she hugs him. "Hi Victoria," she says, as Victoria removes her jacket.

"Merry Christmas everyone," Victoria replies to everyone. "Thank you so much for having me today."

"It's our pleasure," Bob tells her. "Anyone that is in Robbie's life, is in our life."

"That's very sweet of you to say," she says back to him. "I'm going to put these presents under the tree."

Bob watches Victoria walk into the living room. "Natasha, Robbie," he begins to say to them. "Before we rejoin the others, I wanted to have a moment with the two of you alone, if you don't mind."

"Not at all Dad," Robbie replies to him. "What's going on?"

"I know we've had a long, tough year," Bob starts to tell them. "But it's not often I get the chance to tell you both how proud I am of both of you. I love you both very much."

"We love you too Daddy," Natasha smiles back to him. "And you know what? I know that Sofia is watching us today. She would be so happy that we are all together for the holiday."

"That she would," Bob replies as they all grab hands. "Merry Christmas."

"Merry Christmas Dad," Robbie says back to them. "Let's go get some eggnog!"

Scene Six - The Davenport House; Daisy, Trenyce & Andrew's Home

"I can't believe that this could be the last Christmas I ever get to spend with Andrew," Trenyce tells Daisy as they sit on the sofa and watch Andrew open some of his presents. The fact that Savannah has been revealed to be Andrew's biological mother still makes Trenyce's heart break. In some ways she wishes that Daisy and Vinny hadn't caught her trying to run away. If she had been able to break away, she would not have to worry about losing her baby. Now, she knows that Savannah could show up at any time and ask for Andrew. Trenyce has no idea how she will handle that moment when it arrives.

"Let's not think about that right now," Daisy tells her niece. "Today is about making memories and being able to hold on them forever."

Trenyce grabs Daisy's hand and squeezes it. "I love you Daisy. I couldn't get through any of this without you."

"I will always be here for you Trenyce," Daisy replies to her as she moves into a hug with Trenyce. "I love you too."

"What am I interrupting?" Vinny asks as he comes in holding a blueberry tea.

"We were just having a girls moment," Daisy smiles up to her lover. "That smells delicious."

"There's more brandy in the kitchen, I can make you one if you'd like," Vinny offers to her as she nods back to him.

Trenyce moves to the ground and helps Andrew finish opening his present. "Let's see what's inside Andrew. What is it?" she asks him as she finishes helping him rip open the present.

"It's Spiderman!" Andrew yells in delight looking at the action figure.

"Yes," Trenyce smiles back to him. "Remember when you were Spiderman for Halloween? Now you have your own Spiderman!"

Trenyce finishes opening the package and giving the action figure to Andrew, who immediately starts playing with the toy.

"Looks like the Spiderman is a hit," Trenyce says with a grin as she looks up to Daisy.

"We both suspected it would be," Daisy replies to her. Daisy arches her eyebrow when she hears the doorbell ring. "Who on earth could that be?"

Daisy walks over to the door and opens it. She sighs when she sees Savannah standing there. "Savannah, Merry Christmas," Daisy says politely, but doesn't move to let her into the house.

"Merry Christmas to you too," Savannah replies to her as Trenyce comes up behind Daisy.

"What are you doing here?" Trenyce asks her, upset that Savannah is trying to ruin their holiday.

Savannah passes Daisy a document. "It's a court order. It came in today. It says I'm allowed to collect my son. So I'm here to get my child."

"You bitch," Trenyce snaps back at her. "You couldn't wait to get my son! You're going to remove him from his own home on Christmas?"

"He's my son Trenyce," Savannah replies to her, standing her ground. "I deserve to spend the holiday with him."

"Why don't we compromise?" Daisy suggests to Savannah. "Stay for dinner. We have plenty of food."

Savannah shakes her head. "Trenyce, I've tried to be nice and pleasant about this, but you've done nothing but be rude and nasty to me. I want my son. I want to go home and spend the day with him. Just the two of us."

"Savannah," Daisy begins to say back to her, floored by what Savannah is doing.

"No Daisy," Savannah waves her hand. "I'm not compromising. Not this time! Please get Andrew ready to go."

"I can't believe this is happening," Trenyce says as she feels her eyes swell with water. She can't lose her son, not on Christmas day.

Trenyce walks into the living room. "Andrew, come on buddy, let's put your jacket on. You're going to go to Savannah's house."

"Why Mommy?" Andrew asks Trenyce, as she helps him get dressed.

"It's a long story baby," Trenyce replies as tears flow from her eyes. She zips up the jacket and picks him up. "I want you to be a good boy, okay?" she tells him as she walks to the door. "And always remember that I love you. I will always love you Andrew."

"I love you too Mommy," Andrew says as Daisy pats Trenyce's back, encouraging her to pass Andrew to Savannah.

Trenyce gasps as Andrew leaves her arms and goes into Savannah's. "Thank you," Savannah tells her. "I think we should work out an arrangement so you can still see him. I don't want to cut you off forever."

Trenyce looks at her and continues to weep. "I can't do this," Trenyce says through her tears and she rushes off.

Savannah looks at Daisy and nods her head. "I'll be in touch," she says as she turns and walks out of the house. As she walks to her car, she looks at Andrew. "Merry Christmas Andrew! We are together, finally!"
