Scene One - MW Investigations

Madeline closes the door to her office and draws the blinds closed on her windows. She feels her heart still racing as she just saw Savannah Pherson at the coffee house and Savannah called her "Patricia". Madeline shakes her head and runs her hand through her long hair. For so long, Madeline has tried to put that part of her life behind her; she hasn't had to deal with the name "Patricia" in years and that's the way she likes it. She has put her role in Dave's plan behind her.

She sits in her chair and looks up wondering what other secrets will come out with Savannah being back in town. "What are you even doing here?" she whispers to herself as thinks that she hasn't seen or heard from the woman since Dave was still alive. Madeline was only associated with Dave because he was blackmailing her into helping him as Dave knew the truth about Madeline being a prostitute while working in New York, which is where she also first met Savannah. "This can't be happening. I have to make sure she doesn't say anything."

The door to Madeline's office opens and Will appears. He looks at his girlfriend. "Why are you sitting in the dark? Is everything okay?" he asks her as he shuts the door and walks up to her.

Madeline fakes a smile on her face. "I was just thinking. How are you? How was court?"

Will shrugs as he recalls being on the stand in Donovan's trial. While he tried to do his best and make sure that he said everything that would help Donovan, he isn't sure that's how it all played out. Just the opposite, actually.

"I'm glad it's over," he tells her softly. "I'm scared for Donovan. He's a good guy and I don't think he killed Ernesto. But Lois Kam is tough. She's really twisting everything to make it look like Donovan did this."

Madeline stands up and puts her hand on Will's chest. "I'm sorry you had to go through that."

Will puts his hand over hers. "It's okay. You're trembling a little," he notices. "What's wrong?"

Madeline leans in and kisses Will hard and passionately. "I need you," she says, their lips finally breaking. "Go lock my office door," she instructs him as she lowers her skirt to the ground. Will turns around and is instantly turned on at the sight of Madeline.

"What's gotten into you?" he asks with a devilish grin on his face.

"I told you," she replies to him as she starts unbuttoning his jeans and moving her body up against the wall. "I need you."

He kisses her as he moves her panties to the ground. "I need you too," he says as his body holds her up against the wall both needing each other to take their frustrations out on.

Scene Two - The Black House; Adam, Helen & Dawn's Home

"The results should be in soon, don't you think?" Helen asks her husband as she stands in the living room of their house. She can't stop thinking about the fact that Adam had a paternity test done to see if he was the father of Cassie's unborn child. After everything Cassie did to her, kidnapping her and holding her hostage in the basement, the last thing Helen wants is for Adam to forever be connected to Cassie in the form of a child. The fact that Adam couldn't tell Cassie apart from her is still troubling her as well.

Adam sighs and comes up behind her. He puts his hands on his wife's shoulders and feels her shutter a little. He knows that she is having a hard time dealing with the fact that he could be the father of Cassie's child and he doesn't really blame her. "I think so," he finally tells her. "I'm thinking we should hear any time now."

Helen nods back to him not sure what else to say to him. She's scared of what will happen if the results say that he is the father of the baby. How will she ever be able to forgive him?

"Helen," Adam says to her. "I have to know how we can get through this if I am the father. I have to know that you can support me and try to look past this horrible mistake that I made."

Helen turns to him with tears in her eyes. She shrugs and fakes a smile to him. "I wish I could give you that confirmation Adam but I honestly have no idea what will happen if you're the father of this baby." A tear falls from her eyes. "I just feel so betrayed by this."

"I'm so sorry Helen," he replies to her as he grabs her hand. "You have to know that I never meant for any of this to happen."

"But it did happen Adam. You may have had good intentions, but it did happen. Cassie is pregnant and that baby is not going any where!"

They are interrupted by the doorbell ringing. "I'll get it," Helen tells him as she wipes her eyes dry. She moves quickly to the front door and opens it. "Shane," she says allowing him to come into the house, as she wipes her damp eyes. "What's going on? Is it Cassie or the baby?"

Shane comes into the living room and nods a hello to Adam. "I came to tell you guys that I got a call from Cassie. The paternity test results are in. We can go over to the hospital right now and find out once and for all if Adam is the father of the baby."

Adam sighs and looks over at Helen. A part of him is relieved that the truth can finally come out. Another part of him is scared to death about learning the truth; he has no idea what this will mean to his marriage if he is the father.

"That's great," he finally replies, looking at Helen. "Let's go to the hospital."

Scene Three - Twin Peaks Law Courts

Donovan sits down as he was just sworn in as he is about to testify at his trial. He looks up at Judge Ross and feels his heart start to sink. He's scared. He knows that everything is riding on his testimony. He has to do everything he can to prove his innocence while he is up on the stand. He only hopes that it's enough.

Natasha stands up and walks closer to the stand. She looks at Donovan before she starts. "My first question, Mr. Moretti, is a very simple one: did you kill Ernesto Moretti? Did you kill your father?"

Donovan doesn't hesitate. "No, I did not."

"Do you know who did?" Natasha asks him next.

Donovan shakes his head. "I don't. My father wasn't exactly the nicest person around, I'm sure anyone could have done this. But it wasn't me. I swear on everything that I am, I didn't kill my father."

Natasha smiles back at him. "Can you explain how your shoe print ended up at the scene of the crime?"

Donovan gulps. "I have no idea. My father had so many people working for him. Maybe they stole my shoes and are trying to set me up? I don't know though."

"When you told your father that you are gay, how did he react?" Natasha asks him next.

Donovan puts his head down for a moment, recalling the painful conversation with Ernesto at the Pampa Grill. His father called him disgusting and un-natural. Donovan knew that his father was old school, but hearing the words were still very painful for him to hear. No child wants to hear that from his father.

"He," Donovan says trying not to choke up. "He wasn't very happy or impressed. He thought that it was extremely unnatural. He said some very ugly things to me."

"You must have been hurt by that," Natasha tells him.

"Who wouldn't be? Your parent just told you, you were disgusting because of who you are? Of course I was hurt."

Natasha walks a little closer to Donovan. "I'll ask you one more time, did you kill father?"

"No!" Donovan replies to her with conviction.

"No further questions," Natasha replies as she slowly walks back to her table and sits down.

Lois Kam stands up and looks at Donovan. "You seem pretty sure of yourself Mr. Moretti."

"I have nothing to hide," Donovan tells her back.

Lois holds up a plastic bag with a pair of shoes inside it. "Do you recognize these shoes?"

"Yes, those are my shoes."

"Your honour," Lois says turning her attention to Judge Ross. "Let the state hand this in as exhibit one. These shoes were the shoes that were found in a dumpster. The prints match the shoe print that was found at the scene of the crime." Lois turns her attention back to Donovan. "Care to explain how your shoe print was at next to your father's dead body Mr. Moretti? And how the shoes ended up in a trash can?"

Donovan gulps and fees sweat start to form on his forehead. "I honestly don't know. If you saw my closet of shoes. I didn't even notice that they were missing."

"Did you know that your father was stalking your mother and your sister?"

Donovan nods his head. "Of course I did. Everyone knew that my Mother and Sister were victims of attacks. It was revealed that my father's henchman was behind the attacks. The police have a video from St. Joseph's church to prove this."

"How did that make you feel? To know that your father was planning these attacks on your Mother and Sister?" Lois continues to grill him.

"How do you think it made me feel? I was horrified. I was worried sick for my families safety. My father was a sick man. He was evil! He had to be stopped," Donovan says, before realizing what he says.

"He had to be stopped did he?" Lois asks him. "He had to be stopped, so you killed him to stop him?"

"I didn't say that," Donovan says as Natasha stands up at the same time and yells "Objection!"

"I withdraw the statement. No further questions."

Scene Four - Robertson Enterprises; Dominick's Office

"We have to do damage control," Leah tells Jeff as she sits at her father's desk, after they just heard Bob give a press conference publically announcing that Dominick is missing. "We have to call our own press conference and advise that everything is fine and under control."

Jeff nods his head back at his fiancé. "Is that really the best thing? Everyone knows that Bob and Dominick hate each other, they have for years. Do you really think that anyone will believe Bob's words that Dominick is missing? Plus, if we announce that everything is fine, people will realize that Bob is right - Dominick is missing. I say we let some of the steam blow over before we action."

Leah looks at him and wonders if he could be right. The last thing that she wants to do is create chaos at Robertson right now, especially because they just launched Petals. The company needs to come across as stable. "I have no idea what to do Jeff," she admits to him. "If we go public and announce that everything is fine, maybe my father will see us and realize that he has to come home. Maybe he'll know that we are worried about him and just putting up a strong front."

"I know that you are worried," Jeff tells her as he walks around behind the desk and kneels down to look her in the eyes. "I still believe with everything in me that your father is okay. I think he will be coming home sooner rather than you think."

"I hope so," she replies as she gets more water in her eyes. "When he does come home, I want him to know that I did everything I could for his company. He would want that from me."

"You're being so hard on yourself, you've done a great job running Robertson while Dominick has been away."

"It is not enough," she whispers back to him. "Bob's press conference can do a lot of damage."

They are interrupted when the office door opens and Dominick enters the office! Leah looks up and immediately stands up. "Daddy?" she asks in disbelief. "Oh my goodness," she rushes up to him and wraps her arms around him. "I've been so worried about you. Where on earth did you go?"

Dominick returns the hug from his daughter. "I just had a small trip I had to make. I could have sworn that I told you," he says as he holds his daughter in his arms.

"You didn't say anything to us," Jeff replies to him. "But that's okay. We tried to run this company while you were gone to the best of our ability."

Dominick and Leah exit their embrace and Dominick wipes one of the tears from Leah's eyes. "Thank you for doing that for me," he smiles to her. "I'm so sorry that I caused you any grief. I suppose with the custody hearing, I just forgot to mention the trip to you."

Leah nods back to him, understanding how the trip could have slipped his mind. "I'm just glad that you're okay and that you're safe. I should call Robin, she would want to know."

"Please do, and tell her that I will stop by to see her tomorrow," Dominick tells Leah, who walks to the corner of the office.

Unbeknownst to everyone in the office, Bob is outside the office door. He spots Dominick and wonders why his rival is being so mysterious about the trip. He knows Dominick better than he would like to admit and while Leah was busy with the custody case, Bob doesn't believe that Dominick would just leave without a word.

"So, how was your trip?" Jeff asks Dominick.

Dominick pauses for a moment and gives Jeff half a smile. Deep inside, he knows that he can he never reveal where he really was for the last couple of weeks. "The business trip was good. Very successful," Dominick replies to Jeff. Outside, Bob starts to walk away from the office, knowing that he has to uncover where exactly Dominick went. It could be how he changes the dynamic in the business rivalry.

"So the meet and greet sounds fun," Trenyce tells Savannah as they sit in Trenyce's office, looking over some of the sketches that Trenyce has been working on. It was Leah's idea that Trenyce design the clothing that Savannah and Robin will be wearing at the meet and greet that is coming up soon.

Savannah shuffles some of the pages she holds in her hand. "Yea, I guess it will be."

Trenyce arches her eyebrow. "You don't sound convinced."

Savannah looks up at her and puts down a page. "I like this dress. I could wear this one," she says to Trenyce. "I suppose the meet and greet really isn't my style. I've become much more introspective the last few years."

Trenyce picks up the design that Savannah has selected and smiles. "I love this dress. Do you like everything about it? I'm willing to make any changes that you aren't really feeling comfortable with."

Savannah shakes her head. "I'm good with the design as it is. You came up with that, I don't want to change it. I like it."

"Okay! I'm glad that there was one that you liked," Trenyce replies to her. "I always get a little nervous when I show people my designs."

"You shouldn't, you're a great designer."

"Thank you," Trenyce tries to hide her pride. "So, do you think you've become more introspective since you had your child?"

Savannah stands up and walks over to the window in the office. She looks out for a moment. "I really don't open up to people very often. I've done it more in Twin Peaks the last few months that I've been here than I have in the last four years."

"Why are you opening up now?"

Savannah looks back at Trenyce. "Because I have a connection here. I never thought in a million years that I would be meeting Dave's family. My son's uncle. I don't know," she says as she bites her lower lip. "I feel like I can finally tell people that understand what I've gone through."

"We know the kind of person Dave was," Trenyce says back to her. "We all had to deal with his madness for years. We do understand what you went through."

Savannah nods her head back to her. "And you know what?" Trenyce continues to tell her. "I was talking to Vinny and Daisy the other night."

"You were? About what?"

"You and your son," Trenyce reveals to Savannah. "We want to help you. We want to help you find your son."

Scene Five - The Pampa Grill

"What did you think of Trenyce's idea?" Daisy asks Vinny as they sit across from each other at the restaurant and try to enjoy a nice evening out together. They haven't had much time out together since Savannah has come into town and revealed that she had Dave's love child a few years ago. She is also claiming that Dave stole the child from her. Daisy is talking about Trenyce's idea that they all help Savannah try to find her son, which could be anywhere.

Vinny takes a drink of his red wine and shrugs a little. "I honestly don't know what to think Daisy," he tells her. "For so many years, I have been trying to put Dave and Brett and everything that they did to me in the past. Suddenly, Savannah shows up and all of that family stuff has just kind of slapped me in the face."

Daisy nods her head back to him. "That's very fair of you to say," she replies to him. "But if what Savannah is saying is true, then you have a nephew out there somewhere."

"I know," Vinny tells her. "That's all I can think about. That baby boy deserves to be in my life. He deserves to know that Savannah is his mother."

Daisy takes a drink of her wine and becomes a little quiet. "You're not saying anything," Vinny observes back to her. "What do you think we should do? Do you think we should help Savannah find her baby?"

"If she lost a child, then yes I do think we should offer our assistance," Daisy tells him back.

"Why do I get a feeling that there is a but coming ..." he says, still looking at her.

Daisy smiles a little. "But, there's something about Savannah that isn't sitting right with me. I can't place it, I just have a bad feeling about this entire situation. I don't like it Vinny. I really don't like it."

"So you don't think we should try to find the baby?" he asks her as he grabs her hand. "It's okay if you don't think we should."

Daisy shakes her head back to him. "I don't know what I'm saying. I just have a bad feeling about this. That's all."

Will and Madeline enter the restaurant looking for nourishment after their intense love making session earlier at Madeline's office.

"I'm so hungry," he says as he opens the menu and looks over what he could have to eat.

"You did work up quite the appetite," she grins over to him.

He looks over the menu and winks at her. "You're not complaining, are you?"

"Not at all," she quickly replies to him. "I needed that more than you know."

Will laughs a little. "I could tell. It was a good thing though. What's gotten you so upset anyways? You never did tell me at the office?"

Madeline pauses and wonders if she should confide in WIll about her fears. She hasn't really spoken to anyone about her time as Patricia West; it's a time of her life she would sooner forget. She hasn't had to think about that time since Dave died years ago. Suddenly, though, with Savannah in town, she's worried that some of her past mistakes will come back and haunt her.

"Are you okay Maddie?" he asks her, reaching over and grabbing her hand. "You look like you've seen a ghost."

"I'm fine," she quickly replies to him as she grabs her glass of water and takes a drink. "Sometimes I just feel like my past mistakes are coming back to haunt me."

Will arches his eyebrow. "Is this about you and I? Because you know that I'm not with Eva anymore. This is nothing like your situation with Cory."

Madeline fakes a smile, happy that Will hasn't clued into what past mistakes she is talking about. "I know. Enough of this, let's order, I'm famished!"

Reese enters the restaurant and looks around. He soon spots Dean sitting in a far back table by himself. Reese sighs and slowly starts to walk over to his table. He recalls getting a text message from Dean asking him to meet Dean at the restaurant. Reese only assumes that Dean has come to some kind of conclusion with the legal documents that Reese served him a few weeks earlier.

"Dean," Reese says as he approaches the table. "I have to admit, I was surprised to hear from you."

Dean smiles at the sight of his former lover. "Please have a seat Reese," Dean says as he extends his arm. "Do you want to have a drink with me?"

Reese shakes his head no. "I'm not sure why you asked me to meet you here. You're lucky that I even showed up after everything you put me through," Reese snaps back at him. "You'll forgive me if I don't want to make small talk with you. What is this about?"

Dean feels his face blush with redness. He really never meant for his relationship with Reese to go south so quickly. "I have a few things I'd like to say to you."

"Okay," Reese arches his eyebrow.

"First," Dean says as he tries to reach over to Reese's hand, but Reese pulls away. "I really am sorry for everything that happened. I thought that you would be okay with the idea of doing gay porn. Especially after you saw how much money was coming in. I never wanted to hurt you or embarrass you."

Reese looks down stunned to hear an actual apology from Dean, as in previous conversations Dean was always striving to get his point across.

"Secondly, about these legal papers ... are you really going to sue me? After everything we've been through together?" Dean asks him, hoping that Reese will drop the law suit.

Reese looks up and fumes. "Is that why you apologized to me? Because you want me to drop the law suit?"

Dean shakes his head no. "No, of course not. I feel bad for hurting you. I never meant ..."

"You're disgusting, you know that?" Reese cuts him off. "You don't want to be sued and have the entire world know that you drugged me and filmed me jacking off, so you come out with this apology?'

"Reese..."

"No Dean! Save it!" Reese says in a stern voice, trying not to yell so he doesn't create a scene. "I'm suing you and there's nothing you can do to stop me."

"That's just it," Dean reveals to Reese. "I can't afford this. I can't afford to go to court. I can't afford a lawyer. We have to settle this outside of court. So, I'm asking you, what do you want? What do I have to do to make this all go away?"
