Scene One - The Victors House; Vinny's Home

"This is quite the house you have," Savannah tells Vinny as she looks around the lavish living room of the Victors home. She's never seen so many luxurious objects in one place before. While she was living in New York, she just had a tiny one bed-room apartment; to her this is something out of a movie. "It's beautiful."

"Thank you," Vinny replies to her. "Can I get you a drink? Or anything?"

Savannah notes that Vinny is drinking a scotch and nods her head back to him. "I'll have what you're having."

Vinny arches his eyebrow with a slight grin on his face. "You like scotch?"

Savannah nods her head back to him. "I like the strength of it."

"Fair enough," Vinny says as he pours a glass of scotch for her. He turns around and passes it to her. "So, I think you know why I called you over here."

Savannah nods her head back. "I had a child with your brother. I'm assuming you'd like to know more about that."

"You have to understand something Savannah," Vinny replies to her. "I wasn't very close to Dave. Just the opposite actually, He kept me locked up for years and I missed so much of my life. That being said, Dave never struck me as a relationship man yet alone the father type."

"He wasn't a relationship guy," she quickly tells him, remembering her time with Dave. "I realized after I got knocked up that he was using me for sex. That's all I was to Dave."

"I'm sorry to hear that."

"I cared for him a lot," Savannah reveals to him. "He kept telling me everything that I wanted to hear. I was silly and naïve, but I hope that I've learned my lesson. When I first saw you, I have to admit, I went back to that place in New York when it was just Dave and I."

"What did he do when you got pregnant?" Vinny asks her, hoping that it's not too painful for her to continue.

Savannah pauses and takes a sip of her whiskey. "He dumped me and told me it wouldn't work out. I insisted that I keep the child and he agreed. He seemed to change at that point. It's like … he decided he wanted to be in the child's life."

"Sounds like he did a complete 180."

"He did, but I know why."

"Why?"

"It was all a part of this plan that he had," Savannah reveals to Vinny. "You see, he was with me when I gave birth. He took me to this house in the Hampton's that your family has. I was there with a mid-wife, she delivered my baby."

"Where is he? Where is your baby?"

Savannah takes another sip of her whiskey. "I don't know," she replies as she locks eyes with Vinny. "Dave stole him. I never even got to hold him. As soon as he was born, Dave took him out of the room. I was too tired to understand what was happening. Dave gid give me one picture and that's it. I have one picture of my baby boy otherwise I have no idea where he is."

"Dave stole your baby?" Vinny asks shocked by the story he just heard. "But why? Why would he steal a baby? He never had a child here, not once."

Savannah shrugs her shoulders and tries to keep her eyes dry. "That's what I need to find out. I need to find my baby and I need your help in doing this."

Scene Two - The Calimo House; Jeff, Leah &Paige's Home

Leah, Jeff and Paige sit on the floor of the living room of their house, with some toys scattered on the ground. After the custody hearing, Leah and Jeff came home and have spent the evening playing with Paige. There was nothing else that they wanted to do other than be with their daughter.

"I'm so glad things worked out the way they did," Leah says as she pushes a Barbie car over to one of the houses that Paige has. "I don't know what I would have done if…"

"Don't say it," Jeff tells her. "Everything worked out fine. Everything worked out the way it should have."

"You're right," Leah smiles to him as she plays with Paige's hair as her daughter starts to yawn. "Oh, are you getting sleepy baby. Maybe it's time we get you ready for bed."

"Can Daddy read me a bedtime story?" Paige asks as she looks at Mom.

"Sweetie," Leah begins to tell her. "You know that…"

"I mean, Daddy Jeff!" Paige cuts her mother off. For the first time, Paige has acknowledged Jeff as her father.

Jeff and Leah look at each other and look at each other with happiness in their eyes. "Of course I can Paige," Jeff tells her as he stands up, feeling proud that she knows him as her father. He moves over to pick her up. "Say good night to Mommy."

"Night Mommy," Paige waves as Jeff carries her out of the room.

Leah leans in and kisses Paige on the forehand. "Good night my angel. See you in the morning."

Jeff and Paige leave the living room and Leah starts to clean up some of the toys. As she's putting them in the toy box, she realizes that she hasn't heard from Dominick since the hearing ended. It's not like him that after something like this that he hasn't reached out and made sure that everything was alright.

She walks over to her purse and grabs her phone. She sees no new messages, which alarms her even more. She picks up the phone and dials his number. "Straight to voicemail," she says as she hangs up the phone. She dials his land line at his townhouse and waits for an answer. Soon, the maid picks up the phone. "Esther, it's Leah. Can I speak to my father please … what do you mean? … Did he say where he was going? Did he say when he would be back? … Okay, thank you."

Leah hangs up the phone as Jeff comes back into living room. "She fell asleep fast. She was tired," he tells her as he comes up to her and immediately he notices that something is wrong with her. "What's wrong?"

She turns to face him. "It's my father. He's disappeared."

"What?"

"He's not at home. His maid told me that he walked out with a bag and went to the airport. We have no idea where he went or when he will be back," Leah reveals to Jeff, trying not to be worried.

"It's not a business trip?" Jeff asks her back quickly, wondering what could have happened to Dominick.

Leah shakes her head. "He would have told me. He always tells me when it's a business trip."

"I'm sure it's nothing Leah," Jeff tells her, trying to calm her nerves.

"I hope so," she replies to him as they hug. "I just have the feeling that something bad has happened."

Scene Three - The Penthouse; Cory and Robin's Home

"Do you want the chequered pattern or the solid pattern?" Cory asks Robin as he holds up two fabric samples to her. They are seated in one of the extra rooms of the penthouse that they are converting into the baby's room.

"Do you even have to ask?" Robin smiles to her husband. "The chequered is so much cuter!"

"You seem to be in a good mood," Cory observes to her as he puts the fabrics down. "I thought after the court hearing you'd be a little more upset."

Robin shrugs her shoulders. "Leah got custody of Paige, that's the way it should have been. I understand that Robbie was upset, but he never should have tried to get custody of Paige. He's not her biological father."

"I know, but I feel for the guy. His entire world has been turned up side down by Leah's lies coming out," Cory replies to her. "You know what I keep thinking about, don't you?"

Robin stands up and walks over to her husband. "Talk to me Cory."

"That somehow I am partly responsible for all of this hurt that has happened."'

"You?" Robin asks him, surprised that he is even mentioning this. "How would you be responsible for this?"

"Because it was Madeline that revealed the truth. She only revealed the truth because of her obsession with me. If I hadn't started to sleep with her, none of this would have happened," Cory tells her, feeling guilt about what has happened over the last year and a half. "I can't help but feel like this is partly my fault."

"You stop that right now," Robin quickly replies to him as she puts her hand on his shoulder. "You had no idea what Madeline was capable of. You had no idea that Madeline was going to blackmail me with the truth or that she would expose the secret. You have to understand that."

Cory gives her half a smile and hugs her tightly. "You're so wonderful to me," he whispers into her ear. "I just hate that everything has happened to Leah and here we are our happy with our own baby on the way."

"I know," Robin replies to him as they exit their hug. "But, my sister also made her own choices. She has to live with that now."

Cory is about to say something back when he sees Robin's eyes open wider and she gets a smile on her face. "Are you okay?" he asks her, wondering what her change of mood is about.

"Give me your hand," she tells him as she grabs him and she places his hand on her stomach. "Do you feel that?"

Cory looks at her with a twinkle in his eye. "Is that ... ?" he starts to ask her.

"Our baby?" she smiles as she nods her head.

"I can't believe that our baby is kicking right now and we can feel it. This is the most amazing feeling in the world."

"Together, Cory, we can do anything," Robin smiles back to him as she continues to feel the baby kick in her stomach.

Scene Four - The Sugarbowl

Eva enters the coffeehouse and quickly walks up to the line as she needs a shot of caffeine before she can continue her day. After everything that has happened lately, she feels like she needs the extra boost, especially because she is no closer to helping Donovan get out of jail. As she pulls out her wallet, she grabs her phone and checks for a new message from Dominick. She is upset when she doesn't see a new message from him as he is looking into finding evidence that would prove her son's innocence. She knows that she has to find a way to get Donovan out of his mess because she believes with all of her heart that he didn't kill Ernesto.

She looks up and orders her coffee, then quickly moves to the coffee bar. She sighs a little when she sees Will at the coffee bar already putting his cream and sugar in his coffee. She looks at him for a moment before she approaches him.

"We must have had the same idea today," she announces to him as she puts her coffee cup down on the bar.

Will looks over and sees his former lover standing next to him. "Yea, I suppose we did. It's cold out, I wanted to feel warm as I walked to work."

"You're on shift today? It must have slipped my mind," Eva quickly replies to him. "I am trying to find a way to prove that Donovan didn't kill Ernesto."

Will looks at her with intent. "Have you uncovered anything? I know he didn't kill his father."

"I'm going to prove that if it's the last thing I do," Eva quickly tells him back. "Thank you for your support, by the way."

"Just because we aren't together anymore, doesn't mean that I don't care about you or your family," Will informs her.

"We could be together," she says back to him, before she realizes what she's said. "I didn't mean that."

"Yes you did," Will tells her back.

"I miss you," she reveals to him. "We could get back together. I'm still in love with you."

Will looks at her and then grabs her hand. "Eva, I miss you too, but I meant what I said before. What we had, it's over. We can't go back to what we had. Too much has happened. I hope that one day we can be friends, but I think we both need time before that can really happen."

Eva sighs as Will walks away from her. She knows that she blew her chance with him but she still wishes that he was in her corner. Especially with everything going on with Donovan, she wishes Will was standing behind her more than ever.

***

"I can't believe that Bob just hired you on the spot," Madeline tells her twin brother as they sit across from each other in the back booth of the coffeehouse. "Are you excited to be working at Roboto?"

Reese grins back at her. "You have no idea. I was at a crossroads with the modelling thing and I didn't know what to do."

"How did he find out you were studying finance in California a few years ago?" she asks him.

"I told him. He approached me and asked me what I was up too. I thought that this was a great opportunity," Reese recalls his conversation to Madeline. "Do you think I'm totally crazy?"

Madeline shakes her head quickly. "No, I think you did the right thing. I think you did need something new and this is a great opportunity. Roboto is a huge corporation, this is a great career chance for you. I'm proud of you," she smiles to her. "And you know what? I think Mom and Dad would be proud of you as well."

"Thanks Madeline," Reese replies to her. "I hope that they would be proud of everything I've done lately."

Madeline arches her eyebrow at her brother's comments. "Why do I get the feeling that there is more than just getting hired at Roboto in that comment?"

Reese laughs a little. "There is more. I'm not ready to talk about everything just yet until I know the final outcome," he tells her, recalling how he served Dean with legal papers to sue him for putting his porn video on the internet without his permission. "I will tell you as soon as find out though Maddie."

"I guess that'll have to do for right now," Madeline winks over at him, curious as to what her brother is up too now.

Scene Five - The Twin Peaks Police Department

"You can't be serious Lois," Natasha tells the D.A as she stands at her desk in the police department. "That seems completely over the top."

Lois looks up at Natasha from her desk and removes her glasses. She has grown accustomed to people not always enjoying what she has to do at the district attorney, but she is always ready to go to bat for her decisions. She has to ensure that she is doing her job to the best of her ability.

"I don't appreciate you coming here and attacking me because I'm doing my job Natasha," Lois replies to her. "I understand that Donovan Moretti is your brother and you are representing him, but I've already made my decision. There's nothing else that you can say or do that will change my mind on this."

"Change your mind on what?" Eva asks as she enters the police station carrying her coffee from the Sugarbowl. "Is this about Donovan's case?"

Natasha sighs and looks over at her mother. She knows the news that she is about to reveal to her will devastate Eva, but she would rather be the one to tell her than Lois Kam or someone else.

"We need to talk," Natasha tells her as she comes up to Eva. "It was about Donovan's case. The D.A has come to a conclusion."

Eva looks over at Lois Kam before returning her eyes to Natasha. "This doesn't sound good Natasha," Eva tells her. "Please tell me what's going on. I need to know what's happening with my son."

Natasha nods and grabs her mother's hand. "Just brace yourself, okay?" Eva nods her head back to Natasha. "The D.A has decided to ask for the death penalty in Donovan's case."

"What?" Eva asks as she covers her mouth and gets water in her eyes. "How can they do that? How can they want to kill my son? He's innocent Natasha! He's innocent!"

"I know," Natasha quickly replies to Eva as she hugs her. "We have to stay strong right now. We have to stay together and prove Donovan's innocence. In the meantime, we can't let them know that we are scared okay?"

Eva exits the embrace and nods back to her. "I have to find the truth Natasha. I have to save Donovan."

They are interrupted by Eva's cell phone ringing. She pulls it out from her purse and looks at the number, arching her eyebrow. "Hello?"

"Eva, it's Leah Robertson," Leah says into her phone. "It's about my father. Have you heard from him?"

"Not in the last little while, but he is supposed to be looking into something for me," Eva replies to her. "Why do you ask?"

"It appears my father is missing and I'm just trying to follow up on any leads," Leah quickly says back to her. "He's not missing in that sense. We just ... don't know where he is."

Eva shakes her head and puts her fingers over her eyes. "This isn't good. I really need his help."

"As soon as I hear anything, I'll let you know."

"I'll do the same Leah," Eva replies to her before hanging up the phone.

"What was that all about?" Natasha asks Eva.

"One of my leads," Eva replies to her. "Has vanished. This isn't good Natasha. This isn't good at all."

Scene Six - The Michael's Home; Daisy, Trenyce & Andrew's Home

"She told me that Dave stole her baby," Trenyce tells Daisy as she passes her a cup of tea as she recalls how Savannah told her that she had a child with Vinny's triplet brother and then he stole the child from her. "I didn't get many more details because Savannah was obviously upset about it."

Daisy takes a sip of her hot drink and then places the cup back down on the small matching plate. "I'm sorry that I didn't tell you about what was going on sooner," Daisy tells her niece. "I was hoping that Vinny and I would figure out all of this out and then let you know what was happening. It completely slipped my mind that you and Savannah were working together at Robertson."

"It is okay," Trenyce tells her. "I was just surprised that Dave and Brett's wicked plan is still being played out today. I always just assumed that after Dave died and Brett went to jail that this would have all been laid to rest."

"I went to see him, you know," Daisy looks over at Trenyce. "I went to see Brett in jail."

Trenyce opens her eyes wider and looks over at Daisy. "How was that? I can't imagine that was easy for you, especially since he was the one that hurt you the most."

Daisy puts her head down as she tries not to think about everything that Brett put her through. "It was difficult seeing him again," Daisy reveals to her. "Especially now that I am seeing Vinny in a romantic relationship. But, I had to go to find out if Savannah's story is true."

"And?" Trenyce asks her back quickly. "Did Brett back up Savannah's story? Did she have Dave's baby?"

Daisy arches her eyebrow. "It seems so. I suppose the only thing left to do is...."

"Find Savannah's baby," Trenyce finishes Daisy's sentence as their eyes lock.

"Exactly," Daisy replies as she takes another sip of her tea.

Scene Seven - The State Penitentiary

Vinny sits down at one of the visiting centre's and awaits for his brother to emerge. After he saw Savannah earlier in the evening, he had to come and see Brett to see if he knows more about what happened to Savannah's child. The first thing he wants to do is ensure that he can help Savannah and try to find his nephew, if he can help at all. He takes a deep breath and braces himself for seeing his brother for the first time in a few years. He has always believed that he has been able to put the past behind him and move on with a fresh new life, but seeing his brother may be another thing for him.

He looks up when he sees the door open. Brett emerges in his orange jump suit and slowly moves towards the centre where Vinny is sitting. Brett sits down and looks at his brother. He finally picks up the phone and waits for Vinny to do the same. Vinny finally picks it up. "I never thought I would see you again," Brett says first to his brother. "I never got the chance to speak for myself before. Everything happened so quickly."

"I don't really want to talk about what happened between us," Vinny tells him, nt wanting to go down that dark road with his brother again.

"Anything you else you have to say would have to be in direct relation with what happened Vinny," Brett replies to him. "For what it's worth, I'm sorry. Seeing you now, I can't believe what I did to someone that I was once so close to. We grew up together, we are family, we are ... brothers."

Vinny puts his head down. "Stop Brett," he whispers. "I haven't gotten over everything, despite all the time that has passed. I came for another reason."

"Let me guess, Savannah Pherson?" Brett replies with a slight grin. "Daisy came to see me a few weeks ago."

"She told me. And yes," Vinny tells him back, finally looking back up at him. "I need to know what Dave did with Savannah's baby. She is desperate to find her son."

Brett nods back to him. "I know. They were tight you know," Brett says. "Dave really did care for her, you know? It was probably the only time that I feel like he was really himself. Savannah did that for him."

"So he stole her baby?" Vinny asks him, not understanding what his other brother did.

"He took the child he wanted to ensure would be raised properly," Brett reveals to Vinny. "What happened to the child, I have no idea. But he didn't think that Savannah would give the best up bringing to his son."

"You're telling me you have no idea where Savannah's baby is?" Vinny asks him.

"That's exactly what I'm saying," Brett replies to him.

Meanwhile, in Savannah's suit at the Twin Peaks Executive Hotel, she stands at the window looking out at the city sky line. She has a glass of wine in her hand and she slowly takes a sip. In her other hand, she has a small picture. A picture of a baby boy; Her baby that she is so desperate to find again.
