Scene One - Twin Peaks Law Courts

Robbie looks at Natasha as they stand next to each other in the court room as they just got word that the Judge has made his decision regarding Paige's custody. Robbie feels his heart skip a beat as he waits for the Judge to return to the court room. He has so much riding on what the outcome will be. He wants to have his daughter, even though she's not his biologically, in his life for good. He doesn't know what he will do if he loses Paige too, not after everything else Leah's lies have cost him. He truly believes that having Paige will be a silver lining to this fiasco.

"Are you okay?" Natasha asks her brother as they continue to look at each other. She can tell that he's nervous as he has little colour in his face. She only hopes that she did a good enough job to get her brother custody.

"Not really," he quickly replies back to her. "I'm scared."

Natasha sighs and grabs his hand. "Don't be. Whatever happens, we have done the best we could. Regardless, you know you'll always be a part of Paige's life, right?"

Robbie nods back to her and puts his head down, trying to brace himself for the outcome.

Across the aisle, Leah, Jeff and Rachel Fenwick stand waiting for Judge Ross to return as well. "You did good up there earlier," Jeff tells Leah as they look at each other, as he recalls her testimony.

"He's right," Rachel informs her. "I know you think Natasha was tough on you, but you handled it very well."

Leah sighs and looks over at Robbie, who has his head down. She still hates that their relationship, once loving and solid, has come to this point. If she could change it now, she would. "I can't lose my daughter. I can't lose her."

"Just remember, you'll always be in her life Leah," Rachel whispers as the Judge comes out of his chambers.

"All rise," the bailiff announces. "Judge Franklin Ross resides."

Judge Ross takes his seat and looks out at the members of the court room. "You may all be seated," he says as he opens his folder to look over his notes. "These types of cases are never fun nor easy to draw a conclusion in. It's very clear to me that both Mr. Calimo and Ms. Robertson love Paige very much and want nothing but the best for her."

Robbie grabs Natasha's hand under the table and squeezes it, nervous about what is about to happen. Jeff, meanwhile puts his arm around Leah's shoulders. They look at each other for a brief moment, before they return their focus to the Judge.

"That being said," Judge Ross continues. "It is my job to determine where she would be suited. There are many factors to this, as I do believe that Ms. Robertson's behaviour was completely inexcusable. Lying about your daughters' paternity for so many years has effected so many people's lives. You ruined your marriage and your daughter will have confusion for many years trying to figure out who is what figure in her life."

Leah feels her heart sink at his words. She looks back to Jeff and gives him a look like she's about to lose Paige. Her worst fears are really coming true.

"That being said, you are her biological mother," Judge Ross explains to everyone. "While I understand that Mr. Calimo is hurt and he wants to still be part of Paige's life, the best thing for the girl is to be left with her mother and her biological father. I am granting full custody to Ms. Robertson, but Mr. Calimo is able to see the child when it is convenient for all parties. That's all."

Leah covers her mouth as tears swell in her eyes. "That means," she tries to say to everyone around her, but she is unable to continue as she starts to weep.

"You get to keep Paige," Rachel smiles to her as Jeff leans over and hugs her.

"We get our daughter," he whispers into her ear. "We get to finally be a family together."

Robbie looks over at Natasha, his eyes slightly damp. Natasha feels her heart break for her brother. "Will you be okay?" she asks him softly, crushed that they lost the case.

"I'll be fine," he replies quietly. "Thank you for all that you've done for me."

"Of course. If you need anything Robbie, I'm here for you."

Robbie stands up and looks over to see Jeff and Leah hugging. He looks back at Natasha. "I have to get out of here."

Natasha watches as Robbie bolts out of the court room. She turns around to watch him. "Robbie, wait," she calls out after him. "Where are you going?"

Scene Two - City Hall; Daisy's Office

"Did you get my reports on the new bridge?" Vinny asks Daisy as he enters her office, causing her to look up from the paper work on her desk. "I left it for you this morning while you were in city council."

Daisy holds up a folder from her desk and grins over at him. "Got it. I haven't had time to review it yet though. It's been a crazy day so far."

"Tell me about it," Vinny replies to her. "Do you think you'll have time to get dinner later? It would be nice to unwind with you."

Daisy looks at her lover as she stands up and walks over to him. She pulls him into a hug. "What's this for?" he asks, not complaining that he is holding her right now.

"I just needed to feel your arms around me," she whispers into his ear, needing an escape from work.

"I like that too," he says as they exit their embrace.

"I've been meaning to tell you something," she reveals to him as she leads him to the sofa in her office. "I did something and I'm not sure how you'll feel about it."

Vinny arches his eyebrow as he sits next to Daisy on the sofa. "I'm listening."

"I went to the prison to see your brother. I saw Brett," Daisy reveals as Vinny's mouth falls open.

"Why would you go visit my brother? After everything he did to me, he deserves to rot in jail forever," Vinny spits back, clearly not able to forgive Brett for his role in holding Vinny hostage for years.

"I know," Daisy replies to him, as she puts her hand on his leg trying to keep him calm. "It's just, all of this talk about Savannah Pherson having Dave's child, I thought Brett might know the truth. I wanted to know if he knew of Dave and Savannah's relationship."

Vinny leans forward to her. "What did he say? Did he confirm that Dave and Savannah were seeing each other?"

Daisy nods her head. "He did. He said Dave was using a private jet to fly to New York almost every weekend to see her. You know what this means, don't you?" Daisy asks him. "It means that Savannah could have had Dave's baby. You could have a little nephew out there somewhere."

Vinny leans back into the sofa trying to absorb all of the information that he was just given. He knows that if Dave did have a child, he has to help the child in any way that he possibly can. He can't let the child grow up fatherless.

"What are you thinking?" Daisy asks him, seeing him deep in thought.

"I'm thinking I have to call Savannah and talk to her. I have to find out where the baby is. I have to find out if I can help with anything," Vinny says back to her, still determined to know if he has family out there.

Scene Three - Robertson Enterprises; Trenyce's Office

"I have to say that I really love the ads that you did with Dominick and Dean,"Trenyce tells Savannah as they sit in her office looking over some new designs that Trenyce has come up with that Savannah will be wearing in the next photo shoot.

Savannah holds up on sketch to examine it more closely. "Thanks Trenyce. I had a great time. I'm really enjoying working at Robertson. I love this scarf that you have here. The pink looks amazing."

"It will look so good with your skin tone," Trenyce replies to her as she holds up a colour block against Savannah's hand. "I can't wait to see you in the final products."

"When will that be?" Savannah asks her.

"I'm hoping next week, or the week after," Trenyce informs her. "It really depends on production. Dominick doesn't like things late though."

"I've noticed," Savannah chuckles back to her. "How is your son?" Savannah almost immediately regrets asking because she knows that Trenyce and her are similar in age and they should both have a son who is around the same age. The fact that she doesn't have her son hurts Savannah to the very core.

Trenyce sighs a little and puts her head down. "Did I say something wrong?" Savannah asks, noting that Trenyce suddenly got a little sad.

Trenyce shakes her head and looks back up at Savannah. "I sent Andrew to visit his father. I know it's a good thing, but being away from him is the hardest thing to do."

"I know exactly what you mean," Savannah quickly replies to her.

Trenyce arches her eyebrow. "Do you have a child?"

Savannah nods her head back to her and gets tears in her eyes. "I'm sure you'll find this out sooner rather than later Trenyce. I was dating Vinny Victors brother, Dave. I had his baby."

"Wow," Trenyce quickly replies to her, surprised to hear the story. "My Aunt Daisy hadn't said anything to me about this. So, where is your baby? Dave couldn't possibly have him, he died."

Savannah puts her head down. "I know. When I gave birth, Dave was still alive. He took my baby. He stole my baby! I never got the chance to even hold him."

"My God," Trenyce says as she grabs Savannah's hand. "Have you told anyone about this? Vinny, Daisy or the police?"

Savannah shakes her head no as she wipes her eyes dry. Suddenly, she hears her cell phone ring. "Excuse me for a moment," she whispers, almost happy to get the break from the intense conversation with Trenyce. "Hello," she says as she picks up her phone. "Vinny, hi," Savannah continues, as Trenyce turns and looks at Savannah. "Yea, tomorrow works for me. We can meet and discuss Dave, sure. And the baby. Of course."

Trenyce breathes a sigh of relief when Savannah hangs up the phone. "I take it Vinny wants to talk to you?" she asks as Savannah nods her head back. "That's a good thing. Vinny will help you find your baby Savannah. Everything will work out in the end. You'll see."

Savannah fakes a smile, hoping that everything will work out in end. She just wants to have her baby back.

Scene Four - The Sugarbowl

Bob sits at a booth reading the paper over a cup of coffee. He can see that the recent launch of Petals from Robertson Enterprises is doing well on the markets and in sales. He takes a deep breath knowing that he has to make some serious changes at Roboto to keep up with Robertson. More so now that he's lost Veronica Lane, Leah and Jeff recently as employees. He needs a new, fresh executive that will bring in some new creative ideas. He has to continue to think outside the box to keep Roboto relevant.

His eyes happen to look up when the front door of the coffeehouse opens and he sees Reese enter. Bob arches his eyebrow as he watches the young man walk to the counter to place his order. He knows that Olivia and Preston were both professionals in their own right. He wonders what Reese's deal is; he had been modelling for Robertson, but Dominick has since switched models.

Bob finds himself standing up and walking towards Reese. "Mr. Wilkins, hello," Bob says to Reese as he arrives at the coffee bar where Reese is placing some cream into his coffee.

"Mr. Calimo," Reese smiles awkwardly, as he and Bob usually don't interact. "What a nice day, hey?"

Bob nods his head. "It is indeed. Do you have a moment? I'd love to talk to you about something."

Reese checks his watch and then nods back to him. "Sure, what's going on?"

They move back to the booth where Bob was initially sitting. "I always had a deep respect for your mother and father," Bob begins to say to Reese. "And I'm just wondering what exactly you're up to these days?"

Reese arches his eyebrow. "Thank you, that means a lot to me. My parents always spoke very highly of you. As for me, I'm sort of at a crossroads right now. I'm trying to determine what's next for me."

"You went to University, yes?"

"I did. I went to the University of California a few years ago and studied Business. I'm not sure it's the direction I want to go in. I was modelling recently," Reese informs Bob.

"Would you be interested in business?" Bob suddenly asks him. "I have a few positions open at Roboto right now, and I'm looking for a young, creative mind that will help the company with some new projects. I think you may be a perfect fit."

Reese opens his eyes wide in surprise. "Really? Wow, I wasn't expecting to be offered a job today."

"At least tell me that you'll think about it?" Bob asks him back, not wanting to scare him off.

"You know what Mr. Calimo?" Reese begins to say back to him. "I've spent enough time trying to think things over. I'll take the job. When do I start?"

Scene Five - The Black House; Adam, Helen & Dawn's Home

"You're home early," Helen smiles to her husband as he sits down at the kitchen table, looking for some lunch. "I thought you were going to be at school most of the day."

Adam takes a drink of his milk and sets the glass back down on the table. "I took the afternoon off. I wanted to be with my wife."

Helen smiles as she brings him over a sandwich and sits next to him. "That was nice of you."

"After everything we have been through Helen, I really want to make sure that we don't take anything for granted anymore. I want us to always put each other first from now on."

Helen touches her husband's hand. "You're so good to me."

"We are good for each other," he replies to her with a wink. He takes a bite of his sandwich and recalls another reason that he took the afternoon off. He has to tell Helen that Cassie is pregnant, and that there is a chance that he is the father. He is dreading the conversation but he realizes that the longer he goes without telling Helen, the more upsetting the news will be for her. With any luck, he won't be the father and they can finally put the entire Cassie mess behind them once and for all.

"Thank you for the sandwich," Adam tells her as he takes the last bite.

"Anytime," Helen tells him as he clears the plate. "You have to keep up your strength, you're still recovering."

"But I'm getting better every day. Soon, I will be back to normal," he says with a slight grin. "Let's move to the living room. There's something I'd like to discuss with you."

Helen pauses for a moment wondering what Adam could want to talk to her about. There was something in his voice that makes her feel unsettled. "Is everything okay?"

"I'm fine, Dawn is fine," he quickly replies as they enter the living room and sit on the sofa together. "It's about Cassie."

Helen sighs heavily. "She's the last thing I want to talk about."

"I know," he tells her. "But something has happened and you have to know."

"Okay, okay," Helen replies, wanting to get the topic over and done with.

"The doctors have learned that she's pregnant," Adam reveals to Helen, who looks back at Adam with a blank stare on her face. "And there's a chance that I'm the father of the baby."

He watches as Helen's mouth falls open. She quickly covers it as tears form in her eyes. "Please tell me this isn't happening," she whispers in shock.

Scene Six - Twin Peaks Police Department; The Holding Cells

Natasha slowly walks towards Donovan's holding cell. Immediately after the custody hearing, she tried to call Robbie to see how he was doing, but it went straight to his voicemail. She left him a message telling him how sorry she was once again and to call her if he needs anything. Now, she knows that she has to focus her attention on Donovan and proving his innocence as his trial is coming up quickly too. She reaches his cell and sees him laying on the small cot in the cell.

"Donovan," she calls out quietly. "Are you awake?"

Donovan quickly looks up at his half sister and sits up on the cot. "I'm up. I don't sleep well in here. I'm surprised to see you here today. What's going on?"

Natasha shrugs her shoulders. "Besides wanting to see you? We need to start going over your case. Your trial is coming up soon. We have to plan your defence."

Donovan sighs and wonders if there's even any hope for him to get out of this mess. The police have his shoe print next to the body and he doesn't have an alibi. "How bad does it look?" he asks her. "Don't keep anything from me Natasha, please."

Natasha sighs a little. "They have some pretty good evidence, but it's not concrete. They don't have the shoes that you were wearing. They don't know where you were, so you could have been any where. We just have to stay strong and focused. Is there anything else that you can think of that could help your case?"

Donovan moves closer to her and looks around to ensure no one else can hear them. "Victoria is going to Italy to see if she can find Jonas."

"Who is Jonas?"

"He was my fathers' right hand man. If anyone knows how my father died, it could be him," Donovan reveals to Natasha.

Natasha nods back to him. "Okay, that's good. We just have to hope she finds him sooner rather than later. We don't have any time to waste here Donovan."

"Then, let's hope Victoria finds Jonas quickly."

Scene Seven - Twin Peaks International Airport

Victoria sits on chair waiting for her flight to Italy to board. As she sits, she wonders how Robbie is doing in court trying to get custody of Paige. She hates that she has to leave him in a time when he may need her, but she has to try to help Donovan prove his innocence and going to Italy to find Jonas is just thing that could save him. She can't let her brother go down for something he didn't do.

She sighs to herself. "I'm doing the right thing," she says to herself. "I can't let Donovan go to jail for something he didn't do. I won't let that happen."

She stands up to stretch her legs and hears her plane number get called to start boarding. She picks up her carry on bag and starts to walk to the line up. She turns around when she hears someone calling out her name. She sees Robbie rushing towards her.

"Robbie?" she gasps, stunned to see him at the airport. "What are you doing here?"

He gives her half a smile as he reaches her. "I couldn't let you leave without seeing you."

"Did you get custody of Paige?" she asks him as she hugs him. They exit the embrace and he puts his head down for a moment, immediately causing her to realize what happened. "Oh, Robbie, I'm so sorry."

"It's okay," Robbie replies to her, trying not to dwell on it. "I don't want you to go to Italy alone. I want to come with you. I want to help you find Jonas and save Donovan."

"What are you saying?" she asks him, surprised by his words.

"Let's go to Italy, right now, together," he grins as he holds up his passport in his hand.
