Scene One - The Towers, Floor Five; Craig & Andy's Condo

"Do you think it's lame that we aren't doing anything special for New Year's this year?" Craig asks his boyfriend as he comes into the living room holding a large bowl of popcorn as the two have decided to stay in and watch some movies on TV instead of going out to some big party.

Andy shakes his head no, "Of course not," he says. "After everything that has happened in the last few weeks, I'm happy to have some time alone and out of the public eye."

Craig nods his head back to him as he moves towards the sofa, "How is Trenyce doing?" He knows that Andy has been through a lot with his friend lately; saving her from Casey's clutches at the Calimo cabin.

Andy sighs and looks up at his boyfriend. "She claims to be okay, but how would you feel if you found out your lover was really a crazed kidnapper?"

Craig chuckles a little, "Point well taken."

"Not only that, but she saw him die in front of her. If Vinny and I hadn't been there," Andy continues say, replaying the horrific moment over and over again in his head how and saved Trenyce from the icy waters of the pond at the Calimo cabin.

"You were there. You saved her. You're a hero Andy," Craig tells him as he puts his hand on his leg. "We should all be as lucky to have a friend like you in our corner."

Andy smiles back to his lover, "Thanks Craig. I don't know why I'm getting so emotional about this now."

"It happens all the time," he informs him. "In the heat of the moment, you don't think you just do what your instincts tell you to do. Your instincts told you to save Trenyce and that's what you did. It's only natural to after the fact realize everything that actually went down."

"I suppose you're right," Andy replies to him as he hears his phone ring. "Excuse me for a second."

Craig watches his boyfriend walk over to his phone and pick it up. "Hello … Victoria! Hey, Happy New Year to you too …. What? You're kidding! When did this happen? … Unbelievable. It just seems like it's one thing after another around here … Yes, of course you have my support. I will do everything I can to help … Okay, keep me posted. Tell Donovan I'll come visit very soon … Okay, thanks you too. Bye."

"What was that all about?" Craig asks him as he puts some popcorn into his mouth.

Andy puts his phone back down on the end table, "You won't believe this."

Craig arches his eyebrow. "Try me?"

"Donovan was arrested on Christmas Day, for killing his father Ernesto!"

Craig's eyes open wider, "What? He doesn't seem like a killer."

"Because he's not. Of course he didn't do it," Andy quickly defends his friend causing his boyfriend to become a little uneasy. "I told Victoria that I would help in any way I could to help prove Donovan's innocence."

"Are you sure that's wise?" Craig asks him, not realizing that he could be coming across as a jealous lover. "Do you really want to get caught up in a murder investigation?"

Andy moves back over to the sofa, "It's my instinct kicking in," he says back to Craig. "I know that Donovan is innocent. I will help him prove it if he needs help."

Craig smiles back to his boyfriend knowing that Andy means well, but he hates how much he is willing to risk for this friend of his. "I guess I should admire you. Doing all these amazing things for your friends."

"I would do it for you too," Andy quickly replies to his lover.

"I know you would. I feel lucky to have you Andy, I really do," Craig says back to Andy as he grabs his hand. "I love you and never want to lose you."

Scene Two - The Tower's, Floor Eight; Victoria's Condo

"So Kim is making progress, that's great news," Victoria tells Robbie as she pours him another glass of red wine and walks over to the sofa where he is sitting.

"You know, I will be so happy when this year is over," Robbie tells her as she sits next to him and he takes the glass of red wine. "It has been probably the longest and hardest year of my life."

Victoria gives him half a smile, "Oh, it hasn't all been bad, has it?" she asks him, knowing that they officially hooked up this past year. For her, it has been her highlight because she too has had a long, rough year with her father coming back to town, tormenting her and then being killed. Not to mention finding out Eva is her mother.

Robbie smiles back to her as he looks at her, "No, it hasn't all been bad," he says as he leans in and gives her a kiss on the lips. "In fact, this has been the best part of 2013."

"For me too Robbie," she replies as she kisses him again. "So this should probably be our last glass of wine if we have to head to the mansion soon."

Robbie stands up and walks to the window to look at the sky line of the city. "Yea, I'm excited for what Shane has planned but …"

"I know it can't be easy for you to be at your child hood home today," she replies as she comes up behind him and puts her arms around him. "It's been two years since…"

"Sofia died," he whispers back to her as he drops his head, recalling how his Mom died by Cassie's hands two years ago. "I still miss her, you know."

"I know, I don't think that'll ever stop Robbie. She was such a positive light in your life. I wish that my parents would have been that for me."

Robbie turns and hugs her, "You know I couldn't do this without, right?"

Victoria smiles as she looks up to him. "Oh Robbie, I love you." She almost immediately regrets saying those words to him as she knows that he has been through the ringer in the last year having grieved for his mother, dealing with Bob marrying Kim, Natasha's kidnapping and learning that Paige isn't his daughter which lead to his divorce from Leah. "I'm so sorry," she quickly says back to him. "I shouldn't have."

He shakes his head, "Don't be sorry. I have fallen in love with you too," he whispers back to her as he leans in and kisses her passionately. They part the kiss, "Should we get ready to go?"

Scene Three - Twin Peaks Police Station; The Holding Cells

Eva walks down the cement walkway to some cells, where she quickly sees Donovan sitting on his cot in his cell. She moves over quickly to his cell and looks at her son. She hates that he has been arrested for killing Ernesto because she knows that he did not do the crime. There's no way that her baby boy would do such a thing, especially to his father. Despite everything, she knows that he cared for Ernesto on some level. She just has to prove that her son is innocent of his crime. She can't let him stay in jail for something he didn't do.

"Mom," Donovan tells her as he stands up and moves closer to the bars that he is behind, surprised to see her.. "Why are you here? It's New Year's Eve, you should be out celebrating."

Eva shakes her head at him, "Celebrating what? I can't celebrate a damn thing knowing that you're in here. How are you holding up?"

Donovan looks to the ground knowing that being in jail hasn't been easy for him. "I'm surviving Eva, I will be okay."

"Donovan!" she tells him a stern whispered voice. "Look at me," she tells him as he looks up and sees his mother's determined eyes. "I will get you out of here. You just have to me more time to prove your innocence, okay?"

Donovan gives her half a smile, "Thanks."

"Now, this shoe print that they found on the pier, that could have come from anyone, right? They couldn't have possibly have just arrested you on that information."

Donovan shakes his head, "It was my shoe print," he reveals to a stunned Eva. "They found my shoes. They were in some dumpster downtown."

"What?" Eva gasps at her son's information. "Why did you get rid of your shoes?"

Donovan looks back at her with fear in his eyes."I didn't. I didn't even realize those shoes were missing."

"So someone is setting you up?" Eva tells him as she moves closer to the bars. "But who would do this to you? And why?"

Donovan shakes his head. "I don't know. I'm getting scared though. I don't want to spend the rest of my life in jail for something I didn't do."

Eva looks at her son and grabs his hand through the bars, "You won't Donovan. I am telling you with every fibre in my being I will prove that you didn't kill that monster. You will be okay."

Donovan looks at his mom and smiles slightly at her, "Thanks Mom. I really appreciate it. I just hope you're right."

Scene Four - The Wilkins Estate; Reese & Madeline's Home

"I was surprised to get your call earlier," Madeline reveals to Will as she pours him another vodka beverage from the large bar in the living room of the Wilkins Estate. "I would have thought that you would be spending New Year's with Eva."

Will smirks at her as she passes him his beverage, "Thank you," he says as he takes the drink and has a sip. "That's good drink," he winks at her. "I don't know if you've heard, but Eva and I … I don't really know what's going on there right now."

Madeline arches her eyebrow as she moves over from the bar and sits next to him, "I haven't heard. Why don't you know what's going on between the two of you. Last time we spoke, you were thinking of asking her to marry you."

Will nods his head as he takes another drink of his beverage. "You're right. I was. And, I did, actually."

"So what happened?"

Will laughs a little, "Ernesto Moretti happened."

Madeline shakes her head in confusion, "I thought I heard on the news that he was killed or something like that."

"Yup," Will replies to her. "Damn, Maddie this really is an awesome drink. It's New Year's Eve, bottoms up."

Madeline laughs a little as she takes a drink of her of vodka drink sensing that Will wants her to get drunk.

"Before Ernesto died," Will continues to tell her. "He revealed that he and Eva were never divorced. This all went down right after I asked her to marry me."

"Oh man," Madeline replies to him as she takes another drink. "That must have been harsh. I am sorry."

Will rolls his eyes. "Well after learning that she had children that she never disclosed, I'm just left feeling that she has too many secrets, you know? It got to the point where I was always questioning what else she could be hiding."

Madeline nods her head. "I get that. People with baggage suck."

Will laughs back at her. "You sound like you're talking from experience."

"I am! People in this town can be so …"

"Up tight?" Will asks he finishes her sentence.

"Yes!" she smiles back to him as she puts her hand on his leg. "I just … I'm so over it."

"Me too."

"Let's toast to that!" she says, as she starts to feel the alcohol in her blood.

They toast and then both take another drink. "That was lame. We should toast another way," she tells him as they lock eyes.

"What did you have in mind?" he smirks at her.

She leans in and gives him a kiss on the lips. She pulls back but they look at each other again and soon are kissing once again, more passionately than before.

***

Upstairs in Reese's room, Dean smiles at his boyfriend as he takes his shirt off.

"What are you doing?" Reese asks as he lays on the bed reading a book.

"It's New Year's Eve," Dean replies to him as he looks at his boyfriend full of lust. "You can't tell me that you really just want to read all night."

Reese puts his book down and looks at his buff lover, "No, but I'm sure what you're getting at."

"Come on," Dean smirks back to him. "It's been so long since we've fooled around. Why not now?"

"How do I know that there's not a camera about to film us?" Reese asks, not interested in having sex with Dean at this moment. He's still trying to figure out what happened the night that Dean was able to film him in a solo scene.

"I'm not the star," Dean tells him as he comes up and tries to kiss Reese.

"I'm not in the mood," Reese tells him back, pushing Dean off of him.

"You're never in the mood anymore," Dean spits back at him, growing frustrated with his lack of sex life these days. "You know, I may just have to go out and find a guy that'll finish me off."

"Then go," Reese replies to him. "I've been thinking for awhile that this isn't working. I'm just not sure that I want to break up yet."

"Well that the hell are you waiting for?" Dean asks him back.

"I want to know what happened the night you filmed me. Until I remember, I want to keep you around."

Dean rolls his eyes, "You're so pathetic Reese. I drugged you for crying out loud. I slipped you a pill in one of your drinks. You were awake but not really present. You put on a good fucking show. You know it was hot. You saw it. You know you could make more and we could be rich."

Reese's eyes light up at the words Dean tells him, "You son of a bitch!" he yells, livid at his revelation. "You drugged me?"

Dean nods his head, "Does that make you feel better? Can you let it go now so we can move on? I don't care if you dump me, but we can still work together on your career."

"Get the fuck out of my bedroom and out of my house!" Reese yells at Dean as he throws him his shirt.

Dean shakes his head, "You're kidding me right? Do you know what time it? Do you know where you live? There's no way I can get a cab at this hour to come out here and pick me up."

"I don't' care," Reese says grinding his teeth. "Get out before I call security and have you thrown out."

"Reese!" Dean tries to plead.

"OUT!" Reese yells at him, as he watches Dean scramble to get his belongings and leave the bedroom. Once Dean is gone, Reese covers his mouth and feels tears swell in his eyes as he now knows why he can't remember the filming of the solo video. He can't believe that Dean would do such a thing. Worse yet, Reese was actually considering another video after he saw how much money was coming in. "Never again will I believe a word you say," he whispers to himself, as he suddenly feels dirty and craving a shower.

Scene Five - Twin Peaks General Hospital; Kim's Room

"I just can't believe how much progress you've made in such a short time," Bob tells Kim as she lays in her bed in the hospital.

Kim turns and looks at her husband shrugging her shoulders, "The entire time I was in my coma, I could hear you, Natasha, Andy and Robbie all praying for me. I couldn't have done this without your love."

"And I do love you Kimberly," he says as he grabs his wife's hand and squeezes it. "More than you'll ever know."

Kim gets some tears in her eyes, "I love you too Bob. I am looking forward to getting out of here though."

"Well now," Bob replies to her. "We don't want to rush anything. Just a week ago, you were in a coma and we didn't know if you were going to survive."

"And now here I am, almost better than ever," Kim smiles back to him. "I'm even breathing on my own."

"All in good time," Bob says to her. "I don't want you to rush anything."

"The doctors are saying I should be released next week," Kim informs him as a small smile comes to his face.

"I will hire you a personal nurse for the house. I don't want you to over due it."

"You don't have to do that, but I appreciate it," Kim says back to him. "How are you doing Bob?"

Bob arches his eyebrow, "I'm fine, why do you ask?"

Kim looks at him, deep into his eyes. "I'm not stupid. I know what today is. You wouldn't be human if you weren't thinking about Sofia today.

Bob looks down, "It's been two years."

She squeezes his hand, "I know. That's why I asked you how you were doing. It can't be easy for you, today of all days."

Bob looks back at her, "I miss her. I can't deny that. But, I believe that she's in a better place. A place where no one can hurt her. A place where she can look down on her family and make sure that we are all okay. A place where she knows that I did the right thing by marrying you."

"Oh Bob," Kim says as she gets tears in her eyes.

"I don't know what I would have done if I had lost you Kimberly," he replies to her as he looks her in the eyes and caresses her face with his hand.

"You didn't lose me. I'm right here," she whispers as he leans in and gives her a kiss on the lips. "I love you Bob. Happy New Year."

"Happy New Year Kimberly."

Scene Six - The Calimo Mansion; The Guest House

"Natasha?" Shane calls from the bottom of the stairs as Cory, Robin, Victoria, Robbie, Helen and Adam all sit on the sofa in the living room. "Can you come down here please?"

Shane turns and looks at his friends as they sit on the sofa and smiles. "Are you sure she has no idea what you have planned?" Cory asks her as he plays with his thumbs, believing that Natasha will be thrilled with Shane's surprise.

"I'm positive," Shane replies, unable to hide the smile on his face.

"What is it Shane?" Natasha as she as she reaches the top of the stairs and looks down. "What's going on? Cory, Robin? Victoria, Robbie, Adam and Helen? What are you guys doing here?"

"I have a surprise for you," Shane tell her as she walks down the stairs.

"A surprise?" Natasha asks him as she smiles reaching the bottom of the stairs. "What have you planned? I thought we were going to stay in on New Years?"

"We are," he tells her as he gives her a quick kiss on the lips. "I invited them over because I want to marry you. Tonight. Please tell me you'll say yes."

"You want to get married? Now?" Natasha asks, shocked by his request. She looks out at her family and friends not able to believe Shane has thrown this together.

Shane nods his head, "I don't care what you look like. I don't care about anything. Father Murphy is in the kitchen. All you have to do is say yes and we can have the wedding of our dreams."

"Of course I'll marry you Shane," Natasha tells him as they hug, having wanted to get married for so long. "I don't want to wait any longer either. We've wasted enough time."

"I couldn't agree more," Shane smiles back to her. "Father! She said yes!"

Father Murphy comes out of the kitchen with a grin on his face. "I suspected as much," he smiles, knowing how much the couple has been through. "Come join me over here, will you?"

Shane and Natasha move over by Father Murphy and they take hands. "I'll keep this short and sweet since I know you two have waited for this moment for a very long time."

"Yes, we have," Natasha smiles as she turns and looks out at her friends and family sitting behind her, still stunned that all of this his happening right now.

"Shane and Natasha, you two have proved that you love each other more than anything and anyone else in this world. You have stuck together through thick and thing and have over come more obstacles than any other couple I know," Father Murphy tells them. "It gives me great honour to be here today."

"Shane, do you take this woman to be your wedded wife?"

"I do," Shane beams as he looks into Natasha's eyes.

"Natasha, do you take this man to be your wedded husband?"

"I do," Natasha replies as she feels water building in her eyes.

"Shane, would you like to say anything to Natasha?" Father Murphy asks him.

Shane nods his head, "Natasha, I love you so much. I love you more and more each and every day that passes. When we are together, life is beautiful. We have over come so much to get to this point, I want you to know that I will never stop loving you and I will never stop wanting you to be my wife."

Natasha wipes her eyes as she smiles back to her lover. "Natasha, do you have something to say to Shane?"

"I didn't plan anything," she smiles with some laughter. "When I was locked in the cage," she begins to say. "The only thing that kept me going was thinking about you and our love. You love me with everything you have Shane. You love my good side, my bad side, all the sides of me. I feel so amazingly lucky to have such a wonderful man in my life. I will never stop wanting to be your wife and have you as my husband."

Shane looks at her and smiles at her. "I love you," he says to her.

"I love you too."

"By the power invested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride," Father Murphy tells them as Shane leans in and kisses Natasha. The guests stand and start to clap as the couple kiss, finally married after all this time.

Scene Seven - Twin Peaks General Hospital; Cassie's Room

Cassie looks out the window and sighs. She hates that she has been caught and is spending her New Years Eve alone and handcuffed to the hospital bed. She was so very close to getting Shane back and being with him and Dawn again. She knows that Natasha was the down fall of her entire plan.

"If you hadn't come over that day questioning me about kissing Shane," she whispers to herself. "My plan would have worked. It was so good."

No matter what she says or does though, she was busted and that makes her hate Natasha even more than she already did.

She moves her hand to her stomach as she is carrying a baby. "I will ruin your life Natasha. I will make you life a living hell. And I will get Shane back. And this baby, this precious baby, is my key to doing just that," she smiles to herself. "Happy New Year Twin Peaks, only it won't be very happy. Not if I can help it."
