Scene One - The Pampa Grill

Eva looks at Ernesto and points her finger at him, “Don’t do this Ernesto. This is not the time,” she warns him. The last thing Eva wants is for Ernesto to ruin the moment that just happened between her and Will; he proposed and she accepted. After so many months of being at odds with each other, Will has finally come back around and they are moving forward with the life together. She glares at Ernesto, hoping that he won’t ruin this for her.

Ernesto arches his eyebrow, “You just revealed that you’re engaged Eva, when is a better time? Everyone should know the truth about what’s going on here.”

“What the hell are you talking about?” Will asks him, grinding his teeth at the man. He has grown to truly hate Ernesto for all the of the damage he has done to him and Eva’s family.

“Eva can’t marry you,” Ernesto happily informs Will. “Because she’s still married to me. We never got divorced.”

Will’s mouth falls open as he looks at Ernesto then back at Eva, who covers her mouth in shock. He waits for a moment hoping for Eva to say something, anything, but she never does.

“Tell me this isn’t true,” Will pleads with her, rocked by another one of her secrets coming to light.

She shakes her head and looks at him, “I faked my death,” she whispers in horror, stunned that Ernesto has revealed this to everyone. “In the eyes of the court, he would have been a widower. There was no divorce because I never actually left him. As soon as he saw me alive, I went back to being his wife.”

Will glares at her, “So how exactly did you think that we were going to get married?” he asks her, wondering why she would accept his proposal when she knew that she was still married to the monster standing there.

“Because I love you Will!” Eva cries to him, desperate for him to understand. “I don’t think it would be hard to get this shame of a marriage annulled or something. It’s been years since Ernesto and I have lived together as husband and wife.”

“Only because I believed you were dead my dear,” Ernesto chimes in to them. He gets a wicked grin on his face, “And believe me, if you try to divorce me now, I will fight you every single step of the way. I, want my marriage to work. I want my family to be together. I always have.”

Eva looks at Will helplessly wondering how she can get rid of Ernesto. Will looks back at her but quickly looks away from them both. He sighs heavily, “I can’t deal with this anymore. You two have so much baggage,” he says as he quickly walks away from the table.

“Will!” Eva calls out, hoping to stop him but he’s already storming out of the restaurant. She looks up at her husband, “Damn you Ernesto! Damn you straight to hell!”

Scene Two - The Sugarbowl

“Have you had any luck at all finding Natasha yet?” Andy asks Kim as they sit at the large table that stretches across the front window of the coffee house. Andy called his sister to meet him today so they could have a catch up as it has been awhile since they have seen each other. He hasn’t seen much of her since her marriage to Bob in Las Vegas a few months ago but he realizes that she has been rather busy with a lot of things, lately Natasha’s disappearance.

Kim dangles some diamond bracelets on her arm as she picks up her coffee cup and takes a sip of her drink, “I’m afraid not. Wherever she went, she is making sure that she made it hard for no one to find her.”

Andy arches his eyebrow, “You still don’t seem convinced that something is wrong with her leaving town.”

Kim looks at her brother and pauses before answering. She has always believed that Natasha did run away because of her marriage to Bob; the only reason she is trying to locate Natasha is because she wants Bob to think that she is being supportive.

“I think Natasha is getting exactly what she wants out of this,” Kim reveals to him in a whisper.

Andy nods his head back to her, “I hope you’re right.”

Kim gives him a little smirk, “How are you doing? Things are still good with you and Craig?”

Andy nods back, “I moved in with him the other day.”

“You did?” Kim replies, happy that her brother is taking the next step with his doctor boyfriend. “That’s lovely news.”

Andy smiles, “I hope so. I really feel like this relationship is different, you know? I don’t sense that the same ending will come from the last time I lived with a boyfriend.”

“JC…” Kim quickly says as she rolls her eyes.

“Yea,” Andy laughs a little. “So it’s all good right now.”

“Between my new marriage and you moving in with Craig, it seems we are both in good spaces right now.”

Andy laughs again. “I know, so weird!”

“I’m just saying, I think it would be nice if we had dinner with Helen,” Trenyce tells Casey as they enter the coffee house side by side. “I’d like to get to know your family better.”

Casey sighs, growing frustrated with his girlfriend. He knows that he can’t let Trenyce ever find out the truth about his connection to Cassie and their evil plan, but she doesn’t seem to want to let it drop. She has been pressing more and more about his relationship with his supposed sister and he isn’t sure of how he should be handling it.

“I can even cook at my place if you want. It would save you and Helen the trouble of putting anything together,” Trenyce says back to him as they wait in the line to place their order.

“I don’t think it’s a good idea Trenyce,” Casey finally tells her, needing her to drop the idea. “Helen is going through a lot right now and the last thing she will want to do is socialize with you and I.”

“But this is important, it’s the next step in our relationship.”

“I said drop it,” Casey snaps at her. “It’s not going to happen. Order me a coffee, I’m going to find us a table.”

Trenyce watches as Casey storms off wondering why he got so upset over a family dinner suggestion. She turns around and wonders how well she really knows her boyfriend after all or if there is more going on than meets the eye with him and Helen.

In the back corner booth, Cassie and Shane sit across from each other as they chit chat. Shane, of course, is still under the assumption that the woman sitting across from him is Helen, not his deranged-presumed-dead wife.

“No updates on Natasha, I take it?” she asks him, already knowing the answer to her question but she wants to continue to plant seeds into Shane’s head that Natasha has left him for good.

Shane shakes his head and looks back at her, “Not a single word. I’m beginning to think that you’re right though Helen. Maybe Natasha was reaching the end of her limits and she needed a space. I don’t know what else to think.”

Cassie nods her head, “The way I look at it Shane is that if something foul had happened, wouldn’t we have heard something by now? Like a ransom demand or something. Everyone knows how much money Bob Calimo has. If Natasha was in danger, we would have heard something by now.”

Shane looks at her, “You’re right. It’s just a hard pill to swallow, you know?”

Cassie reaches over and grabs Shane’s hand squeezing it, “I’m here for you for whatever you need, you know that right?”

He nods back to her, “I do, and I appreciate that Helen. I really do. Have you heard from Adam regarding the divorce yet?”

Cassie shakes her head no, “I don’t think there’s anything to really discuss. When I told him that I was planning to file, he seemed to understand that there wasn’t anything we could do to save the marriage.”

“You’re still okay with that?”

“I am. I have to be,” she quickly replies to him. “I have to stay strong for Dawn. I don’t want her to see me crack or fall apart. Adam and I haven’t been on the same page in so long, the divorce is the right thing to do.”

“You know I’m here for you if you need anything, right?”

Cassie winks over at him, “I just may take you up that Dr. Glubbs.”

“I can’t believe you just said that!” Daisy laughs at her new lover, Vinny, as they walk into the coffee house. “Leave that kind of talk for the bedroom.”

Vinny arches his eyebrow and looks at Daisy as he smiles. He is on cloud nine after their recent date where they finally made love for the first time. He is so happy after everything that has happened between the two of them that they are finally moving into the next step of their relationship. He has wanted to show her this side of him for so long now, it’s a dream that it’s finally happening.

“I will remember that,” he winks at her. “You want me to talk dirty to you in the bedroom.”

She slaps his shoulder and giggles, “You’re too much, you know that?”

“But you like it, don’t you?” he replies to her as he leans in and gives her a kiss on the lips.

She responds to the kiss and moves her hand to his face, “I do,” she smiles back to him.

As they reach the line up of the coffee house, he looks at her and grabs her hand, “Do you know how happy you’ve made me?”

“I can tell,” she replies to him. “You haven’t stopped smiling in a long time.”

“I just,” he begins to tell her. “I’ve waited so long to be with you like this Daisy. I want us to stay happy forever.”

“I’m happy too,” she smiles back to him.

“Can I get everyone’s attention?” Vinny suddenly announces to the entire coffee house as everyone turns and faces Vinny.

“What are you doing?” a slightly embarrassed Daisy says in a quiet voice to him.

“I am seeing this beautiful woman next to me and I couldn’t be happier that we are together!” he says to the coffee house, as everyone starts to clap for them.

Trenyce and Andy come up to Daisy and give her a quick hug as she tries to hide her blushed face.

“I’m happy too Vinny,” she keeps saying back to him, as he continues to be proud of their new found romance.

Scene Three - Robertson Enterprises; Dominick’s Office

Dominick looks over some notes on his desk and then quickly checks his watch as he knows that he is expecting a new model to come into his office very soon for an interview with him about joining Robertson Enterprises. As he reads the notes, he knows that he has to step it up against Roboto and Bob or he will fall to the sidelines. He refuses to let that happen, especially now that Bob is throwing Leah’s mistakes regarding Paige’s paternity in his face. He can’t believe that Bob would put their children’s lives in the midst of their feud, but he refuses to lose to his rival. He believes Sofia would be absolutely appalled by his behaviour.

“This new line that has to be fresh and edgy,” he says to himself as he looks at his notes. “And the model has to be beautiful. I will know as soon as I see her if she will do the trick.”

Before he can think about anything further, his phone rings and he picks it up, “Yes Maureen,” he says to his secretary. “Oh, she is, wonderful. Send her in.”

Dominick hangs up the phone as the door opens to his office and a stunning woman enters his office. She walks to the front of his office and smiles as she extends her hand to shake his, “Mr. Robertson?” she asks as she shakes his hand.

“Lovely to meet you, Ms…” Dominick replies to her.

“Pherson, Savannah Pherson,” she says back to him as she sits down in the chair.

Dominick can’t take his eyes off the tall, lean, beautiful woman that is in front of him. “You’re pictures don’t do you justice,” he says to her. “You’re beautiful.”

Savannah smiles with confidence, knowing that she has been a very successful model for a few years now. “Thank you. I hope that I am able to bring something new to your company for you.”

Dominick arches his eyebrow, “According to your resume, you’ve been working with some pretty big names in New York City.”

“I have, yes,” Savannah replies to him.

“Then I have to ask Ms. Pherson, why would you want to relocate to Twin Peaks and work for Robertson Enterprises? Surely, you would continue to have many opportunities in New York.”

Savannah nods and gives him a quick smile, “I know that I would. I’ve been modelling for a few years now and I would like to come to work for a big company like this. It would offer me a regular pay cheque, which would be ideal. It would offer me consistency. Most importantly, I’m looking to get away from the craziness that New York can offer. Don’t get me wrong, I love New York, but it can be draining after awhile.”

“That makes sense,” Dominick replies, still looking at her.

“The question becomes then, Mr. Robertson, do you think I have the image that you’re looking for here at Robertson Enterprises?” she asks as she purses her lips together.

Dominick smiles over to her, “I think you will fit in very well here,” he winks over at her. “Why don’t we look over some contracts to see if we can work something out.”

Savannah smiles back to him, “That sounds perfect.”

Scene Four - The Tower’s, The Penthouse; Cory & Robin’s Home

Robin reaches the top of the stairs and looks down into the living room of the penthouse. She spots Cory looking over some paperwork for Wild Night as he is working from home today. He didn’t want to go into the office, which she can’t really blame him. She has enjoyed the fact that they are staying at home together and enjoying being married again. She’s most pleased that he has told Madeline off for her lies over the past year and attempting to ruin their relationship.

“Are you in the middle of something?” she asks him as she starts to walk down the stairs to the main level of the penthouse.

Cory looks up from his inventory list and smiles at the sight of his wife, “Nothing that can’t wait. What’s going on with you? Are you feeling any better?” he asks her, knowing that earlier in the day she wasn’t feeling up to par.

She looks at him and nods, “I think so. I had a little nap and I am feeling a little better now.”

Cory looks at her, “Are you sure you’re okay? It’s not like you to be feeling under the weather. We don’t have to go to the doctor, do we? I can make an appointment.”

Robin smiles at him, “Thanks for taking care of me. And yes, I think we should probably make a doctor’s appointment.”

“Yea?” he asks back to her. “So you’re still not feeling great?”

Robin walks around to him and faces him as he sits on the sofa. “I know why I’m not feeling very well Cory.”

Cory arches his eyebrow, “You don't? Why?”

She smiles as she gets water in her eyes, “I’m pregnant.”

Cory’s eyes open wide as he can’t really believe what Robin just said to him. He isn’t sure that he heard her correctly. “A baby?” he asks her back, still shocked.

Robin nods back to him as a tear falls from her eye, “I took a test this morning.”

“You know those things aren’t always accurate,” he replies to her.

“That’s why I took two. Both positive. And it would explain the sickness I’ve been having,” she replies to him. “We are having a baby.”

“A baby?” Cory replies, trying to wrap his head around it.

“You keep saying that,” she smiles, hoping that he’s okay with her being with child. “You are happy about this right?”

“Oh my God,” he says standing up and hugging her. “Of course I am! I’m just surprised Robin,” he continues to say. “But of course I am happy. I love you and I can’t believe we created a little person together.”

Robin wipes her eyes before she kisses her husband again, “We are having a baby! A baby!”

Scene Five - MW Investigations

Adam slowly opens the front door of the PI firm and walks in. He’s still using a cane for support so he is moving slower than he is used too. Still, he is thrilled that he is finally out of the rehabilitation center and able to live his life again. Now, he has so many things he wants to focus on; like reconnecting with Dawn and finding out the truth about the night he was shot. He knows that Helen is telling him that Casey is the one who shot him and he has agreed to believe that side of the story because his memory is a complete haze about that night now. For awhile, he thought his memory was coming back and he was thinking it was Helen that shot him, but he can’t remember anything about that night now. He knows that something has to give though, he has to do something to get to the bottom of this. In his mind, it all starts with Casey and finding out the truth.

He walks over to Madeline’s office door and knocks on it before opening it, “Adam, hi,” Madeline says as she looks up from her desk to see him standing there. “It’s nice to see you out and about,” she smiles to him as he helps him into her office. “How can I help you?”

He sits in the chair and looks at her, “Thanks Madeline,” he begins to say. “I hope that you can help me.”

“What’s up? I can try to help if I can,” she replies to him, always looking for new cases to take on.

“This will stay between us, right?” Adam asks her as she nods her head back to him. “Okay, I need to get to the bottom of my shooting.”

Madeline nods her head, “Okay, I thought the police said that it was an accident and that your brother in law was the one that shot you.”

“That’s what they say, yes,” Adam responds to her. “The funny thing is, Madeline, my brother in law, Casey, he just mysteriously arrived in Twin Peaks. I don’t remember meeting him before the shooting. So, he shows up, shoots me and everything is perfect? Something isn’t sitting well with me.”

“Because you had never heard of him before?” Madeline asks him back, trying to decipher all the details of the story.

“And Helen was in that accident years ago,” Adam informs her. “It made her lose her memory, so how do we really know who this Casey guy is? He could be a complete con artist for all we know,” Adam informs her. “The timing of this all just seems …”

“It definitely seems like you should be asking these types of questions,” Madeline replies to him. “I will look into this Casey fellow for you Adam. Whatever I find out, I will let you know, okay?”

“Thanks Madeline,” Adam says back to her. “I really appreciate that.”

Scene Six - Twin Peaks Police Station; Robbie’s Office

“What’s going on that was so urgent sounding on the telephone?” Victoria asks Robbie as she enters his office and closes the door behind him. “Unless you want me to lock the door and be naughty in here,” she winks over at her new found lover.

He laughs a little at her, “That’s a hot idea,” he says back to her, “But I don’t think it’s a good idea right now. I have something that you need to see.” He holds up a video tape to her.

“What’s that?” she asks him as she moves over and sits in the chair across from him at his desk.

“It’s video surveillance from St. Joseph’s,” Robbie reveals to her, knowing that they have been looking for something to prove that Ernesto was behind her attack the day of Robin and Cory’s wedding. “The grounds keeper told me that they were able to go back to the day of Cory and Robin’s wedding and they can see your attack on the video from the camera that is in the garden.”

Victoria arches her eyebrow, “So my attack is on video?” she asks him, wondering if she can actually go through and see the video. She doesn’t know if she can see herself being attacked or want to know if her father is the one behind it. The thought of knowing if Ernesto was the one behind it scares her as it she would realize what he is truly capable of.

Robbie nods back to her, “They installed the camera’s a few years ago in the garden after they found that it was being vandalized. Do you want to see it?”

Victoria gulps and looks at Robbie. “Yes,” she finally says. “I want to know if my father was the one behind my attack.”

He puts the video into a small TV that he has in his office and they see the video come on to the screen. They see a figure in black behind the church waiting.

“That’s him?” Victoria asks as she points to the figure.

“Yup,” Robbie replies as they continue to watch the video. Soon, the figure pulls up the ski mask that he’s wearing and reveals his face. Robbie pauses the video and looks at the face. “Do you know who that is?”

Victoria moves closer to the screen, “He looks familiar,” she says to him as he continues to play the movie. Soon they see the figure attack Victoria, causing her to gasp.

“Shut it off,” she says not wanting to see herself be attacked.

“Now we just have to figure out who that man was,” Robbie replies to her as they look at each other.

“I remember who he is,” she reveals to him as they lock eyes. “It was Jonas, my father’s right hand man.”

Scene Seven - The Pier

Will walks down the pier wondering why every time he decides to move forward with a relationship, something seems to happen to move him backwards. He can’t believe that Eva is still legally married to Ernesto, so they really can’t be together. To make matters worse, Ernesto is claiming that he will protest the divorce if Eva tries to file. And, Eva has kept all of this information from him.

“Will,” Eva calls out to him as she rushed after him in hopes of making him understand what has happened. “Please hear me out.”

Will turns to her and looks at her, “Hear out what Eva? Another lie? Another disappointment?”

She sighs, “I didn’t think there was anything to tell,” she reveals to him. “I thought the marriage became null and void after so many years of being presumed dead.”

“It would had you really died, but you’re alive Eva. You can’t erase your past as much as you’d like to try too!”

“I know,” she replies as she grabs his hand. “We can get through this, please tell me that we can get through this.”

“All I know is that Ernesto has to pay for all the damage he’s done!”

“He will Will,” Eva replies to him. “Ernesto will go straight to hell, if it’s the last thing I do.”
