Scene One - The Black House; Adam, Helen & Dawn’s Home

“You want me to do an assignment?” Natasha questions Cassie, who is holding a pen and paper in her hands. Natasha doesn’t understand what kind of assignment Cassie would want her to do, but there’s no way she will help Cassie with any part of her wicked plan. She still can’t believe that she is being held hostage by the woman she thought had died after Sofia’s funeral. The woman that has tried to ruin her life so many times is still trying to come between her and Shane. “What kind of an assignment do you want me to do?”

Cassie gets a sly grin on her face, “People will start to question your whereabouts, as you already pointed out. It’s not happening with Helen because I have her face, so everyone thinks that I am her. I can’t let people question your disappearance.”

“Bob and Shane have probably started to already look for Natasha,” Helen replies to Cassie as she walks up beside Natasha. “Your plan won’t work for very long Cassie. Bob Calimo is a very powerful and resourceful man.”

“Stop trying to intimidate me,” Cassie quickly snaps back at them. “I know what I’m up against, and you know what? I will still win. This plan will work. I’ve come too far and worked too hard to go back now.”

Natasha watches as Cassie walks closer to the cage and passes her the pen and note pad. “Take this,” Cassie orders Natasha as she reaches for the pen and note pad. “I want you to write a goodbye letter to Shane.”

“No,” Natasha replies to her. “I won’t write Shane a letter. I won’t do that!”

“In the letter, I want you to explain that you left town to clear your head. Claim that you had too much going on with Bob marrying Kim, you know, you were too upset with that decision so you’ve left,” Cassie continues with a twinkle in her eye. She loves what she has come up with to make the letter realistic. “And you have no idea when you’ll be back. And oh!” Cassie suddenly gets a huge smile on her face. “Say that you’re tempted by drugs again.”

“What makes you think I will go along with this crazy idea of yours?” Natasha asks her, still shaking her head. “I won’t do this.”

“Oh, but you will,” Cassie replies as she turns around and points a gun at Natasha. “Because if you don’t, I will kill you right here and right now. And guess what? Shane will then see your dead body and move on anyways. At least I’m giving you an option to stay alive.”

Natasha gulps and looks at Helen, who nods at her thinking that Natasha should do what Cassie says. “Fine, I’ll write the letter.”

“Good, and don’t try to send any secret signals in the letter. If I don’t like what I read, I will give it back to you and you can try again. But I’m warning you, don’t test my patience Natasha, because it’s thin today,” Cassie replies at her as she points the gun in her direction. “And I would hate for you to see what happens when my patience wears out.”

Scene Two - The Wilkins Estate; Reese & Madeline’s Home

“It really seems like nothing goes off as planned in Twin Peaks,” Dean muses to Reese as they walk back into the large mansion after they left the church and the cancelled wedding. They decided to come back to the mansion to try to put their relationship back together since they have been at odds since their recent trip to LA, where Dean suggested that Reese do a gay porn video. Dean knows that Reese is apprehensive about the entire situation, which most new stars are, but he thinks that Reese would be a great new addition on the scene. The money that they could make is staggering, Dean realizes; he still has to convince Reese of this.

“It does seem like every event is ruined by some sort of revelation,” Reese replies to Dean as he unlocks the door. “It does feel good to be home,” Reese says as they enter the mansion. “I just hope Robin and Cory are able to have the wedding they’ve always wanted. They deserve that much.”

Dean arches his eyebrow, “Me too. I can’t see that happening today though.”

“Yea, I think I’m going to go upstairs and change,” Reese says as he starts to loosen the tie around his neck. “You want to change too or?”

“Nah, I think I’m good. I will make us a drink and meet you in the living room?” Dean suggests as he begins to walk into the other room.

“Sounds good,” Reese replies as he heads up the stairs. He quickly changes into jeans and a t-shirt and heads back downstairs to see his lover sitting on the sofa. He looks over at Dean and gives him half a smile, “I’m glad you were able to come home with me. I think we need to talk and clear the air about what’s been happening between us. I hate this tension.”

“I couldn’t agree more,” Dean replies to him as Reese sits next to him. “I really am sorry if you were blindsided about the nude modelling idea and porn idea Reese,” he says to his boyfriend. “I really thought we were on the same page. I don’t know how the signals got crossed but it really wasn’t my intention. I hope you believe me.”

Reese sighs and feels himself smile uncontrollably as he has waited for a few weeks to hear Dean say those words to him. “That means a lot to me Dean,” Reese replies to him grabbing his hand. “I just hope you know that I can’t go down that path. It’s just not … me,” he continues to explain to him.

Dean nods and looks at Reese, “I don’t want to pressure you,” he begins to say to him. “But do you know the kind of money that we could make Reese? You’re so hot, you’d be a huge hit. We could be rolling in the dough.”

Reese laughs a little, “Dean, I don’t care about money. My parents left me very well off, I want to do work that I can proud of.”

“There’s a lot of stars that are proud of their work Reese,” Dean explains to him. “A lot of stars are really teaching the average person what and how to have good sex.”

“I’m not interested,” Reese continues to press to Dean. “We have to look at other avenues of modelling, or I won’t model any more at all.”

Dean sighs and looks at his boyfriend, “Okay,” he fakes a smile, realizing it may be more difficult than he realized to make Reese understand. “I won’t press anymore.”

Scene Three - St. Joseph’s Church

The words hit Leah like a ton of bricks and she feels herself falling back until she’s sitting on the ground of the church. She had been kneeling in front of Robbie trying to make him understand her affair with Jeff and that Paige really is his daughter, even though she knows the truth is different from that. When Jeff announced that he wanted a paternity test, she couldn’t handle it anymore. She looks up and Jeff with desperation in her eyes, “What did you just say?” she gasps, still not sure that she really heard him correctly. The entire day has become a big blur. She couldn’t really tell you how it went from Cory and Robin’s wedding to Jeff exposing Paige’s paternity. The last thing that can happen is a paternity test.

“You heard me,” Jeff replies to her quickly. “I want to have a paternity test done on Paige today. We all need to know the truth Leah. We can’t keep going on with these lies. If I’m not the father then we can let this go.”

Leah shakes her head no. There’s no way she can have a paternity test done on her daughter; she knows that the results will show that Jeff is the father and she really doesn’t want to put Paige through the ordeal of having to go to the hospital. She can’t put her daughter through that.

“Leah, maybe this is for the best,” Robbie replies to his wife. “If what you say is true, then we have nothing to worry about. We can get this stupid test and prove to Jeff that I am Paige’s father. Then we can go home and try to repair our marriage,” he tells her, desperately hoping that he has a marriage to save. He still can’t believe that Leah has lied about her affair with Jeff for so many years.

Leah looks at Robbie with her damp eyes and knows that she has to break his heart. “I can’t put Paige through that Robbie. She doesn’t need to go to the hospital and have a paternity test.”

“What are you saying?” Robbie asks her, taken aback by her admission. “She won’t really have to know what’s happening. We can protect her.”

“There’s no protecting her from this,” Leah whispers back as she grabs his hand. “I’m so sorry Robbie, but I know the truth already. Jeff is Paige’s father. So help me God, it’s true!”

Robbie quickly stands up and begins to walk away as he feels his world start to fall apart around him. He kneels over as he feels like he’s been kicked in the stomach. He can’t help but get tears in his eyes. “Please understand,” Leah begs as she rushes over to him. “I did all of this to save our marriage!”

“Get off me!” he yells causing her to fall to the ground. “You’ve been lying to me for so long! Our entire marriage, our entire life has been one big lie!”

“Robbie please! Hear me out!” Leah pleads with him, on her hands and knees begging him to understand.

“Hear you out? Why? So you can feed more of your lies?” Robbie says as he cover his mouth. “I have to get out of here. I can’t even stomach the sight of you right now!”

Leah watches as her husband storms out of the church. “Robbie!” she cries she falls to the ground of the church, her entire life crumbling in front of her and there’s nothing she can do to stop it. “Please! Wait!”

Scene Four - The Twin Peaks Executive Hotel, Suite 1409; Ernesto’s Room

“For the last time Eva,” Ernesto says sternly as he looks at his ex-wife. “I had nothing to do with the attack on Marbella. I was at the hotel the entire day. In fact, I’m sure the staff in the restaurant would be happy to vouch that I was having brunch there earlier when Marbella was probably attacked.” He is appalled that she has the nerve to show up at his room and accuse him of harming their daughter.

Eva gives him half a smile, “Of course you were here in a public place while our daughter was being attacked in the garden of a church, of all places.” She has this gut feeling that it was Ernesto behind Victoria’s attack; nothing else makes sense in her mind. She needs some kind of proof, however. “If it wasn’t you, I’m willing to put money that it was one of your goon men that you always had working for you.”

Ernesto feels his blood boil as he doesn’t know how much more he can tolerate of her verbal insults. “You know what I find ironic Eva?” he asks her as she arches her eyebrow and crosses her arms. “You come to my hotel room a few days ago and warn me to stay away from you. Yet, here you are once again in my hotel room barking at me for something I have nothing to do with. It seems like you’re the one that can’t stay away from me, not the other way around.”

“You see Ernesto,” Eva yells back at him. “It’s because I know the kind of despicable man that you really are. You have this front but I know the monster inside. He’s still there, he’ll always be there. Only this time, I’m not the same fragile housewife that I once was. I won’t let you bully me. I won’t be your victim anymore. And I’ll be damned if I’ll let you hurt our children.”

“What the hell is going on in here?” Donovan asks his parents as he opens the door to Ernesto’s suite. “I can hear you guys from the hallway.”

Eva looks at Donovan and walks up to him to give him a quick hug. He awkwardly hugs her back, as he still hasn’t forgiven her for all of her lies that she has told.

“I was just here because,” Eva whispers into his ear. “Have you heard from Victoria?” she asks him as he shakes his head no. “She was attacked earlier at Robin and Cory’s wedding.”

“Attacked?” Donovan asks concerned about his sister. “What do you mean attacked?”

“She was knocked out and someone cut her neck with a knife,” Eva reveals to a horrified Donovan.

“My God, is she okay?”

“She should be fine,” Eva continues to fill him on the on goings. “We all suspect your father was responsible for the attack, however.”

Donovan looks at Ernesto, who shrugs his shoulders, “I’ve been trying to tell your Mother that I’ve been at the hotel all morning. In fact, the staff at the restaurant downstairs can tell you that I was having brunch around the time of the attack.”

Donovan looks at his father and knows that he can’t trust him as far as he can throw him. “If you did this Ernesto, we will find out. You’re playing with fire, and you will get burned eventually.”

“Son,” Ernesto begins to say to Donovan.

“Save it, I don’t want to hear it,” Donovan replies before his father can continue. “Come on Eva, let’s get out of here.”

Ernesto watches them as they leave his hotel suite. He runs his hand through his hair, “I was just going to ask you what brings you by to my hotel room,” he says thinking about Donovan showing at his hotel. He looks up with a slight grin on his face please with how his day has unfolded, however.

Scene Five - Robertson Enterprises

Casey pushes the elevator button and waits for the door to open so he can go up to Trenyce’s office and surprise her. After the last few days that he has had, he is looking forward to seeing his lover and hopes that she can make him forget about his current troubles.

As he rides up the elevator, he thinks back to the other day when he and Cassie drugged Adam again with another memory losing pill that Cassie stole from >Olivia Wilkins office years ago. They are hoping that Adam’s memory of the night of the shooting last summer doesn’t come back; if it does, everyone will know that Cassie is posing as Helen and that the real Helen is the basement of the Black house. The entire reason that everyone needs to think Casey is the one that shot Adam is too keep Cassie out of the police stations. If they ever ran any ringer prints on her, they would realize that she’s not Helen and their entire plan would go up in flames.

The door opens again and he slowly walks off the elevator. As he walks towards Trenyce’s door, he knows that he has to make sure that she never finds out about any of his role in Cassie’s plan or he knows that their relationship would be over and he happens to really like Trenyce.

“I thought I’d find you here,” he says as he reaches her doorway and he sees her hard at work at her desk. “Do you ever take a day off?”

Trencye looks up from her work on her desk and smiles at the sight of her boyfriend. “I’ll have you know that I was supposed to be at a wedding earlier but it got cancelled.”

“A cancelled wedding?” Casey asks as he walks into her office. “That doesn’t sound like a good thing.”

“It’s a long story,” Trenyce says with a small laugh, recalling the drama that occurred at the church earlier in the day. “What brings you by? Not that I’m complaining, I love seeing you.”

Casey smiles and sits across from her, “I love seeing you too,” he admits back to her. “I guess that’s why I am here. I just needed to see a friendly face.”

Trenyce arches her eyebrow and senses that there’s a sadness within Casey’s tone of voice. “Is everything okay? Are you still having a lot of family drama with Helen?”

Casey sighs and rolls his eyes slightly, “You have no idea,” he replies to her. “Let’s not talk about that. Are you able to get away for a bit?”

“What did you have in mind?” she asks pursing her lips together.

Casey smiles and leans across the desk and gives her a quick kiss on the lips, “I was hoping we could … you know,” he winks at her.

“Here?” Trenyce asks covering her mouth. “I don’t know Casey, this is my office.”

“Come on, live a little,” he continues to want her badly. “You have a lock on your door, use it. I want you and don’t think I can wait for much longer to have you again.”

Trenyce smiles as she isn’t used to being so wanted from a man before, it’s refreshing to her. “Okay, I am getting turned on just thinking about it.”

“Now that’s what I like to hear,” he says as she rushes over and closes the door and locks it. When she turns around, she sees Casey standing behind her. He kisses her hard and passionately, throwing her up against the door and ripping her blouse open. “I need you so badly,” he whispers in-between his mouth exploring her body.

Scene Six - St. Joseph’s Church; The Garden

“Are you sure you guys want to do it this way?” Father Murphy asks Robin and Cory, who are standing in front of him in the garden. After the wedding came to a screeching halt earlier because Jeff announced Paige’s true paternity, Robin and Cory talked and decided to still get married in the garden.

Robin looks over at Cory, “Do you still want to do this? I know that it’s last minute and that all of our friends are not here, but I still want to renew our vows today. I still want to be your wife more than anything else in the world.”

Cory grabs her hand and smiles, “I want that too Robin. I want nothing more than to put this past year behind us and start fresh.”

“I guess that means that we’ll get married today Father Murphy,” Robin smiles back to the reverend.

“Let’s get started shall we?” Father Murphy replies to them as Robin and Cory join hands together. “We are here today to celebrate the love that Robin and Cory have found together and in each other. The bond of love is forever but it always needs to be worked on and can never be taken for granted. Cory and Robin have learned this and have realized that together they are better than apart. Cory, do you have anything you’d like to say to Robin?”

Cory looks up at the Father and nods his head, “Robin,” he begins to say as he looks back at his bride. “We have been through so much together but at the end of every day when I look inside my heart, I see you, I feel you. I know that you are my heart and soul. Each day when I wake up next to you, I know that it’s going to be a good day and I can’t wait to start this next chapter of our lives together.”

“Oh Cory,” Robin says as she wipes her eyes from a tear.

“Robin, do you have something you’d like to say to Cory?” Father Murphy asks her.

“You’ve been my rock Cory,” she tells him. “I know we’ve had our difficult times, but every time I feel like I need to lean on someone, I know that I can lean on you. To me, that’s what real love is. To always know that someone is there for you, no matter what the situation is. I promise that I will always be there for you, regardless of what else is happening. I love you so much and can’t wait to be your wife.”

Father Murphy smiles as he continues, “Cory do you take this woman to be your wife, to have and to hold in sickness and in health, for richer for poorer, as long as you both shall live?”

Cory smiles as he looks at Robin, “I do!”

“And Robin, do you take this man to be your husband, to have and to hold in sickness and in health, for richer for poorer, as long as you both shall live?”

Robin smiles through some tears, “I do!”

“By the power invested in me, I know pronounce you husband and wife,” Father Murphy proudly proclaims. Before he can continue, Cory is already kissing Robin, “You may kiss the bride.”

Scene Seven - The Glubbs House; Shane’s Home

Shane paces around his living room still worried about Natasha. It’s not like her having not showed up for the wedding of Robin and Cory earlier in the day. He’s tried calling her numerous times but it always goes directly to her voicemail, which he has left her four of. On his way home from the wedding, he even stopped at the legal firm to see if she was working and lost track of time but she wasn’t there. The more he thinks about it, something isn’t sitting well with him. He just can’t place the sinking feeling he has inside his chest. If Natasha is in trouble, what kind of trouble could it possibly be?

“Damn it Natasha,” he says to himself. “Where the hell are you?”

He stops moving when he hears the doorbell ring. He rushes over to the door, “Natasha!” he says as he opens the door to reveal a delivery woman on the other side. “Sorry,” Shane gives her a fake smile as he signs for the package that he is receiving.

He walks back into the living room and opens the package which reveals an envelope. He quickly recognizes the handwriting on the envelope to be Natasha’s. He quickly opens the envelope and finds a letter inside.

“Shane,

I’m so sorry to have to tell you this way. I never meant for things to get so out of control, but everything in my life seems to be spinning in every direction. I’m scared that if I don’t get away right now that I will be left vulnerable to slip up and start taking drugs again. I’ve been feeling so weak lately. I’ve worked so hard to say sober. I need this time to ensure that I don’t fall off the wagon. My father’s marriage to Kim has been the last straw and I just need to get away for awhile. Please don’t worry, I will be fine. I don’t know when I’ll be home, but I’ll be in touch. Always know that I love you with every ounce of my being.

Natasha,
xo”

Shane throws the letter down and runs his hand through his hair. He has the letter with Natasha’s hand writing on it, but he still thinks that something is more happening with Natasha.

“This doesn’t make sense,” he whispers to himself. “If she needed time away, she would have told me. She wouldn’t have written me some note,” he says. “I have to find out what’s going on here. I have too.”

Scene Eight - The Wilkins Estate; Reese & Madeline’s Home

“What are you looking for?” Reese asks his boyfriend as he pours himself another drink and he sees his boyfriend digging through his over night bag.

“My phone,” Dean smirks as he continues to go through his bag. As he goes through it, he seems a small video camera that he had packed for some photo shoot a few weeks earlier. He arches his eyebrow as he looks at the camera. He looks back into his bag and opens a small zippered area and finds a couple of pills in a small zip lock bag.

“I know you said that you weren’t interested in a video Reese,” Dean whispers to himself. “But maybe if you saw the kind of star you could be, you’d change your mind.”

Dean stands up and sees his boyfriend walking into the washroom. He opens the small bag and puts one of the blue pills into his hand. He then puts it into Reese’s drink and stirs it until it’s dissolved.

“Find your phone?” Reese asks as he comes back into the living room.

“I found everything I was looking for,” Dean smiles back as he passes Reese his drink and watches as Reese takes a big mouthful of the liquid.

Scene Nine - The Tower’s, Floor Eight; Victoria’s Condo

Victoria opens the door to her condo and sees Robbie standing on the other side. She can tell that he’s been crying and immediately lets him into her home. She can tell what has happened by the fact that he’s with her right now. If Jeff’s announcement earlier was a lie, Robbie would be with Leah and Paige right now.

“I’m so sorry,” she says as he turns and faces her in the living room of the condo. “I can’t imagine what you’re going through right now.”

“I don’t want to talk about it,” Robbie quickly replies as he looks at her, desperate for some kind of distraction from what has happened.

“Okay, what do you want?” Victoria asks him as she bites her lower lip.

“I think you know what I want Victoria.”

She arches her eyebrow as he moves closer to her. Before she knows what’s happening, he’s kissing her hard. She pulls back from him for a moment and looks into his eyes. She kisses him back as he lifts her allowing her to wrap her legs around his waist and he carries into the bedroom, his lips never leaving hers.

Next on One Day at a Time
- Robbie opens up to Victoria
