Scene One - The Calimo House; Robbie, Leah & Paige’s Home

“It sounds like the new Roboto line is a huge success,” Robbie tells Leah as he puts the newspaper down finishing the article on the new perfume line and looks at his wife, whom is standing in the kitchen making Paige a bowl of cereal for breakfast. “You must be so proud.”

Leah doesn’t look over at her husband as she pours the milk into the bowl. “It’s nice that all of our hard work paid off, yea,” Leah says as she carries the bowl over to Paige and sets it in front of her. “Here you go darling, please eat so we can take you to day care.”

Paige starts eating her breakfast as Leah returns to the kitchen to pour herself some coffee. She doesn’t know why she feels this distance with her husband, but it’s obviously there. She thinks that she is to blame because she has been so preoccupied with the Roboto launch and the fact that Jeff has become engaged to marry Veronica. She can’t place it, but she knows that his engagement has really been bugging her. She wishes she could explain it because she knows that she has been working so hard, lying for years about Paige’s paternity in fact, to ensure her family is safe and preserved.

“What’s on your agenda for the day?” she asks her husband as finishes stirring her coffee, trying to make small talk. The least she can do is try to make things a bit more normal with Robbie.

“Natasha asked me to meet her after lunch,” he reports back to Leah. “I guess she’s meeting Donovan and Victoria and she wants support afterwards.”

“I still can’t believe that Natasha has two more siblings that no one ever knew about.”

“I know,” Robbie replies to her. “I think she’s taking it pretty hard. She’s been through so much the last few years. What about you? What are your plans?”

“I’m heading into the office. I’m sure your father will want many reports on how the launch is doing and where we can improve. There’s still a lot of work to be done,” Leah says back to him, immediately thinking that a lot of work means she’ll get to see Jeff at the office. For some reason, she finds that thought comforting.

“Do you have any idea when you’ll be home tonight?” he asks his wife, hoping that they’ll get to have some qualify time together since it’s been awhile.

Leah shakes her head, “No, I have no idea. In fact, it might be a good idea for you to pick Paige up from day care if you could.”

“I can do that, it’s not a problem,” Robbie replies to her. “I was hoping we could reconnect. It seems like it’s a been awhile,” he continues to say to her. “Now that I’m not Victoria’s security guard, I have more time to be with you and Paige.”

There’s a small pause from Leah and Robbie as they both stop and hear what he just said. She knows that she has been distant because of her jealousy of Jeff and he knows that he has been fighting a mild attraction to Victoria.

“I don’t know when I’ll be home, I’m sorry,” she quickly replies to him.

He sighs, “Of course you don’t. Why would I expect today to be any different than yesterday. Or the day before that. Or that the day before that,” he replies frustrated with his wife.

“I’m sorry that I’m busy. You didn’t hear me complaining when you were Victoria’s security guard and you were spending all those nights on her sofa, did you? This will pass Robbie, but I’d like a little support,” she replies before she grabs the empty cereal bowl from Paige and walks it to the sink. She walks over to her daughter and picks her up. “Say bye to Daddy, you have to go to daycare.”

Robbie watches as Paige waves bye to him and Leah walks out of the room. He sighs wondering why Leah is being so cold and distant to him. As she continues to push him away, he finds himself looking forward to seeing Victoria more and more. He shakes his head wondering where his marriage is going and what he has to do to get it back on track.

Scene Two - The Sugarbowl

Will enters the coffee house looking to escape his current world. He has a book in one hand and his ipod in the other; all he needs is a corner booth and a large coffee so he can escape into his novel for awhile. He needs the distraction as is still having a hard time understanding the fact that Eva has been lying to him and everyone around her for so many years about having more children in Donovan and Victoria. What worries is him, if she can lie about having children, what else could she lie about? The worst part, in his mind, is that he was ready to get engaged to her before the truth came out. Now, he doesn’t know if can trust her or not. He feels like his entire world has been flipped inside out.

He orders his coffee and makes his way to the back booth, which happens to be free. After he sits down and puts his IPOD on, he looks and up and sees Eva enter the building. He immediately puts his head down hoping that she won’t see him. The next time he looks up, Eva is standing at the base of his table.

“Hi,” she says as he pulls out the earphones from his ear. “How have you been?”

Will sighs before answering, “I’m alright Eva.”

“Good,” she says. “I’ve missed you around the condo. I don’t want to pressure you because I know that I’ve hurt you a lot, but I was wondering if you were ready to come back home?”

Will looks at her and extends his hand indicating for her to sit across from him. She gets a soft grin on her face and slides into the booth. “I know that you’re struggling right now Eva because your children and I are having a hard time adjusting to the news of your past. I wish there was something that I could do to just make myself forget about everything but I honestly don’t know if or when I will ever be okay. I am trying to figure a lot of things out in my head.”

“Like what Will? Maybe if we spoke on a regular basis I could help you figure things out,” Eva replies him, almost desperate to have someone be in her corner again.

“That’s the thing Eva, I can’t speak to you right now because I’m still trying to learn if I can trust you again. If you lied to me about having children, what else would you lie to me about?” Will asks her as he starts to collect this things. “Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go and try to enjoy my day off.”

Eva watches as Will leaves the booth. She turns her head and sees him leave the coffee house. She nods her head to herself knowing that she has give him more time. “He’ll come around, I know he will.”

Outside, Will is about to start to walk to the library when he hears his phone ring. He grabs it and picks it up, “Hello? Yes, this is Will … What? Are you sure? How can he be getting out jail? …. Yes, okay, thank you,” Will says as he hangs up his phone. Suddenly he feels his heart skip a beat. Ernesto is getting out of jail; suddenly he wonders if he should go back and warn Eva.

“Nah, I’m sure she’ll get a call herself,” he says hoping that Ernesto doesn’t try anything with Eva or Victoria.

Scene Three - The Pampa Grill

“I am glad that you guys were able to join me today,” Natasha says from across the table to Donovan and Victoria. Natasha decided to invite her new found siblings to lunch in hopes of getting to know them a bit better. She is still reeling from the news that she has more siblings and she is sure that both of them are just as surprised by the revelation. More over, she is still shocked that Eva kept this all a secret for so long.

“It was nice to get the invite Natasha,” Victoria replies as she picks up a glass of her white wine and takes a sip. “I can’t imagine how surprising this news must have been for you.”

Natasha shrugs a little, “I mean, Eva never mentioned this to me at all,” she replies. “So, yes I was a bit surprised by the news.”

“We thought Eva was dead,” Donovan informs Natasha. “Years ago before we moved to the USA, there was fire in our family restaurant in Italy. We all believed that Eva died in the fire.”

Natasha shakes her head, “My goodness. I can’t imagine what is must have been like growing up thinking your mother was dead.”

“It was a rough time,” Victoria replies to her. “So, you haven’t always known that Eva was your mother, right? You thought Sofia was your Mom for a long time.”

Natasha nods as she puts her wine glass down. “That is true. I was actually horrified to learn the truth that Eva was my mother, myself. For so many years I thought Bob and Sofia were my parents because they raised me. It wasn’t until my mother passed away that I reached out to Eva.”

“I’m sorry to hear that Sofia passed away,” Donovan tells her. “I hope this doesn’t come out the wrong way, but why do you call Sofia your mother and not Eva?”

Natasha gives him half a grin, “When someone raises you from birth, regardless of biology, she is your mother,” she explains to him. “Sofia was everything a mother should be to me.”

“So what made you decide to reach out to Eva after Sofia passed away?” Victoria asks her.

Natasha shrugs, “It made me realize that how short life is, you know? So I reached out to her. All she ever said was how much it meant to her to get to know her daughter. I never imagined she was lying about having more children.”

The words hit Victoria hard and she quickly gets water in her eyes. “She said she wanted to get to know you?”

“All the time,” Natasha replies to her, not realizing how her words are upsetting Victoria. “Even before I reached out to her, that’s all she ever said.”

“Excuse me,” Victoria says standing up, unable to listen to anymore. How could Eva have said that to Natasha when she was out there the entire time and Eva didn’t care? Another baffling question that Victoria has been given. “I’m sorry Natasha, but I have to go.”

Donovan stands up and looks over at Natasha, “I’m sorry. I should go make sure that she’s okay.” Natasha nods at him before he rushes off to find his sister. She picks up her glass of wine and takes another sip realizing that it may take some time before her and her siblings have a real relationship.

In the back corner of the restaurant, a bottle of champagne is brought to a table. Kim looks at the label and then gives the okay for the waiter to pop the cork.

“Champagne?” Bob asks smiling over to his fiancé, whom had invited him over for lunch. “What do we have to celebrate?”

Kim grins as she picks up the freshly poured glass and raises it to Bob, “I think we should have a toast to you and the new Roboto line. From what I read in the newspaper today, it is a huge success.”

Bob picks up his glass and toasts Kim back. After he swallows he says, “The numbers do not lie Kimberly. We have a huge hit on our hands. We actually will be quite busy keeping up with production.”

“This is wonderful news. This is exactly what you wanted to have happen,” she muses to him. “What does it mean for Robertson Enterprises?”

Bob chuckles, knowing that one of his main driving forces was to get revenge on Dominick, “I think it means they have to go back to the drawing board.”

“Then it’s even more reason to celebrate,” Kim says getting a twinkle in her eye.

“I know that look, what are you thinking Kimberly?” Bob asks her, noticing the look in her eye.

“Let’s finish this bottle and head home to truly celebrate,” she winks over at him.

“Why finish the bottle here? We can bring it with us,” Bob smiles over at, liking what she’s suggesting.

“We can take an opened bottle with us?” Kim asks surprised.

“When your name is Bob Calimo, you can do whatever you damn well want,” he laughs at her, picking up the bottle as they prepare to leave the restaurant together.

Scene Four - Robertson Enterprises; Dominick’s Office

Dominick looks at his computer screen intently as he looks over the electronic file in front of him. He can’t believe the numbers he is seeing in front of him; they show that Roboto’s new perfume and cosmetic launch are a huge success and the Blooming Rose is falling quickly. He knows that it’s been about eight months since the Blooming Rose launch, but he didn’t expect the numbers to fall so quickly after Roboto’s latest release.

He stands up from his desk and walks over to his window. He looks out and wonders what he can do to turn the game around. He folds his arms and remembers Valentine’s day when he went to the Calimo mansion in secret and visited Sofia’s memorial.

“Everything I have done has been for you Sofia,” he whispers to himself. “I won’t give up without a fight. I won’t let Bob think he has won when he is throwing your reputation in the mud by marrying Kim so soon after your death.”

He shakes his head not knowing what he can do. Maybe a new perfume? Maybe it’s too soon for that? Maybe a Blooming Rose relaunch with new fashions from Trenyce?

“I have to do something,” he says to himself as he walks back to his desk and prepares to set out a staff meeting with Donovan and Trenyce. “We have to get back on top. We have too.”

Scene Five - Roboto; Jeff’s Office

Jeff sits at his desk looking at his computer screen trying to focus on some of the emails in his inbox, but he is so consumed with the fact that he and Veronica have finished planning their wedding. He is so ready to move on with his life and make her his wife. He has been wanting to do that for some time, the fact that everything is so close makes him feel excited.

“Did you see the numbers yet?” a voice calls from his doorway.

He looks up and sees Leah standing in his office referring to the Roboto launch. “Not yet, how do they look?”

“Amazing, that’s how!” she smiles as she comes up to him. She’s not sure why, but after her small tiff with Robbie this morning, the first place she wanted to go was to see Jeff. As soon as she got to work, she came right to his office. “We did a good job Jeff. We are a good team.”

He looks up at her and smiles, “We always have been Leah. Bob must be thrilled.”

“He is,” she replies to him. “I got a call from him just a few moments ago. He’s going to celebrate with his fiancé.”

“Speaking of, I should call Veronica. She’ll be thrilled to learn that her new scents are doing so well,” Jeff says causing Leah to freeze. She still can’t place why his engagement makes her so uncomfortable.

“Yea, she should know too,” Leah suddenly fakes a smile to him.

“Did I tell you?” Jeff asks her as he searches for his phone in his brief case. “We finished our wedding plans. Veronica and I will be getting married very soon.”

Leah gulps, “Oh really? I didn’t realize it would be so soon.”

“Neither did I, but why wait? We love each other so we just want to go ahead and get married. Today is filled with great news hey?”

“Yea,” Leah feels her heart sinking. “Great news.”

Scene Six - The Tower’s, Floor Eight; Victoria’s Condo

“I promise you I’m fine Donovan,” Victoria says into her telephone to her brother, who called her to make sure she was okay after the disastrous lunch with Natasha earlier in the day. “Yes, I will call you later. I’m going to take a nap … Okay, I love you too.”

She hangs up her phone and tosses it on the counter in her kitchen. She still hated hearing that Eva couldn’t wait to get to know Natasha after all the years they were separated, but Eva never made an effort to locate her and Donovan after she faked her death.

“Why does this keep getting more and more confusing?” she asks herself. “I am feeling tired, I can try to wrap my head around it when I wake up.”

As she starts to wake to her bedroom, she hears a knock on her front door. She sighs, not really wanting company, but moves the door and opens it. She is surprised to see Robbie standing on the other side, “Robbie, this is a surprise.”

“I bet,” Robbie smiles at her, happy to see a familiar and friendly face. “Sorry I didn’t call, you’ve been on my mind and I wanted to come see you.”

After she lets him in, she replies, “As you can see, I’m fine. Confused with all this family stuff going on, but I’m okay. How are you? You seem … unsettled.”

They lock eyes with each other for a moment and both instantly feel the sparks between them. They both look away scared to admit what they are feeling, “Do you want some water or something?” she asks him, trying to break the obvious spark between them.

“Yea, water would be great,” he tells her. “I’m okay, honestly. Like I said, I’ve just been worried about you and wanted to come over and make sure that you’re okay.”

She passes him a glass of water, “Thanks again Robbie. I really do appreciate it.” She secretly scolds herself for liking that he has been worried about her.

“Anytime,” he replies to her. “Oh excuse me for a second,” he says as his phone starts to ring. “Calimo … What? Today? … Yea, I understand … No, don’t worry about it, I can let her know. I’m with her right now.”

Victoria arches her eyebrow as his phone conversation was clearly about her. “What’s going on?”

“I have news, but you probably won’t like it.”

“What?”

“Ernesto was just released from jail. Your Dad is a free man.”

Scene Seven - Rosco Modelling; Los Angeles, California

‘I can’t believe we are really here!” Reese explains to Dean as they step out of their rental car and walk towards the modelling agency. The sun is shining brightly down on them, which is completely different from the weather in Twin Peaks this time of the year. Reese and Dean came to LA together in hopes of pursuing Reese’s modelling career.

“Believe it baby!” Dean laughs at his boyfriend. “I have some contacts here that really want to meet you. They loved your ads for Robertson, I think you could be the next big star!”

Reese suddenly feels like he has some butterflies in his stomach. “We’ll see what they say. I’m just glad that we are here together. There’s no way I could do this on my own.”

Dean grabs his hand and squeezes it, “I wouldn’t be any where else.”

They enter the building and start to head to the elevator. Inside, Dean pushes the top floor. “The top floor is where my contacts are. Each floor sort of does their own type of modelling work,” Dean explains to Reese, who is trying to calm his nerves still.

The elevator door opens and they step off. They approach a woman behind a small receptionist desk. Dean flashes his smiles, “Britt! How the hell are you?” he asks as the small blonde stands up and hugs Dean.

“I’m so good Dean, what brings you back to LA? It’s been awhile since you’ve stopped by.”

“Modelling, what else?” he winks at her. “Where is everyone.”

“Down the hall, I think they are just shooting something now. You can go in now though,” Britt tells him.

“Perfect!” Dean replies to her as he starts to walk down the hallway. “Come on Reese!”

They slowly open a door and see a photo shoot going on. “Are you excited?” Dean asks Reese in a whisper, who nods yes.

They enter and find a spot near the back of the room so they don’t get in the way of the shoot. Reese looks all around is amazed by the equipment and people every where. Suddenly, he sees the model and he feels his heart sink in his chest: The male model is completely nude. He looks over at Dean, who nods back to him with a big grin on his face.

Scene Eight - MW Investigations

Robin slowly enters the office space just off Main street and she looks down the stairs and into Madeline’s office seeing Madeline sitting at her desk. Robin gets a slight smirk on her face as she starts to walk towards Madeline’s door. She can’t help but remember Valentine’s Day when she and Cory officially reunited, agreeing to put everything behind them and move forward with their marriage. Leaving everything behind them, includes Madeline and Liam. Robin thought that she should be the one to inform Madeline of their decision, especially since Madeline has been trying to blackmail her into leaving Cory because she knows Leah’s secret of Paige’s paternity. Robin would hate to expose her sister’s secret, but she will not let Madeline dictate her life and if she’s honest, she doesn’t think Madeline ever would expose the secret.

She reaches the doorway and knocks on the door before entering. Madeline looks up from her computer and rolls her eyes at the sight of Robin, “What do you want? I’m busy working here,” Madeline spits at Robin.

“I have news to share and I want you to hear it from me,” Robin toys with her enemy.

“You’re leaving Cory? For good this time?” Madeline gushes to her, knowing that she is just wishful thinking.

Robin laughs, “No, but your funny. If this investigation stuff doesn’t pan out for you, you should try to be a comedian.”

“So then what is it?”

“Cory and I have reunited. He surprised me with a romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day and we agreed to put everything in the past with us and start a new,” Robin reveals to Madeline hoping the news will upset her. After all the pain Madeline has caused her, Robin wants her to feel some of it now.

Madeline quickly feels her eyes swell with water, “Is this some kind of sick joke?”

“No,” Robin replies to her. “I’m tired of you trying to play God with my life. I love my husband and we are going to be together. It is time that you forget your affair with him and move on. Anyways, I’ll let you get back to your important work.”

Madeline watches as Robin leaves her office. She quickly gets up and shuts her door and finally lets some tears escape her eyes. “It’s over,” she weeps into her eyes for a moment longer. Once she finishes crying, she wipes her eyes and looks back up realizing that she won’t let Robin get away with this. “I won’t be played for a fool. I will get my revenge on you Robin. And I know just how.”
