House There is a thick tension in the court room as Logan makes his
way to the witness stand as Ethan just called him. Logan knows that this entire
situation has escalated to the point of no return, he just hopes that everyone,
especially his mother, listens to him when he is on the stand. He is still reeling
from the fact that Meggan and Jeff walked in on him and Andy about to have sex
to begin with but his mother's reaction thinking that Andy was drinking and raped
him is outrageous. "You may be seated," Judge Franklin Ross
tells Logan after he is sworn into the courts. "Logan, we just heard
from Andy that the two of you are friends, is that correct?" Ethan asks Logan
as he moves closer to the witness stand. "That is correct,"
Logan replies to them. "We met at Barcode and hit it off. We, seemingly,
have a lot in common." "And when did you know that your parents,
especially your mother, was taking an issue with your friendship?" "Almost
immediately," Logan explains to him. "You see, my mother was concerned
with the amount that Andy has been drinking because he had been sober for a long
time." "I see," Ethan says. "Why would that be a concern
for your mother?" "Because she's a drunk herself," Logan
hisses as he and Meggan make eye contact. "She thinks because she is sober
now that everyone should be sober. That's not how life works." "Do
you want to tell me how you and Andy took your friendship to the next level?"
"You mean when it turned sexual?" "That's exactly what
I mean," Ethan nods back to him. "How did you and Andy go from just
being friends to lovers?" | |

The Davenport House; Chris,
Trenyce, BJ, & Tinah's Home "Where did this money come from?"
a confused Trenyce asks Chris as they stand facing one another in the living room
of the house that they live in with their children. Chris just asked his wife
if she had seen their bank account, so she opened her app and was startled to
see a $2000 deposit into their account. She has no idea where this money came
from. Chris chuckles back to her. "This is great, isn't it? I
I
told you that I would help the family get more money and now we have it, Trey."
"I
I guess I am not understanding," Trenyce admits to him.
"You didn't get the job at Roboto and you've said you've struggled to get
more contracts, and now we have this big deposit? What am I missing?"
Chris grabs her hand and kisses it. "Baby, I told you that I would get
us more money. I told you that I would do whatever I could to ensure your family
is set up for success, and now I have. This
this is a celebratory moment
for us!" Trenyce uneasily chuckles back to him. "Oh, we can
celebrate, Chris," she locks eyes with him. "But I still need to know
where this money came from
so tell me
how did you, how did we, get this
money?" The Riverbench Winery; Santa Barbara "I
have to admit, I am pretty rattled by everything that has happened today,"
Andrew tells Daisy as they move back into the living room of the winery. He makes
a beeline for the bar where he pours two glasses of wine and he passes one to
Daisy. Earlier, he saw a figure watching him; he chased the person and it was
revealed to be a young girl, Latrice, who has said that she has spent most of
her childhood at the winery as Frederick saved her. The story sounds so familiar
to Andrew as Frederick did the same type of thing with him after his mother died.
Latrice since showed them her bedroom, which confirms that she has been there
for years. "I know," Daisy takes a sip of her wine. "The
story of Latrice reminds of how Frederick helped you after Savannah passed away."
"And it's so odd that Latrice was wearing all black and watching me,"
Andrew shakes his head back to her. I mean, for the love of God, I get that she
thought there were intruders in the winery but watching me? I don't like that."
"She's been here, alone, for years, maybe she has some social awkwardness?"
"That's putting it mildly," Andrew chuckles back to her. "I
still don't understand a couple of things though." "What's that?"
"Why would Frederick keep Latrice here?" Andrew asks Daisy quickly.
"What motive would he have?" "Does he need to have a motive?"
Daisy asks him back. "I mean, Frederick does crazy things all the time."
"That's true," Andrew tells her. "But with me, my uncle was
involved with Savannah, and Frederick was close to Vinny Victors, so it makes
sense as to why he helped me. So, what is the connect between Latrice and Frederick?
If we can figure that out, we might understand this entire situation."
The Victors Mansion; Frederick's Lair Frederick moves to the
bar in the living room of the Victors mansion and pours himself a scotch. He is
reeling from his recent visit from Dominick, who confronted him about his pending
divorce from Felicia as he told his wife that he wouldn't sign the divorce papers.
He hates that Dominick continues to interfere in his relationship with Felicia;
he wishes there was a way that he could get rid of his rival once and for all.
"I won't let that son of a bitch win," Frederick whispers to himself
as he takes a sip of his scotch. "Dominick continues to try to play God with
my marriage and I will not let him continue to do that." He moves
to the coffee table and picks up the divorce papers that Felicia had drawn up.
"Before you went to Italy, you were happy with me and our marriage. Of course,
Dominick interjects and you want a divorce. I
I won't stand for it."
He slams the papers back down on the table and takes another sip of his drink.
"I won't lose you Felicia," he says. "The question, how will I
get you back? And how will I make sure Dominick stops coming between us?"
Dominick's Townhouse "I've made some tea for everyone,"
Felicia announces as she moves into the living room of Dominick's townhouse carrying
a tray with a tea pot and three cups on it. Earlier, she had explained to Eva
that she wanted a divorce from Frederick because, deep down, she is still in love
with Dominick. She doesn't know what the future holds for them but she would love
to have another chance with her former husband. "It feels like we've had
a day and the team might calm us down." "That was very sweet
of you," Dominick replies to her. "I have to admit that I am a bit worked
up." "You mentioned that you went to see Frederick," Eva
looks back at her lover. "How did that go?" "We came to
blows," Dominick reveals to them. "I told him that he shouldn't play
with Felicia's life and to sign the divorce papers." "How did
he take that?" Felicia asks before she takes a sip of her tea. "I can't
imagine he was over pleased with you." Dominick chuckles back to
her. "He's never pleased when I show up at his mansion unannounced,"
he tells the women. "It got heated very quickly. He knows that I am right
and that he should sign the divorce papers to this shame of a marriage can be
over once and for all." "Do you think he will listen to you?"
Eva asks him quickly. "That's the million-dollar question,"
Dominick sighs back to them. "Will Frederick actually do the right thing
and give Felicia her divorce?' "He has too," Felicia tells them.
"He has to give me my freedom
I
I can't stay married to him, I
won't." Twin Peaks General Hospital
"Can I get
you anything, anything at all?" Jacob asks Cassie as he sits next to his
wife in her hospital room. Jacob is relieved to hear that his wife will make a
full recovery as he was so scared when he learned that Cassie was at the hospital.
He had been pressing Stephanie, who called 9-1-1 about what happened but before
she could answer, he got word that he could see his wife. "No, I
am fine," Cassie grabs his hand and squeezes it. "Like I said, I have
just have a minor concussion, and I will get discharged tomorrow. Just having
you here is all that I really need." "I was so worried when
I found out that you were at the hospital," Jacob admits to her. "Especially
because Stephanie is the one who called 9-1-1." "I am fine,
Jacob. I swear." "But what even happened?" Jacob asks her
as Cassie gulps back to him. "You and Stephanie don't get along, so why were
you with her? And what happened that you got a concussion?" Cassie
looks down as she knows that if she tells Jacob the truth that she will be exposing
all of her hand to him. The truth is, she saw him kissing Stephanie at the park
earlier and, so, she confronted her rival. When she told Stephanie that she was
going to expose her as a transwoman, Stephanie grabbed and stopped her from leaving.
This is when a fight broke out between the two of them and Cassie tripped and
was left unconscious. "Answer me, Cassie," Jacob glares back
at her with intent. "What the hell happened between you and Stephanie?"
The Cascade Apartments; Max & Olly's Home
"You know,
Olly is going to love that we are having spaghetti for our family dinner,"
Max chuckles to Abby as they stand in the kitchen of his apartment that he lives
in with their son. Abby stopped by earlier as Ethan is in court and she agreed
to have a dinner with Oly and Max. "He does love it," Abby nods
back to him. "But while you're cooking, Max, I
I think we have to talk
about
us." Max arches his eyebrow back to her. "Us? What about us?"
"The kiss we shared," Abby tells him. "We have to put that
behind us, Max. I'm
I'm engaged to Ethan and I want to marry him."
Max uneasily nods back to her. "Are you sure that is what you want? You
know how Ethan's family feels about you, Abby." "I know and
he still wants to be with me," Abby says back to him. "That says something,
you know? And we have a daughter together." "And we have a son,"
Max reminds her. "We could also be a family." "Max
I
"
"No, Abby," he moves closer to her and grabs her hand. "You
know that I have feelings for you, and I think if you ask yourself, you will realize
that you also have feelings for me. I
I could tell by the way you kissed
me back." "Max
" Before Abby can finish her
sentence, Max leans in and kisses her again. It only lasts for a moment before
they kiss again, this time with more passion. Twin Peaks Court House
"It's a long story," Logan sighs to the court as Ethan just
asked him when his friendship with Andy turned into more. Logan knows that this
is his opportunity to make things right, even though he will be annoying his parents,
especially Meggan. "But Andy and I were drinking at his place one night.
We drank a lot and I
I ended up kissing him." "What happened
next?" Ethan asks him quickly as Jeff and Meggan start to squirm in their
seats. "We took things to his bedroom and we had sex," Logan
shocked the court by revealing. "I started things and I wanted it; Andy never
forced me, not once. And in fact, I wanted to do it again, this time sober. And
that's when this entire mess started." "So, you're saying that
Andy never raped you?" "No," Logan says as Meggan covers
her face in horror. "Andy is not a rapist, not even close." Next
