That Twist Neurons Inside
Episode
Theme song: "Fingertips" Lana Del Rey "How are you holding up?" Kim asks her brother as he moves closer to her. Andy just finished testifying in the emergency trial that the Judge requested in his trial for raping Logan. He hopes that he was able to get through to the Judge that when he and Logan did have sex, they both agreed to it. He never raped Logan, he knows that this is all happening because Meggan is blaming Andy for all of this due to his drinking. "That was pretty intense," Andy looks back at her. "I just hope the Judge heard me." "You did great up there," Ethan tells his client. "I know the questioning wasn't easy, but you said what you had to say." "What happens next?" Andy asks his lawyer. "Is there any chance that I could go home today?" "It all depends on what the Judge rules," Ethan tells him. "You could either go home or go back to jail." "He can't go back to jail," Kim tells Ethan. "Because Andy didn't do anything wrong. You have to prove that, Ethan." "Don't worry," Ethan looks back at Kim before he looks at Andy. "My next move will prove that. I'm sure of it."

*** Outside the courtroom, Nicholas looks at his phone before he takes a sip of his water. He is at the courthouse hoping to support Andy as he knows that his former fiance couldn't have done what he has been accused of. Deep down, Nicholas still blames himself for everything that is happening because he believes that Andy fell off the wagon after he chose to go back to Jarrod, which turned out to be a bust because Jarrod has left him. Nicholas looks up and is surprised to see Jarrod moving up to him. The last thing he expected was to see Jarrod at the courthouse. "Jarrod what are you doing here?" Jarrod looks back at his former lover. "I suspected you were here when I heard about the trial. How are things going?" Nicholas uneasily gulps back to him. "I I don't know. These things are always so complicated. What I do know is that Andy didn't do what he is being accused of." "How can you be so sure?" "I know Andy," Nicholas informs him. "He isn't a rapist." "But if he's drinking " "No," Nicholas cuts Jarrod off. "Don't you dare suggest that, Jarrod. I don't care what state Andy is in, he wouldn't do this. I know him well enough to know that." "Well, I guess it's up to the Judge to decide," Jarrod tells him. "I just hope that you can put this to rest once the trial is over because Andy's drinking, it's consuming you Nicholas." The
Riverbench Winery; Santa Barbara "My bedroom is down this hallway," Latrice tells Andrew and Daisy as the three of them walk down a hallway in the large mansion that they are staying at. Earlier in the day, Latrice told Andrew and Daisy that she has spent most of her life at the winery because Frederick has allowed her to stay there after she had a difficult childhood. Andrew has related to Latrice's story because Frederick also allowed him to be raised there after Savannah died years earlier. "I thought I would show you my room so you can see how long I have actually been here." "We do believe you," Daisy tells the younger woman. "Frederick has a history of allowing people to stay at the winery when it suits his needs." "I grew up here," Andrew reveals to Latrice who looks back at him in surprise. "My mother died when I was very young and I was involved in some kind of switch at birth. People started to raise me but they weren't my parents; after my birth mother died, Frederick let me stay at the winery until I was old enough to move to Twin Peaks." "Twin Peaks?" Latrice asks him as he nods back to her. "Frederick speaks of that town often when we talk. I would love to go there one day." "He talks about it because that's where he lives," Daisy tells her quickly. "He has a huge mansion that belonged to Andrew's uncle." "Small world," Latrice tells them before she opens the door to her bedroom. "This is my room. As you can see, I have been here a while." Andrew and Daisy move into the bedroom where they see her belongings. Barbies are in the corner that haven't been played with in a very long time, the bookshelves have a lot of the classics, and there is a bed in the corner. Andrew and Daisy look at one another realizing that Latrice is correct; she has been at the winery for years. The question they both have is: why? Why would Frederick keep this young woman at the winery for years? What purpose does it have and who is she connected too? The
Davenport House; Chris, Trenyce, BJ, & Tinah's Home Chris takes a deep breath before he moves into the living room of the house that he lives in with his wife and children. He is nervous because he has found a way to make more money, which is good because he and Trenyce have been in a pinch financially lately, but he knows that he has to lie to his wife about how is he making the money because he knows that she wouldn't like what he is doing to make that extra cash. He has decided to tell her that he got a new contract, but he knows that lying hasn't always been his strongest point. "There you are," Trenyce smiles when she sees her husband. "You've been away most of the day, where have you been?" Chris gulps back to her. "Did we have plans that I forgot about?" "No, no," Trenyce shakes her head back to him. "I was just curious because you didn't tell me that you had plans today." "Oh, sorry, I guess it slipped my mind," Chris manages to say to her. "I I was working." "Working?" Trenyce asks with an arched eyebrow. "I thought you were pretty slow at work right now?" "Things change," Chris forces a smile on her face. "Have you look at our banking app?" "Not today, why?" "Take a look," Chris winks back to her as Trenyce grabs her phone and opens the app. Her eyes open wider in surprise. "Two thousand dollars was deposited today," she tells him as she looks back at him. "Where did that money come from Chris? Who gave us that money?" Dominick's
Townhouse Eva moves into the living room of Dominick's townhouse and sees Felicia looking at a picture of herself with her children and Dominick that is resting on the fireplace mantel. Eva can't help but wonder how Felicia is feeling now that Ethan has presented her with the divorce papers so she can end her marriage to Frederick. After spending so many months in Italy, Felicia is finally back to being healthy since all the medication that Frederick was keeping her on is out of her system; Eva wonders what Felicia wants to do with the next chapter of her life. "It is a beautiful picture, isn't it?" Eva smiles as she moves closer to the red-headed woman. "I am so lucky to have this family," Felicia replies to her as she puts the picture back down on the mantel. "And I guess you are a part of the family too, Eva." "I appreciate you saying that," she says back to her. "This is a great time for you, Felicia. Because soon you will be free from Frederick and you'll be able to start living your life again." "I hope so," Felicia gulps back to her. "I I saw Frederick earlier and he told me he wouldn't sign the divorce papers. I am scared that this divorce will take longer than anyone wants it too." "He will have to sign the papers," Eva tells her. "He can't stay in a marriage alone. And when that happens, we can all celebrate." "I am praying for that." "Have you given any thought as to what you want to do once you're free from Frederick?" "Not really," Felicia admits to her. "But I do know one thing; and that is how I feel about Dominick." Eva arches her eyebrow back to her. "You still love him, don't you?" Felicia nods back to her. "I do," she admits to Eva. "And I don't think I ever stopped. I I just don't know how Dominick feels about me. Do you think he loves me, Eva?" Eva uneasily smiles back to her as she knows that she and Dominick are trying to put their relationship back together. The last thing she wants, however, is to upset Felicia. "I I don't know," Eva whispers back to her. "I think the main focus should be your divorce; once that is finalized, we can all figure everything else out." The
Victors Mansion "Frederick, open the damn door!" Dominick yells as he pounds on the front door of the Victors mansion. After Felicia told him that Frederick told her that he wouldn't sign the divorce papers, he raced to the mansion to confront his rival. The last thing he wants is for Felicia to remain in a loveless marriage with the crazed doctor. "I'm not leaving here until you hear what I have to tell you!" Frederick finally opens the door and looks back at Dominick in surprise. "What the hell is wrong with you? Or do I even have to ask? I am only here because I needed to pick something up. I am expected back at the courthouse." "You're a sick son of a bitch," Dominick glares back at him as he storms into the foyer of the mansion. "How could you tell Felicia that you're not signing the divorce papers?" Frederick chuckles back to him. "Divorce papers are for people who no longer want to be married," Frederick informs him. "I am not one of those people. I love my wife and want to spend the rest of my life with her. It's only a matter of time before Felicia realizes that." "You will sign those divorce papers," Dominick warns him. "Your marriage to Felicia has been nothing but a shame, Frederick and everyone knows that." "You always come around barking orders at me," Frederick shakes his head in disgust at him. "You can leave, you're nothing more than a vile man, Dominick. Get out of my house and never come back." "I'll leave," Dominick tells him. "But consider this a warning: you will sign those divorce papers or you will answer to me." "I'm quaking in my boots," Frederick sneers back at him. "Tell my wife I said hello and don't let the door hit you on the way out." Twin
Peaks Courthouse Meggan and Jeff slowly move up to the table where Andy and Ethan are sitting. They look at Andy before Meggan clears her throat causing Andy to look at her. They are in a brief recess in the trial and the last thing that Andy wants is to have another conversation with Logan's mother since she is the reason that they are in court in the first place. "What the hell do you want?" Andy asks them quickly. "I just want to remind you to stay the hell away from my son," Meggan spits back to him. "If you ever go near him again, you will answer to me." "Is that a threat?" Ethan asks her quickly. "I am not sure the Judge would like to know that you're threatening my client." "Meg, come on, this was a mistake," Jeff tells her. "Let's go sit down before this gets out of control." "Before it gets out of control?" Andy asks quickly. "I've been charged with rape! This is already out of control!" Jeff ushers Meggan away from Andy's table before she can say anything else. The Judge, then, reappears and makes his way to his seat. "Your honor," Ethan stands up and looks at Franklin. "I'd like to call Logan Claus to the stand please." All eyes look at Logan who looks at his parents with an uneasily glance. He didn't realize that Ethan was going to call him to testify. But now he has no choice but to move to the witness stand. Meggan grabs his hand and squeezes it; she hopes that she confirms her theory that Andy's drinking is the cause of all of this nonsense.
