The Davenport House; Chris,
Trenyce, BJ, & Tinah's Home Trenyce picks up the empty breakfast
plates from the table in her house and moves them towards the sink in the kitchen.
She is clearing up after her and Chris had a late breakfast together, which they
do on a regular basis after the kids are at school. Now, she will clean up before
she heads into Robertson Enterprises, where she is busy working on some minor
tweaks for the spring launch of RELax. Inside the kitchen, she sees Chris
about to pour himself another cup of coffee, but she continues to go to the sink,
where she places the dishes. "I meant to ask you," she says
as she puts some dish soap into the sink. "Have you given anymore thought
to the idea of you getting a corporate job?" "Yea, I have,"
Chris nods back to her before he takes a sip of his coffee. "Well?
Do you think that is an option?" Trenyce asks him as she puts her hands into
the water and starts cleaning the plates. "We keep saying we need more money
but nothing ends up happening." Chris chuckles back to her. "I
do think that these things take time," he informs her. "We both know
that money doesn't grow on trees." "That's for sure," Trenyce
giggles back to him. "That would solve all of our problems! But seriously,
the corporate route might be a good idea?" "I know you believe
that," Chris says. "But the truth is, it is my last resort. I
I
like the flexibility of being an independent contractor, and it allows me to do
a lot more of the school activities with the kids, like meet the teachers and
what not." "That's all true," Trenyce looks back at him
as she dries her hands with a towel. "But we could work around that; I could
get more time off and what not. I
I think that our family's needs should
be top priority." "Let me continue to hustle for more contracts
and nothing pans out, I'll start looking," Chris tells her. "Cause like
I said, that would be my last resort." The Sugarbowl Donovan
sits in the back booth of the coffeehouse with a latte and a muffin in front of
him. He is having a light breakfast before he heads into the office for the day.
Across from him is Sergio, who is also having pastry and peppermint tea. The previous
evening, they had a romantic dinner which resulted in them making love, and they
are still basking in the glow. "Last night was really great,"
Sergio looks over at Donovan before he takes a bite of his scone. "I
I
had missed being with you that way." Donovan winks back over to his
lover. "I had missed it too," Donovan admits to him. "Part of the
reason why I am glad that we are back on the same page, Sergio." "Me
too," Sergio smiles back to him. "It feels like we are back to how we
were." Donovan nods back to him. "There is something I need
to say though and
.and I hope you'll hear me out." "Of
course." "This
uh
jealousy
you have to get that
under control," Donovan locks eyes with him. "I will still be friends
with Andy, Jarrod, Nicholas
and other guys. You can't be upset every time
you see me with someone else. You
you have to trust me that I'm with you
and only you." Sergio gulps heavily back to him. "That's fair,"
he nods back to him. "Just go easy on me as learning to trust again won't
happen overnight. But I will get there, I know I will." ***
At the window seats, Daisy and Frederick sit next to one another with coffees
in front of them. Daisy asked her father to meet her this morning so she could
give him an update on Dominick and Felicia's decision to come back to Twin Peaks.
On top of that, she really wants to know how Andrew is doing, since he has returned
to his winery in Santa Barbara to run the estate. "Thanks for coming
into town this morning," Daisy tells him before she takes a sip of her coffee.
"I know the Victors mansion is out of town." "I needed
to get some things anyways," Frederick replies to her. "And it gives
me a reason to get out of the mansion. While I've lived there for years, I have
always found it rather stuffy." "That's an understatement,"
Daisy chuckles back to him. "One of the reasons I wanted to see you is about
Andrew; I
I heard that he went back to the winery in Santa Barbara?"
"Yes, that's correct," Frederick takes a sip of his coffee. "He
came to me and was looking for a change of pace, or a new direction. I happened
to suggest that no one was actively working at the winery and that he could take
that on. I had no idea that he would actually accept the position." "I
see." "I
I think it will be good for him," Frederick
continues to tell her. "I know he just found out that Tinah is his daughter
but I think this will be a good change for him." "I hope you're
right about that," Daisy sighs back to him. "I guess deep down I was
just hoping that he and I would work things out." "And maybe
that will happen one day. On another note, have you been able to match my condition
on helping Dawn Black?" "That's the other reason I wanted to
see you," Daisy nods back to him. "I had no idea where Felicia had gone,
so I went to Leah and Bryce and asked them to bring her home." "And?
Is my wife coming back to Twin Peaks?" "She is," Daisy
says as Frederick grins back to her. "Felicia and Dominick should be back
in Twin Peaks by the end of the week. So, Frederick, please, start to help Dawn
because I lived up my end of the agreement, and it's time that you help Dawn before
it's too late." Twin Peaks Law Courts "Sorry
I am late, traffic was a little bit of a nightmare," Paige tells Ethan as
she moves up to him outside the court room. They are back at the courthouse today
as the Judge has come back with a ruling in Will's petition to stop Paige from
giving their newborn son up for adoption. Paige has no idea how the Judge is going
to rule, but she hopes that he won't take away her ability to make decisions about
her body and baby. "It's all good, we haven't been called in,"
Ethan looks back at her. "How are you feeling?" "Nervous,"
Paige admits to him. "After all this time, it's going to come down to a simple
decision from someone that has no idea what I've been through. It
it doesn't
seem fair. What are you thinking?" "I am thinking that we have
an excellent chance at winning this case," Ethan tries to reassure her. "I
don't know for certain what the Judge will say or do, but I have to believe that
he will rule with the mother in this case." "I hope you're right,"
Paige says before she peers over his shoulder and she sees Will and his lawyer,
Josh, huddled
together whispering back and forth. "Because Will getting to take away my
rights is not something I will stand for." Before Ethan can say anything,
the doors to the courtroom open and the Bailiff arrives. "The Judge is ready
for you now," he announces as the four parties look at one another before
they start to enter into the courtroom. Tyler's Townhouse
Tyler
paces back and forth in the living room of the townhouse that he lives in with
Kim. He barely slept the previous night as he knows that he did something that
he shouldn't have: he went to the hospital at the same time that Robbie was going
to have a DNA test run on Bobby and Kim to confirm that they are mother and son;
once the test was over, he swiped an access card from the nurses station and went
to the lab, where he switched the test results to confirm that they were not a
match. He did this because he is worried that if the truth does come out, he will
lose Kim to Robbie, and he doesn't want to do that. However, he also knows that
what he did was wrong, and with Madeline pressing to tell everyone the truth,
it might still come out. "What's gotten you so worked up this morning?"
Kim asks as she emerges from the bedroom ready to head into the office. As
soon as Kim asks the question, Tyler stops pacing and looks back at her. "Sorry,
I didn't hear you come out of the room." "It's okay, I only
just got here, but you already had paced 5 steps or so," Kim chuckles to
him as she moves up to him and kisses him on the lips. "You tossed and turned
all night too; is everything okay?" Tyler takes a deep breath as
he knows that he has to lie to her again. He hates lying to Kim, but he has no
other choice. "Yea, it's just work stuff," he tells her. "It'll
be fine once I come up with a permanent solution to a very difficult problem."
"You will," Kim kisses him again. "Because you're brilliant."
"You're too good to me," he manages a smile back to her. "I
love you, Kim. More than you'll ever know." "And I love you,"
Kim looks back at him. "Don't worry Tyler, no one or nothing will ever come
between us again." The Calimo Mansion
Madeline moves
into the living room of the Calimo mansion just as Robbie is about to pour himself
a cup of coffee from the bar. She quickly recalls how the previous night she saw
a close moment between Robbie, Kim, and baby Bobby; part of her knows that's how
it should always have been: the three of them as a family. Only her quest to keep
Robbie for herself got in the way of that, and she made a disaster of this situation.
"Morning," she finally breaks the silence between them as she moves
closer to him. "How was your night?" "It was fine,"
Robbie replies to her. "I
I did something that you should know about."
Madeline arches her eyebrow back to him. "What's going on now?"
"I am having a DNA test run," Robbie reveals to her. "I want
to know the truth about Bobby and Kim." "You told me that as
much before," Madeline recalls their previous conversation. "I already
know what the results will say, but if you need that confirmation, I understand."
"If it's true," Robbie glares back at her. "If you really did
steal my and Kim's child, my God, Madeline, there will be hell to pay."
Madeline gulps back at him. "I know that too," she says as her lip
quivers. "The truth is, Robbie, I'm ready for all of this to be over, so
whatever those consequences maybe, I am ready to face them." Twin
Peaks General Hospital In the lab, Stephanie looks over some of the
pending tests. She, then, picks up the next file, which has Robbie's name on it.
She opens the file and looks at some of the results with an arched eyebrow. She
wasn't the one who administrated the test, but from what she can see, it was a
DNA test with two different parties. "Interesting," she whispers
to herself. "They used a coffee cup and a strain of hair," she reads
the file carefully. "Only, this doesn't make sense. These results
they
didn't come out correctly, I can tell by the data inputs. I better run this again
before we call Mr. Calimo with the results. We wouldn't want another mixed up
DNA test," she chuckles to herself as she recalls the fiasco with Trenyce,
Chris, Daisy, and Andrew. She puts the folder back in the pending file
and carries on with her day, as she knows that a nurse will be in shortly to run
the tests again. The Cascade Apartments; Cassie, Jacob, & Carter's
Home "You
you heard correctly," Cassie slowly moves
closer to Jacob as they continue to face each other in the kitchen of their apartment.
"We are going to have a baby." "How
.how the hell
did this happen?" he asks in surprise. "We were always on birth control?"
Cassie shrugs back to him. "I guess accidents happen," she replies
to him. "It happens all the time, Jacob." "I don't believe
this," Jacob says as he runs his hands through his hair. "I just finished
telling you that I didn't want more kids, and now this happens? This is unbelievable."
"Jacob, it's
it's a miracle," Cassie tells him as she tries
to get him to understand. "We are going to be parents again." "I
I
need some air," Jacob tells her as he grabs his briefcase and jacket and
storms out of the apartment, slamming the door behind him. Cassie is left
alone in the apartment with tears filling her eyes. "He will come around,"
she whispers to herself as she puts her hand on her stomach. "He has too."
