Adam's Townhouse

"You know, we missed you at Christmas," Dawn tells her father as they stand in the kitchen of his townhouse, each with a cup of coffee in their hand. Dawn came to see her father since he didn't show up at the Black house for Christmas day; she is assuming that he has been needing time and space to wrap his head around everything that has happened since his car accident that left him with short term memory loss. It must have been a jolt to think about how much happened in the 5, or so, years that Adam couldn't remember for a short time. "Why did you want to be alone?"

Adam sighs back to her before he takes a sip of his coffee. "To be honest, I think I just needed a break from everything and everyone. Leading up to the holiday, a lot went down."

"Mom told me that she and Robin were fighting when your memory came back," Dawn admits to him. "She feels pretty awful."

"Your mother should feel awful," Adam sternly replies to her. "Having a physical altercation with a pregnant woman? I don't know what she was thinking."

"I can't speak for her about what happened or why it happened," Dawn looks back at him. "But, I do know that she is sorry."

"I just pray that baby Domi makes it through okay," Adam takes another sip of his coffee. "Because if anything happens to that little girl, your mother will feel guilty."

"Now that you have your memory back, do you know what you're going to do?"

"What do you mean by that?"

"I mean, you were engaged to Robin but you walked out because you learned of her affair with Shane," Dawn tells him. "And for the last few months, you have been living with Mom again as it you were married. From where I stand, you seemingly have two women that are in love with you and you sort of have to decide which one you want to be with."

Adam sighs heavily back to her. "I wish I knew," he admits to his daughter. "I am still really hurt by what Robin did but I can't deny that I still care for her. And as for your mother, a part of me will always love her, Dawn."

"Seems like you don't know what you're going to do," Dawn takes a sip of her coffee.

"That's because I have no idea what to do," he chuckles back to her. "In any event, I'm glad my memory is back and that you're here. I love you kiddo."

"I love you too Dad," Dawn smiles back to him. "And, I'm glad you remember everything too. I just hope we can be normal in the New Year."

"Normal? In Twin Peaks?" Adam asks her with a cocked eye. "I don't think that will happen."

The Pampa Grill

"I can't believe that Robbie asked Kim to marry him on Christmas Day," Paige tells Jacob as they sit together in the restaurant. Jacob just finished telling Paige about all the drama that went down at the Calimo mansion on Christmas morning, mostly the engagement of Robbie and Kim. "I didn't even realize that they were seeing each other."

"My Mom told me she only learned about it at our welcome home party," Jacob replies to his fiancé. "Needless to say, it was an eventful day at the mansion. Your Christmas was good?"

Paige moves a piece of her hair behind her ear before she takes a sip of her latte. "It was a weird vibe for sure," she tells him. "Eva wasn't there because of her affair with Will, Robin was at the hospital, my Dad went to Meggan's…it just felt like my family was split up this year."

"I'm sorry," Jacob looks back at her. "I wish you would have come to the mansion. It could have been a good time."

"You know what I'd like?" Paige smiles back to him. "Next year, if you and I have Christmas together."

"I think that could be arranged," Jacob replies to her. "Especially if we are married by then."

"You still want to get married?" she asks him quickly. "Even after we almost died trying to elope?"

Jacob uneasily chuckles back to her. "With Cassie dead, that won't be a problem going forward. And yes, of course I still want to marry you, Paige. So, 2021, let's get married? What do you say?"

"I say that sounds like the best idea you've had in a while," she smiles as she leans up and kisses him on the lips.

At another table, Daisy is scrolling her phone as she waits for Brett to arrive to join her. She asked him to meet her this morning so she could tell him that she and Tyler have broken up; she knows that they have been growing closer since they escaped Vinny's clutches and she wanted him to know the latest with her.

"Hey, morning," Vinny says as he approaches Daisy's table, which causes her to put her phone down. He knows that he still has to pretend to be Brett to avoid jail time, which is finding to be more difficult as he hated his twin brother. Still, he will do what he has to do to stay out of jail. "Sorry I am late."

"No need to apologize," she purses her lips together. "How was your Christmas?"

"Quiet," he admits to her. "But, I don't mind that. I am assuming you were with Trenyce?"

"Yea, and her daughter Cheresa," Daisy says back to him. "I've moved in with Trenyce actually."

Vinny looks back at her in surprise. "Really? You moved out of Tyler's? Why would you do that?"

Daisy uneasily looks back at him as she prepares to tell him the truth. "Well," she begins to tell him. "Tyler and I have decided to go our separate ways."

Vinny looks back at her in shock as that was the last thing he expected her to say, but he can't help but be pleased. Now, he can continue to focus on his plan to get back at Daisy for her affair with Tyler. "I…I don't know what to say. Are you okay?"

Daisy shrugs back to him a little. "Yea, I'm fine," she tells him. "It was for the best. We both realized that we changed in the months that he believed I was dead while I was in the cage."

"As long as you're doing okay Daisy, then I am okay with this news," he replies to her quickly. "I can't say that I'm upset by this news, however."

"I didn't think you would be," Daisy admits to him with a sly grin on her face. "Since you keep mentioning our night together and have kissed me a few times."

"Well, now I know going forward that I can do that without cause for concern," he winks back to her. "Daisy Davenport is once a free woman!"

Daisy chuckles back to him. "You're too funny," she says back to him. "But yes, I am free and it feels really good, I must say!"

Roboto

Natasha types furiously into her laptop as she sits behind the desk in the main office of Roboto as she is working on some post-Christmas sales figures. Her mind, however, is really on the fact that Robbie proposed to Kim on Christmas Day; she can't believe that her brother wants to marry their former step mother. In Natasha's mind, this is the worst possible thing that Robbie could be doing, and now, she will have to try to find a way to prevent them from becoming husband and wife.

"Merry belated Christmas," a voice calls out from the doorway of the office.

Natasha turns and sees Tyler standing there with some red roses in his hand. "Tyler, wow, those are beautiful," she stands up and moves up to him as he passes her the flowers.

"They are for you," he tells her. "I know it's a late Christmas present, but I hope you like them."

"I love them," she sets them down on the desk before she turns back to him. "Thank you, Tyler but I don't know if I can accept these. I told you that I wouldn't be your side piece and I meant that."

"You don't have to be my side piece," Tyler looks back at her. "Daisy moved out, we ended our relationship Natasha."

Natasha looks back at him in surprise as she was not expecting him to tell her that. "When did this happen? I mean, I'm really sorry to hear that."

Tyler chuckles back to her. "Don't be sorry," he replies to her quickly. "Daisy and I had a long conversation and we both realized that we had changed a lot while she was away and we weren't in the same place as we used to be."

Natasha moves a piece of hair behind her ear. "I see. Are you holding up okay?"

Tyler moves forward and kisses her passionately on her lips. "I'm doing more than okay," he tells her as lust fills his eyes. "Maybe we can get back what we were building towards now?"

Natasha leans in and kisses him passionately on the lips again, thrilled that she can Tyler can be lovers once again.

The Richardson Estate; Meggan, Lukas & Donovan's Home

Lukas opens the front door of the large estate and scurries inside, desperate to get in from the chilly winter air. He moves into the foyer and puts down his bag of pastries that he picked up from the Sugarbowl that he ran out to grab for himself and Donovan. He didn't want to make a huge breakfast, so he agreed to weather the cold air while Donovan stayed him with Olly. Lukas, however, is most excited to get back to his husband and his son.

He grabs the bag after he hangs up his jacket and starts to move into the living room but he freezes when he hears voices. He arches his eyebrow wondering who Donovan would have invited over once he left the house. As he creeps closer to the living room entry way, he feels his blood boil when he hears Abby's voice.

"Christmas was nice," she says as she holds Olly and rocks him in her arms. "I mean, I was struggling with Sonny but having the family around was a good thing for me. This little guy has gotten so big!"

Donovan chuckles back to her. "He seems to grow every day," he tells her. "I'm glad you were able to come for a quick visit today. I'm glad that Olly can give you some peace with everything that has happened."

"I don't know why," Abby looks over at Donovan. "But I feel such a connection to this little guy. He really brings a smile to my face."

"He has a way of doing that with everyone he meets."

"What is going on in here?" Lukas asks as he moves into the living room and sets the bag of pastries down on the table.

"Oh Lukas, hey," Donovan turns to his husband. "Once you left, I called Abby to see if she wanted to see Olly."

"He fell asleep in my arms," Abby smiles over to Lukas, who is fuming back at her. "I just can't get enough of your son."

"Can I talk to you for a moment? In private?" Lukas turns and asks Donovan, who can tell that Lukas is not happy.

"We will be right back," Donovan turns and looks at Abby.

"Take your time, I won't leave his side," she smiles back to him.

In the foyer, Lukas puts his hand on his hip. "What the hell? As soon as I leave, you invite her over? You know damn well how I feel about her being around Olly!"

"Keep your voice down please," Donovan looks over his shoulder to make sure that Abby can't hear them. "I thought that it would be nice for Abby to see Olly and once again, it is helping her. I know you have reservations but she is mourning the loss of her child, Lukas. The least we can do is have some compassion."

"I have compassion," Lukas grits his teeth together. "But, I still do not want her to getting an attachment to our son! This has to be the last time Donovan, it has to be!"

The Tower's; Floor One; Andy's Condo

"How are you feeling about Kim's engagement to Robbie?" a shirtless Nicholas asks Andy as he moves into the living room of the condo they live in together holding two glasses of orange juice. He sits next to Andy and passes him his juice as he waits to hear how Andy is feeling about his sister's engagement as Nicholas knows the sorted history between Kim and the Calimo's.

"I hope she knows what she is doing," Andy takes a sip of his juice. "All I want is for her to be happy, and if Robbie is making her happy, then I am happy for her. I am just worried about the history with Kim, Robbie and Natasha."

"Maybe this marriage will be the fresh start they all need?" Nicholas asks him back.

"I sure hope so," Andy smiles to him. "Anyways, it makes me realize how grateful I am to have you in my life. You and I, we are a good match and we don't have any secrets from each other."

Nicholas uneasily gulps back to him as he thinks about how he knows that Clayton Hughes is at the One Day House; Clayton, of course, is the Reese lookalike that Andy is desperate to try to find so he can figure out how and why Clayton looks like his deceased husband. Nicholas hates that he is keeping this from Andy but he can't shake his insecurity that he is feeling about Andy having the desire to find the man who looks like Reese.

"I think every relationship has ups and downs," Nicholas finally replies to him. "Ours just has more ups than downs."

"You know what?" Andy looks over at him. "I could get up before we leave for the day."

Nicholas chuckles back to him before he kisses him. "Then consider that our plan of attack."

One Day House

Meggan opens the front door to the One Day House and looks around for Nicholas. She wanted to run some ideas by him, or Andy, about trying to locate the Reese lookalike. Since she works so close to the One Day House, she thought she would pop over and see if she can talk to Nicholas face to face.

She moves over to the door to his office but sees that it is closed and that there is no light on. "Damn, he must not be in yet," she whispers to herself. "That's fine, I'll send them a text and see if they can meet me for lunch."

She goes to leave the House but something catches her eye. She looks closely and feels her heart skip a beat at the sight in the kitchen: a young man who is a spitting image of Reese!

"My God," she gasps. "I found him! I found the Reese lookalike!"
