The Cascade Apartments; Apartment 302; Andrew's Home

Abby feels the blood drain from her face as the words Andrew just said to her replay in her head over and over again. She had come over to his apartment as per his request as she believed that he wanted them to finally be together since she told him that she was pregnant with his baby. Of course, she has not told Andrew that she has also slept with Max and so she really doesn't know who the father is; in Abby's mind, she was going to use the baby to get back together with him. However, he just told her that he's not ready to be a father and he wants her to have an abortion.

"Are you okay?" Andrew moves closer to her as he can see that she is pale. "Do you want to sit down or have a glass of water?"

"Don't you touch me," she hisses back to him rejecting his hand to help her to the sofa. "How could you say that to me? How could you suggest I end my pregnancy?"

"It's like I said," Andrew replies to her quickly. "I'm not ready to be a father, Abby. I'm just telling how what I think we should do."

"And you think the best solution if to have an abortion? You can't be serious about this?!"

Andrew uneasily nods back to her. "I gave it a lot of thought," he tells her. "If you are honest with yourself, do you think you're ready to be a mother?"

"I have no idea," Abby admits to him. "But this is a consequence of what we did. I'm adult enough to take ownership of that!"

"So, what are you saying?"

"I'm saying," Abby looks back at him. "This is my body and this is my choice. You will not get to tell me what I can and can't do with this baby."

"Ugh, you're taking this the wrong way," Andrew tries to tell her.

"Am I? You told me to kill my unborn child, how am I supposed to take this?" Abby yells at him. "You know what, I'm done with this conversation, I have to get out of here."

"Abs, wait," Andrew calls out after her as Abby rushes to the door and slams it closed behind herself. "Damn it, that's not what I wanted to have happen."

The Calimo Mansion

"Are you sure we have this entire place to ourselves?" Paige asks Jacob as they sit together on the sofa in the lavish mansion that he lives in with his family. They both had long days as they told their respective families that they were going to continue to date each other despite their best efforts to try to keep them apart.

"Yea, my Mom is still at the office and same with my Uncle. I'm sure Rosario is around here somewhere, but she won't bug us unless I need something from her," Jacob replies to her quickly. "Do you want something to drink? Wine or a cocktail?"

"I'll have wine if you will?"

"Yea, I'll open the bottle at the bar," Jacob stands up and moves to the bar. "So, how did Jeff and Leah take the news that we are going to be dating?"

Paige chuckles back to him. "Honestly? I didn't really give them much chance to say anything. I told them how it was going to be and I left."

"Wow, good for you," Jacob returns with two glasses of wine in his hand. "Cheers to you sticking up for you and us."

Paige accepts the wine and then moves a piece of hair behind her ear. "I like what we have going Jacob," she admits to him before she takes a sip of her wine. "I am not going to let my parents stop us from exploring this."

Jacob smiles back to her. "I'm glad you said that cause I feel the exact same way," he licks his lips a little and looks back at her. "You're so beautiful, have I told you that?"

Paige giggles back to him. "Thanks, you can say that anytime because a girl never gets tired of hearing that. You're very cute!"

"Cute?" Jacob teases her. "Not ruggedly handsome?"

Paige continues to giggle back to him. "You're funny," she tells him before he comes up to her and kisses her passionately on the lips.

"I'm lucky," he says as their lips part.

"I'm lucky too," she replies to him as they look into each other's eyes. "How long before your Mom is home?"

Jacob looks back at her in surprise. "You want to go to my room? We can be alone even if they get home?"

"I thought you'd never ask," Paige replies to him as her eyes fill with lust and they kiss again. They set their wine glasses down and they scurry off to his bedroom, desperate to take each other's clothes off their bodies.

The Pampa Grill

"I can't thank you enough for supporting me with Victoria moving in with Vinny," Eva tells Tyler as they sit at the bar together, each with a drink in front of them. Eva recalls how earlier she overheard her daughter agree to move in with Vinny and she protested to Victoria. While Victoria was trying to tell Eva that she will be careful with Vinny, Tyler approached and agreed with Eva that Vinny shouldn't be trusted. Eva is glad that someone is on her side in this but she doesn't know if it will be enough to get through to Victoria.

"I don't trust the guy," Tyler looks back to his step mother. "I think Victoria moving in with him would be a huge mistake."

"It's just convincing Victoria that might take some work," Eva chuckles back to her before she takes a sip of her wine. "How are you doing anyways, Tyler? It's not often you and I have the chance to talk one on one."

"I'm doing okay," Tyler replies to her. "I mean, I'm trying to move on from this Daisy situation but it is difficult."

"Losing someone you loved once is always a difficult process," she tells him. "Have you thought about going back to work? The distraction might be good for you?"

"It's funny you say that," Tyler admits to her. "My mother said the same thing. I'm beginning to think it is the best idea for me otherwise I might go crazy."

Eva uneasily sighs back to him thinking about Felicia and how many times she has caught her in a close moment with Dominick lately. She knows that they will always be close but she can't help but feel unsettled but their relationship.

"Are you okay? Did I say something wrong?"

"No, I'm fine," Eva replies to him. "I guess I just need to wrap my head around the fact that your parents will always be close no matter how long I've been married to Dominick."

Tyler arches his eyebrow at her response to her. "They are close," he tells her. "But my Dad is married to you. Never forget that, Eva."

Eva takes a sip of her wine. "I know he is married to me," she nods back to him. "I just wish he'd remember that more often. Between work and your mother, I feel like a distant third priority and that is unsettling to me."

At another table, Trenyce nervously looks at her phone hoping to have received a message from Cheresa as she invited her daughter to have a drink with her. Trenyce hopes that she can try to make some inroads with Cheresa so they can start having a good relationship together. She knows that Cheresa was furious with her and Chris when the truth about Chris' involvement in the restraining order against Dawn came out but she hopes that enough time has passed for Cheresa to truly want to move past it, despite her daughter telling her that her main focus has to be on Brooke and the upcoming trial. Trenyce even went so far as to try to have the charges against Brooke dropped but learned that it was out of the jurisdiction so the charges would remain.

"Cheresa, hi, you came," Trenyce gets a smile on her face when her daughter finally appears at her table. "Please sit, can I get you a drink?"

"Uh," Cheresa replies to her wondering why she got an invite from her biological mother. "Sure, maybe just a white wine?"

"Consider it done," Trenyce smiles back to her. "You're looking really good, things must be going well?"

"I guess?" Cheresa uneasily nods back to her. "I mean, as well as they can be considering my Mom is going to trial soon. I mean, Brooke."

"Its fine," Trenyce waves her hand back to her. "I get that you still consider Brooke your Mom. She raised you after all."

"She did and knowing that as a result she might have go to jail is really scary."

"I get that too," Trenyce admits to her. "Just so you know, I did try to have the charges against her dropped."

"You did? Really?"

"Yes," Trenyce nods back to her. "Simona Lopez told me, however, that the charges got escalated to a national level so the trial will have to happen."

"Ugh," Cheresa groans back to her. "I guess I'm not surprised. I'm just nervous about the entire thing because I have to testify. I will have to speak to the court."

Trenyce reaches over and slowly touches Cheresa's hand. "I want you to know that no matter what happens, I will be there to support you. I won't let you go through this ordeal alone, and for what it's worth, I am sorry that this is happening to you."

"Thanks Trenyce," Cheresa replies to her quickly. "That does mean a lot to me."

The Young Mansion; Nicholas & Andy's Home

Andy slowly walks out of the washroom that is attached to his and Nicholas bedroom in the Young mansion with a towel wrapped around his waist. After he got home, he wanted a shower as he felt like he had a very long day. He wants to put on some sweat pants and head downstairs to try to enjoy the rest of the evening with Nicholas, including trying to make it up to him for being late to the opening of the One Day House, Nicholas new half-way house that he opened.

As he opens the closet door, he immediately starts to hear a scratching noise that he heard a few days earlier. The noise becomes louder and louder as he looks around to see what could be causing the noise.

"Hello?" he calls out in a worried voice, but no one responds to him. "What is this? Who is in here?"

Again, there is no response and slowly the scratching noise starts to go away until Andy stands there in silence. He shakes his head thinking something is off about the house. He opens the door to the bedroom and quickly walks towards the staircase. He reaches the living room and sees Nicholas sitting on the sofa with a glass of wine in his hand.

"You're not dressed?" Nicholas asks him as he looks over at his lover, who is still wrapped in the white towel.

"I just heard this weird noise," Andy admits to him. "It's not the first time I've heard it. It's coming from the closet in the master bedroom."

"A noise?" Nicholas replies to him quickly. "What kind of noise?"

"I don't know, like a scratching noise or something," Andy shakes his head in confusion. "I call out to see if something can hear me but nothing ever responds. I don't know Nicholas, this is freaking me out."

"What do you think is going on? Like there's an animal or something in the house?"

Andy looks back at him with worry on his face. "Or worse," Andy says back to him. "What if the house is haunted?"

Nicholas chuckles back to him. "You're not serious are you?" he asks him as he realizes that Andy is serious. "Oh Andy, I think something is seriously going on with you. First, you're always late and now you're hearing things? Maybe you just need a good night sleep?"

Andy uneasily nods back to him. "Yea, I am pretty tired. Maybe you're right. Maybe I just need a good sleep."

Roboto

"You will not believe what happened," Kim announces as she storms into the main office and throws her purse onto the sofa before she moves to the bar and pours herself a scotch. She takes a sip before she turns to look at Cassie, who is sitting behind the desk in the office.

Cassie logs out of the Roboto banking website and then closes the laptop so Kim doesn't see what she was working on. She knows that no one can know what she is really working on. "I'm all ears, what has happened now?"

"I ran into Will Coutts," Kim reveals to her, thinking about her run in with the former inmate. "He's out on parole."

"Wow," Cassie nods back to her in surprise. "That certainly didn't take long."

"No, I was surprised to see him," Kim tells her. "And immediately my mind went to my idea to have Dominick's life blow up so he can't do anything to regain corporate control."

"What did you do?"

"I took him for a drink and offered him a job," Kim reveals to her. "I offered him money to seduce Eva."

"You did what?" Natasha opens the door to the office having heard the tail end of their conversation. She can't believe that Kim has hired someone to seduce her mother; she warned Kim not to do this and she has gone against her wishes. Now, she knows why she told Robbie that she didn't trust Kim or Cassie, they always end up proving themselves to be not trust worthy. "How the hell could you do this?"

"I'm going to let you handle this one," Cassie winks over to Kim, secretly thrilled by the internal fighting that is about to take place, and for once, she's not caught in the middle.

"If you would just listen to me," Kim looks back at Natasha. "Just because I hired Will to seduce Eva, doesn't mean he will follow through. All I'm hoping for is that they share a few kisses and Dominick gets wind of it. That way, he will be so focused on Eva and his marriage that Robertson will take a back burner; we can't afford another success like Gravity."

"This is a horrible idea," Natasha shakes her head back to Kim. "You will not use my mother as a pawn, do you hear me! This has to end, it has too!"

"Sorry Natasha," Kim replies to her. "I will do no such thing. And, when this is all said and done, you will thank me. Just wait and see."

The Pampa Grill

Eva finishes her white wine and then sets the glass back down on the bar before she collects her purse. She pays her tab and then prepares to leave and head home for the evening. As she moves towards the door, however, she freezes in her tracks when she sees Will walk into the restaurant. She can't believe that the younger man, once her lover, is standing in front of her. She hasn't seen him in years because of his jail time but she can't help but notice that he is still very attractive.

"Will, is that really you?" she asks him in surprise as she rushes up to him and gives him a hug. "I can't believe you're here. You're out of jail?"

"In the flesh," he wraps his hands around her as he quickly recalls the last time he was at the Pampa Grill. "And, got out on parole for good behaviour."

[Flash]

"I'm not sure I understand," Will says over to Kim as they sit at the bar together. "You want me to seduce Eva? But why?"

"It's a long story," Kim replies to him. "But she is married to Dominick Robertson now, and his company is a rival company to mine. I'm thinking that if Dominick's personal life is a mess, his corporate life will suffer."

"I'm not sure that this is a good idea," Will admits to her. "I cared for Eva once upon a time, I wouldn't want to do anything to hurt her."

Kim chuckles back to him. "If anything you'd be saving her from a boring marriage. You'd give her something to make her feel alive again, Will. Please, tell me you'll help me. You'll help Eva."

Will takes a large gulp of his whiskey sour and finds himself nodding back to her. "Okay, I'll give it a shot. I can't make any promises but I could use the money and it would be nice to reconnect with Eva again."

"You won't regret this," Kim lifts her wine glass and toasts him.

[Flash]

"Are you leaving already?" Will asks her as they exit their embrace. "Why not stay and have a drink with me? We have so much to catch up on?"

Eva finds herself pursing her lips together and nodding back to him. "Sure, I'd love to have a drink with you Will."

Max opens the door from the washroom and prepares to leave the restaurant. He stopped in for a quick drink before ending his day and now he has to head home as he has another busy day planned at Robertson Enterprises the following day. As he moves towards the exit, he can't help but notice Abby sitting at a table by herself with a drink in front of her. Immediately, he walks over to her worried about what she is about to take a sip of.

"What are you drinking?" he asks her as he moves up to her table.

"Its sparkling water," Abby replies to him, still reeling from her meeting with Andrew. "Even though I could use something stronger, I know better than to put my baby at risk."

"I'm glad to hear that," Max nods back to her. "You look like you've had a long day. Is everything okay?"

"It will be," she waves his hand at him. "My baby and I will both be fine."

"Good," Max tells her. "Cause, I have news. I told my Mom about what is going on and she has agreed to set up a paternity test. All you have to do is show up."

Abby rolls her eyes back to him. "Oh goodie, thanks."

"I'm serious Abby," Max sternly tells her. "I have to know if I'm the father or not. I won't accept anything less, and if that baby is mine, I will be a part of his or hers life."
