Scene One - The Calimo House; Robbie & Felicia's Home

"I wonder how it's going up there," Dominick tells Eva as he paces around the living room of his deceased daughter's house. He knows that Felicia is upstairs right now being put under hypnosis by Frederick to see if her subconscious will help Felicia remember anything about the night of Leah's death. He hopes that if Felicia does remember she will be able to handle it; his worry stems from the fact that Felicia is largely to blame for Leah's death and he doesn't know if she will take it okay to learn the truth. The last thing he wants is for Felicia's mental state to suffer; not after all the progress she has made.

Eva watches her lover pace and can tell that he is worried about Felicia. She hopes that Felicia does remember and she accepts everything that happened because she is more than ready to have Dominick divorce Felicia so they can be married. She is rather tired of having another woman dictate so much of her life; she wants it to be over so she and Dominick can be together. If Felicia remembers they can all move on with their lives.

"I just hope that Felicia is strong enough to handle everything that happened in Lake Tahoe last year," Eva replies to him. "You and I both know that she will be devastated if she remembers her role in Leah's death."

"That damn Bob Calimo is the one really to blame," Dominick says as he grits his teeth. "Had he not tampered with Felicia's medication, none of this would be happening."

"I know," Eva says back to him as she moves up to him and rubs his back with her hand. "Can I tell you what I really want to have happen?"

"Of course," he tells her as he looks into her eyes.

"I want Felicia to remember and I want her to be strong enough to handle the truth. Because that means that you and I can finally move on with our lives. I want that more than I can say," she reveals to him as she looks into his eyes.

He pulls her into a hug. "I want that as well my love," he whispers into ear. "And we will be married one day. I promise you that, we will be married."

Upstairs in Felicia's room, she is laying on the bed with her eyes closed. Frederick is sitting next to her and he has his note pad out on his lap so he can take notes as he talks to Felicia, who is already under in the hypnosis.

"Can you hear me, Felicia?" he asks her, as she nods her head back to him.

"Yes, I can," she says, keeping her eyes closed.

"Everything that we say together in this session, you will remember when you open your eyes again," he explains to her. "Now, what is the first thing that comes to your mind now that you're in a state of complete relaxation?"

Felicia sighs and gets a warm smile on her face. "I'm thinking about my family. My son, Tyler, his beautiful baby boy Blake, my lovely granddaughter Paige … and my husband, Dominick."

Frederick's face turns stone cold when he hears her refer to Dominick as her husband and that he is one of the first things that is on her mind. He had hoped that he would be on her mind. "And how do you feel when you think about your family?"

"I feel at peace," Felicia replies to him quickly. "I love my family more than anything else in the world."

"Let's talk about that for a moment," Frederick continues to say back to her. "How do you feel about your husband?"

Felicia pauses for a moment as she thinks about Dominick. "We haven't exactly been a husband and wife in the traditional sense in a very, very long time. But despite all of that, I still love him with every fiber of my being."

Frederick closes his eyes as the words coming from Felicia sting him hard. He had hoped that she was starting to feel for him the way he feels about her; knowing that she's under hypnosis right now and saying that she loves Dominick, not him, is a hard pill to swallow. He looks back at her and wonders what he should say next to her while she's under the hypnosis. He knows he has to continue to try to get her to remember.

"Let's talk about your children," he begins to say back to her, as her face tightens a little.

Scene Two - The Sugarbowl

Robbie walks into the coffeehouse and looks around hoping to see Paige sitting at a table. He moves to the counter and orders a coffee, when he doesn't see her. He is desperate to see Paige today to try to see if her can convince her to not move in with Bob. He can't believe that his father has taken it into his own hands to have Paige go and live with him; after everything Bob did to cause Leah's death, this is the last thing that Robbie wanted from his father. If anything, however, it has made him more determined to help Dominick with his plan to bring down Bob.

He grabs his latte and moves to the coffee bar to put a lid on his cup. When he turns around, he notices Jeff sitting at the window bar looking over some notes for Robertson Enterprises. Robbie shakes his head in disgust at the sight of Jeff but finds himself walking over to the man that is his rival.

"We need to talk," Robbie announces to Jeff as he stands behind him.

Jeff turns around and sees Robbie. He recalls the last time Robbie saw him at the coffeehouse and doesn't want to replay another fight scene. "I'm not in the mood to deal with you today, Robbie."

"I'm not leaving until you hear what I have to say," Robbie replies to him, knowing that Jeff needs to know the latest news.

Jeff turns around and sighs at Robbie. "Make it quick, I have a lot of work to do today. I don't have time for another blow out with you."

Robbie looks back at him. "When was the last time spoke to Paige?"

"A couple of days, why?" Jeff asks him.

"Then you don't know," he says back to him.

"Know what, Robbie?" Jeff continues to ask him.

"She's moving out of my house," Robbie informs him as Jeff's eyes open wider in surprise. "And into my father's house."

"You've got to be kidding me," Jeff replies as he stands up and looks at Robbie. "Paige is moving in with the man who killed my wife? No, this isn't happening! I won't let it!"

"It's too late," Robbie says back to him. "She's there now. I was hoping to see her before she left but she's gone. She's at the Calimo mansion."

Scene Three - The Calimo Mansion

"Are you all settled in upstairs?" Bob asks Paige when he notices her coming into the living room of the mansion as he knows that she was just upstairs unpacking her belongings.

"For the most part," Paige replies to him as he moves over to her. "Thank you again, Grandpa, for letting me stay here while I figure things out."

"You know you're always welcome here," Bob replies to her with a smile on his face. "And it's like I was telling you, this place is far too quiet. I will enjoy the company."

She moves past him and puts some hair behind her ear. "And you know that you're welcome to anything in the house," Bob continues to tell her as she looks at some of the pictures that are on the fire place mantel. "Anything you want is at your disposal. And if you're hungry, Rosario can make you anything that you'd like."

Paige turns and around with a grin on her face. "You're spoiling me."

"You deserve to have everything you could want," he tells her. "And if you need a ride into the city, let the driver know. He can take you to and from whenever you need."

"You're being so generous," she replies to him as she moves forward to him and gives him a hug. "Thank you Grandpa."

"You're most welcome my beauty," he says as they exit their hug. "I know that you've been going through a rough time since your mother passed away and I want you to know that you can take all the time you want to grieve. I know that being around Jeffrey and Robbie has been difficult. You don't have any of that pressure here, okay?"

Paige nods as she feels her eyes swell with water. "I think the time alone and away from the craziness will do me good."

"I agree," he says to her. "Now, I have a lot of work to do, okay? I will be upstairs in my office if you need anything, anything at all."

"Okay, thank you Grandpa."

Scene Four - The Pier

"Are you sure we won't get caught being down here?" Dawn asks Max as they walk down the pier quickly, looking for a spot to get high together. Dawn knows that she should be going to the hospital to have another shift as a candy striper, but in fact it's the last place she wants to be. She has too much on her mind with her purposely withholding Jacob's medication a few weeks earlier, to Natasha confronting her and Dawn revealing that she knows about Natasha and Adam's affair, to pushing and causing Natasha falling down the stairs and suffering a miscarriage. Dawn only hopes that the bay wasn't Adam's because that would be an even bigger mess than what has already happened. Dawn still feels responsible for the death of the unborn child, even though she's tried to justify it to herself on many different levels.

"Yea, Dawn," Max tells her as he turns and grabs her hand. "There's an abandoned fishing boat down here. I've been on it a few times and no one has ever come and asked me to leave. It's the perfect place to sit and get stoned."

"I need to high so bad today," Dawn replies to him as they arrive at the fishing boat. "I need to clear my head."

"Then this is the perfect thing to do," he grins at her, which makes most girls weak in the knees. For some reason, however, Dawn doesn't look at Max in that light. Maybe because she believes that Paige and Max are actually dating and she would never come between them or maybe it's something else that she can't place. "This is the boat, here let me help you up."

Max helps Dawn crawl on to the boat. She finds her balance before she turns around and helps him into the boat afterwards. They look around for a moment. "See, I told you, this thing is completely abandoned."

"You're right," she smiles back to him as she sits down on the dock and lays a blanket out. She lays down on it and looks up at him. "Come on, let's look at the clouds while we smoke our joint."

"I thought you'd never ask," he says as he lays next to her and pulls the weed out of his pocket, quickly lighting it.

Scene Five - The Riverside Delicatessen

Kim opens the door to the deli and quickly moves inside. She is looking to order lunch and take it over to Andy's condo so he can have something fresh for his first day out of the hospital. She has never been so scared as she was when her brother was in the hospital for drinking too much; she recalls finding Andy in his condo, passed out in his own vomit and needed his stomach pumped. She only hopes that this is the wakeup call that he needs to stop drinking so heavily.

After she places her order, she moves to the side counter and waits for her order to be made. She looks around and freezes when she spots Tyler eating lunch in the corner. She turns and closes her eyes hoping that he doesn't see her. While she has always appreciated the attention that Tyler gives her, she doesn't want him to continue to pursue her. She knows that she is desperately trying to get back together with Bob and Tyler's persistence really makes it harder.

"Well hello there," Tyler grins as he approaches the mother of his children. He hopes that he can try to talk Kim into giving them another chance but also maintain that he hasn't been with another woman recently, which is a lie because he and Trenyce hooked up the other day. "Fancy meeting you here."

"Isn't it though?" Kim replies to him, without looking back at him. "This is a pretty popular place in the city, it's not too uncommon to see people you know here."

"That's true, but I'm happy that I got to see you. How is our son doing?" Tyler asks her, trying to make small talk.

"He's great," Kim replies to him. "I'd be happy to arrange a time for you to stop by the house so you can see him."

"I'd like that a lot," Tyler says back to her as he grabs her hand causing her to look at him.

"Tyler, please," she snaps her hand away from his. "I don't know how many times I have to tell you that what we had is over. We can never go back to that."

"I'm not ready to give up on us as a family Kim," he replies to her. "You, me and Blake … we could have it all."

Kim sighs and looks at him, not wanting to hurt him. "There's something you should know," she whispers back to him. "My brother was recently in the hospital."

"Is he okay?"

"He'll be fine," Kim says back to him. "But, Bob was there for me the entire time. We grew a lot closer in these last few days."

"So you're back together with him?" He asks her, already feeling his heart move into his stomach.

"Not exactly," she says back to him. "But I'm hopeful that we are on the right track. So you see, you have to move from this image you have our perfect family because it will never happen with me. I don't want to hurt you Tyler but…"

"But nothing," he interrupts with a slight grin on his face. "I won't give up on us Kim. You mean too much to me. Our family means too much to me."

Before Kim can reply, her order comes up. She grabs her bag and looks at Tyler. "I have to go," she says to him before she walks away from him.

He watches her every move and licks his lips a little. "I will get you back Kim, I know I will."

Scene Six - The Calimo House; Robbie & Felicia's Home

Eva stands up when she sees Felicia and Frederick emerge in the living room of the house. Dominick turns around from the bar, a brandy in his hand. They both look at each other and then back at Felicia, their minds racing about how the first session went.

"How did it go?" Dominick asks as he moves over to Felicia, ensuring that she is okay.

"I think it was a good first session," Frederick announces to them as Dominick continues to look at Felicia, wanting to hear from her.

Felicia finally nods back and looks at Dominick. "Yes, I agree," she says slowly.

"What does that mean, exactly? Did Felicia have any memories?" Eva asks, still curious.

"I'm afraid I didn't really pry too much this time," Frederick informs them. "Hypnosis is a very delicate matter. I wanted this session to really be a learning process for Felicia. She was comfortable while being under and she spoke of her family. I'm hoping the next session we can go a little deeper. I don't want to move too fast."

"I appreciate that Frederick," Felicia replies to him as she moves a piece of hair out of her face. "I was rather nervous. Now that I know what it's like being under, next time we can try to see if we can uncover some memories."

"Are you sure that you're okay?" Dominick asks Felicia, as he grabs her hand.

Felicia nods back to him. "I am fine. I'm a little tired, I may go for a nap."

"Of course," Dominick says back to her. "I'll be here waiting for you when you wake up."

"You don't have to do that," Felicia says with a smile.

"I want to be here," Dominick replies to her, causing Eva and Frederick to sigh a little.

Scene Seven - The Towers, Floor Five; Craig's Apartment

Craig opens the door to his condo and moves inside, exhausted from the shift at the hospital that he just finished. He drops his bag and moves into the kitchen and pulls out a wine glass, looking to having something to help him relax. He pauses when he sees a bottle of wine already opened on the counter. He arches his eyebrow, not remembering having opened a bottle of wine the night before.

He pours a glass of wine and then stops again when he hears the shower running in the condo. "What the hell?" he asks himself as he puts his wine glass down and moves towards the washroom. He opens the door and sees a naked Lukas standing in the shower.

"Lukas, what are you doing here? I thought you were out of town?"

Lukas shuts the water off and looks at his boyfriend with a grin on his face. "I'm back! Why don't you come in here and we can celebrate me being home?"

Craig can't help but chuckle at his lover. "Maybe in a while. I just got home from the hospital, I need to unwind first."

"Okay, but you know I have the best technique to make you distress," Lukas replies as he grabs a towel and starts to dry off.

Craig moves back to the kitchen and grabs his glass of wine. "I'm surprised that I'm the first place you come to when you come home. You didn't exactly say goodbye before you left town."

"I know, I'm sorry," Lukas replies as he comes out of the washroom with a towel wrapped around his waist. He moves towards Craig and gives him a kiss on the lips. "I just needed to get away quickly and clear my mind. I went to my childhood home in Santa Barbara."

"Clear your mind, huh?" Craig asks him as Lukas pours himself a glass of wine. "Does that mean that you're finally ready to come out? You've decided to tell your father that you're gay?"

Lukas comes back out of the kitchen and takes a drink of his wine. "I didn't say that," he tells Craig. "Like I said before, I don't know that I will ever be ready to come out to him."

"So, what exactly did you have to clear your mind with?"

Lukas sighs. "Do we really have to get into this right now?" he asks him.

"I think we do," Craig replies to him. "You don't say goodbye to me before you leave, instead I get a text message. Then, you show up here unannounced when you're back basically ready to jump me but you're not ready to be true to yourself. What gives?"

"Forgive me for missing my man while I was away," Lukas snaps back at him as he moves out of the living room. "I thought you'd miss me too."

"I'm not say that!" Craig yells as Lukas walks down the hallway to get dressed. "I'm just wondering what is going on with you, that's all."

"Well I'm back," Lukas replies as he comes back into the living room, wearing jeans and pulling a shirt over his head. "Call me when you want to do something other than fight."

Before Craig can reply, the front door is slamming closed and the doctor is alone. He takes another drink his wine, still wanting to distress from his shift at the hospital, although that seems like a near impossibility now.

Scene Eight - The Pampa Grill

Jemma sits at the bar enjoying a long island iced tea. She wanted to get out of the house and give Vinny and Daisy some space so she decided to come to the restaurant and have a drink by herself. She doesn't know anyone else in Twin Peaks, other than Trenyce, but she knows that Treyce is also busy with work. She has never minded being alone, in fact she enjoys the quiet time to collect her thoughts and think about what is going on. She's always been that way.

She turns her head when she hears someone come into the restaurant and she has to do a double take. She watches as Frederick comes into the restaurant and is quickly shown a table. She squints a little, trying to get a better look at him.

"It just can' be," she whispers to herself, her hand starting to tremble a little.. "It ain' possibl'."

***

Eva opens the door the restaurant and is quickly shown a seat. After the morning she's had, she's desperate for a glass of wine. She hates that she just saw Dominick worrying over Felicia, even though she looked absolutely fine when she came out of hypnosis. She really had hoped that Frederick would have been able to pull all of Felicia's memories of the night Leah died out today and that this would all be over. What a horrible mistake she had made, she thinks to herself as the waiter brings her a glass of merlot.

"Isn't a bit early to be drinking?" Victoria asks her mother as she approaches her table. Victoria sits down and looks at her mother.

Eva shakes her head no. "Not if you've had the morning I have had," she replies with a smile. "I'm surprised you're not at the hospital."

"I have the day off," Victoria replies to her mother. "I'm just here to have a nice lunch."

"Why don't you join me then?" Eva says to her as Victoria nods her head. "And why aren't you with Robbie on your day off? I thought you two would have patched things up by now."

Victoria shakes her head no to her mother. "I don't know what it will take for that to happen."

"Oh Victoria," Eva replies to her. "I wish that you could get past whatever it is that is holding you back. You and Robbie are so good together."

Victoria bites her lower lip. "I thought so too for a long time," Victoria tells her. "But ever since Leah died, he's changed. I've seen a side to Robbie that I never knew existed and that scares me a little, if I'm honest with you Mom."

"Oh baby," Eva says as she reaches over and grabs her hand. "Just promise me you won't give up on him, okay? He is going through a difficult time. You never know what may change."

Victoria uneasily nods back at her mother. "We'll see, Mom. We'll see."

Scene Nine - The Calimo Mansion

"I'll get it Rosario!" Bob yells to his maid as he walks down the stairs, as he can hear the door bell ringing non-stop. He had been upstairs in his office working when he first heard the doorbell; he can only assume that Rosario and Paige are somewhere in the house where they cannot hear it ringing.

Bob finally reaches the door and opens it. He sees Robbie standing on the other side. "Son, this is a surprise. I wasn't expecting to see you here, considering how tense things have been with us lately."

"We need to talk, and I'm not leaving until we do," Robbie announces to his father as he pushes his way into the living room.

"What is this about? What's got you so upset?" Bob asks him as he moves into the living room behind his son.

"Paige," Robbie grits his teeth. "How could you move her into this place? What exactly are you trying to prove?"

Next on One Day at a Time
- Savannah makes a confession to Frederick
- Robbie and Bob have a showdown
